Abstract

This study analyzes the quality of service that is closely related to public satisfication in the process of making a Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK) at the West Tarakan Sectoral Police. The main objective of this research is to determine the extent of service quality at the West Tarakan Sectoral Police based on community satisfication in the process of making a Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK). The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Researcher are more focused on public services that are observed in depth in accordance with community satisfication which is used as the main measure in this study. Data collection is carried out in the form of interviews and observation of people who apply for the making of Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK) at the West Tarakan Sectoral Police. From this research, the results showed that the community gave a good response to the service of making a Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK) at the West Tarakan Sectoral Police. The services provided are not only limited to making, but also include providing information and education for people who have a lack of understanding about the Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK. A high level of community satisfication has contributed to improving the quality of service of making a Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK) at the West Tarakan Sectoral Police. The renponsiveness of the West Tarakan Sectoral Police creates a positive reputation and the good image for the police institution and builds trust among the community.

Abstract

The background of this research is to find out how effective the form of administrative services at Airlangga IT Vocational School, Samarinda is. In addition, this research aims to identify factors that hinder and hinder administrative services, such as service processes, supporting factors, and types of Administrative Staff services at Airlangga IT Vocational School, Samarinda. The final aim of this research is to provide excellent administrative services at the Airlangga IT Vocational School, Samarinda. This research is descriptive qualitative research using observation and interview data collection methods. The Principal, Head of School Administrative Staff, Student Affairs, and Homeroom Teachers are the main data sources in this research. However, the methods used to carry out data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the administrative service process at Airlangga Samarinda IT Vocational School is a series of activities or a whole process that monitors teamwork in a planned and systematic manner to achieve goals. This process is carried out in certain environments, especially in formal educational institutions which occur at the Airlangga IT Vocational School, Samarinda. The study results show that to achieve common goals, the administrative staff service process at Airlangga IT Vocational School Samarinda still requires good cooperation to maintain the best results. Apart from that, there are several obstacles that hinder the administrative staff service support process at Airlangga IT Vocational School Samarinda. Therefore, to achieve this, good motivation, encouragement and collaboration are needed.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the influence of company presence on employee performance in remote areas, focusing on motivational factors, company support, and challenges faced. Using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations of 20 employees at PT. Britmindo operating in Nunukan Regency. Thematic analysis shows that employee performance is influenced by various factors, including company support in the form of special allowances, additional facilities, and training programs tailored to remote area conditions. Employees who feel supported tend to show higher motivation and productivity, despite facing challenges such as limited access to public services and less than optimal work environments. These findings suggest that companies operating in remote areas need to adapt by providing appropriate welfare policies in order to improve employee motivation and performance.

Abstract

This study examined the impact of transformational leadership and intrinsic motivation on employee performance. A quantitative approach was adopted, employing a saturated sample consisting of all 54 employees. Data analysis involved validity and reliability tests, classical assumption checks, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results revealed that transformational leadership positively influences employee performance. The regression equation Y = 37.836 + 0.115X1 indicated a weak relationship, with a correlation coefficient of 0.294. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.119 suggests that transformational leadership accounts for 11.9% of the variance in employee performance, while other factors explain the remaining 88.1%. Hypothesis testing further supported this relationship, with a calculated t-value of 2.680 exceeding the critical value of 1.675 (p <.05), thus confirming H1. Intrinsic motivation also demonstrated a positive impact on employee performance. This was evident in the regression equation Y = 20.529 + 0.517X2. Hypothesis testing corroborated this finding, with a calculated t-value of 3.164 surpassing the critical value of 1.675 (p <.05). Finally, the combined effect of transformational leadership and intrinsic motivation on employee performance was explored through the regression equation Y = 23.637 + 0.136X1 + 0.582X2. The coefficient of determination for this model was 0.171, indicating that these two factors collectively explain 17.1% of the variance in employee performance. H3 was accepted following an F-test that confirmed its significance (F = 5.265, p <.05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian di e-commerce Tokopedia pada mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen S1 Reguler C Kamis Universitas Pamulang. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif asosiatif, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen S1 Reguler C Kamis Semester 5, 6, 7 Konsentrasi Pemasaran, Keuangan, dan Sumber Daya Manusia, Universitas Pamulang pada Tahun Akademik Semester Ganjil 2023/2024 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 84 orang responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana, regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t parsial dan uji F simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara variabel digital marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian, diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (8,534 > 1,989) dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara variabel word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian, diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (10,793 > 1,989) dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan sifnifikan secara simultan antara variabel digital marketing dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian, diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (67,287 > 3,11) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak penerapan sistem hybrid working terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung, dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaanya, serta memberikan saran strategis bagi perusahaan agar sistem hybrid working dapat lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara terstruktur terhadap karyawan yang telah bekerja dengan sistem kerja remote. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hybrid working memberikan dampak positif terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Fleksibilitas waktu dan tempat kerja memungkinkan karyawan menyesuaikan jadwal kerja dengan kebutuhan pribadi mereka, yang berkontribusi pada keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa sistem ini memiliki tantangan yang perlu dikelola dengan baik, terutama dalam hal komunikasi dan koordinasi tim. Kesimpulannya, hybrid working berpotensi meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan dengan memberikan fleksibilitas yang lebih besar dan keseimbangan hidup, tetapi tantangan dalam komunikasi dan koordinasi perlu mendapat perhatian serius dari perusahaan.

