Abstract

The dynamics of political participation of the Samin community in Bojonegoro show significant development of political literacy. This study is focused on answering the political literacy of the Samin community in voicing their aspirations in the General Election from the perspective of Fiqh Siyasah. The results of the study show that the level of political literacy of the Samin community is increasing. The indicator is that the enthusiasm of the Samin people in exercising their voting rights in the general election. In facing elections, the Samin community usually holds a community meeting led by the customary head, to determine the direction of their political aspirations. Over time, this tradition, although still valid, the results of its decisions are not binding. This means that the Samin people are given the freedom to make their own choices. This is different from previous times where the results of the deliberations were a collective decision in determining political aspirations. In the context of Fiqh Siyasah, the political literacy of the Samin community in the General Election is an exciting process of democratization, because the participation of the Samin community shows a growing awareness of living as a nation and a state within the frame of diversity. The practice of deliberation carried out by the Samin community is the application of the principle of deliberation in Islam, so that even though the results are not binding, the decision-making process creates a dialogue between community members to build an increasingly dynamic and progressive political literacy of the Samin community.

Abstract

One of the diversity of the interpretation results of a Qur’anic verses is the concept of kafaah in marriage. The verses about the concept of kafaah that are used as the basis of the law by most classical Jurisprudence groups are appertain explicit. Therefore, the concept of kafaah has become one of the problems debate among Jurisprudence since long time ago until now. Of course, this concept of kafaah will be very interesting if it is understood through the approach of qur'an and Tafsir science. This article seeks to re-read the meaning of the verses that are used as arguments for the concept of kafaah in marriage through the approach of Wahbah al-Zuhayli>ythought.The writing of this article is a qualitative research, namely research that makes library materials the main source (data). In data collection techniques, this article uses the thematic model technique “mawd}u>‘i” with a focus on the verses on which the concept of kafaah is based.In this article, revealed that there are verses that alleged to be the basis for the concept of classical Jurisprudence. That seven verses are not all properly said to be the basis of the kafaah law. According to the author, there are three verses that properly used as the basis of kafaah, even from the aspect of al-di>nin the sense of al-diyanah, which means al-taqwa or al-s}alah can also be called praiseworthy morals (spiritual morals): First, surah al-Nu>r [24]: 3. Second, surah al-al-Nu>r [24]: 26. and Third, one verse as a support or reinforcement of the legal basis of kafaah from the aspect of al-di>nnamely surah al-Sajadah [32]: 18.

Abstract

Manhaj tafsir lughāwi atau linguistik berarti sebuah penafsiran yang mempunyai corak kebahasaan, dimana sebuah tafsir lebih dominan menguraikan aspek Bahasa daripada inti pesan yang terdapat pada sebuah ayat. Benih Tafsir linguistik sudah muncul sejak zaman Nabi Muhammad Saw dan kemudian berkembang pesat pada era Pertengahan, saat peradaban Islam berada dipuncak keemasan yang senada dengan dinamika keilmuan dan politik yang semakin berkembang sehingga mempengaruhi pada cara pandang para mufassir. Pada tafsir lughāwi banyak mengungkap sisi kebahasaan sebuah ayat seperti makna semantik kata, asal-usul kata, kedudukan (I’rāb) kata, uslūb (stilistika), serta istilah-istilah teknis dalam kaidah kebahasaan juga mengungkap makna-makna lafadz Ghārib, dan sisi balaghah dalam ayat Al-Qur’an. Di antara kitab Tafsir yang bermanhaj lughāwī/linguistik adalah Tafsir Ma’ānīl Qur’an karya al-Farrā’, Ma’ānīl Qur’an karya al-Akhfāsh dan kitab Bahrūl Muhīth karya Abu Hayyān.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengetahui nilai-nilai yang melatarbelakangi sosio-kultural masyarakat di negeri Morella, Kabupaten Maluku Tengah dalam merayakan lebaran 7 syawal beserta tradisi pukul sapu lidi di baliknya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan mode kajian living hadis yang dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan antropologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perayaan lebaran 7 syawal di Negeri Morella Kabupaten Maluku Tengah merupakan hasil interpretasi ulama terdahulu secara kontekstual dari hadis tentang keutamaan puasa 6 hari di bulan syawal.  Dalam perayaan lebaran 7 syawal terdapat tradisi pukul sapu lidi yang murni sebagai warisan budaya untuk mengenang perjuangan mujahid di Benteng Kapahaha melawan VOC Belanda. Nilai yang melatarbelakangi  perayaan lebaran 7 syawal dengan tradisi pukul sapu lidi adalah nilai religius sebagai ekspresi rasa syukur atas selesainya rangkaian ibadah puasa, nilai sosial dengan menjaga hubungan silaturahmi dan memuliakan tamu, serta nilai Pendidikan dengan melestarikan sejarah agar tetap dikenal dan tidak hilang.

