Abstract

Monitoring the performance of the accountant's user in an agency's Web Based Online Accounting is something that must be done so that its performance can be seen. Performance User accountants must be considered at all times to minimize errors made by the user. As well as monitoring the performance of employees in general, this monitoring is deemed necessary to prevent losses between the two parties, both the user and the provider of Web Based Accounting Online. The use of a dashboard on Web Based Online Accounting can be used to monitor user performance. Because the information presented on the dashboard can display things that happen to an Online Web Based Accounting account owned by an agency that includes actions to create, change and delete transactions, and can see if there are other users who log in. The method used in this study is to identify existing problems, then plan what should be done based on the data obtained, and design a system of information delivery to monitor performance. With the existence of this study in order to monitor the performance of employees as users of Web Based Online Accounting is expected to work optimally and not make mistakes that harm both parties.

Abstract

All fields have been supported by technology, especially in the world of education in the teaching and learning process to determine the quality of university graduates. In the world of education, Raharja College has implemented iLearning learning methods to achieve learning goals. Students are given learning experiences using the iLearning method which is a learning process using the Ten iLearning IT Pillars (TPI) media. However, iLearning learning is considered to be ineffective where many students do not communicate with lecturers as well as lack of information about lectures. Therefore, a new learning method is made for the teaching and learning process to be more effective and can be developed, the presence of gamification in online learning is to encourage students to be more enthusiastic as well as an alternative in organizing and conditioning learning situations to be more exciting and not monotonous, so that it can be fun and build character for students in participating in online lectures, the presence of a leaderboard in the form of a level of student activity is also useful to find out how active students are in working on assignments and understanding the lecture material provided by the lecturer.

Abstract

In the disruptive 4.0 era that emphasizes technological sophistication, blockchain is present as a technology that increasingly influences human life, helping humans in all aspects, including education. The role of blockchain technology in the world of education is to test the validity of diplomas, the increasing number of fake diplomas for an interest, both for work and continuing education to a higher level. The purpose of this research with the implementation of blockchain is expected to make it easier for users to verify the authenticity of a diploma. This study uses the SWOT analysis method to identify all possibilities that exist in blockchain technology. The final result of this research, the system will print a physical certificate in the form of paper in general, then the certificate will be printed a QR code. To verify numeric code on QR Code via scanning on smartphone or QR Reader. It is hoped that the blockchain technology applied to digital assets can reduce cases of forgery of diplomas and other important documents.

Banks, mobile operators, and major manufacturing firms actively employ these technologies (Artificial Intelligence) to evaluate data on equipment failures and minimize downtime, which enables cost-reduction. Big Data technology serves as a liquid product and a prerequisite for boosting business profitability through individualized customer care and predictive analytics. It is crucial to ensure the formation of unique data exchanges and legalize a single definition of big data for the modern digital economy.

Abstract

As we know today, Indonesia has entered the era of revolution 4.0 which in that era had a significant influence on the changes that took place in all fields. Including in the area of education, in particular, the changes that occur in the world of education today are so rapid with the abandonment of learning methods that still use conventional methods. Doing tasks with books, face-to-face communication, collecting assignments in hard copy, which will undoubtedly cause a lot of losses in a certain period, such as many assignments that are long buried and difficult to find when needed. This method is undoubtedly considered an annoying and time-consuming way, where students cannot explore in the learning process which will take a long time to do a manual search for the number of files that have been collected. At present, the application of learning methods with concepts organizes many reports on the work of assignments on a website content management system. This learning method is made to maximize the way to hold student assignment reports for time management efficiency. Therefore this learning method can be applied as the management of education in higher education. It is expected that the existence of this method can improve time management in learning so that it motivates to explore abilities in the existing learning process. Abstract

Associated with the current development of the emergence of many technologies that have increased in the world, especially in industry, one of which is the blockchain which is a new technology that is undergoing drastic density, this technology has data that is difficult to manipulate so that the blockchain has data security very trusted, and every record of all the contents of the transaction data can be known from one server to another server so that both parties know each other what the activities are carried out. The recording of transactions in this blockchain technology is connected in one block that is secured directly by a computer network, the blockchain itself has several applications such as Cryptocurrency or can also be called digital currencies, and Smart Contracts. This Smart Contracts is an application owned by blockchain technology that carries out an agreement or digital agreement in the computer program code that is entrusted by both parties stored in the blockchain database, so that it cannot be changed by anyone or the help of other parties, then no longer needed entities that can be trusted in using Smart Contracts. These Smart Contracts help to process the exchange of money, shares and property. Currently there are many industries that use Smart Contracts, such as the business industry that records financial services, the health industry which records data on patient health history, even the insurance and government industries also use Smart Contracts, therefore the existence of Smart Contracts is useful to avoid an intermediary service so that a transaction process will be trtransparent.

Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membentuk karakter dan fondasi pengetahuan anak. Guru TK memegang peranan krusial dalam proses pembelajaran ini karena mereka tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan dasar tetapi juga membentuk kepribadian anak. Oleh karena itu, pemilihan guru TK terbaik merupakan salah satu langkah penting untuk memastikan kualitas pendidikan yang optimal. Namun permalahan dalam proses penilaian dan pemilihan guru seringkali menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk subjektivitas dan bias dalam penilaian. Saat ini, banyak lembaga pendidikan yang masih mengandalkan metode penilaian konvensional yang seringkali kurang objektif. Penilaian yang subjektif dapat mengakibatkan ketidakadilan dan penurunan motivasi di kalangan guru. Dalam konteks ini, muncul kebutuhan untuk mengembangkan sistem penunjang keputusan (SPK) yang dapat membantu dalam proses pemilihan guru TK terbaik dengan cara yang lebih objektif, transparan, dan efisien. SPK dapat meminimalkan bias manusia dan memberikan hasil yang lebih adil berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) merupakan dua metode yang telah terbukti efektif dalam pengambilan keputusan multi-kriteria. AHP membantu dalam menentukan bobot dari setiap kriteria penilaian berdasarkan preferensi yang terstruktur, sedangkan TOPSIS digunakan untuk mengurutkan alternatif berdasarkan kedekatannya dengan solusi ideal

Abstract

The utilization of technology in public services continues to evolve to enhance efficiency, transparency, and service quality for society. However, the implementation of technology in the public sector still faces various challenges, such as human resource readiness, infrastructure, and resistance to change. This study aims to evaluate the SAPA WARGA application using the PIECES framework, which includes aspects of Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service. The application is used by the West Java Provincial Government to improve public services by providing convenience for the public in reporting complaints, conveying aspirations, and accessing information related to public services. The survey results showed that the majority of respondents were satisfied with the application's performance, customer support, and vehicle tax due reminder feature. However, several areas still require improvement, such as application speed, information consistency, and response to user complaints.
