Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi peran komunikasi petani dan beribadah dalam meningkatkan imunitas tubuh melalui metode kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan sample  random sampling dengan kuisoner kepada 30 petani padi di Langkat, Sumatera Utara dan Meulaboh, Aceh Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebesar 22 orang petani berkelamin pria dengan 8 orang petani berkelamin wanita. Sebanyak 73.33% petani mempersiapkan diri dan peralatan (cangkul dan bekal makanan), selanjutnya 20% petani membersihkan rumah dan halaman serta 6.66% malakukan mandi, berpakaian dan bermasker. Dari data menunjukkan 90% beraktivitas ibadah khusus, seperti menjaga wudhu, sholat dhuha dan berdoa sebelum berangkat ke lahan, hanya 10% beribadah saat istirahat di ladang. Selanjutnya komunikasi petani dengan tenaga penyuluh dilakukan intensif dan berkelanjutan (83.33%) dan 16.66% menyatakan jika ada waktu luang dan masalah di lahan maka bertemu dengan  penyuluh pertanian. Petani secara umum, 100% petani membawa bekal makanan dari rumah yang telah disiapkan seperti nasi, sayuran, lauk dan buah, manakala aktivitas transakasi jual beli di ladang/pasar dilakukan dengan berkomunikasi, bermasker, jaga jarak dua meter antara petani dan penyuluh pertanian sebesar 86.66%, hanya 13.33% tidak menggunakan masker atau berbicara sangat dekat tanpa jarak. Dari interaksi saat menggumpulkan kuisoner, petani menyatakan istirahat-tidur yang cukup, berkomunikasi sesuai protokol kesehatan, berwudhu dan beribadah tepat waktu meningkatkan imunitas tubuh petani sehingga tercapai kualitas hidup yang optimal di masa New Normal. Peran para petani sebagai penyedia bahan pangan perlu didukung dan didampingi oleh akademisi, penyuluh pertanian, instansi terkait dalam menjaga ketahanan pangan di wilayah Sumatera Utara dan Aceh Barat.

Abstract

The basic purpose of understanding the Strategy is planning and management to accomplish a goal, "Public Relation". The base author’s purpose of doing this research knowing on how communication strategic Public Relation of STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh in building competitiveness and excellence image quality of education in Aceh. Based on the objectives with regard to the approach used in this research was the qualitative approach. The method performed using by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. While as a counterbalance, Public Relation must preserve manage internal media, either in the form of magazines, printed publications (leaflets, brochure, poster, outdoor graphic) to the special reports to be shown on internal and external campus media. Technology and information media used is print and electronic media. Indonesia printing media is the Serambi Indonesia, Rakyat Aceh and Analisa. In addition, through online media as Aceh Trend, Aceh Pos, AJNN, Media and official Website of Teungku Dirundeng STAIN Meulaboh, Aceh.

