Abstract

Jawa Timur memiliki banyak tempat tujuan wisata yang memiliki potensi besar salah satunya wisata religi. Salah satu destinasi wisata yang banyak dikunjungi wisatawan di Kabupten Jombang ialah Wisata Religi Makam Gus Dur. Penelitian ini menggambarkan tentang dampak Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity, Ancillary Destinasi Wisata Religi Makam Gus Dur Jombang terhadap Minat Berkunjung Wisatawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang berminat berkunjung ke Wisata Religi Makam Gus Dur Jombang dengan sampel sejumlah 75 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa variabel attraction dan ancillary berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan, sedangkan accessibility dan amenity berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan. Keempat variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh simultan terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan, dan pada pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwa attraction merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan ke wisata religi makam Gus Dur di Kabupaten Jombang. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketika wisatawan berminat untuk mengunjungi wisata religi makam Gus Dur yang paling diinginkan adalah melihat dan meikmati atraksi wisata yang ada di wisata religi tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Instagram social media  and destination image on tourist visiting interest in  the Clungup Mangrove Conservation. The object of this research is Clungup Mangrove Conservation located in Tambakrejo Village, Sumbermanjing Wetan District, Malang Regency. Researchers conducted this study as an effort to provide answers that Instagram social media and destination images can affect the interest of tourists visiting the Clungup Mangrove Conservation. The study used quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires through Google Form. The results of this study showed that Instagram Social Media and Destination Image positively influenced Tourist Visiting Interest by 76.4%, while 23.6% was influenced by variables outside this study. Destination image has a significant influence than Instagram Social Media on Tourist Visiting Interest. Suggestions that can be given from the results of this study mean that the role of managers is needed in spreading the Clungup Mangrove Conservation. With the advancement of technology at this time, it will be very easy for managers to market destinations through social media such as Tik-Tok and Facebook so that destinations are increasingly known to tourists

Abstract

Cleanliness is an important aspect of daily life, from personal hygiene to environmental cleanliness. Cleanliness can reflect the health of each individual. Personal hygiene includes regular bathing, washing clothes, and brushing teeth daily. Environmental cleanliness refers to the surrounding environment where humans live, including the home environment, the interior of the house, and public places around people. This activity aims to provide knowledge about the impacts of waste and how to handle it, as well as provide supporting facilities. The implementation method for this community service included outreach and interviews. The activity was attended by the waste operations team, the youth organization head, the local neighborhood association head, and residents of Sawun Hamlet. The result of this activity was the provision of warning signs, increasing community awareness of practicing clean living behaviors and being able to distinguish between organic and non-organic waste.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how product quality, service quality, and information quality affect customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction acting as an intermediary variable. This research specifically targets moisturizer products from “The Originote” through TikTok Shop. The study's population includes users of the TikTok app, though the exact number is not specified. A total of 125 respondents were sampled. A quantitative approach was employed, collecting data via surveys and interviews for primary data, alongside literature for secondary data. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with two models. The findings reveal that both product quality and service quality positively and significantly influence customer satisfaction, while information quality does not have a notable effect. Additionally, product quality and customer satisfaction are shown to significantly enhance customer loyalty, whereas service quality and information quality do not. Customer satisfaction serves as a mediator that reinforces the impact of service quality and information on customer loyalty. These results underscore the significance of prioritizing product and service quality to foster customer loyalty. The implications of this research can help companies develop more effective marketing strategies, especially in utilizing the TikTok platform to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
