Abstract

Analisa struktur merupakan salah satu bidang penting dalam teknik sipil yang berfokus pada evaluasi kekuatan, stabilitas, dan ketahanan bangunan terhadap berbagai beban yang bekerja pada struktur. Pada proyek Pembangunan Gedung Kantor Pramuka Kota Ambon belum dilakukan analisa struktur sehingga perancanaan dilakukan belum sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku, untuk itu perlu dilakukannya perencanaan dimensi dan analisa struktur yang sesuai dengan standar. Maka tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penulisan ini adalah mendimensikan perencanaan yang sesuai standar, menganalisa keamanan dan kelayakan struktur terhadap pembebanan, dan mendesain pembesian pada struktur Gedung kantor pramuka Kota Ambon. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penulisan ini adalah kekuatan batas dan dibantu dengan program SAP2000 v.20 yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui keamanan dan kelayakan struktur pada proyek Pembangunan Gedung Kantor Pramuka Kota Ambon. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh pendimensian perencanaan yang dibuat sudah sesuai dengan standar SNI 2847 2019 dan SNI 2847 2013 sehingga didapatkan hasil struktur atas Balok B1 ukuran 40 x 55 cm, Balok B2 ukuran 30 x 40 cm, Kolom K1 ukuran 60 x 60 cm, Kolom K2 ukuran 40 x 40 cm, dan Pelat lantai tebal 13 cm diterapkan pada lantai 1 dan lantai 2 bangunan. Dalam menganalisa keamanan dan kelayakan struktur terhadap pembebanan berdasarkan Software SAP2000 V.20 didapatkan hasil bahwa bangunan dapat dikatakan aman dengan rasio 0,70 – 0,90. Dalam mendesain sistem penulangan pada struktur gedung didapatkan hasil bahwa syarat gaya dan geometri dikatakan “OK” atau aman sudah sesuai dengan standar SNI 2847 2019.

Abstract

The availability of clean water is a very important basic need for the community, especially in rural areas such as Amdasa Village, Wertamrian District, Southeast Maluku Regency. However, limited infrastructure and inadequate water distribution systems are the main obstacles in meeting the clean water needs of the local community. The provision of clean and sustainable drinking water is a basic need for the community, especially in remote areas such as Amdasa Village, Wertamrian District, Southeast Maluku Regency. This study aims to compile a Detail Engineering Design (DED) for a drinking water supply system that is in accordance with the geographical conditions and needs of the local community. The research methods include field surveys, water needs analysis, and design of distribution systems and water treatment installations. The results of this study are expected to be the basis for planning the development of efficient and sustainable drinking water infrastructure in Amdasa Village.

Abstract

Limited infrastructure, hydrogeological conditions, and minimal water resources that can be processed are the main factors that affect the availability of clean water in this area. This study aims to conduct a Design Investigation Survey (SID) to explore the potential of water resources, analyze the community's drinking water needs, and design a water supply system that is appropriate to local conditions. The methods used in this study include field surveys, hydrogeological analysis, and interviews with local communities to understand water consumption patterns and the obstacles faced in obtaining clean water. The data obtained were then analyzed to determine potential water sources, supply capacity, and efficient and sustainable distribution systems. The results of the study show that the people of Amdasa Village still depend on natural water sources such as shallow wells and rainwater, which often experience a decrease in quantity and quality, especially during the dry season. From the analysis carried out, several alternative water sources were found that can be utilized by optimizing the supply system, including the use of drilled wells and gravity-based distribution systems. In addition, good water supply system planning needs to consider technical, social, and economic aspects so that it can be implemented effectively by the community.

Abstract

A soil retaining wall is a construction built to withstand or support soil pressure and other lateral loads with the aim of preventing the soil from unwanted lateral movement. The function of utanabya is to maintain changes in elevation or slope of the soil and ensure slope stability. This study aims to determine soil parameters and design soil retaining walls according to standards or theories. From the results of laboratory tests and calculations of soil retaining walls, the soil around the Karang Panjang Panorama Cafe, Ambon City is clay sand soil and soil retaining walls are designed, namely cantilever type retaining walls using the rankine method with typical dimensions based on SNI 8460: 2017 standards with dimensions of top width of 0.3 meters, bottom width of 3.15 and height of 4.5 meters where the safety factor number against bolsters is 2.164 (safe) against shear 1,728 (safe).

