Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa ekstrakurikuler bolabasket SMP Islam As-Shofa Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler bolabasket SMP Islam As-Shofa Pekanbaru umur 13-15 tahun yang terdiri dari 10 orang siswa putera. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa ekstrakurikuler bolabasket SMP Islam As-Shofa Pekanbaru yang berumur 13-15 tahun yang terdiri dari 10 orang siswa putera. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah konversi nilai tes berdasarkan norma tes kebugaran jasmani. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa ekstrakurikuler bolabasket SMP Islam As-Shofa Pekanbaru tergolong Kurang dengan rata-rata 11. The purpose of this research is to find out the physical fitness of basketball students’ at Islamic Junior High School As – Shofa Pekanbaru. The type of this research is descriptive Quantitative. The population of this research are 13 – 15 years basketball students which consist of 10 boys. The sampling technique of this research is total sampling. So that thesample of this research are 13 – 15 years basketball students which consist of 10 boys. The Data analysis technique of this research is score conversion based on the test physical fitness norm. Based on the calculation, the result of this research shows that the quality of basketball students’ physical fitness at Islamic Junior High School As – Shofa Pekanbaru are low with an average 11

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of difficulty of students in the implementation of the field experience program 2018 school year. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study was all UIR FKIP health and recreation physical education students students who had finished implementing PPL 2018 school year. The sample in this study amounted to 70 students using the Slovin 10% theory formula. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a number of 58 items, a Likert scale, and analysis data with percentage techniques. The results of this study indicate that the level of difficulty of students in the implementation of PPL academic year 2018. In the components of the learning preparation plan reached 67.67% classified as moderate (few experienced difficulties) and the components of learning activities amounted to 76.18% classified as easy (not so difficult). It can be concluded that after conduction research on students who have completed the field experience program 2018 academic year in the easy category (not so difficult) by having a percentage of 71,92%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the assessment of physical education learning outcomes in public and private junior high schools in Siak Hulu district, Kampar regency. The research design used is descriptive quantitative.The population in this study were all physical education teachers in public and private Junior High Schools in Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency that consisted of 9 schools with 19 physical education teachers. The sample of this study were all population all physical education teachers of public and private Junior High Schools in Siak Hulu distric, Kampar regency. The technique for selecting a sampling of this research was saturation sampling. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires as an instrument of this research to all samples. The data analysis technique used in this research presents descriptive statistics with percentages results. Based on data processing and data analysis, the researchers conclude that the assessment of learning outcomes of this study is approximately 87% average score with very good category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of leg muscle explosive power and eye-hand coordination. The type of research was correlational. The population in this study was all athletes who actively follow the training as many as 20 people and using total sampling technique. Thus the sample in this study amounted to 20 men athletes. The data were collected using the measurement test on the three variables: the leg muscle explosive power data was using vertical jump test, eyehand coordination was using ballwerfen und fangen test and smash accuracy was using smash accuracy test. The data were analyzed by product moment correlation and double correlation and then continued with contribution of the determinant formula. Based on data analysis found that there was contribution of leg muscle explosive power equal to 35,52%, eye-hand coordination equal to 20,79%, and both equal to 40,70% regarding to the accuracy smash of volleyball atletes of Universitas Islam Riau. It was concluded that there was contribution of leg muscle explosive power and eye-hand coordination to the smash accuracy of volleyball athlete of Universitas Islam Riau.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Survei Tingkat Kesegaran Jasmani Pada Pemain SSB Gajah Tunggal Soccer School (GTSS) U-12 Lubuk Jambi Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain SSB Gajah Tunggal Soccer School (GTSS) U-12 Lubuk Jambi Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi yang berjumlah 20 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes TKJI usia 12 tahun yaitu tes lari 40 meter, tes gantung siku tekuk, tes baring duduk 30 detik, tes loncat tegak dan tes lari sejauh 600 meter. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah menghitung kategori nilai kesegaran jasmani. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai rata-rata kesegaran jasmani diketahui bahwa Tingkat kesegaran jasmani pemain SSB Gajah Tunggal Soccer School (GTSS) U-12 Lubuk Jambi Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi tergolong dalam kategori Sedang karena nilai rata-rata akhir yang dicapai hanya 14.75 yang terletak pada interval kategori nilai TKJI 14-17.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of basketball dribble techniques through the method of Audio Visual media in basketball games class IX IPS 5 SMAN 3 Mandau. This type of research is PTK, the population in the study amounted to 28 students. then the sample taken is total sampling, which is the entire population of 28 students used as samples. Based on the results of data processing in the first cycle there were 9 students who achieved the KKM value (32%), and 19 students who had not yet achieved the KKM value (68%). Classical completeness is achieved when it reaches 80%, in cycle II as many as 25 students have achieved completeness value of 89%. And as many as 3 students who have not yet reached the grade of 11%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a very significant increase in basketball dribble learning outcomes through audio-visual media in the sport of basketball class IX IPS 5 SMA N 3 Mandau Bengkalis Regency.

Abstract

Riau Tennis Camp's tennis performance is currently experiencing a decline, this can be seen by the absence of Riau Tennis Camp players winning the National Junior Tennis Championship in Singles. To achieve maximum performance, you need maximum practice, especially in mastering basic tennis techniques. The most dominant basic technique in tennis is the forehand groundstroke. So this research aims to improve basic tennis technical skills, especially Forehand Drive Tennis. This research is an R and D development research on the development of a field tennis Forehand Drive training model based on playing situations using the Borg and Gall development model which includes 10 R&D research stages as follows: (1)Research and information collecting (research and data collection), (2)Planning (planning), (3) (initial product draft development), (4) Expert validation, (5) Revision of expert validation results, (6) (main field trial), (7) (revisions to products), (8) (conducting operational field trials), (9) (final product revision), (10) (dissemination and implementation)

Abstract

This research aims to determine efforts to improve the learning outcomes of passing the legs in the game of football through playing methods in class. This type of research is classroom action research. In this PTK, the research subjects are the students of the class. The research instrument used was the assessment of inside leg passing performance. Based on the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded from the research results that there is an increase in the results of learning to pass the leg in the game of football through the playing method in class. The classical completion score was 80%, only reaching a percentage score of 46.88%, with the number of students who completed it being 15 students, with an average score achieved by students of only 72.27. Meanwhile, in cycle II, it showed that the student's ability to carry out passing movements of the lower legs in the game of football was better with classical completion of 81.25%, and more than 80% had passed with a KKM score (75) with the number of students who completed it being 26 students with The average score achieved by students was 79.17.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat tingkat percaya diri siswa terhadap pembelajaran PJOK di MTs Masmur Pekanbaru. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa MTs Masmur Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 49 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 49 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka diperoleh kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: tingkat percaya diri siswa dalam pembelajaran bolavoli di MTs Masmur Pekanbaru termasuk pada rentang nilai 81-100% atau dalam kategori sangat kuat dengan persentase sebesar 83.47%.
