Abstract

This article presents a study conducted at PT Toyota Astra Motor Spare Parts Logistics Division (SPLD) focusing on improving the rerouting process for spare part distribution to ten part shops in Cikarang and Karawang City. Utilizing the nearest neighbor algorithm, the researcher aimed to devise an efficient route originating from the Centre Warehouse in Kawasan Industri MM 2100. The primary objectives were to minimize distance traveled and consolidate routes to achieve cost savings in transportation. Through meticulous route planning and optimization, the study successfully reduced the total distance from 282 km to 62.8 km, thereby demonstrating significant cost-saving potential. This article provides insights into the methodology, results, and implications of implementing the nearest neighbor algorithm in optimizing spare part distribution logistics for automotive industries

Abstract

Ciwidey, dengan potensi agrowisatanya, memiliki peluang besar untuk dikembangkan menjadi kawasan wisata kreatif berbasis budaya. Namun pemasaran yang dilakukan masih didominasi cara-cara konvensional. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendigitalisasi data wisata di Ciwidey guna memperluas pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan diskusi kelompok terfokus dengan pihak terkait. Hasil dari program ini adalah peta wisata dan e-magazine yang mempromosikan destinasi wisata di Desa Lebakmuncang, Panundaan, dan Rawa Bogo. Peta wisata membantu wisatawan dalam menavigasi destinasi, sementara e-magazine menyediakan informasi lengkap mengenai potensi wisata dan budaya lokal. Kesimpulannya, digitalisasi data wisata tidak hanya meningkatkan visibilitas dan daya tarik wisata tetapi juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan jangkauan pemasaran objek wisata.

Abstract

Manajemen persediaan sangatlah berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan operasional sebuah perusahaan. DC PT. X merupakan salah satu jaringan distribusi ritel yang ada di Indonesia, memiliki 12.566 item jual yang disalurkan ke toko membuat manajemen persediaan menjadi isu yang penting di DC PT.X karena keberadaanya berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran proses distribusi barang ke toko dan berdampak terhadap penjualan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui alur proses manajemen persediaan yang dilakukan oleh DC PT.X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dan cenderung berupa analisis. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa hasil dari observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam memanajemen persediaannya, DC PT.X melakukan perencanaan persediaan dengan menentukan PKM atau Penentuan Kapasitas Maksimum gudang sesuai prosedur perusahaan dan melakukan pertimbangan musiman yang kemungkinan akan terjadi pada periode selanjutnya. Dalam pemenuhan persediaan persediaan gudang yang telah di kurangi oleh permintaan barang toko menimbulkan stok on hand yang terdapat selisih dengan PKM, selisih tersebut kemudian akan otomatis menjadi pemesanan barang yang akan dilakukan ke supplier. Hasil observasi dan wawancara menunjukkan bahwa proses manajemen persediaan saat ini belum optimal dikarenakan service level supplier masih lebih tinggi dari service level warehouse dan terdapatnya hutang permintaan barang toko yang timbul akibat stok gudang yang tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan barang toko atau hanya dapat memenuhi permintaan toko sebagian. Untuk meminimalkan kondisi stok kurang di dalam gudang ini perusahaan sebaiknya mempertimbangkan hal lain dalam menentukan PKM yaitu dapat dengan melakukan perhitungan peramalan persediaan, dan penentuan persediaan pengaman yang lebih efisien.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) in organization is well-established in practice and has emerged as an exciting research area in recent years. However, no comprehensive review of the literature on organizational readiness for AI has been conducted. The aim of this paper is to map the current state of research of organizational readiness for AI. We conducted a systematic mapping study and found 32 relevant primary studies. Our findings are organised into two aspects. First, systematise and classify existing research in terms of number of papers published, year of publication, type of the research, country of origin, research methods, theories, and framework used. Second, to identify research gaps and propose a research agenda in the future. Most articles published after 2019 are dominated by exploratory, empirical and descriptive research and use qualitative and quantitative methods as an approach to conducting research. However, research on organizational readiness for AI is still often carried out in developed countries. The research contributes a thematic analysis of research variables, factor AI adoption, the results of AI implementation, theory and framework, research gaps in the literature, and an agenda for future research. More academic work needs to be done on organizational readiness for AI to improve conceptual clarity, theory building and development, understanding benefits and value for the business, understanding contextual factors, and critically exploring outcomes.

