Abstract

One of the government's programs to overcome poverty problems is the distribution of Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT). Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) is a form of assistance from the government as a form of compensation from the increase in the price of Fuel Oil (BBM). In providing BLT to rural communities in Indonesia, the government has certainly set several criteria in determining who is entitled to receive the assistance.  Therefore, a decision support system is needed that can help provide recommendations for choices in effective and efficient decision making.  The decision support system to be built applies the Weighted Product (WP) method in accordance with administrative assessment criteria and BLT information, so that information can be conveyed quickly and administrative management is more transparent and effective. After searching for vectors to get a BLT, the largest vector value of 0.06006 obtained by Rizki thus Rizki's feasible alternatives became a priority to get BLT-Dana Desa and were recommended in receiving assistance.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi semakin mendorong upaya-upaya pembaharuan dalam pemanfaatan hasil-hasil teknologi dalam proses belajar. Multimedia sering sekali di pakai di dalam proses belajar sebagai alat bantu untuk menyajikan suatu materi, seperti multimedia interaktif yang di lengkapi dengan alat pengontrol yang dapat di operasikan oleh pengguna sehingga penguna dapat memilih apa yang di kehendaki untuk proses selanjutnya. Oleh karena itu multimedia interaktif sangatlah penting di dalam proses belajar mengajar agar meningkatkan minat siswa dan membentuk proses belajar mengajar lebih aktif partisipatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Model yang digunakan adalah model prosedural dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket. Data hasil penelitian dianalisa dengan menggunakan rumus persentase. Uji validasi produk Ahli Media diperoleh dengan nilai rata-rata 80,15 dengan kriteria baik, uji validasi produk Ahli Desain dengan nilai rata-rata 73,11 dengan kriteria baik, dan yang terakhir uji validasi produk dilakukan oleh Ahli Materi dengan nilai rata-rata 78,33 dengan kriteria baik. Setelah itu di lakukan Uji coba perorangan sebanyak 3 orang yang memiliki nilai tertinggi dan nilai terendah, nilai sedang setelah di uji coba produk mendapatkan prsentase 85, 41 % dengan kriteria baik. Pada uji coba produk skala kecil dengan objek penelitian sebagai responden sebanyak 5 (Lima) orang, hasil perolehan data uji coba produk skala kecil didapat persentase rata-rata keseluruhan dengan jumlah nilai 85,18 memiliki kriteria baik. Uji coba produk skala besar dengan nilai rata-rata 87,79 dengan kriteria baik sekali, karena produk multimedia sesuai dengan materi mata pelajaran. Keunggulan produk ini adalah menarik, mengefektifkan tatap muka antara guru dengan siswa, serta memberikan kemudahan bagi siswa.

Abstract

Sistem penerimaan siswa baru yang berjalan pada SD Negeri 43 OKU saat ini masih menggunakan sistem manual. Calon siswa harus datang langsung ke sekolah untuk mengetahui informasi pendaftaran, melakukan proses pendaftaran hingga melihat pengumuman hasil seleksi. Hal ini mengakibatkan seringnya terjadi antrian disekolah pada saat jadwal penerimaan. Dari permasalahan tersebut peneliti menawarkan solusi berupa sistem infromasi penerimaan siswa baru yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman berbasis web sehingga dapat diakses oleh calon siswa melalui jaringan internet. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah waterfall. Dengan adanya sistem penerimaan berbasis web proses penerimaan akan menjadi lebih mudah dan cepat. Selain itu laporan dapat dibuat secara otomatis oleh sistem.

Abstract

Purpose: Providing motivation and technology transfer through assistance with fish dumpling processing innovation, providing assistance through training related to digital marketing and modern packaging design. Research methodology: The method used is participatory. data collection method through direct interviews with respondents. Results: Patin fish products have undergone innovation to become catfish dumplings and catfish bone crackers with original and spicy flavor variants. Product packaging is more modern and attractive, online marketing via the website. Conclusions: Mentoring activities produce more promising business features for Partners to increase their sales turnover. Limitations: This research still uses qualitative data and has not provided quantitative data such as raw material prices, product selling prices and income received by partners. Contribution: This mentoring activity is useful for the Poklahsar Barokah MSME group in Sukosari OKU East Village to develop a catfish processing business. Apart from that, it is also useful for researchers and Baturaja University in community assistance programs.

Abstract

There are many problems encountered in the field of agriculture, for example problems about diseases and pests in melon plants. Experts or experts in the field of agriculture rarely need to build a system that is able to adopt human processes and ways of thinking in the form of an expert system. The purpose of this study is to build an expert system to diagnose diseases and pests in melon plants using the forward chaining method. A reasoning that starts from facts first to test the correctness of a hypothesis. The system was tested using the black box testing method which was tested on experts and melon farmers. Based on the results of testing using the black box testing method tested on experts and farmers, the results of the assessment were obtained that the expert system for diagnosing diseases in melon plants was proven to run well as expected with 100% validation. The end result of this expert system is to make it easier for users to carry out the consultation process by providing a list of indication of diseases and pests experienced. Then the control of the type of disease and pest will be displayed according to the selected indication. In addition, this expert system also makes it easier for admins to update data such as disease data, indication and control. This expert system application program is also not only beneficial for experts but can also be useful for farmers that ordinary people who do not understand a little about melon plant diseases and pests.

