Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between work satisfaction, organization commitment to organizational citizenship behavior employees. A measuring tool used in this study is the scale of organizational citizenship behavior, work satisfaction, and organization commitment. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The sample population of this study is the employee of company X in Yogyakarta who has a position at low manager. There are 43 employees respondent. This study uses data processing test using SPSS version 21.0 for windows. We use regressions test analysis and the result are a) Ha received, r=0,616 with a value of p = 0.000, p<0.05 means that job satisfaction and OCB are positively correlated and highly significant. b) Ha received, r=0,322 with a value of p = 0.018, p<0.05 means that organizational commitment and OCB correlated positively and significantly. c) Ha received, r=0,448 with a value of p = 0.001, p<0.05 means that job satisfaction and organizational commitment positively and significantly correlated. d) Ha received, r=0,379 with a value of p = 0.000, p<0.05 means that job satisfaction and organizational commitment and OCB are positively correlated and highly significant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji komitmen afektif sebagai moderator pada pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja kontekstual. Sebanyak 100 orang karyawan gerai makanan berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi, komitmen afektif dan kinerja kontekstual. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen afektif tidak mampu memoderasi  pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja kontekstual, namun komitmen afektif secara signifikan mampu memoderisasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja kontekstual. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa untuk meningkatkan perilaku kinerja kontekstual karyawan, organisasi dapat mendorong karyawan untuk menginternalisasikan budaya organisasi, memiliki kepuasan kerja yang tinggi dan membuat karyawan memiliki komitmen afektif terhadap organisasinya.

Abstract

This activity aims to increase parental knowledge through psychoeducation on the stages of adolescent development, positive parenting and self-awareness. This is done to provide understanding to parents related to adolescent parenting based on their stages of development and to build parenting potential through self-knowledge. This activity was carried out for 3 days in the village of Teratak Manuk, Pelalawan Regency, with 10 participants, parents of teenagers. The hope is that with the provision of psychoeducational materials regarding parenting, parents can better understand the stages of development of their children, who in this case are in their teens, and can be a preventive measure to build family resilience in overcoming drug abuse.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction As a rapidly growing and highly competitive industry, culinary entrepreneurs must be capable of innovating to maintain the existence and competitiveness of their businesses. However, in reality, the innovative behavior of small entrepreneurs is still limited and rarely practiced. Psychological capital is believed to be one of the factors that can stimulate innovative behavior among entrepreneurs. Objective To see the relationship between psychological capital and the innovative behavior of culinary MSME owners in Jambi City. Method This research used a correlational quantitative approach. The population of this research is culinary MSME owners in Jambi City. Sampling used cluster sampling technique with a sample of 342 people. Data analysis used Pearson Product Moment. Result It was found that there was a significant positive correlation between psychological capital and innovative behavior of culinary MSME owners in Jambi City with an r of 0.259 p-values <0.001. Researchers also found a significant positive correlation between self efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience with innovative behavior of culinary MSME owners in Jambi City. Conclusion There is a significant positive relationship between psychological capital and innovative behavior among MSME culinary owners in Jambi City where psychological capital also makes an effective contribution to innovative behavior by 10%. Keyword: Psychological Capital, Innovative Behavior, Entrepreneurship, MSME, Culinary MSME ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Sebagai industri yang berkembang pesat dan paling diminati membuat wirausaha bidang kuliner harus mampu memunculkan inovasi dalam mempertahankan eksistensi dan daya saing usahanya. Namun kenyataannya, perilaku inovatif pengusaha kecil masih terbatas dan jarang dilakukan. Modal psikologis dipercaya sebagai salah satu faktor yang mampu memunculkan perilaku inovatif wirausaha. Tujuan Untuk melihat hubungan modal psikologis dengan perilaku inovatif pemilik UMKM kuliner di Kota Jambi. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini ialah pemilik UMKM kuliner di Kota Jambi. Pengambilan sampling menggunakan teknik kluster acak dengan sampel sebanyak 342 orang. Analisis data menggunakan Pearson’s Product Moment. Hasil Ditemukan adanya hubungan positif signifikan antara modal psikologis dengan perilaku inovatif pemilik UMKM kuliner di Kota Jambi dengan r sebesar 0,259 p value <0.001. Ditemukan hubungan positif signifikan antara aspek efikasi diri, optimis, harapan, dan resiliensi dengan perilaku inovatif pemilik UMKM kuliner di Kota Jambi. Kesimpulan Terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara modal psikologis dengan perilaku inovatif pada pemilik UMM kuliner di Kota Jambi di mana modal psikologis juga memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap perilaku inovatif sebesar 10%. Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction This Research have an objective for the exploration in the meaning of gratitude in Nuak Ketan tradition at Jambi Community. Method Research method uses the approaches of Indigneous Psychology. Conducted by open endeed quoetionare and deep interview. Data analytic was held by categorization, axial coding, percentage, and description. Research respondent was calculated in number 112, from local people of JambiResult The result of research showed the meaning of gratitude in Nuak Ketan Tradition such as pray together, charity event, Islamic value implementation, preserve tradion, expressing goodness and campation.Keywords : Nuak Ketan, Gratitude, Selamatan ABSTRAKPendahuluan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali makna kebersyukuran dalam tradisi Nuak Ketan pada masyarakat Jambi. Metode Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Indigenous Psychology, dilakukan dengan metode survei terbuka dan wawancara mendalam. Analisis dilakukan dengan kategorisasi, axial coding, persentase, dan deskripsi. Responden penelitian sebanyak 112, yang merupakan warga Jambi. Hasil Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa makna kebersyukuran dalam tradisi Nuak Ketan berupa berdoa bersama, sedekah, Selamatan, mengamalkan nilai islam, melestarikan tradisi, mengungkapkan kebaikan dan kasih sayang. Abstract

Introduction Attendance is one of the elements in assessing performance. Employees who do not come to the workplace according to the specified schedule have an impact on work productivity. Additionally, there are other factors that influence employee performance, such as emotional intelligence and burnout. Research Objectives To determine the effect of emotional intelligence and burnout on employee performance at the Jambi City Personnel and Human Resources Agency. Method The research employed a quantitative approach with a regression method. The research respondents were employees of BKPSDMD Kota Jambi, totaling 37 individuals, selected using a total sampling technique. Results It was found that there was a significant effect of emotional intelligence on performance with sig = 0.000, it was found that there was no significant effect of burnout on performance with sig = 0.170, there was a significant effect of emotional intelligence and burnout on the performance of BKPSDMD Jambi City employees with sig 0.000. Conclusion There is a significant influence of emotional intelligence on performance, there is no effect of burnout on performance, there is an influence of emotional intelligence and burnout on employee performance at BKPSDMD Jambi City. Pegawai yang tidak datang ke tempat kerja sesuai jadwal yang ditentukan dapat berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja, selain itu terdapat faktor lain yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, seperti kecerdasan emosional dan burnout. Tujuan Penelitian Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan burnout terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian dan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Jambi. Metode Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi. Responden penelitian adalah pegawai BKPSDMD Kota Jambi, sejumlah 37 individu, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Hasil Ditemukan adanya pengaruh signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja dengan sig=0.000, ditemukan tidak adanya pengaruh signifikan burnout terhadap kinerja dengan sig=0.170, ditemukan adanya pengaruh signifikan kecerdasan emosional dan burnout terhadap kinerja pegawai BKPSDMD Kota Jambi dengan sig 0,000. Kesimpulan Terdapat pengaruh signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja, tidak terdapat pengaruh burnout terhadap kinerja, terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan burnout terhadap kinerja pegawai di BKPSDMD Kota Jambi. Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction Human resources (HR) are productive individuals who work as the driving force of an organization. In the world of work, employees are required to work optimally and involve themselves in work or Work Engagement. Purpose This study aims to see the effect of hardiness on work engagement in outsourcing employees of PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Jambi. Method This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational approach, the sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique with data collection techniques surveys. The population in this study were outsourced employees of PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Jambi. Result Descriptive data shows that most outsourced employees are male and in terms of age, employees in the age of 20-30 are the most respondents. The analysis shows the effect of Hardiness on Work Engagement has a positive influence (r square = 0.246, Sig = 0.000). Conclusions A positive influence indicates that outsourcing employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Jambi feel they have resilience in dealing with work pressure and workload. Sufficient resilience has an influence in involving themselves in doing work. Dalam dunia kerja, karyawan dituntut untuk bekerja dengan maksimal dan melibatkan dirinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Pengaruh hardiness terhadap work engagement pada karyawan outsourcing PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Jambi. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional, teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan outsourcing PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Jambi. Hasil Data deskriptif menunjukkan sebagian besar karyawan outsourcing berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan dari segi usia, karyawan di usia 20-30 menjadi responden terbanyak. Analisis menunjukkan pengaruh hardiness terhadap work engagement memiliki pengaruh positif (R 2 = 0,246, Sig =0,000). Kesimpulan Pengaruh yang positif dan siginifikan menunjukkan bahwa karyawan outsourcing PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Jambi merasa memiliki ketahanan dalam menghadapi tekanan kerja dan beban kerja. Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction Job satisfaction is a crucial factor in the performance and overall well-being of employees in any organization, including higher education institutions. In the context of universities, job satisfaction not only impacts individual performance but also plays a significant role in shaping the quality of teaching, research, and community service In Jambi University, as in many other universities in Indonesia, PPPK lecturers form an integral part of the teaching and administrative workforce, making it essential to understand their levels of job satisfaction. Method The study's sample comprises 54 PPPK lecturers from seven different faculties at Jambi University. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire based on the Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) theory developed by Spector, as adapted by Nofrianda, Sari, and Widiana (2020). The adapted survey consists of 36 items that measure various dimensions of job satisfaction, such as compensation, work environment, job security, relationships with colleagues, and opportunities for career advancement. Result The results of this study reveal the job satisfaction levels of PPPK lecturers at Jambi University, divided into three categories: low, moderate, and high satisfaction. Based on responses from 54 lecturers, the findings highlight the distribution of satisfaction levels as follows 9 lecturers (16.7%) reported a low level of job satisfaction, The majority of respondents, 39 lecturers (72.2%), expressed a moderate level of job satisfaction and Only 6 lecturers (11.1%) reported a high level of job satisfaction, indicating a strong sense of fulfillment and positive feelings toward their work. Keywords Job satisfaction, PPPK Lecturers, Universitas Jambi ABSTRAK Pendahuluan kepuasan kerja adalah faktor penting yang memengaruhi kinerja dan kesejahteraan keseluruhan karyawan dalam organisasi manapun, termasuk institusi pendidikan tinggi. Kepuasan kerja tidak hanya berdampak pada kinerja individu, tetapi juga berperan penting dalam menentukan kualitas pengajaran, penelitian, dan pengabdian masyarakat. Universitas Jambi, seperti pada banyak universitas lainnya di Indonesia, dosen PPPK menjadi bagian integral dari tenaga pengajar dan administratif, sehingga penting untuk memahami tingkat kepuasan kerja dosen PPPK Universita Jambi. Metode sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 54 dosen PPPK dari tujuh fakultas berbeda di Universitas Jambi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur berdasarkan teori Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) yang dikembangkan oleh Spector, diadaptasi oleh Nofrianda, Sari, dan Widiana (2020). Survei yang diadaptasi ini terdiri dari 36 butir pernyataan yang mengukur berbagai dimensi kepuasan kerja, seperti kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, keamanan kerja, hubungan dengan rekan kerja, dan peluang pengembangan karir. Hasil hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan tingkat kepuasan kerja dosen PPPK di Universitas Jambi, yang dibagi menjadi tiga kategori: kepuasan rendah, sedang, dan tinggi. Berdasarkan tanggapan dari 54 dosen, temuan menunjukkan distribusi 9 dosen (16,7%) dengan tingkat kepuasan kerja yang rendah, mayoritas responden pada kategori sedang yaitu 39 dosen (72,2%) dan hanya 6 dosen (11,1%) berada tingkat kepuasan kerja yang tinggi, menunjukkan rasa puas dan positif terhadap pekerjaan Dosen PPPK Universitas Jambi. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui orientasi masa depan siswa sekolah terpencil di SMPN 53 Merangin Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa SMPN 53 Merangin, kepala sekolah dan guru sebagai significant other. Analisis data menggunakan interpretative phenomenological analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan orientasi masa depan siswa sekolah terpencil yaitu tujuan dan cita-cita siswa, baik dalam bentuk lanjut studi maupun bekerja. Motivasi berupa alasan, minat, dan ketertarikan mereka terhadap cita-cita dan tujuan, serta yang terakhir modeling yang mana mereka menggambarkan cita-cita dan tujuan terhadap figur yang sering mereka lihat di sekolah maupun di lingkungan masyarakat terpencil.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to prevent body shaming behavior among SMP Negeri 17 Jambi City students through an educational approach and intervention involving students directly. Body shaming is the act of demeaning someone based on their physical aspects, which can harm adolescents mental health. The participants of this psychoeducation consisted of 36 students who were randomly selected. The results showed an increase in students' understanding of the adverse effects of body shaming as well as a change in attitude towards a more positive and supportive direction. The educational program implemented effectively raised awareness and strengthened a culture of mutual respect in the school environment. Thus, educational interventions can be an effective solution in reducing body shaming behavior among students.
