Abstract

Di Indonesia pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) telah menyebabkan perlambatan pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional, penurunan penerimaan negara, serta peningkatan belanja dan pembiayaan. Kondisi perubahan pelaku ekonomi dan penurunan harga komoditas juga berimbas pada penerimaan negara. Selain itu, di saat bersamaan, belanja negara harus naik untuk kesehatan, Bantuan sosial (bansos) dan membantu pelaku usaha agar tidak melakukan Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) besar-besaran. Hal ini menyebabkan adanya Kondisi Perekonomian Pasca Covid-19 berdasarkan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Pengeluaran di Provinsi Aceh. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perubahan kondisi perekonomian pasca Covid-19 berdasarkan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) pengeluaran di Provinsi Aceh. Objek penelitian adalah APBD Provinsi Aceh. Data yang digunakan adalah data cross section dengan metode panel data, periode waktu dari tahun 2021 sebagai tahun Covid 19 sampai dengan tahun 2022 sebagai tahun pasca covid 19 dari masing-masing data PDRB Pengeluaran. Analisis data mengunakan analisis kuantitatif dan analisis kualitatif dengan menggunakan pengujian hipotesis dengan paired sample test. Hasil penelitian bahwa pada tahun 2021 seiring dengan masyarakat yang mulai melakukan aktivitas perekonomian ditengah pandemi covid-19 yang sudah melandai, laju pertumbuhan kembali naik menjadi 2,79 persen serta kembali meningkat pada tahun 2022 menjadi 4,21 persen. terdapat perbedaan Kondisi Perekonomian Pasca Covid-19 berdasarkan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Pengeluaran di Provinsi Aceh, dengan nilai sig. (2-tailed) 0.041 < 0.05. Penerapan PSBB (Pergerakan Sosial Berskala Besar) mempersempit pergerakan ekonomi dan kondisi berjalan normal setelah Covid-19 perekonomian mengalami peningkatan apalagi dalam hal Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Pengeluaran di Provinsi Aceh yang meningkat drastis.

Abstract

This study analyzes the feasibility of a lime-based dishwashing soap business developed by the Women's Entrepreneur Group (KWW) Makmue Beujaya in Kuta Makmue Village, Nagan Raya Regency. Using a case study approach and quantitative analysis, the research examines production aspects, costs, and business profitability. The results show that this business has a Revenue-Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) of 1.94, indicating excellent financial feasibility according to UNIDO standards (2022). Profit per production cycle reaches IDR 581,000 with a 48.4% profit margin, significantly exceeding the average for similar MSMEs (25-30%) based on data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs (2023). The cost structure is dominated by variable costs (96.9%), primarily for packaging materials (40.2%) and texapon (30%). Further analysis reveals that this business model is not only financially viable but also has development potential through production scale-up and supply chain optimization. These findings make an important contribution to the development of micro-enterprises based on local commodities in rural areas.

Abstract

Agriculture is the backbone of Indonesia's economy, absorbing labor and contributing significantly to national income. Optimization through technology and efficient resource management is essential to enhance farmer welfare and productivity. This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility of red chili farming in Ketol District, Central Aceh Regency, where farmers have shifted from sugarcane to chili due to economic, environmental, and social factors. The financial feasibility analysis includes: (1) income analysis, (2) R/C ratio, and (3) Break-Even Point (BEP). The results show that red chili productivity reaches 1,210 kg per planting season, with a selling price of Rp. 43,400/kg, generating an income of Rp. 39.8 million per season—higher than the national average. Financial analysis reveals an R/C ratio of 4.15, a production BEP of 291 kg (actual production: 1,210 kg), and a price BEP of Rp. 10,433/kg (selling price: Rp. 43,400/kg). These findings demonstrate the competitive advantage of red chili farming in the region, supported by high productivity and input efficiency. The study concludes that intensive technology-based red chili farming is economically viable and should be sustained through price stabilization strategies and market diversification

