Abstract

This study aims to find out students’ perception of using vocabulary tree in learning English. This research uses qualitative method with case study design. There are 18 students involved in this research which is chosen purposively. The data were collected through questionnaire, interview, and observation. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman model. The findings shows that students have perception positive responses, the enjoyment of the learning experience, and have vocabulary improvement. The majority of the students have perception of enjoy the vocabulary tree because it is a fun way of learning English. The data also shows that the students have enthusiasm in learning English using vocabulary tree and they also said can make simple sentences after learning using vocabulary tree. Some challenges are also detected but not much, some students are difficult to understand the meaning of words and making good sentences.

Abstract

This article discusses supervision of the sub-district head as an official who makes temporary land deeds who violates statutory provisions. The aim is only to provide an overview of the supervision of sub-district heads carried out by the Board of Trustees and Supervisors of officials who make land deeds. The research method used in this article is normative legal research. The results of the research illustrate that supervision by the PPAT supervisory board and supervisors in carrying out guidance and supervision of PPATS, the supervision is not yet comprehensive. This is in Ministerial Regulation Number 2 of 2018, PPAT Guidance and Supervision has not been able to answer substantively regarding the guidance and supervision by PPATS where the position of a PPATS is ex officio so that the guidance and supervision both internally and externally carried out by the National Land Agency is only functional.

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of finding out the effect of village fund allocation on the development and welfare of village communities in Penanae Village, Raba District, Bima City. This sample was taken from Penanae Village, Raba District, Bima City. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed and related to the problem being studied. Data collection was carried out by observation and distribution of questionnaires. In this research, the data sources used in data collection include secondary data. Based on the results of data research using statistical calculations through the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 27 application regarding the influence of village fund allocation on the development and welfare of the Bima community which was discussed in the previous chapter, the author draws important conclusions, namely (1) there is an influence village fund allocation on village development, (2) there is a significant influence between village fund allocation on community welfare, (3) there is a significant influence between village fund allocation and village development and community welfare. Suggestions for the government to be more able to embrace the community in village development to improve the welfare of the community.