Abstract

Effective organic waste decomposition is vital for sustainable waste management and agricultural productivity. This study investigates the efficacy of ASEM-7—a newly developed decomposer comprising a consortium of seven microorganisms—in accelerating the composting process and enhancing compost quality across various types of organic waste. Five treatment groups were evaluated: paddy straw; animal manure; fruit and vegetable waste; a mixture of fruit and vegetable waste with straw; and a combination of fruit, vegetable waste, straw, and manure. During the decomposition process, key physicochemical parameters— including pH, temperature, moisture content, organic carbon (C-organic), total nitrogen (N-total), and the carbon-to-nitrogen (C/N) ratio—were systematically monitored. The results demonstrated that ASEM-7 significantly enhanced composting efficiency compared to both EM-4 and control (no-decomposer) treatments, achieving optimal pH stabilization (7–8) at a faster rate. Additionally, ASEM-7 reduced moisture content and C/N ratios more effectively, indicating a higher degree of compost maturity. Compost treated with ASEM-7 also exhibited the lowest levels of organic carbon, reflecting superior decomposition efficiency. Although temperature levels remained below the threshold required for effective pathogen elimination, microbial activity successfully facilitated nutrient recycling. The microbial consortium—comprising Bacillus sp., Lactobacillus sp., and Trichoderma sp.—demonstrated high efficacy in degrading recalcitrant organic materials such as straw and manure, thereby improving the compost's nutrient composition. By meeting key compost quality standards—organic carbon (≥15%), total nitrogen (≥0.5%), and a C/N ratio of 15–25—ASEM-7 effectively converts organic waste into high-quality compost. These findings underscore the importance of tailored microbial consortia in advancing sustainable waste management practices and enhancing soil fertility.