Abstract

This article discussed about Mandi Safar Tradition at Tasik Nambus, the society of kepulauan Meranti Regency, Riau (Viewed from the Perspective of Hadits). The purpose of this study is to review the values contained in mandi safar according to hadits perspective. So that Islamic values are found in it. Because there are still many people who think that the traditions that develop in society are against the Shari'a, including the tradition of taking a mandi safarin Kepulauan meranti Regency. This study used a qualitative method, using two methods, namely by interviewing community leaders and exploring the literature related to research. As for the results of the study it was found that the Mandi Safar tradition of the society of the Kepulauan Meranti Regency is a hereditary tradition. This tradition started since the discovery of Tasik Nambus, the main character is Muhammad Sholeh. The Mandi Safar procession has two stages, namely preparation and implementation. The preparatory stage consists of soaking the wafak and preparing food, while the procession stage begins with praying together, eating together and bathing in Tasik Nambus, and this tradition is still running today. Based on the procession that was carried out, it was found that the values contained in the Mandi Safar tradition at Tasik Nambus, namely surrendering to God, giving charity and staying in touch. These three values when viewed from the perspective of hadith are recommended, the hadith also doesn’t conflict with Al-Qur'an and common sense.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas peran penting Tafsir Lokal dalam menghadapi tantangan radikalisme di wilayah Indonesia. Dengan menganalisis pemahaman Alquran yang sesuai dengan konteks budaya dan sosial di kepulauan ini, artikel ini menguraikan strategi-strategi yang dapat mengurangi dampak gerakan radikalisme. Penguatan peran Tafsir Lokal menjadi fokus utama, dengan menyoroti pendidikan, dialog antaragama, dan keterlibatan ulama sebagai instrumen kunci dalam upaya meminimalisasi radikalisme. Dikaji dengan analisis deskriptif, metode library reseach dan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Melalui pendekatan ini, artikel ini bertujuan untuk membantu membangun pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang Alquran yang mempromosikan toleransi, perdamaian, dan kasih sayang dalam masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini berusaha menghidupkan kembali esensi tafsir Al-Quran dalam konteks Indonesia sebagai perisai terhadap potensi radikalisasi yang muncul akibat penafsiran yang sempit. Tafsir-tafsir Al-Quran yang unik dalam budaya Indonesia tidak sekadar menjadi subjek kajian akademik, melainkan juga harus diaplikasikan secara konkret dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sebagai wujud tanggapan yang berakar pada identitas daerah terhadap realitas sekitarnya.

Abstract

Islam comes with good values and encourages people to adorn themselves with them, and instructs people to fight for and defend religious values, so that they can take the straight path (hanif). But all of that cannot be accomplished except by following the laws that have been established in Islam. In the context of the Qur'an, to indicate a straight religion is by using the word Hanif. Our guidance is to always follow the hanif millah of Ibrahim, by always monotheizing Allah and not associating partners with Him. Hanif describes a heart that is free from envy and jealousy, a heart that is inclined towards monotheism and away from shirk, a heart that loves the hereafter and can make the world as a provision for the benefit of the hereafter, a heart that is clean from desires that can prevent himself from Allah's prohibitions. Therefore, this paper will refer to the interpretation of the verses of the Qur'an that might explain the true meaning of hanif and hopefully we can all embrace the true religion of Islam and can practice and apply it in everyday life.

Abstract

Degradasi moral remaja seperti asusila, kekerasan, narkotika harus diselesaikan. Pendidikan aqidah sesuai Alquran menjadi solusinya. Metode penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif, dengan kontekstualisasi Alquran. Dalam Alquran Nabi Ibrahim dan Nabi Ya’qub wasiat kepada keturunannya agar menyembah Allah dan mati sebagai muslim. Keturunannya menjawab akan menyembah Allah yang maha Esa. Dan Luqman yang berpesan kepada keturunannya agar menyembah Allah, amal ma’ruf, nahi munkar. Internalisasi pendidikan dimulai dilingkup keluarga, orang tua menjadi teladan. Menyampaikan pesan dengan ramah, rahmah dan istiqomah. Lingkungan sekolah memberikan materi aqidah disetiap pelajaran dengan metode bernyanyi, agar anak mudah memahami. Manusia adalah makhluk sosial, menghargai perbedaan dan saling tolong menolong. Dari Aqidah yang kuat, ketaatan seorang hamba kepada tuhannya akan menghindarkan dari perbuatan yang tidak bermoral. Dampak penelitian ini sebagai pedoman pendidik dan orang tua untuk mengkonseling remaja, pembahasan yang singkat dan mudah dipahami, sehingga bisa dilakukan oleh siapapun, dan mampu mengatasi masalah degradasi moral remaja. Abstract

This article explores early marriage in Madura. Early marriage causes psychological problems and physical and material losses that are not in line with the purpose of family formation in Islam. Using a mixed method approach, this article utilizes questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation obtained using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Square approach equipped with qualitative analysis. The achievement of family formation goals is measured using Maqāsid Al-Usrah indicators by Jamal Al-Din 'Atiyah Muhammad. The measurement results indicate that early marriage families in the Madura Muslim community achieve family formation goals to ensure human life continuity, regulate male-female relationships, maintain lineage clarity, and preserve religiosity within the family. At a methodological level, this research contributes to various models for measuring family resilience in establishing and building a family. Based on reliability and validity tests, all indicators of maqāsid al-usrah’s Jamal Al-Din ‘Atiyah Muhammad are declared valid and reliable so that they can be used to measure the achievement of family formation goals in other subjects in further research studies.