Abstract

The suspension bridge located at Ina Marina Beach, Central Maluku, serves as a connector between two artificial islands with a total length of 52 meters. This bridge lacks a reinforcement design in the working drawings, and the superstructure has experienced settlement due to weaknesses in the foundation structure. This study aims to calculate the bearing capacity of the abutment under the applied loads and to design an appropriate reinforcement system. The calculation method used includes the Bridge Management System (BMS) and ultimate strength analysis, while the reinforcement design refers to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 03-2847-2002. The analysis results show that the bearing capacity of the abutment is influenced by a dead load of 5 tons, a live load of 3.92 tons, and a frictional load of 693.41 tons, with horizontal forces of 58.21 tons (Pa1) and 127 tons (Pa2). The ultimate bearing capacity (Qult) is 127.3 tons/m², while the allowable bearing capacity (Qall) is 42.43 tons/m². Based on these calculations, reinforcement planning was carried out for structural elements such as the bearing slab, tread slab, and cantilever, with adjusted reinforcement specifications to ensure the stability and safety of the bridge structure.

Abstract

Dinding penahan tanah adalah suatu konstruksi yang di bangun untuk menahan tekanan tanah dan beban lainnya. Ruas jalan Taniwel – Buria yang terletak di kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat adalah salah satu ruas jalan provinsi maluku yang menghubungkan antara desa Taniwel - Buria dan desa - desa sekitarnya. Ruas jalan ini kerap mengalami patahan akibat longsor karena lokasinya  berada di daerah perbukitan. Panjang ruas jalan 7 Km, lebar jalan 5 m, patahan yang mengalami longsor terjadi sepanjang 32 m pada STA 07 + 362 – 07 + 391. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memperoleh data tanah, mengetahui kondisi tanah dan mendesain dinding penahan sesuai karakteristik tempat tertentu.Dinding penahan tanah yang di desain yaitu dinding penahan tipe kantilever menggunakan metode rankine dengan dimensi tipikal berdasarkan standar SNI 8460 : 2017 tentang persyaratan perancangan geoteknik . Standar mutu beton untuk desain dinding penahan yang aman digunakan minimal beton Fc 15 Mpa sesuai SNI 2874 2019 persyaratan beton struktural untuk bangunan gedung. Investigasi yang dilakukan yaitu terkait pengujian kadar air, berat isi, berat jenis, atterberg limit, analisa saringan dan pemadatan.Dari hasil uji laboratorium dan perhitungan dinding penahan, tanah yang ada di kawasan taniwel – buria merupakan kerikil berlanau bergradasi baik dengan dimensi lebar atas 0,3 meter lebar bawah 4,5 meter dan tinggi 6 meter faktor keamanan (SF) dengan nilai , yaitu untuk gaya guling sebesar (fgl) = 3,669 (Ok), gaya geser sebesar (fgs) = 3,034 (Ok), stabilitas terhadap daya dukung ultimate sebesar (qu) 2359,962  kN/m, Faktor keamanan terhadap daya dukung sebesar (SF) = 16,3 (Ok).

Abstract

 Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi beton yang semakin maju maka berpengaru juga terhadap nilai ekonomis material. kebutuhan pasir akan mengakibatkan harga pasir semakin meningkat terutama untuk daerah perkotaan, dikarenakan biaya akses transportasi yang lebih tinggi. Bersamaan dengan hal tersebut juga angka presentase timbunan sampah di kota Ambon semakin meningkat pesat, salah satu upaya penanggulangan sampah adalah dengan cara dibakar. Limbah pembakaran sampah belum dimanfaatkan sehingga dapat mengakibatkan pecemaran lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode eksperimen yang dilakukan di laboratorium Politeknik Negeri Ambon, yaitu dengan melakukan pemeriksaan material dan uji kuat tekan beton, yang menggunakan limbah pembakaran sampah non-organik sebagai material substitusi agregat halus dengan presentase pengurangan penambahan sebanyak 0%, 5%, 10%, dan 15%. Hasil uji kuat tekan beton yaitu nilai kuat tekan beton normal sebesar 18.65 MPa, nilai kuat tekan beton additive 5% limbah pembakaran sampah anorganik sebesar 16.83 MPa, kemudian beton additive 10% limbah pembakaran sampah anorganik sebesar 15.44 MPa, sedangkan beton additive 15% limbah pembakaran sampah anorganik sebesar 13.83 MPa.