Abstract

Business decisions are used to determine business activities both in the short term and long term. In UMKM businesses, business decisions are very important because business decisions affect the sustainability of the company, profitability, recruitment success, and professional attitudes in business. To help UMKM determine the right approach to decision making based on their needs and conditions, this study was conducted by comparing the theory of risk-based decision making and the theory of value-based decision making. The research method used is the literature study method and data analysis from the application of both approaches. The results of the study show that the risk-based approach is related to risk management, therefore it can help UMKM actors in identifying, measuring, and managing possible risks so that decision making is more structured and based on probability analysis. Value-based decision making is related to business ethics; therefore, it can help MSMEs in determining the long-term benefits and values generated by the company such as corporate image, employee and consumer loyalty. The conclusion of this study is that these two theories when applied simultaneously will provide optimal results because they can achieve a balance between risk mitigation and the creation of sustainable business value

Abstract

In today's ever-evolving digital era, social media has become one of the most influential tools in various aspects of life, including in the field of entrepreneurship. Social media not only functions as a means of communication and social interaction, but also plays an important role in marketing activities, building brands (branding), and business development. This study aims to examine in depth the role of social media in supporting business growth. The methods used include literature studies by analyzing various scientific references such as journals, books, and other trusted sources related to the use of social media in business development, as well as direct interviews with business owners. The results of the study revealed that the effective use of social media, especially through the creation of creative content, contributed greatly to increasing sales figures. A case study on Esier Florist shows that they have succeeded in utilizing digital media to strengthen their brand and build closeness with consumers. The strategies implemented include: building an existence on social media platforms, using storytelling techniques to form a brand identity for example by conveying the story behind the establishment of a flower bouquet business, the quality of the materials used, and the values upheld in each product. This approach helps create an emotional bond with customers. In addition, Esier Florist also actively analyzes data and input from consumers to continuously improve their services and products

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan gaya kepemimpinan produktivitas karyawan di PT. Indonesia Industry Departemen Scaner. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokratis memberi dampak positif terhadap psikologis karyawan, namun belum efektif meningkatkan produktivitas. Diperlukan gaya kepemimpinan adaptif dan dukungan strategi manajerial seperti pelatihan, insentif, dan evaluasi kinerja. Penurunan produktivitas disebabkan oleh motivasi rendah, beban kerja tinggi, keterbatasan keterampilan, dan lingkungan kerja kurang mendukung. Solusinya adalah kombinasi gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat dan strategi manajerial terpadu. Pimpinan perusahaan telah menerapkan langkah strategis seperti pelatihan SDM, sistem insentif adil, rotasi kerja, komunikasi terbuka, monitoring kinerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan adaptif untuk menciptakan iklim kerja yang produktif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi penerapan personal branding dalam sesi live shopping oleh Unbranded Store serta dampaknya terhadap minat beli konsumen. Dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, serta dokumentasi kegiatan selama April hingga Mei 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi personal branding yang diterapkan meliputi gaya komunikasi yang konsisten, visualisasi produk yang menarik, interaksi langsung dengan penonton, serta teknik storytelling produk berdampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan minat beli konsumen. Faktor-faktor seperti kualitas presenter, konsistensi branding, dan pemanfaatan platform digital turut mendukung efektivitas strategi tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan ilmu administrasi bisnis, khususnya pada strategi pemasaran digital berbasis pengalaman pelanggan dan interaksi emosional. Temuan ini juga memberikan wawasan praktis bagi pelaku bisnis yang ingin mengoptimalkan potensi live shopping dalam membangun citra dan meningkatkan penjualan.
