Abstract

The application of the coloring method through drawing sketches in developing children's fine motor skills and being able to find out fine motor development in group B children. The reason for choosing coloring picture sketch media is because coloring is one of the types of activities that children like to increase their creativity and imagination to develop their fine motor skills. This research is a class action research using qualitative data analysis. Data collection methods are carried out by observation and documentation. The instrument used is an observation sheet. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. Children's attention when learning children's fine motor development activities can be improved through the coloring sketch method. Children's attention has increased each cycle. In the pre-action, the attention of children with good attention criteria was only 40%. After the action in cycle I it increased to 60%, and in Cycle II the child's attention increased again to 93%. so that it can be concluded that the child's response in the activity of coloring a sketch of a picture is able to develop a child's imagination

Abstract

Penerapan kurikulum merdeka berdampak pada kinerja guru dalam menyiapkan kelengkapan pembelajaran didalam kelas terlebih pada jenjang dasar (TK,PAUD, dan KB) terutama modul ajar dan APE (Alat permainan Edukatif). Modul ajar merupakan salah satu jenis perangkat ajar yang memuat rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, untuk membantu mengarahkan proses pembelajaran mencapai Capaian Pembelajaran (CP) dan APE merupakan alat main yang dirancang untuk anak- anak dengan tujuan untuk menstimulasi berbagai aspek perkembangan anak dalam proses pembelajaran, baik dilaksanakan di rumah maupun di sekolah. Kedua komponen tersebut menjadi penting dalam mendesain pembelajaran didalam kelas, sehingga dipandang perlu untuk memahami konsep APE yang baik dan mendesain modul ajar yang sesuai dengan pertumbuhan dan karakteristik peserta didik. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini untuk menghasilkan pendidikan berkualitas melalui pendampingan dan pelatihan yang mampu meningkatnya pemahaman guru dalam mendesain modul ajar dan merancang APE (Alat Peraga Edukatif) berbasis Etno-STEAM sesuai capaian dan tumbuh kembang anak pada implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, dan kemitraan untuk mencapai tujuan sesuai dengan yang diharapakan yaitu peningkatkan Akreditasi sekolah sehingga mendapatkan pengakuan yang layak dan menarik animo masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the leadership role of school principals, the social competence of school administration personnel's excellent service, the supporting factors inhibiting the implementation of excellent service and the inhibiting factors of the principal's leadership role in fostering the social competence of school administration personnel's excellent service in Simpang Keuramat District Primary School. The research method is qualitative. Sample selection obtained 3 principals and 3 school administration personnel. The instruments used are interview guidelines and observation sheets. The results of the data analysis show that the school administration personnel of Public Primary School 1, Public Primary School 3, Public Primary School 7 have carried out their duties in accordance with the standards governing the implementation of their duties in permen no 24 of 2008. The results of observations of the development of school administration personnel for each of Public Primary School 1, Public Primary School 3 and Public Primary School 7 are also still categorised as good. The results of the behavioural assessment of school administration personnel from each of the 2 informant schools based on the observed indicators were also categorised as good.  Most of the administrative staff carry out as well as possible and the principal has an important role in fostering administrative staff by providing attention, guidance and training in order to improve the insight of these administrative staff.

