Abstract

The State of malnutrition and more nutrition in infant and children is due to improper complementary feeding habits and the mother ignorance of the benefits and the correct way of providing complementary feeding so that it affects the mother’s behavior in giving MP-ASI. This research is a descriptive correlation study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were mothers who had children aged 6-24 months at the primary health center Putri Ayu Kota Jambi.The description of mother's knowledge about MP-ASI is in the good category as many as 51 respondents (57%). The nutritional status of infants aged 6-24 months is in the good category of 68 infants (76%). There is a significant relationship between knowledge and nutritional status where the p-value is 0.027 (p <0.05).There is a significant relationship between knowledge and nutritional status where the p-value is 0.027 (p <0.05). It is expected that mothers of toddlers play a more active role in finding information in providing good and correct MP-ASI so that toddlers grow up healthy and develop optimally. ABSTRAK Keadaan kurang gizi dan gizi yang lebih pada bayi dan anak disebabkan karena kebiasaan pemberian MP-ASI yang tidak tepat dan ketidaktahuan ibu tentang manfaat dan cara pemberian MP-ASI yang benar sehingga berpengaruh terhadap perilaku ibu dalam pemberian MP-ASI.Penelitian ini yaitu penelitian descriptive korelasi dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu yang mempunyai anak usia 6-24 bulan di Puskesmas Putri Ayu Kota Jambi. Gambaran pengetahuan ibu tentang MP-ASI berada dalam kategori baik yaitu sebanyak 51 responden (57%). Gambaran status gizi pada bayi usia 6-24 bulan berada dalam kategori baik yaitu 68 bayi (76%). Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan status gizi dimana p-Value sebesar 0,027 (p <0,05).Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan status gizi dimana p-Value sebesar 0,027 (p <0,05). Diharapkan ibu balita berperan lebih aktif dalam mencari informasi dalam pemberian MP-ASI yang baik dan benar agar balita tumbuh sehat dan berkembang secara optimal. Kata Kunci: MP-ASI, Status Gizi

Abstract

Background: Academic integrity is a form of adherence to the principles that exist in academics. Several people have tried to develop instruments but none of the instruments explained the six fundamentals. The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument related to academic integrity by discussing six fundamental academic values as well as conducting content validity and readability tests. Method: The type of research used is research and development with additional information with FGD and Expert review and readibility test. Where the samples collected passed 30 medical students in 7th semester. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. Result: Through the results of the FGD, categories divided into 6, 18 sub categories. Furthermore, these results are 39 items. Aiken's V results showed by analysis on three experts, 4 items were found to be invalid. The readability test found that all items could be understood well. The last result got 34 items which 1 items are not eligible fo the instrument. Conclusion: From 34 items are the result with 1 items removed because not eligible and 4 is not valid by Aiken’s V. Abstract

Background: Interprofessional education (IPE) is a joint learning process between two or more students from the health profession to develop collaboration skills and improve the quality of health services. With  IPE, students develop a deeper understanding of various health professions' roles and responsibilities, enhancing their ability to communicate and collaborate effectively. This study aims to develop IPE learning involving five health professions at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences Universitas Jambi. Methods: This study uses a research and development design. This study utilized a qualitative approach, specifically through Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) at the research and information gathering (define) stage. A total of ten lecturers and five heads of study programs from medical, nursing, pharmacies, psychology, and public health programs were involved in this study. Results: Three themes were derived from the results: Curriculum, Faculty Development, and Institutional Support. Community-based IPE allows students from various health study programs at FKIK UNJA to be involved in these activities. To ensure effective implementation of IPE learning,  it is crucial to conduct training for faculty facilitators and field instructors related to IPE learning and to form a team responsible for developing, delivering, and managing the IPE program. Institutional support for interprofessional education (IPE), namely facilities, infrastructure, and a partnership with primary health centers, is critical for implementing and sustaining community-based IPE. Conclusion: The IPE learning that will be implemented at FKIK UNJA is community-based IPE. Three crucial elements must be prepared to implement IPE: curriculum, faculty development, and institutional support. Keywords: Interprofessional Education; Community-Based Setting

Abstract

Physical distancing and stay-at-home instructions to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19 have led various organizations to change their work policy from work from the office to work from home. The specific objective of this study is to examine the link between the readiness of work-home resources in carrying out work from home, work motivation, and work-family conflict. The questionnaire is distributed to lecturers of public higher education institutes in Indonesia through online media by quantitative methods. Data from 131 respondents were then processed using SEM-SmartPLS. The results showed that work-home resource readiness negatively affected work-family conflict and significantly positively affected work motivation. Work motivation has no significant positive impact on work-family conflict. Thus, work motivation cannot mediate the relationship between work-home resource readiness and work-family conflict. Further research regarding work-home resources readiness in another job field would give a different perspective as lecturers have more independent working time than other employees.