Abstract

The many types of specifications, colors and brands of laptops are complicated and confusing for ordinary people who are going to buy laptops. The reason is, there are many variants of laptops on the market with different specifications. To help potential consumers in choosing a laptop that suits their needs, a decision support system (SPK) is needed that can provide the most appropriate laptop recommendations. This study discusses the decision support system for laptop selection recommendations using the Weighted Product (WP) method. This method is used to help consumers choose a laptop that suits their needs based on predetermined criteria, such as processor, RAM, Storage, and Price. After a search of the vector to get the ranking, the largest vector value of 0.124 was obtained on Sony, Appel, and Dell Alternatives to be recommended in the selection of laptops. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the decision support system (SPK) with the Weighted Product (WP) method can provide laptop recommendations that suit the needs of users. This research provides benefits for users in choosing the right laptop that suits their needs. In addition, this research can also be the basis for the development of a decision support system for the selection of laptops or computers in other fields.

Abstract

The selection of thesis supervisors at Universitas Baturaja is currently based on student proposals. This process is typically conducted manually and lacks a computerized system. Additionally, the assignment of thesis supervisors often overlooks the workload balance, resulting in an uneven distribution of supervisory duties among lecturers and sometimes misaligning with their areas of expertise. Given these challenges, a decision support system is needed to facilitate the selection process for thesis supervisors. This study aims to apply the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to the selection of thesis supervisors. Based on the calculations, the application of the SAW method evaluates four criteria: education, academic rank, field of expertise, and supervisory workload. The final assessment results indicate that the highest score, 88.8, was achieved by Alternative 5, Hendra.

Abstract

Sepeda motor merupakan salah satu alat transportasi utama masyarakat dalam menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari. Namun, beberapa pengguna motor tidak mengetahui masalah dan alasan kerusakan pada motor sehingga dapat mengganggu aktivitas yang akan dilakukan. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, dikembangkan pula teknologi yang mampu mengadopsi proses dan cara berpikir manusia yaitu teknologi Kecerdasan Buatan dalam bentuk sistem pakar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi kerusakan pada motor roda dua dengan menggunakan metode forward chaining. Metode yang digunakan, menggunakan metode inferensi forward chaining untuk mendeteksi kerusakan pada sepeda motor roda dua. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan, menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan kajian pustaka. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam bentuk Visual Basic, MS Access dan System Windows Operation. Program aplikasi ahli sistem ini juga tidak hanya bermanfaat bagi ahli yang sendirian di Hal mekanik motor ini namun juga bisa bermanfaat bagi orang awam klan yang bahkan tidak mengerti sedikit tentang kerusakan pada sepeda motor

Abstract

Website adalah piranti komunikasi yang saat ini sangat berkembang di gunakan di berbagai bidang termasuk salah satunya Percetakan. Internet adalah media yang sangat populer digunakan dalam bidang promosi suatu produk saat ini,dimana konsumen dapat mencari informasi secara mudah tentang produk yang mereka butuhkan terlebih pada penggunaan website. Website dianggap sebagai media efektif dalam mempromosikan suatu produk karena jangkauan waktu dan ruang yang tak terbatas serta pengguna yang terus meninggkat dalam mengakses website. Melihat peluang penggunaan website yang mendukung dalam membangun bisnis maka penulis membuat perancangan pemanfaatan website sebagai sistem informasi percetakan untuk pemesanan dan pembayaran online. Hal ini menjadi suatu tantangan bagi tim pelaksana Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dalam membangun dan membuat website yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan Percetakan tersebut. Untuk membangun website yang efektif dalam pemasaran produk dan penyampaian informasi, dibutuhkan penerapan strategi tertentu sehingga website mampu mencapai hasil yang maksimal. Metode pelaksanaan ini melalui tahap perencanaan, persiapan, pelaksanaan meliputi penyajian materi, praktek dan pendampingan serta hasil akhir akan dilakukan evaluasi. Dari hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat di simpulan bahwa 68% sangat setuju dengan adanya Pelatihan Pembuatan Website Percetakan Untuk Pemesan Online dan 32% setuju.

Abstract

The era of globalization has brought rapid developments ininformation and communication technology, including the field ofgovernment, one of which is village government. One of the mostinteresting information and communication technology products to takeadvantage of in village government is the YouTube website. In theutilization of media, creativity and also careful planning considerationsare needed from staff who are trusted in managing the account. In fact,many village government staff use the youTube website without carefulconsideration and planning. Tanjung Baru Village is one of the villageslocated in East Baturaja District of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Thisvillage is one of the leading, competitive and potential villages. In theprocess of advancing and developing tanjung Baru village assets nowhave village owned enterprises (BUMDes). Business entities that arebeing developed are BUMDes Tourism Village, Soundsytem / OrgenServices, and Buffet Services, chairs and tents. But nowadays theseassets seem difficult to progress and develop. In fact, if it can bemaximized properly then the BUMDes can prosper all staff and villagegovernment devices.