Abstract

Kekurangan energi kronik (KEK) pada ibu hamil dapat berdampak buruk pada ibu dan janin, seperti anemia, perdarahan, berat badan ibu yang tidak meningkat secara normal, serta rentan terhadap infeksi. Prevalensi KEK (lingkar lengan atas < 23,5 cm) di Indonesia pada tahun 2022 mencapai 36,8%. Data Puskesmas Kopelma Darussalam Kota Banda Aceh tahun 2023 mencatat 376 ibu hamil, di mana 44 di antaranya mengalami KEK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional dan teknik total sampling, melibatkan 69 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara usia (p = 0,002), pendapatan (p = 0,001), paritas (p = 0,013), kesehatan ibu saat hamil (p = 0,001), dan anemia (p = 0,001) dengan KEK. Namun, tidak ditemukan hubungan antara usia kehamilan dengan KEK (p = 0,520). Kesimpulannya, faktor usia, pendapatan, paritas, kesehatan ibu saat hamil, dan anemia memengaruhi risiko KEK pada ibu hamil, sementara usia kehamilan tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi KEK pada ibu hamil sehingga dapat menjadi dasar untuk intervensi yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of collaborative academic supervision by senior high school principals in Pidie Regency and its impact on teacher performance. Using a qualitative, descriptive approach with in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis at SMAN 1 Mutiara and SMAN 2 Mutiara, the research identifies three key phases: planning, implementation, and follow-up. In the planning phase, principals and teachers jointly design supervision agendas addressing actual learning needs. Implementation emphasizes dialogue and reflection through classroom observations, group discussions, and individualized mentoring. Follow-up activities include training, workshops, and peer supervision to sustain pedagogical improvement. Findings indicate that collaborative academic supervision enhances teachers’ professional competencies in lesson planning, classroom management, innovative methodologies, and learning assessment. It also fosters a collaborative culture, dynamic learning environments, and greater teacher motivation for ongoing development. The study offers theoretical insights for developing collaboration-based supervision models and practical guidance for principals, supervisors, and policymakers in crafting effective, context-sensitive supervision strategies to improve educational quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendidikan entrepreneurship berbasis kearifan lokal aceh pada sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Aceh Utara, mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dimana metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Perencanaan pendidikan entrepreneurship berbasis kearifan lokal aceh pada sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Aceh Utara Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025 meliputi perumusan tujuan kurikulum, perumusan isi kurikulum, merancang strategi pembelajaran dan merancang strategi penilaian. Pelaksanaan pendidikan entrepreneurship berbasis kearifan lokal aceh pada sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Aceh Utara Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025 dapat dilihat dari dua aspek 1) pelaksanaan pada tingkat sekolah yang di pimpin oleh kepala sekolah, 2) pelaksanaan pada tingkat kelas yang langsung di pimpin oleh guru. Evaluasi pendidikan entrepreneurship berbasis kearifan lokal aceh pada sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Aceh Utara Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025 dilakukan dalam tiga aspek (1) aspek input yang berupa aspek guru, siswa, sarana dan prasarana, kemampuan pendanaan yang semuanya itu harus menyesuaikan antara kemampuan sekolah dengan program atau kegiatan yang dilakukan agar tidak terjadi ketimpangan, (2) aspek proses meliputi proses pembelajaran di kelas, dan (3) aspek output yang meliputi peserta didik seperti ulangan harian (UH) ujian tengah semester (UTS) dan ujian akhir semester (UAS).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of the guidance and counseling program at the high school level in the Bireuen Regency. A qualitative research design using a case study approach was conducted at two high schools in Bireuen Regency: SMA Negeri 1 Kuala and SMA Negeri 1 Jeunieb. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation, and the data were processed using analysis techniques to reduce, present, and verify the information. The findings indicate that the planning of the guidance and counseling program has been effectively carried out, with needs assessments conducted and transformed into an annual action plan aimed at enhancing the character profile of Pancasila students. The organization of the program has also been smooth, with school leadership ensuring the necessary resources and delegating the responsibility of counseling guidance to teachers, thus preparing for potential shortages of the dedicated counseling staff. Despite this, the implementation of the program is still ongoing, with gaps in service coverage. The program has four main components: basic services, specialization and individual planning services, responsive services, and system support, all designed to support students' optimal development and alignment with the Pancasila student profile. The evaluation of the program is still in progress but has not yet reached its full potential. Evaluation activities include setting performance standards, assessing outcomes, and implementing corrective actions. In conclusion, while the guidance and counseling program at the high school level in Bireuen Regency is progressing positively, further improvements are needed, particularly in expanding services and fully implementing evaluation measures. The implications of this research highlight the need for further professional development for counseling teachers, better resource allocation, and the expansion of the evaluation process to ensure the program's continued success and alignment with educational goals.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) To determine the forms of implementation of Aceh education implementation policies in accordance with qanun number 11 of 2014 in elementary schools in West Aceh Regency 2) To determine the implementation of Aceh education implementation policies in accordance with qanun number 11 of 2014 in elementary schools in West Aceh Regency 3 ). To find out the obstacles faced in implementing Aceh education implementation policies in accordance with Qanun number 11 of 2014 in elementary schools in West Aceh Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The informants for this research are school principals, school supervisors, class teachers and school committees at State Elementary Schools in Clusters 1, 2 and 3, Woyla District, West Aceh Regency. The research period was from August to September 2023. Data collection techniques used included observation, interviews and documentation. The results of data analysis concluded that the forms of implementation of Acehnese education policy in accordance with Qanun number 11 of 2014 in elementary schools in West Aceh Regency include local content subjects (Acehnese language, tahfiz, reading and writing the Qur'an/Jawo letters, forms of habituation and forms of literacy/calligraphy as well as through the teungkudayah school entry program. Implementation of the Aceh education policy in accordance with qanun number 11 of 2014 in elementary schools in West Aceh Regency is carried out by planning, organizing, carrying out activities and carrying out control/supervision. Planning involves everyone. school components, committees, school supervisors and the surrounding environment and those that were not involved from the start of planning. Organizing includes the organization of curriculum/teaching materials, teacher/teacher organization, schedule time organization, student/class organization and Islamic values/potential organization. environment. Obstacles faced in implementing Aceh education implementation policies in accordance with qanun number 11 of 2014 in elementary schools in West Aceh Regency include internal obstacles and external obstacles. These include the unavailability of specialized Acehnese language teachers, limited budget, no training for teachers in the implementation of Acehnese education such as local content, limited parental support or involvement of school committees, limited facilities and infrastructure and the time available is still using time in the curriculum National is not extra time.

