Abstract

Based on the data obtained in the field there are several things: (1) there are students who already know the definition of career (2) there are students who already have career goals targeted (3) there are students who are still confused with the career to go (4) ) Career awareness of the environment, characterization and experience, (4) social media is not very influential because both in the home and school use hp restricted 5) the role of home environment, school and penokohan as well as interaction in it that contribute as contributing factors in the formation career awareness, (4) the same perspective on the use and meaning of social media and career awareness. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data obtained through the in-depth interview is then analyzed by phenomenology analysis technique. The interpretation of informants on career awareness based on interest, exciting, tasty, there are challenges, easy, can help and benefit to the perceived fellow in the participant's environment. The presumption and meaning of partispan to social media serves to communicate, seek information and entertainment.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to develop Journal Career media as a medium in developing student decision-making ability in MTsN. The preferred method is the Borg & Gall development model summarized into three sections (1) introduction study, (2) stage of media development, (3) stage of media test. The result of product development in Jurnal Karier media has fulfilled the aspect of acceptability, namely accuracy, usability, practicality and attractiveness. Expert test Guidance Counseling and counseling category is very feasible, media expert test very feasible category, guidance and counseling teachers category is very feasible, user test category is very feasible. Based on these results Jurnal Karier media is very feasible and can be used for student decision-making process. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media Jurnal Karier sebagai media bimbingan karier dalam mengembangkan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan peminatan siswa  MTs. Metode yang dipilih adalah model pengembangan Borg & Gall yang diringkas menjadi tiga bagian (1) studi pendahuluan, (2) tahap pengembangan media, dan (3) tahap uji media. Hasil pengembangan produk berupa media jurnal karier sudah memenuhi aspek akseptibilitas, yaitu ketepatan, kegunaan, kepraktisan dan kemenarikan. Penilaian uji ahli BK berkategori sangat layak, uji ahli media berkategori sangat layak, uji pengguna guru berkategori sangat layak dan uji pengguna siswa berkategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka media jurnal karier sangat layak dan diterima untuk digunakan dalam pengembangan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan peminatan siswa.

Abstract

Pendidikan seksual masih dianggap tabu oleh masyarakat, yang berdampak pada remaja memiliki pengetahuan tentang pendidikan seksual yang kurang. Akibatnya, remaja melakukan pencarian tentang “seks” dari sumber yang tidak dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan pendidikan seksual remaja berdasarkan hasil survei persepsi pendidikan seksual remaja. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX SMA dan SMK di Bandung. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan sampel non-probabilitas dengan teknik random sampling, sehingga didapatkan 618 responden. Pengumpulan data didapatkan dari penyebaran instrumen persepsi pendidikan seksual pada remaja dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) bersama guru-guru pada sekolah yang dijadikan responden. Analisis pengolahan data dilakukan dengan penentuan kelompok siswa dengan kategori dimulai dengan konversi skor mentah menjadi skor matang dan menggunakan batas ideal yang ditentukan serta berdasarkan hasil Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa remaja SMA dan SMK di kota Bandung telah memiliki persepsi pendidikan seksual pada kategori sehat. Artinya, remaja memiliki persepsi yang positif terhadap pendidikan seksual. Sehingga remaja seyogyanya orang yang dianggap lebih dewasa mampu memberikan pendidikan seksual yang tepat guna memfasilitasi peningkatan dorongan atau hasrat seksual untuk disalurkan pada kegiatan yang lebih positif dalam pengembangan diri remaja.  Pendidikan seksual sehat harus berjalan beriringan dengan pertumbuhan, perkembangan remaja, nilai dan norama yang berlaku di masyarakat atau pendidikan sexsual secara konprehensif.

Abstract

Emosi akademik merupakan sebuah kondisi psikologis yang dialami mahasiswa sebelum, ketika, dan sesudah melaksanakan aktivitas pencapaian akademik. Secara umum, emosi akademik yang dialami mahasiswa terbagi menjadi emosi akademik positif dan negatif. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dinamika emosi akademik mahasiswa baru dalam pencapaian prestasi akademik. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Sampel penelitian direkrut menggunakan métode purposive sampling dengan populasi yaitu mahasiswa pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki emosi akademik positif berupa rasa syukur atas apa yang dicapai, bangga dengan pencapaian yang diraih, senang memiliki teman-teman yang saling memotivasi, dan lega ketika meraih yang diinginkan tercapai. Sedangkan, perasaan emosi akademik negatif yang muncul adalah merasa cemas dengan hasil yang dicapai, sedih dan tertekan ketika diawal semester karena baru beradaptasi dengan lingkungan. Meskipun begitu, mahasiswa dapat bertahan dan memiliki pencapaian akademik karena memiliki motivasi yang tinggi, ambisi, tujuan karier setelah lulus kuliah, serta teman-teman dan keluarga yang mendukung.