Abstract

Ambon has a history of significant earthquakes, especially on September 26, 2019. Based on data from the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), the earthquake caused at least 30 deaths and widespread infrastructure damage. Therefore, building structures in Ambon City must be planned to be able to withstand earthquake loads and other dynamic loads and what the condition of the structure is when experiencing earthquake forces. This study aims to analyze and solve the structural conditions of the BLK Ambon Welding Vocational Building when exposed to earthquake forces. In this study, the author uses the spectrum response method to analyze the dynamic response of the structure to earthquake loads, and uses SAP 2000 v20 software to analyze the forces in the structure. Based on the results of the analysis of the X-direction dynamic shear force after scaling the force of 936.04 kN and the Y-direction dynamic shear force of 936.23 kN, it can be concluded that the structure is declared safe against the working loads and has met the requirements of SNI 1726-2019. And for the deviation analysis carried out, the value of the inter-floor deviation, especially for both floors in the X and Y directions, does not exceed and meets the requirements for the inter-level deviation permit, which is 67.5 mm. Based on the results of the evaluation of the level of structural performance obtained, the maximum total drift value is 0.0007 for the X direction and the Y direction is 0.0002, the results of this calculation indicate that the evaluated building is declared safe after the earthquake, damage and casualties are very limited and the building can be immediately re-used.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the use of sea sand as a substitute for river sand in concrete mixtures is an effective common practice. Because of the abundance of sea sand in coastal areas, local residents have successfully used it in a variety of construction applications, including mortar, concrete, and plaster on many types of buildings. To investigate the potential use of sea sand as a substitute for river sand in concrete production, with a focus on determining the strength of the resulting concrete. In addition to sea sand, this study addresses the usage of local coarse aggregates, specifically mountain gravel, which is a key component in concrete mixtures. The availability of sea sand and mountain gravel as major construction resources is expected to support rising housing demand and population growth, particularly in Pasir Putih Village, North Obi District. SNI-03-2834-2000 is the procedure for developing concrete mixture designs and conducting laboratory test experiments. The conclusion reached Sea sand and coarse aggregates from Pasir Putih Village, Obi Utara District, can be used in concrete mixtures, though there are some inconsistencies with SNI specifications, and the compressive strength of concrete produced using sea sand and coarse aggregates from Pasir Putih Village is 10.76 MPa at 7 days and 12.17 MPa at 14 days. The compressive strength at 28 days for the 7-day concrete age is 12.22 MPa, while for the 14-day concrete age it is 13.83 MPa.

Abstract

AbstrakSikap dan keterampilan kewarganegaraan merupakan hal yang krusial dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja. Dengan pendekatan Model Problem-Based Learning lulusan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Ambon dapat mengembangkan sikap dan keterampilan secara konkret melalui pengalaman praktis. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memiliki relevansi yang signifikan untuk mempersiapkan lulusan dalam menghadapi perubahan zaman dan tuntutan dunia kerja yang semakin dinamis. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed method yaitu penggabungan data penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif,  Hasil penelitian yang didapat yaitu dari 19 mahasiswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran nilai rata-rata (Mean) hasil belajar mahasiswa pada variabel sikap sebesar 3,47 selanjutnya variabel keterampilan sebesar 3,53. pembelajaran dengan pendekatan model project based learning menunjukkan dampak positif dengan penilaian baik dan baik sekali, pada sikap mahasiswa mampu menggagas alternatif solusi, kontribusi dan menunjukkan integritas. Pada keterampilan mahasiswa mampu membangun jejaring merefleksikan hal-hal selama proses, memiliki semangat untuk terus memperbaiki lebih baik, mengimplementasikan solusi dan memiliki inisiatif untuk perbaikan bersama.--------------------AbstractHaving the right attitudes and abilities related to citizenship is essential when it comes to dealing with the problems of the professional sphere. The Problem-Based Learning Model enables Civil Engineering graduates from Politeknik Negeri Ambon to cultivate tangible attitudes and abilities via hands-on experience. Therefore, this research holds great importance in equipping graduates to confront the evolving circumstances and the progressively dynamic requirements of the professional sphere. The study employed a hybrid methodological approach, specifically integrating both quantitative and qualitative research data. The research findings were derived from a sample of 19 participants who participated in the study. The mean value of student learning outcomes for the attitude variable was 3.47, while for the skill variable it was 3.53. Implementing a project-based learning paradigm has been found to have a favourable effect on students' attitudes, as evidenced by their ability to provide innovative ideas, actively contribute, and demonstrate integrity, leading to positive assessments. Regarding talents, students possess the ability to establish connections, engage in reflective thinking, have a persistent drive for self-improvement, effectively execute solutions, and exhibit proactive behaviour towards mutual enhancement.
