Abstract

Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan utama di Indonesia, terutama di daerah pedesaan, yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Posyandu sebagai program kesehatan masyarakat, berperan penting dalam memantau tumbuh kembang anak. Pengukuran antropometri (berat badan, tinggi badan, lingkar kepala) adalah cara utama untuk mengevaluasi status gizi anak, dan diperlukan pelatihan kader untuk melakukannya secara akurat. Tujuan: meningkatkan kapasitas kader Posyandu di Desa Perampuan dalam menggunakan alat antropometri kit untuk mengukur bayi dan balita, guna memastikan pertumbuhan anak sesuai standar kesehatan. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, demonstrasi, dan evaluasi. Subyek kegiatan ini adalah 42 kader dari 7 Posyandu di Desa Perampuan. Alat yang digunakan meliputi stadiometer, timbangan digital, baby scale, dan meteline. Kegiatan berlangsung melalui tiga tahapan: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan pada 6 Oktober 2024, dengan materi tentang pengukuran berat badan, tinggi badan, lingkar lengan atas, dan lingkar kepala. Kader Posyandu menerima bantuan alat antropometri kit untuk masing-masing Posyandu. Evaluasi dilakukan sehari setelahnya dan ditemukan beberapa hambatan, seperti latar belakang pendidikan kader yang berbeda-beda dan masalah kalibrasi alat. Kesimpulan: Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan kader dalam mengukur pertumbuhan anak menggunakan alat antropometri kit. Hasil pemeriksaan dapat digunakan sebagai data yang valid untuk menilai status gizi anak. Evaluasi dan pendampingan penggunaan alat diperlukan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan kegiatan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                            ASI  atau  yang  disebut  Air  Susu  Ibu  adalah  air  susu  yang  dihasilkan  oleh  ibu  dan mengandung zat gizi yang telah diperlukan si bayi untuk kebutuhan maupun perkembangan si bayi. Usia 6 bulan pertama pada bayi hanya diberikan ASI saja tanpa tambahan campuran susu lainnya  seperti  susu  formula  dan  tanpa  tambahan  makanan  padat  lainnya,  misalnya  biscuit, bubur nasi, pisang, dan lain-lain (Nuradhiani, 2020) Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu terkait ASI Ekslusif. Lokasi pengabdian di Poskesdes Rembiga  Kecamatan Selaparang Kota Mataram. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah, pemberian leaflet dan metode pre-post test dalam bentuk kuesioner. Subyek pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil dan ibu yang mempunyai bayi 0-6 bulan sejumlah 15 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah power point, leaflet dan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest dari kegiatan yang dilakukan dapat dilihat terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan remaja putri dari nilai pretest dalam kategori kurang sebesar 46 % (7 orang) meningkat menjadi sebagian besar kategori pengetahuan cukup dan baik sebesar 60 % (9 orang) pada saat posttest.Kata kunci: Pendidikan Kesehatan; Stunting; ASI Eksklusif. ABSTRACTBreast milk or what is known as Mother's Milk is the milk produced by the mother and contains the nutrients needed by the baby for their needs and development. For the first 6 months, babies should only be given breast milk without any additional mixed milk such as formula and without any solid food additions, such as biscuits, rice porridge, bananas, etc (Oktarina & Sudiarti, 2014). The purpose of this community service activity is to increase mothers' knowledge about Exclusive Breastfeeding. The location of the service is at the Rembiga Poskesdes in Selaparang District, Mataram City. The methods used in this activity include lectures, distribution of leaflets, and a pre-post test in the form of a questionnaire. The subjects of this community service are all pregnant mothers and mothers who have babies aged 0-6 months totaling 15 people. The instruments used are PowerPoint, leaflets, and questionnaires. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest from the conducted activities, there was an increase in knowledge among female adolescents from a pretest score in the 'poor' category of 46% (7 people) to mostly being in the 'sufficient' and 'good' knowledge categories at 60% (9 people) during the posttest.Keywords: Health Education; Stunting; MP-ASI.

Abstract

Background: The Covid-19 pandemic that hit almost all countries in the world today has had an impact on various health and non-health sectors, including the island of Lombok. Perinatal transmission from mother to baby is still quite high, as evidenced by 28,314 pregnant women who were tested for HIV in January-September 2012, as many as 812 pregnant women (2.9%) were infected with HIV. The Covid-19 pandemic has made the NTB government respond by issuing various policies to break the chain of transmission and reduce the impact that occurs, namely by locking, so that it has an impact on visits by pregnant women to carry out ANC checks to health services.Purposes: This study aims to explore the participation of pregnant women in the Triple Elimination Program for HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis B in the Covid-19 Pandemic in Mataram City.Methods: This study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach with descriptive analytic design with a cross-sectional design to determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable simultaneously in a single population and at the same time. Data analysis includes univariable analysis to describe the frequency distribution of each variable.Results: In general, the Triple Elimination program has been going well with many pregnant women who have high perceptions of the vulnerability of Triple Elimination, but what needs to be improved is counseling and information about HIV and HIV testing from health workers and support from related agencies so that this program runs optimally. and pregnant women are willing to carry out the Triple Elimination test.Conclusion: This study suggests the need for counseling and education on HIV testing from health workers and support from relevant agencies. Future research can look at the factors that affect the performance of health workers in providing education