Abstract

Kemampuan guru dalam melakukan refleksi terhadap kinerjanya merupakan bagian dari seperangkat kompetensi pedagogi kedamaian yang harus dimiliki dan dilaksanakan oleh guru. Guru yang reflektif adalah guru yang melakukan dialog dalam dirinya terkait pengalaman, keyakinan dan persepsi pembelajaran. Dialog yang dilakukan melalui proses berpikir reflektif dilakukan untuk mencapai tingkat refleksi antara pengalaman dan keinginan ideal baik menurut dirinya atau teori-teori dalam lingkup pembelajaran dan pendidikan. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memperkenalkan keterampilan berpikir reflektif pada guru pendidik anak usia dini seraya membangun pola pembiasaan bagi guru untuk menggunakan keterampilan berpikir reflektif tersebut dalam rangka meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogi perdamaian untuk diterapkan dalam lingkungan kerja sehari-hari. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan salah satu wujud implementasi Tri Dharma yang dikemas dalam bentuk kegiatan Lokakarya dengan menggunakan strategi Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Metodologi kegiatan mengikuti model fasilitasi A.P.P.L.E (Assess, Plan, Prepare, Lead, Evaluate). Hasil lokakarya pengenalan berpikir reflektif guru yaitu mengalami peningkatan yaitu dari kategori cukup baik menjadi sangat baik.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of school-based family counseling (SBFC) implementation at the early childhood education level. Using a descriptive exploratory method, data was collected through observation, scheduling, structured interviews, and documentation study techniques. The research was carried out at TK LabSchool UPI Campus in Serang. The research subjects comprised the school principal, teachers, parents of students, and counselors. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively using an interactive model that included data display, reduction, and generalization. The study's results revealed the following findings: (1) The school-based family counseling conducted at TK LabSchool UPI Campus in Serang is a formal activity in psychotherapy intervention using a family system perspective, implemented in the school using school facilities and infrastructure. Each session is conducted in the form of a dyad (consisting of one parent and one child), a triad (two parents and one child), or a small group (two parents, one child, and one or more relatives outside the nuclear family). Counseling is carried out with attention to individual rights and informed consent, usually conducted in more than one session, and is not a parent conference or parent consultation. (2) The school must meet several requirements before implementing SBFC. (3) The study on the implementation of SBFC at the early childhood education level raises several considerations and challenges for future research.

Abstract

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) atau disebut dengan gangguan autisme dimana terdapat turbelensi perkembangan saraf atau disebut dengan (Neurodevelopmental Disorder) sebagai ciri kurangnya komunikasi sosial serta adanya kegiatan yang dilakukan berulang-ulang. Kemampuan bicara pada anak autis kurang berkembang dikarenakan kurangnya komunikasi. Sementara komunikasi sangatlah dibutuhkan ketika ingin berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Kedudukan pendidik serta penanggung jawab anak sangat penting untuk mengembangkan kemampuan bicara. Sasaran sekolah yang menjadi bahan peneliti penulis yakni, Paud Inklusi Kid’s Club telah menerapkan metode tiup lilin sebagai alternatif guna mengembangkan kemampuan bicara pada anak autis. Penelitian yang digunakan yakni pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ialah anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan kategori autis dan pendidik. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah diterapkan pada Paud Kid’s Club Jakarta Utara menunjukan bahwa anak dapat berkembang yakni mengeluarkan suara dan udara secara perlahan setelah menerapkan metode tiup lilin.

Abstract

This study explores the emotional experiences of preschool teachers during the implementation of learning evaluations. Utilizing a qualitative phenomenological approach, the research captures the lived experiences of 18 preschool teachers in Banten, Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations from April to December 2023, employing snowball sampling to ensure relevant expertise. Thematic analysis revealed that teachers predominantly experienced positive emotions, such as pride, joy, and gratitude, during the planning and preparation of evaluation instruments. However, negative emotions, including anxiety and discomfort, emerged during the implementation and follow-up stages. These negative emotions were often linked to concerns about meeting educational targets and managing classroom dynamics effectively. The study identifies that positive emotions were associated with the perceived importance of evaluation planning and successful execution, while negative emotions were connected to fears of underperformance and external pressures. These findings highlight preschool teachers' complex emotional landscape, emphasizing the need for professional development programs focusing on emotional regulation and stress management. The study's implications suggest that fostering a supportive school environment can enhance teachers' well-being and effectiveness, ultimately benefiting student outcomes. Limitations include the small, geographically limited sample and reliance on self-reported data, which may introduce bias. Future research should expand the sample size, incorporate diverse geographical locations, and utilize mixed-methods approaches to comprehensively understand teachers' emotional experiences. Such research would enable the development of more effective support strategies for educators, contributing to improved educational practices and teacher satisfaction.

Abstract

Early childhood independence is influence by habituation factors applied by parents. In general, working parents have limited time in the process of guiding and developing children’s independence. In playing it, parents who work are sometimes assisted by other parties such as grandmothers, grandfathers or nannies. But there are parents who decide to carry out this role independence of children’s independence. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The subjects of this research consisted of 3 children aged 5-6 years who both worked. This research data was obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the research showed that from the third subject there was a difference in the picture of independence. Subject R shows that he is starting to be independent, while subjects I and M are already independent. For parents who are helped by grandmothers, children appear independents. For parents who are helped by grandmothers, children appear to be more independent compared to parents who are not helped by grandmothers. Therefore, this research recommends that parents ask for help parenting if needed and have three main roles, namely as a guide, motivator and facilitator.