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas pendistribusian beras Bulog kepada masyarakat di Kecamatan Samadua Kabupaten Aceh Selatan, dengan menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif untuk memperoleh gambaran terhadap efektifitas distribusi beras melalui pengumpulan data kusioner terhadap 84 responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beras Bulog telah didistribusikan dan sudah diterima oleh 510 KK (sebesar 14,9 %) dari total Kepala Keluarga sebanyak 3.409 KK yang terdapat di Kecamatan Samadua. Distribusi beras bulog kepada masyarakat di Kecamatan Samadua yang sudah efektif berdasarakan ketepatan sasaran yaitu sebesar 88,1 %, ketepatan harga sebesar 100 % dan ketepatan kualitas sebesar 89,3 %. Namun, berdasarkan ketepatan waktu belum efektif yaitu sebesar 40,5 %. Oleh sebab itu, maka disarankan kepada Bulog Kabupaten Aceh Selatan agar tepat waktu dalam pendistribusiannya sesuai dengan pedoman distribusi beras yaitu sebulan sekali kepada masyarakat sasaran rumah tangga penerima beras Bulog, agar tercukupi kebutuhan pangan masyarakat dalam bentuk beras setiap bulannya

Abstract

Pemangkasan tanaman kopi arabika oleh para petani di Kabupaten Bener Meriah dilakukan sebagai upaya meningkatkan produksi. Petani kopi melakukan pemangkasan sebagai upaya pembudidayaan kopi secara profesional. Umumnya, pemangkasan tanaman kopi dilakukan secara rutin empat kali dalam setahun. Namun, kegiatan ini tidak dilakukan oleh semua petani kopi di Kabupaten Bener Meriah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kegiatan pemangkasan terhadap tanaman kopi arabika, untuk mengetahui sistem pemangkasan yang telah diimplementasikan di Kabupaten Bener Meriah dan membandingkan perbedaan produktivitas dan pendapatan petani kopi arabika yang yang melakukan teknik pemangkasan secara rutin dengan petani yang tidak melakukan teknik pemangkasan secara rutin. Penelitian mengambil lokasi di Kecamatan Bener Kelipah, Kabupaten Bener Meriah dengan responden sebanyak 30 petani. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan stage sampling dan simple random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis data deskriptif dan uji hipotesis dua sampel saling bebas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pemangkasan dilakukan hanya sebatas pada pemangkasan bentuk dan pemangkasan produksi (pemeliharaan). Pemangkasan rejuvenasi (peremajaan) hanya dilakukan oleh 13% petani menggunakan metode full stumping (potong habis). Model pemangkasan yang diimplementasikan yaitu model pemangkasan berbatang tunggal (single stem). Produktivitas tanaman kopi yang dipangkas secara rutin lebih besar dibandingkan dengan tanaman kopi yang tidak dilakukan pemangkasan secara rutin, sehingga pendapatan yang diperoleh petani yang melakukan pemangkasan secara rutin lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan petani yang tidak melakukan pemangkasan secara rutin.

Abstract

The purpose of this researchanalyzed the determinants of oil palm FFB yield on each character of coastal land and mineral land in the eastern region of Aceh Province based on variety and harvest fraction. Research has been carried out using survey methods and experiments in laboratories with36 samples of palm FFB were taken for three parts which would be used as a repeat in determining the yield of CPO and fatty acids from the palm FFB. The results showed that the yield of CPO was determined by various factors, including: suitability for oil palm development areas, types (Dura and Tenera), and maturity fraction. In Dura palms with thinner mesocarf, the yield of CPO is lower than Tenera. The FFB maturity fraction at harvest greatly determines the yield of CPO and the quality of the oil. The best yield and quality of CPO on the F2 and F3 maturity fractions. The KPO yield of Dura palm is higher than that of Tenera, so it is more profitable to plant the Tenera type. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate the use of dura and tenera seeds for the development of smallholder oil palm in the east coast of Aceh to obtain the quantity and quality of CPO