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of finding out the effect of the Implementation of the Regional Financial Management Information System (SIMDA) on the Quality of the Financial Reports of Dinas Peternakan dan Perkebunan Gowa Regency. The population in this study were 30 employees who were at the Gowa Regency Dinas Peternakan dan Perkebunan Office. The sample used is saturated sampling, saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all populations are sampled. The data used in this study is primary data. Primary data is data in the form of information directly obtained from the results of a questionnaire using a Liker scale. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, simple regression test, T test and R test. The results of the study show data using statistical calculations through the application of Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 27 regarding the Effect of Application of Regional Financial Management Information System (SIMDA) on the Quality of Financial Reports of Dinas Peternakan dan Perkebunan Gowa Regency which has been discussed from the previous chapter, the authors draw conclusions namely the Implementation of the Regional Financial Management Information System (SIMDA) has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of the Gowa Regency Dinas Peternakan dan Perkebunan Financial Reports.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam perekonomian suatu negara. UMKM tidak hanya menjadi tulang punggung ekonomi. Namun, UMKM sering menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga keberlangsungan operasional mereka, terutama dalam mengelola aspek keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi perencanaan keuangan terhadap keberlangsungan usaha pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Sektor Makanan Kota Makassar. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer maupun sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan yaitu teknik studi pustaka, dokumentasi, observasi lapangan, dan teknik wawancara kepada sumber informan penelitian ini yaitu 3 orang pelaku UMKM. mengenai strategi perencanan keuangan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik analisis data deskriptif analisis dan kualitatif. Adapun Langkah-langkah teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahapan-tahapan strategi yang telah dijabarkan untuk UMKM adalah bahwa perencanaan keuangan yang terstruktur dan terfokus dapat menjadi kunci keberhasilan. Dengan mengawali dari evaluasi keuangan awal, penetapan tujuan keuangan yang jelas, perencanaan anggaran yang hati-hati, manajemen utang yang bijak, hingga diversifikasi pendapatan dan pemasaran yang efektif, UMKM dapat meningkatkan daya saingnya dan mencapai pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis implementasi tanggung jawab penyelenggara fasilitas kesehatan dalam mengikutsertakan pekerjanya dalam program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris yang menggunakan data primer melalui wawancara dan kuesioner yang dibagikan langsung kepada pihak terkait dan bahan hukum sekunder berupa buku, jurnal, serta bahan hukum pendukung lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Masih ada penyelenggara fasilitas kesehatan yang belum mengikutsertakan pekerjanya pada program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). (2) Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi penyelenggara fasilitas kesehatan (faskes) dalam mengikutsertakan pekerjanya pada program JKN adalah pengetahuan penyelenggara faskes tentang peraturan perundang-undangan mengenai kewajiban mengikutsertakan pekerja pada program JKN, kemampuan finansial penyelenggara faskes, pekerja penyelenggara faskes telah memiliki jaminan kesehatan lainnya dan sarana dan prasarana layanan Kesehatan. The research objective is to analyze the implementation of the responsibilities of health facility administrators in involving their workers in the National Health Insurance program. This empirical research uses primary data through interviews and questionnaires distributed directly to related parties and secondary legal materials in the form of books, journals and other supporting legal materials. This research shows that: (1) There are still health facility providers who have not included their workers in the National Health Insurance (JKN) program. (2) The factors that influence health facility (fasces) administrators in including their workers in the JKN program are health facility administrators' knowledge of the laws and regulations regarding the obligation to include workers in the JKN program, the financial capacity of health facility administrators, health facility administrators' workers having other health insurance and Health service facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study uses a phenomenological approach with a qualitative research design to explore the importance of good financial management for ice dawet sellers in Makassar, who are part of the informal sector and make a significant contribution to the local economy. The research findings indicate that the ability to record and analyze finances, utilize technology, and prepare accurate financial reports greatly assists sellers in accessing formal funding sources. This, in turn, can increase their production capacity and expand their market. With a good understanding and adequate financial training, ice dawet sellers are not only able to manage their income for savings and investment but also to meet other family needs. This enables their businesses to not only survive but also thrive, thereby having a broader positive impact on the well-being of their families and the surrounding community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana implementasi skema bonus dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Transportasi Laut. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif analisis kualitatif dengan Langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya korelasi positif antara implementasi skema bonus dengan peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Pola skema bonus yang di terapkan yaitu bonus secara individu maupun bonus secara kelompok. Bonus berbasis individu lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi pribadi.

Abstract

Challenges and obstacles faced by Pharmacies such as inventory management, human resource management, and operational cost efficiency are often obstacles in achieving these goals. This study aims to analyze the implementation of sharia management audits in operational efficiency in pharmacies, improve financial health and propose strategic recommendations to identify possible obstacles, future development. This study uses a descriptive research type with a qualitative data analysis method. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, literature review, and interviews with Pharmacy informants. The results of this study indicate that sharia management audits improve operational efficiency and financial health of pharmacies through waste identification, stock management, transparency of financial reports, and revenue optimization. Strategic recommendations include staff training, sharia-based guidelines, digital technology, and policy support.

Abstract

This study intends to analyze the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and its impact on the learning outcomes of eighth-grade students in English at Islamic Middle School. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through classroom observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted at the Islamic Middle School As'adiyah Putra Sengkang. Data analysis was carried out using Michael Fullan's theory of educational change and Deci & Ryan's Self-Determination Theory (SDT) as a theoretical framework. The findings of the study indicate that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at the madrasah has entered a solid implementation stage and is starting to move towards institutionalization. Teachers carry out differentiated learning, provide assignment choices, and create a learning environment that supports students' autonomy, competence, and social connectedness. As a result, students experience improved learning outcomes that cover three main domains: a) Cognitive domain: increased critical thinking skills, problem-solving, and in-depth conceptual understanding through contextual tasks and authentic assessments; b) Affective domain: the growth of intrinsic learning motivation, self-confidence, and a sense of responsibility for the learning process; c) Psychomotor domain: the development of presentation skills, collaborative work, and the production of creative work in various learning projects. This study recommends the need to strengthen teacher capacity and provide institutional support to maintain the consistent and sustainable implementation of the Independent Curriculum.