Abstract

Cases of sexual violence against children are increasingly prevalent in Indonesia and involve underage individuals as perpetrators. Criminal profiling can be carried out to find out the background and factors that influence these actions. This research uses qualitative research methods, through a narrative approach, and uses data analysis according to Miles and Huberman's theory. Data validity using the degrees of trust (credibility) test method. The respondents in this study were three adolescent perpetrators of sexual violence against children and were assessed using observation, interviews, document studies, and 6 types of psychological tests. The results of this study show that the three respondents have a psychological profile, namely having a less harmonious relationship with the family, experiencing academic problems, already knowing the victim from before the incident, the scene of the incident being in a quiet location, having a motive to fulfill sexual urges, and making persuasion and threats to the victim. Parents and other adults in the adolescent environment should prioritize the psychological well-being of adolescents to prevent the emergence of sexual violence in adolescents, given that there are both internal and external factors that encourage violent behavior in adolescents.Keywords: criminal profiling, correctional child, sexual violence

Abstract

Mahasiswa baru di tahun pertama kuliah sedang menyesuaikan diri dengan aktivitas lingkungan akademik dan sosial di perguruan tinggi. Salah satu permasalahan yang dialami mahasiswa baru pada masa transisi berhenti kuliah di tahun ajaran berikutnya, setelah ditelusuri hal itu terjadi karena berbagai alasan seperti ketidaksesuaian kemampuan dengan minat, pilihan orang lain dan jurusan yang ditekuni pilihan terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat penilaian kesesuaian antara minat dengan jurusan dan tujuan jangka panjang mahasiswa baru terhadap orientasi masa depan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei, dengan responden berjumlah 207 mahasiswa baru tahun 2021 di Universitas X Provinsi Jambi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara daring melalui google form. Analisa data menggunakan teknik kategorisasi dan tabulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 25,6% mahasiswa baru memberikan kriteria penilaian 8 dari 10, artinya mereka menganggap sesuai antara minat dengan jurusan kuliahnya. Sedangkan yang menganggap tidak sangat sesuai sebanyak 1,4% dengan memberikan penilaian 0 dari 10. Selain itu, peninjauan dari penetapan tujuan jangka panjang yang sesuai dengan kriteria SMART Goal (Spesifik, Terukur, Dapat dicapai, Realistis, dan Terikat Waktu) hanya 1% mahasiswa baru. Dua puluh empat persen mahasiswa masih memiliki tujuan yang ambigu dan tidak jelas, dan 14% mahasiswa lainnya belum memiliki tujuan jangka panjang. Sebagian besar mahasiswa baru di Universitas X Provinsi Jambi memiliki tingkat kesesuaian antara minat dengan jurusan sesuai dengan kriteria penilaian yang diberikan. Sedangkan penetapan tujuan jangka panjang pada mahasiswa baru dapat disimpulkan belum memenuhi kriteria SMART Goal (Spesifik, Terukur, Dapat dicapai, Realistis, dan Terikat Waktu).