Abstract

Pengembangan bawang merah dalam sektor pertanian masih menjadi salah satu faktor yang berperan penting dalam meningkatkan ekonomi penduduk Desa Tanah Bara, Kecamatan Gunung Meriah, Aceh Singkil. Tujuan utama dari upaya pemberdayaan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada warga mengenai praktik pertanian yang efektif dan benar. Dalam proses pemberdayaan, metode yang diterapkan adalah PRA (Partisipatory Rural Appraisal) untuk melibatkan kelompok sasaran secara aktif. Penyuluhan disampaikan di dalam ruangan dan di lapangan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan petani dalam kegiatan budidaya bawang merah, serta tindakan kolektif pemberdayaan secara langsung yaitu tindakan percontohan atau praktek lapangan yang melibatkan semua kelompok tani untuk terlibat secara bersama-sama agar dapat memahami langsung prosesnya, yang dilanjutkan dengan menganalisis iklim dalam menetapkan waktu tanam. Selain itu, kelompok tani juga diajarkan pembukuan sederhana, Sehingga petani dapat mengetahui secara pasti usaha tani yang dikerjakan memperoleh keuntungan atau sebaliknya mengalami kerugian. Dengan pemberdayaan ini kelompok tani lebih terarah dan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan anggota kemampuan kelompok tani dalam mengelola usaha tani sehingga meminimlakan gagal panen dan meningkatkan meningkatkan ekonomi kelompok tani bawang merah

Abstract

Economic development the agriculture sector, especially superior food crops have a unique strategy in maintaining food crop production. Prime food crop in this area focused on agriculture development in supporting community livelihood. This research was conducted in the West Aceh district using a survey method, and this studies was prioritized on a food crop commodity basis involving farmers, agricultural extension workers and agents. The research was conducted in West Aceh district with survey methods. Studies related to oil as a commodity base involving farmers, extension agents and agency staff. Model analysis of the hierarchy, LQ, investment criteria, specialization and diversification. Study found that the development of prime commodities in West Aceh district has not been consistent with the potential of production centers in each sub-district. Several factors contributed to this inconsistency, among others.  Elected as a prime commodity in West Aceh regency are paddy, zeamays, peanuts, cassava, soybean and sweet potato has been a prime of the community as a source of livelihood of the prime commodities sector. The best a strategy of commodity development in West Aceh is diversification strategy on the basis of the potential combinations, the type of commodity and infrastructure to support agribusiness. Each district as well as developed some commodity to anticipate the price fluctuations of commodity. Key Word:  agriculture subsector, prime commodities, commodity agibusiness

Abstract

Adequacy of basic food is the desire of all parties, both the government and society as a whole in the economic system. Furthermore, food plays a very high role in the formation of quality human resources. For this reason, a strategy is needed to achieve food security that can realize the availability of food in sufficient quantity and quality, distributed at affordable prices and safe for consumption for every citizen. This study focuses on the strategy of consumption patterns for food improvement in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the classification of food security and the share strategy of sustainable food consumption patterns according to important food groups to realize food policy in Indonesia. The object of research includes the level of food consumption according to important food groups per capita and the level of nutritional adequacy. The research method is based on quantitative descriptive statistical analysis method in which all data are collected, grouped and analyzed according to the needs of the research objectives. The results show that the classification of food security in Indonesian society is in the normal category based on the level of energy consumption and the level of protein consumption, which is greater than the recommended nutritional consumption and the percentage level of nutritional adequacy. Strategy analysis with the share approach of Indonesian people's food consumption patterns based on the results of the study shows that consumption patterns according to important food groups have a uniform pattern, with the composition of the dominant important food commodities, namely local rice/glutinous rice, chicken eggs/village and sugar with an average change in consumption per capita of 1.53 and a decrease in consumption patterns from 2018-2021 so that the share strategy for sustainable food consumption patterns that can be used is variety of staple foods and increasing consumption patterns of strategic staple foods.