Abstract

Public Relations (PR) is one of the management functions in supporting the development and maintenance of common lines between the organization and its publics regarding the strategy, cooperation and marketing of an organization so that it is of high quality and competitive. This study aims to determine the public relations strategy in building the competitiveness and quality of education at universities in Aceh. The object of this research was conducted at one of the Universities in South West Aceh, namely STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh, with research subjects including the Chair, Deputy Chair, Head of AUAK Section, Head of Sub Division of AUK, and Public Relations Officer. Research data collection techniques are carried out in 3 ways, namely: 1) observation; 2) questionnaire; 3) in-depth interviews; and 4) documentation study, while data analysis used 4 stages, namely: 1) data reduction; 2) data display; 3) verification; 4) and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it was found that: First, in carrying out building competitiveness and quality of education, STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh has also compiled a Vision and Mission of Public Relations/Public Relations with the aim of raising the image of STAIN Teungku Dirundeng in the eyes of the community, and formulating a plan (plan ) public relations in the form of work programs and activities involving all sections of Public Relations to develop programs referring to the Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives of STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh. Second, STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh has implemented a public relations strategy in building the competitiveness and quality of education in Aceh in the form of programs and activities including the following: 1) Media and Inter-Institutional Relations; 2) Internal Relations; and 3) Media Publication and Production. The implementation of the program is also carried out based on the annual public relations plan and a fixed schedule plan for STAIN Teungku Dirundeng which contains activities that will be carried out every week, month and year on a regular basis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and use of e-service technology on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of Maxim online transportation in Aceh. The study used Purba formula to select 96 respondents of total Maxim customers. The sampling technique used two-stage sampling, which was to determine districts/cities purposively and the city of Banda Aceh was obtained because the maxim was only in this city in the Aceh province. Furthermore, random sampling was used to determined respondents in the city of Banda Aceh. Data were obtained through questionnaires and path analysis using IBM SPSS v22 software. Data were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis with software SPSS v22. The results reveal that customer satisfaction significantly and positively influence customer loyalty. Further, there is a significant influence on the causal relationship of service quality and the use of e-service technology on loyalty through customer satisfaction. This indicates that to boost customer loyalty, it is important to pay attention to service quality that can improve customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Masyarakat di Kecamatan Kuala sekarang ini memiliki dua pilihan mobile banking yaitu aplikasi Action bank Aceh dan mobile banking bank BSI. Banyak masyarakat Kecamatan Kuala menggunakan layanan mobile banking, padahal masyarakat Kecamatan Kuala sangat dekat posisinya dengan gedung bank maupun Anjungan Tunai Mandiri (ATM). Untuk itu tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan mobile banking terhadap tingkat konsumsi masyarakat Kecamatan Kuala Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan teknik sampel random sampling teknik sebanyak 50 orang dari jumlah masyarakat yang ada di Kecamatan Kuala. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket, dan dokumentasi serta dianalisis dengan Regresi Sederhana. Dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mobile banking merupakan fasilitas pelayanan perbankan yang disediakan oleh bank kepada nasabah dalam melakukan transaksi perbankan dengan mudah. Masyarakat Kecamatan Kuala Kabupaten Nagan Raya banyak menggunakan layanan mobile banking, dipengaruhi oleh faktor kemudahan yang didapatkan oleh nasabah karena dapat dilakukan kapanpun, dimanapun dan tidak perlu antri ke bank. Kemudahan dalam bertransaksi melalui Mobile banking mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat konsumsi masyarakat Kecamatan Kuala Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Karena kemudahan menggunakan layanan Mobile banking mempermudah nasabah dalam melakukan transaksi seperti pembelian, tranfer dan pembayaran. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansi (Sig) sebesar 0,000 atau lebih kecil dari probabilitas 0,05, selain itu nilai thitung pada tabel di atas sebesar 4,922 atau lebih besar dari ttabel 1,67655. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang siginfikan antara penggunaan Mobile banking terhadap tingkat konsumsi masyarakat Kecamatan Kuala Kabupaten Nagan Raya, dimana pengaruhnya sebanyak 33,5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penetapan ujrah atau kompensasi yang dibebankan kepada murtahin terhadap jasa pemeliharaan dan penyimpanan barang gadai. Besaran biaya ujrah tidak ditentukan berdasarkan jumlah pinjaman melainkan taksiran dari barang yang digadaikan. penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang didasari fakta empiris dari sumber yang otentik guna mendapatkan data yang valid. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa penetapan ujrah barang gadai di Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Meulaboh menentukan besarnya biaya pemeliharaan dan penyimpanan barang gadai (ujrah) berdasarkan hasil taksiran barang jaminan setelah nasabah menentukan berapa besar pinjaman yang akan diambil. Penetapan ujrah yang meliputi biaya pemeliharan dan penyimpanan barang gadai di Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Meulaboh sudah sesuai dengan hukum Islam. Karena penetapan ujrah berdasarkan besar pinjaman nasabah dan berdasarkan biaya pemeliharaan dan penyimpanan barang gadai, yang telah diketahui oleh kedua pihak yang disepakati melalui akad rahn yang dilakukan dalam gadai emas.