Abstract

Women entrepreneurs in Cikeruh Village face challenges in increasing business competitiveness due to a lack of understanding and skills in product packaging and digital catalog creation. Many of their products still use simple packaging, and most entrepreneurs have not yet utilized digital catalogs as promotional media, affecting consumer appeal and market reach. This Community Service Program aims to enhance the capacity of women digital entrepreneurs—particularly members of the Family Welfare Empowerment group and housewives—in understanding and applying techniques for product packaging and digital catalog creation. The method used is interactive training that combines theory and practice, including presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises in designing packaging and digital catalogs. Evaluation was conducted by measuring participants’ knowledge before and after the training using a questionnaire to assess improvement. The training results showed a significant increase in participants' skills in creating more attractive and professional product packaging and developing effective digital catalogs as marketing tools. After evaluation and monitoring, participants demonstrated a better understanding of branding strategies and digital marketing. In conclusion, this program successfully improved the competencies of women digital entrepreneurs in Cikeruh Village in utilizing technology to develop their businesses. This is expected to enhance their business competitiveness and sustainability in the digital era.Wirausaha wanita di Desa Cikeruh menghadapi kendala dalam meningkatkan daya saing usaha karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pembuatan kemasan produk dan katalog digital. Produk yang dihasilkan masih menggunakan kemasan sederhana, dan sebagian besar pelaku usaha belum memanfaatkan katalog digital sebagai media promosi, sehingga berpengaruh terhadap daya tarik konsumen dan jangkauan pasar. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas wirausaha digital wanita, khususnya kader Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga dan ibu rumah tangga, dalam memahami serta mengaplikasikan teknik pembuatan kemasan produk dan katalog digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan interaktif yang menggabungkan teori dan praktik, meliputi pemberian materi, demonstrasi, serta latihan langsung dalam mendesain kemasan dan katalog digital. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pengukuran sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan dengan kuesioner untuk mengetahui tingkat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam keterampilan peserta dalam menciptakan kemasan produk yang lebih menarik dan profesional, serta menyusun katalog digital yang efektif sebagai alat pemasaran. Setelah dilakukan evaluasi dan monitoring, peserta menunjukkan pengetahuan yang lebih baik mengenai strategi branding dan pemasaran digital. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi wirausaha digital wanita di Desa Cikeruh dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mengembangkan usaha mereka, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan bisnis di era digital.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital transformation compels creative industry entrepreneurs, particularly SMEs, to adopt technology to remain competitive in the global market. Artificial intelligence (AI) emerges as a critical tool in marketing, offering capabilities such as consumer behavior analysis, personalized strategies, and efficient campaign management. Despite its significant potential, the adoption of AI in the creative economy sector—especially by SMEs—faces various challenges. To address this, a training program was designed to empower entrepreneurs with relevant knowledge and skills. The training began with a needs analysis to tailor the content to participants' initial knowledge levels, ensuring relevance and effectiveness. Evaluation tools, including pre-tests and post-tests, were implemented to measure knowledge improvement. The training covered basic AI concepts, its applications in marketing, hands-on simulations using AI platforms like Writesonic and Durable.co, and discussions on challenges in adopting the technology. The results demonstrated significant impact, with a collective pre-test score of 2,000 increasing to 2,178 on the post-test among 49 participants aged 20 to 55 years. These findings align with research indicating that practice-based training significantly enhances learning outcomes. This program provided creative industry entrepreneurs with new insights and skills to leverage AI in marketing, enhancing their efficiency and competitiveness. It underscores the importance of well-structured training in helping SMEs overcome technological adoption barriers in the digital era. Transformasi digital yang semakin pesat mendorong pelaku usaha di industri kreatif, khususnya UMKM, untuk mengadopsi teknologi agar tetap kompetitif di pasar global. Kecerdasan buatan (AI) menjadi salah satu teknologi penting dalam pemasaran, dengan kemampuan untuk menganalisis perilaku konsumen, personalisasi strategi, dan pengelolaan campaign yang efisien. Meski memiliki potensi besar, adopsi AI di sektor ekonomi kreatif, terutama oleh UMKM, masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Program pelatihan mengenai penggunaan AI dirancang dengan tujuan untuk memberdayakan pelaku usaha dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang relevan. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pelatihan diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan untuk menyesuaikan materi dengan tingkat pengetahuan peserta, memastikan relevansi dan efektivitas pelatihan. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan instrumen pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman. Materi pelatihan mencakup konsep dasar AI, aplikasinya dalam pemasaran, simulasi langsung menggunakan platform AI seperti Writesonic dan Durable.co, serta diskusi mengenai tantangan adopsi teknologi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan dampak yang signifikan, dengan skor pre-test kolektif sebesar 2000 meningkat menjadi 2178 pada post-test dari 49 peserta yang berusia 20 hingga 55 tahun. Temuan ini sejalan dengan penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa pelatihan berbasis praktik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar secara signifikan. Kesimpulannya program pelatihan ini memberikan wawasan dan keterampilan baru bagi pelaku usaha industri kreatif dalam memanfaatkan AI untuk pemasaran pada pelaku usaha, meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing. Hal ini menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan yang dirancang dengan baik untuk membantu UMKM menghadapi tantangan adopsi teknologi di era digital.

Abstract

PT XY, as a digital-based logistics company with integrated solutions, is striving to enhance the efficiency of its distribution workflow in the face of increasingly complex global business dynamics. Confronting a competitive market, PT XY considers the compilation of a shipping and truck pricing list as an essential foundation to improve competitiveness, expand market share, and build a reputation in the ever-changing market. This approach is not merely a pricing strategy but a necessity to remain relevant and effectively meet customer needs in a dynamic business era. The chosen strategy involves collaboration with external parties, especially logistics transportation vendors, to formulate effective pricing tariffs and select the appropriate mode of transportation. The process of tariff formation includes an analysis of destination routes, carried loads, and transportation modes, with a focus on logistics efficiency and the needs of the Indonesian market. This research is conducted using a qualitative method with the aim of finding solutions to the challenges faced by PT XY.