Abstract

Stigma terhadap klien rehabilitasi penyalahgunaan narkoba masih merajalela sehingga berdampak pada gaya kopingnya yang cederung kurang tepat dalam menyikapi dampak penyalahgunaan narkoba, yaitu relapse. Belum terdapatnya panduan edukasi khusus terkait hal tersebut melatarbelakangi penyusunan modul psikoedukasi strategi koping dalam menghadapi stigma terhadap klien rehabilitasi penyalahgunaan narkoba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas isi dari Modul Psikoedukasi ‘SkeMa’ untuk Klien Rehabilitasi Penyalahgunaan Narkoba dalam Menghadapi Stigma. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi deskriptif uji validitas isi modul dengan model 3D (Define, Design and Develop). Data penelitian diperoleh melalui prosedur judgement pemberian skor rating oleh ahli atau validator yang ditentukan secara purposive yaitu psikolog bidang peminatan klinis dan konselor adiksi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif aiken’s V untuk menilai kesesuaian isi dengan konstruk yang diukur. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil validasi isi modul dengan rentang skor yang bergerak pada angka 0,66 – 0,91. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas modul SkeMa dapat disimpulkan valid untuk digunakan dengan beberapa saran dan perbaikan dari validator. Kriteria tersebut dinilai berdasarkan isi materi, penyajian, bahasa serta kemudahan dalam pelaksanaan psikoedukasi dalam meningkatkan strategi koping klien penyalahgunaan narkoba.The stigma towards drug abuse rehabilitation clients is a common issue that still often results in an impact on their coping styles, which tend to be less appropriate in responding to impact of drug use. Due to the lack of specific educational guidance on this matter, psychoeducational modules have been prepared to help clients overcome stigma. This research aims to test the validity of the content of the 'SkeMa' Psychoeducational Module for Drug Abuse Rehabilitation Clients in Facing Stigma. This research uses a descriptive study to test the validity of the module content with using a 3D model (Define, Design and Develop). Research data was collected through a judgment procedure by clinical psychologists and addiction counselors who rated the module content. Data was analyzed using Aiken's V descriptive analysis to assess content suitability for the measured construct. The research validated the module content with a score range between 0.66 – 0.91. After validating the SkeMa Module, it can be concluded that it is valid for use with some suggestions and improvements from validator. The criteria are based on content, presentation, language, and ease of implementing psychoeducation for improving client’s coping strategies for drug abuse.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diselenggarakan dalam bentuk sesi berbagi pengalaman studi doktoral secara daring melalui Zoom, ditujukan untuk dosen di lingkungan Fakultas Kedokteran dan Ilmu Kesehatan (FKIK) Universitas Jambi. Tujuan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi para dosen terhadap peluang studi lanjut S3, strategi memperoleh beasiswa, serta cara menghadapi tantangan selama studi. Narasumber merupakan penerima Beasiswa Pendidikan Indonesia (BPI) tahun 2023 yang saat ini tengah menempuh pendidikan doktoral di Universitas Padjadjaran. Sebanyak 22 peserta mengikuti kegiatan ini, dan 18 orang (81,8%) memberikan umpan balik melalui formulir evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan respons yang sangat positif: dua aspek memperoleh skor sempurna (5.00), yakni kesesuaian materi dan relevansi dengan kebutuhan peserta; sementara aspek lainnya juga mendapat skor tinggi (4.61–4.94). Kegiatan ini dinilai bermanfaat, informatif, dan inspiratif oleh peserta. Umpan balik juga menunjukkan perlunya durasi diskusi yang lebih panjang serta adanya harapan kegiatan ini dapat diformalkan melalui pengakuan institusi profesi. Kelebihan kegiatan ini adalah pendekatan partisipatif, materi kontekstual, serta pengalaman narasumber yang autentik. Kekurangannya terletak pada keterbatasan waktu dan keterbatasan interaksi emosional akibat format daring. Hasil kegiatan memberikan dasar bagi pengembangan forum mentoring antar-dosen serta mendorong institusi untuk merancang kebijakan yang mendukung studi lanjut staf akademik.

Abstract

Background The development of telepsychology in Indonesia is inseparable from the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic. One of its manifestations is online-based psychological interventions. With numerous growing applications in Indonesia, most of these services only provide counseling via chat with a psychologist. Indeed, the forms of online-based psychological interventions are not limited to chat. Further identifications are required to see if these online-based psychological interventions appeal to the community. This study aims to depict the knowledge and intention of the community to use online psychological interventions and the correlation between them. Method This study was quantitative research with survey method. The number of involved respondents was 127 male and female respondents aged 17-40. Result Research results show that 39.37% of respondents fell into the moderate category of knowledge, 22.04% fell into the low category, and 26.77% fell into the high category. About 49.61% of respondents indicated moderate intention, and 22.83% indicated a reasonably high intention to use online psychological interventions should they face mental health issues. Online interventions perceived as appealing for the community should they experience mental health issues were web-based intervention, psychologist-guided online therapies, application-based online interventions, and chat counseling. Discussion Public knowledge of online psychological intervention is quite adequate. However, there are still a number of issues that the community doesn't understand, such as intervention design and understanding regarding the effectiveness of online psychological intervention. Nonetheless, people's intention to use psychological intervention is increasing in line with the challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic, which required people to use digital technology in their daily lives. Furthermore, efforts are needed to provide public understanding regarding the use of online psychological intervention. Conclusion The community has sufficient knowledge and interest in online psychology services. There is a positive relationship between knowledge and intention to use online psychological interventions. Education is needed to increase public understanding regarding online interventions. Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan komponen penting yang dapat memengaruhi hasil belajar, terutama bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus seperti anak tunarungu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas media roda putar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pengucapan huruf pada anak tunarungu. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain satu kelompok pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian adalah anak tunarungu di SLB Harapan Mulia Kota Jambi, yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Paired Sample t-Test pada software JASP 0.9.0.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media roda putar secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan pengucapan huruf (p = 0,027). Selain itu, media ini juga terbukti mampu meningkatkan antusiasme, motivasi, dan keterlibatan anak selama proses pembelajaran, yang merupakan aspek penting dalam psikologi pendidikan
