Abstract

Pemeliharaan hanger di PT. Chitose Internasional.

Abstract

The government is currently trying to increase the added value of product, especially products whose raw material come from within the country. One way to increase added value is by downstreaming commodities. Petroleum is one of the commodities that will be downstream from the upstream to downstream sector. There is limited petroleum in Indonesia, so it needs to be utilized as best as possible. So that the added value of petroleum can be returned with greater value. From the results of the study, there are five industrial sectors that can be developed by government to downstream petroleum commodities, namely liquid parafin, phenol, cumene, caprolacton and polycarbonate

Abstract

Abstract

The development of current technology makes people want to book hotel rooms that suit their own needs and desires, then the VHO application in Indonesia comes. This causes the need for a model that is able to measure the extent to which the level of acceptance of VHO applications. The existence of a measurement model for the acceptance of the VHO application will greatly help business people in this field to be able to develop their products and improve the performance of the service products they offer. The purpose of this research is to determine how much acceptance of VHO application users based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research approach uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The data collection technique is using a questionnaire that distributed randomly to users of the VHO application. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that the variables of mobile perceived compatibility, mobile perceived financial resources, and mobile perceived system quality have a simultaneous effect on the mobile variable perceived usefulness, the mobile variable perceived ease of use and the intention to use variable.

Abstract

Congestion is one of the big problems around the world, especially for big cities. Intersections are the scene of congestion because the lane is the meeting point of two or more roads which has a major influence on the smooth flow of vehicles on the road network. This congestion occurs due to various factors, one of which is the statistical traffic light duration, which does not match traffic conditions. Based on this, there needs to be a development in the timing of a more adaptive green light. This study describes the design of a traffic light controller using the Sugeno method fuzzy logic. This study aims to design a green light duration calculation by applying fuzzy logic that results in adaptive traffic light duration at intersections, by entering the density of each intersection path, which is divided into 4 inputs, namely regulated lane density, opposing lane density I, and opposite lane density. II, the density of the opposite lane III, with the aim of the system being able to produce a duration that is in accordance with the current traffic situation with an output in the form of a green light duration on the regulated lane.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-marketplaces in Indonesia today, has led to many users adopting the system, due to the large number of e-marketplace mobile applications, making it necessary for developers to know and pay attention to several factors that influence users in adopting e-marketplace application systems at this time, one of which is the only cost factor is perceived by the user. Data were collected as many as 100 respondents who had some experience in using e-marketplaces on a mobile basis, then analyzed using partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). This research is based on the conceptual framework of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Technology (UTAUT). The constructs used in this study are performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions, but also add a perceived cost variable. The results show that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and perceived cost have a positive and significant effect on the actual use of mobile e-marketplace users in Indonesia, but social influence and facilitating conditions do not significantly affect the actual use of mobile e-marketplace applications in Indonesia.

Abstract

Oil palm is the most productive vegetable oil producing crop and plays an important role in the Indonesian economy. However, fluctuations in the price of oil palm seedlings are a challenge for the Oil Palm Research Center (PPKS) Sungai Lilin Plantation due to the imbalance between demand and production. This study aims to predict the price of oil palm seedlings using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm with the Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) approach. The dataset used consists of 2,049 records, with a division of 80% training data and 20% test data. With a value of k = 5, the KNN model produces 99.21% accuracy, with 3 misclassified data and 1,626 correct data. The prediction results show a price category of “EXPENSIVE”. This study proves that the KNN method is effective in predicting the price of oil palm seedlings, so it can help stakeholders in decision-making and business strategy
