Abstract

Pelatihan Manajemen Keuangan Rumah Tangga Berbasis Syariah yang dilaksanakan oleh tim dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta dan Universitas Pamulang di PAUD KB Kasuari, Bogor, bertujuan meningkatkan literasi keuangan syariah bagi 3 guru dan 40 orang tua murid yang rentan terhadap pinjaman online ilegal. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara terstruktur melalui survei kebutuhan, penyusunan modul, ceramah prinsip keuangan syariah, serta workshop interaktif pencatatan keuangan halal dan akad syariah. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan peserta sebesar 4,7 dari 5, peningkatan kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan bebas riba hingga 85%, penurunan kasus pinjol sebesar 60% dalam tiga bulan, serta terbentuknya kelompok arisan syariah mandiri yang mendukung kemandirian finansial berkelanjutan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat literasi digital mahasiswa PGMI terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran IPA. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan responden mahasiswa PGMI semester VI di perguruan tinggi STIT Muhammadiyah Bojonegoro. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket literasi digital dan efektivitas pembelajaran IPA, serta observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi digital mahasiswa berada pada kategori sedang, dengan rata-rata skor 71,7, sedangkan efektivitas pembelajaran IPA juga berada pada kategori sedang hingga baik, dengan rata-rata skor 74,3. Analisis korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara literasi digital dan efektivitas pembelajaran IPA, di mana mahasiswa dengan literasi digital tinggi cenderung lebih efektif dalam pembelajaran IPA. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan literasi digital untuk mendukung pembelajaran IPA yang adaptif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya pelatihan literasi digital dan integrasi teknologi dalam kurikulum PGMI agar calon guru lebih siap menghadapi tantangan pendidikan abad 21.

Abstract

Hypertension remains one of the most prevalent chronic non-communicable diseases worldwide and constitutes a major risk factor for cardiovascular morbidity and mortality, particularly among elderly populations. Despite the availability of effective antihypertensive therapies, blood pressure control remains suboptimal in many patients due to delayed diagnosis, inadequate treatment adherence, and unhealthy lifestyle practices. Primary health care facilities play a critical role in the early detection, management, and long-term monitoring of hypertension, especially in low- and middle-income settings. This study describes the clinical management and outcomes of an elderly patient with poorly controlled hypertension treated at a community-based primary health care center in Bandar Lampung, Indonesia. A 70-year-old woman presented with persistent headaches, dizziness, and fatigue lasting for approximately two weeks. Initial clinical assessment revealed elevated blood pressure of 170/90 mmHg. The patient had a five-year history of hypertension but reported inconsistent use of antihypertensive medication and suboptimal lifestyle behaviors, including frequent caffeine consumption and limited physical activity. Management involved pharmacological therapy using amlodipine at a daily dose of 5 mg, combined with comprehensive non-pharmacological interventions. The patient received individualized counseling focused on lifestyle modification, including dietary salt restriction, reduction of caffeine intake, encouragement of regular physical activity, and routine blood pressure monitoring. Emphasis was also placed on improving medication adherence through patient education and follow-up support. At a two-week follow-up evaluation, the patient demonstrated a clinically meaningful reduction in blood pressure to 150/80 mmHg, accompanied by a marked improvement in reported symptoms. Additionally, the patient showed enhanced understanding of hypertension management and greater adherence to dietary and lifestyle recommendations. These findings underscore the importance of integrated hypertension management strategies in primary care settings, particularly for elderly patients. The combination of appropriate pharmacological treatment, lifestyle modification, and patient education can significantly improve blood pressure control and reduce the risk of long-term complications. Strengthening primary care–based hypertension programs may contribute to better cardiovascular health outcomes at the community level.

Abstract

Pencemaran udara menjadi salah satu masalah lingkungan paling serius di era modern akibat pertumbuhan industri, transportasi, serta urbanisasi yang semakin pesat. Polutan berbahaya seperti karbon monoksida (CO), amonia (NH₃), dan benzena berdampak langsung terhadap kesehatan manusia, khususnya sistem pernapasan, dan dapat menimbulkan penyakit kronis hingga menurunkan kualitas hidup. Kondisi ini menuntut adanya alat pemantau kualitas udara yang sederhana, murah, dan praktis digunakan oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun perangkat pendeteksi polusi udara berbasis sensor gas MQ-135 dengan Arduino UNO sebagai pengendali utama. Sistem dirancang tanpa modul Wi-Fi maupun aplikasi pihak ketiga, melainkan menampilkan data langsung pada LCD dan menyimpannya ke microSD dalam format CSV untuk analisis lanjutan. Sebagai fitur tambahan, alat dilengkapi buzzer yang berbunyi ketika polutan melebihi ambang batas, sehingga pengguna dapat segera mengetahui kondisi udara yang buruk. Uji coba dilakukan di SMKN 1 Ciruas pada area parkir, lapangan, dan ruang kelas. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan tingkat akurasi rata-rata sebesar 87% dibandingkan instrumen laboratorium standar. Dengan biaya rendah dan kemudahan penggunaan, alat ini dapat dijadikan solusi praktis untuk membantu masyarakat, sekolah, maupun instansi lain dalam memantau kualitas udara di lingkungan sekitarnya.

Abstract

Digital transformation and the development of Society 5.0 require higher education to produce graduates who are not only technically competent but also possess ethical awareness, social responsibility, and a strong sense of citizenship. In the Indonesian context, strengthening Pancasila values through digital citizenship represents a strategic agenda that must be systematically integrated into the curriculum. This study aims to synthesize Scopus-indexed scholarly literature examining the relationship between Outcome-Based Education (OBE), digital citizenship, and the strengthening of Pancasila values in higher education. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted through identification, screening, and thematic analysis of 30 selected articles published between 2019 and 2025. The screening process applied inclusion–exclusion criteria and quality assessment to ensure methodological rigor. The findings indicate that OBE provides an effective structural framework for integrating digital citizenship as value-based learning outcomes; however, studies explicitly linking OBE to Pancasila values remain limited. This synthesis concludes that OBE can function as a strategic instrument for strengthening value-based digital citizenship and recommends curriculum development and further research to support its implementation in higher education.