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Partograf merupakan alat yang direkomendasikan oleh WHO untuk digunakan secara rutin pada tahap pertama persalinan guna memantau kemajuan persalinan serta mencegah persalinan lama dan komplikasi. Efektivitas partograf telah dibuktikan melalui penelitian yang melibatkan 35.484 wanita. Meskipun sebagian besar bidan telah mengenal partograf, penggunaannya secara konsisten dan real-time masih rendah. Berdasarkan observasi awal dan wawancara di PMB Ayu Astuti menunjukkan bahwa beberapa bidan menganggap partograf hanya sebagai persyaratan administrasi, bukan sebagai alat klinis untuk pengambilan keputusan. Rendahnya pemanfaatan partograf dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan bidan dalam membaca serta mengisi partograf sesuai standar, serta keterbatasan waktu dan tenaga karena bidan praktik mandiri umumnya bekerja sendiri. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi bidan melalui pemberdayaan dalam penggunaan partograf sebagai upaya deteksi dini dan pencegahan tindakan sectio caesarea. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pre-test, pelatihan dan penyegaran materi, serta post-test dengan soal yang sama. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 18 September 2025. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan pengisian partograf dengan rata-rata kenaikan sebesar 20,2%. Mitra menyambut positif kegiatan ini karena membantu memperbarui pengetahuan bidan. Selain meningkatkan keterampilan, kegiatan ini juga berdampak pada sikap, pelaksanaan, dan pengambilan keputusan bidan.Kata kunci: Pemberdayaan; Partograf; Pencegahan; Deteksi Dini; Sectio Caesare. ABSTRACTThe partograph is a tool recommended by WHO for routine use in the first stage of labor to monitor the progress of labor and prevent prolonged labor and complications. The effectiveness of the partograph has been demonstrated through a study involving 35,484 women. Although most midwives are familiar with the partograph, its consistent and real-time use remains low. Based on initial observations and interviews at PMB Ayu Astuti, it was shown that some midwives considered the partograph only as an administrative requirement, not as a clinical tool for decision making. The low utilization of partographs is influenced by the lack of knowledge and skills of midwives in reading and filling out partographs according to standards, as well as limited time and energy because independent midwives generally work alone. This community service activity aims to improve the competence of midwives through empowerment in the use of partographs as an effort to detect early and prevent caesarean sections. The methods used included a pre-test, training and refresher courses, and a post-test using the same questions. The activity was conducted on September 18, 2025. Results showed an improvement in partograph filling skills, with an average increase of 20.2%. Partners welcomed this activity because it helped update midwives' knowledge. In addition to improving skills, this activity also impacted midwives' attitudes, practice, and decision-making.Keywords: Empowerment; Partograph; Prevention; Early Detection; Sectio Caesarea.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Gangguan kesehatan mental pada ibu pascapersalinan merupakan masalah penting yang perlu dideteksi sejak dini, namun integrasinya dalam kurikulum kebidanan masih terbatas. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dosen kebidanan dalam mengintegrasikan skrining kesehatan mental ibu pascapersalinan ke dalam mata kuliah Asuhan Kebidanan Nifas dan Menyusui, sehingga mahasiswa mampu melakukan deteksi dini sesuai kompetensi bidan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi melalui presentasi, ceramah interaktif, dan sesi tanya jawab, serta workshop berbasis simulasi pasien dan kerja kelompok. Mitra kegiatan terdiri dari 10 dosen dan 1 laboran kebidanan yang diadakan pada bulan November tahun 2025. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi keterampilan praktik dan partisipasi aktif dalam diskusi, serta umpan balik akhir mengenai kesiapan mengajarkan skrining kepada mahasiswa. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan praktik peserta sebesar 85% dan peningkatan pemahaman konsep skrining sebesar 90%, diikuti kesiapan seluruh peserta untuk mengimplementasikan materi dalam pembelajaran. Pengabdian ini membuktikan efektivitas metode sosialisasi dan workshop dalam membekali dosen kebidanan dengan kompetensi skrining kesehatan mental ibu pascapersalinan secara sistematis.Kata kunci: Integrasi; Kesehatan Mental; Pascapersalinan; Skrining. ABSTRACTMental health disorders in postpartum mothers are a significant issue that needs early detection, but their integration into the midwifery curriculum is still limited. This service aims to improve the understanding and skills of midwifery lecturers in integrating postpartum maternal mental health screening into the Postpartum and Breastfeeding Midwifery Care course, so that students are able to perform early detection according to the competencies of midwives. The implementation methods include socialisation through presentations, interactive lectures, and question-and-answer sessions, as well as simulation-based patient workshops and group work. The activity partners consist of 10 lecturers and 1 midwifery laboratory technician, and the event will be held in November 2025. Evaluation was conducted thru observation of practical skills and active participation in discussions, as well as final feedback on the students' readiness to teach screening. The service results showed an 85% increase in participants' practical skills and a 90% increase in their understanding of screening concepts, followed by all participants' readiness to implement the material in their teaching. This service proves the effectiveness of socialization methods and workshops in equipping midwifery lecturers with the competence to systematically screen postpartum maternal mental health. Keywords: Integration; Mental Health; Postpartum; Screening.