Abstract

Research objectives 1) to determine the influence of Learning Organization on teacher performance at State Elementary Schools in West Aceh Regency; 2) to determine the effect of the principal's managerial supervision on teacher performance at state elementary schools in West Aceh Regency. This research was carried out at the Regional Office Technical Implementation Unit 1 in cluster 1, Meureubo District, West Aeh Regency using quantitative methods. The research population was 212 people, the sample was 68 people, the sample was determined using the Taro Yamane formula. using an error acceptance of 10%. Research findings resulting from hypothesis testing using determination analysis (R), t-test, and simple regression can be concluded from the results of analysis tests using correlation test analysis, simple linear regression test, partial test (t-test) and determinant coefficient test (r), it can be concluded that teacher performance influences the learning organization. The results of the correlation coefficient are 0.304 with a significant value of 0.012, there is a positive relationship between learning organization and teacher performance. Meanwhile, the correlation coefficient value (rcount) is compared with (rtable) with an alpha value of 0.012 (5%). By calculating the results of the Pearson product moment correlation test, the rcount value is 0.304, while the rtable is 0.265. Therefore, it can be concluded that the value of rcount > rtable (0.304 > 0.265), this is in accordance with the rules of hypothesis testing with a significant level of alpha value <0.05, so the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of learning organization on teacher performance. The results of the r table validity test can be calculated in the statistical r-table with a two-way test based on the formula df = n-2 so 68-2 = 66 with an error level of 0.5%, variable X at p1, p5, p6, p7, p9 and the variable Y p10 has a different value from the other questions but it is still said to be valid. So the rtable results in the validity test show a dominant value of 0.322. So it can be concluded that the person coreelation value (rcount) is greater than the value (rtable), so that the entire number of question items in the results of this research are declared valid. The influence of the principal's managerial supervision on teacher performance is based on the results of the reliability test of the two variables, namely variable X teacher performance obtained a Cronbach apha value of 0.701 and variable Y teacher performance obtained a Cronbach apha value of 0.747. Thus the second research hypothesis is accepted.