Abstract

The rapid growth of coffee shops in Aceh has established the region as a coffee production area. Among these establishments, some have embraced an Islamic concept in their business model by integrating religious content into their offerings, exemplified by the program "Ngopi juga Ngaji," which combines coffee enjoyment with religious learning. This research employs a qualitative ethnographic approach, conducted over 12 months in Banda Aceh. Data collection involved three stages: observation, interviews, and documentation. Once the data was gathered, it underwent processing that included verifying the information, coding, organizing, interpreting, and drawing conclusions. The findings reveal that several coffee shops in Aceh have introduced innovative practices by incorporating religious programs into their business model, reflecting Islamic principles. This approach emphasizes that business should not solely focus on profit but also serve as a platform for promoting religious teachings. The concept of dawah in coffee shops parallels the efforts of al-Banna to engage the community in Egypt, suggesting that such initiatives can positively impact the religious literacy of the younger generation. Therefore, coffee drinking can transcend mere socializing and become an avenue for spiritual growth and communal benefit.

Abstract

Human Resource Management has an important role in improving the effectiveness and productivity of an organization. In Islam, human resource management is not only oriented to profit, but also to ethical values and justice. Islamic legal principles, such as justice (al-'adl), amanah, deliberation (shura), and ihsan, provide moral guidance in managing the workforce. This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic legal principles on human resource management and how these principles can be implemented in organizations. This study uses a library research method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data is collected from various literature sources, such as fiqh books, scientific journals, and books that discuss Islamic law and human resource management. The results of the study show that the application of Islamic principles in human resource management contributes to the creation of a fairer and more harmonious work environment. However, this implementation still faces challenges, such as lack of understanding and resistance to change. Therefore, education, regulation, and a gradual approach are needed to adopt Islamic principles in human resource policy. With the right strategy, Islamic law can be the basis for a more equitable and sustainable human resource management system.

Abstract

Melihat kebiasaan unik dalam minum kopi di kalangan penduduk Propinsi Aceh, kita tidak akan menemukan hal serupa di luar wilayah Aceh. Di sana, masyarakat Aceh dengan antusias meluangkan waktu berjam-jam hanya untuk menikmati secangkir kopi bersama teman-teman atau keluarga mereka. Ini adalah salah satu aspek budaya yang membedakan masyarakat Aceh dari yang lain. Setelah Tsunami melanda Aceh pada tanggal 26 Desember 2004, warung kopi mulai bermunculan di seluruh Aceh, terutama di Kota Meulaboh Aceh Barat, Aceh Jaya, Banda Aceh, Blang Pidie, Nagan Raya, dan daerah lainnya. Ini menunjukkan bahwa usaha yang menyediakan kopi telah menjadi pilihan utama masyarakat Aceh. Warung kopi menawarkan berbagai jenis dan model minuman kopi, pelayanan yang baik, serta fasilitas seperti akses internet gratis (WiFi) untuk menarik pelanggan tetap. Tentu saja, dalam persaingan ketat dengan berbagai warung kopi lain yang menjual produk serupa, dibutuhkan metode modern yang nyaman untuk menjaga dan menarik konsumen yang setia.

Abstract

The implementation of the Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions (LKS) in Aceh since 2022 has made Aceh the only province in Indonesia that requires a comprehensive Islamic financial system. However, limited financial services, infrastructure and business needs have led to a push to bring back conventional bank services. This article aims to examine the perceptions of businesses towards the reintroduction of conventional banks in the framework of fulfilling financial services in three districts: Nagan Raya, Aceh Barat Daya, and Aceh Jaya. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with business actors and stakeholders. The results show an ambivalence in perceptions: on the one hand, businesses value sharia principles; on the other hand, they need flexibility, speed, and adequate access to credit as offered by conventional banks. Policy implications indicate the need for harmonisation of financial services that are adaptive to the needs of the local economy without neglecting the spirit of sharia.
