Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat keterkaitan pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 94 orang sekaligus menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode sensus atau sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan model skala likert kemudian diuji ke validan dan kehandalan dari kuesioner tersebut. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah metode Smart PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah a). komunikasi internal terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap semangat kerja perangkat Nagari Di Kecamatan IX Koto Sungai Lasi Kabupaten Solok b). Disiplin kerja terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perangkat Nagari Di Kecamatan IX Koto Sungai Lasi Kabupaten Solok c). Kepemimpinan transformasional terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perangkat Nagari Di Kecamatan IX Koto Sungai Lasi Kabupaten Solok. d). Komunikasi internal dapat dimoderasi kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap semangat kerja perangkat Nagari Di Kecamatan IX Koto Sungai Lasi Kabupaten Solok e). Disiplin kerja dapat dimoderasi kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap semangat kerja perangkat Nagari Di Kecamatan IX Koto Sungai Lasi Kabupaten Solok r.

Abstract

Many people are experiencing economic difficulties due to decreased income and have lost their jobs, so they no longer have the income to meet their financial needs in the Koto Ranah Traditional Village, Koto Besar Dharmasraya. So, in this case, BUMDes is needed to mobilize village potential and assist in poverty alleviation efforts. The purpose of this service activity is to optimize seven Business Units, namely public service units, leasing units, intermediary units, trading units, finance and loan units, joint business units, and contractor or developer unions in the Koto Ranah Traditional Village to deal with the economic crisis that occurred. The results of the dedication stated that the Trading Unit of the Koto Ranah Sakti BUMDes made a breakthrough by helping the economy through the sale of LPG Gas and Mineral Water at affordable prices, where LPG Gas and Mineral Water are important basic needs in every household that are needed and used every day. With the KKN program, by empowering BUMDes, Koto Ranah Sakti can continue to manage the community's economy amid a pandemic, not so that BUMDes can develop more advanced.

Abstract

This study aims to design a digital marketing strategy on social media at the DR. Drs. M. Hatta Brain Hospital in Bukittinggi. Current problems indicate that the social media of the DR. Drs. M. Hatta Brain Hospital in Bukittinggi has not been fully optimized as a means to disseminate information about health services and conduct health promotions to the wider community, does not yet have a framework in digital marketing, and has never been analyzed social media activities, especially Instagram. The main focus of this study is to identify a digital marketing development framework based on the five stages of the maturity model, analyze social media activities, and develop a digital strategy that suits the needs of the institution. The method used is a qualitative approach, where data collection is carried out through field observations, distributing questionnaires, and in-depth interviews with hospital leaders and other relevant informants. The analysis is carried out systematically by identifying the hospital's digital marketing position in each stage of maturity, evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of social media strategies through a SWOT analysis, and designing a concrete development strategy. The results of this study produced a digital marketing maturity model design that reflects the readiness and direction of digital development of DR. Drs. M. Hatta Brain Hospital in Bukittinggi Hospital, and presents an applicable strategy in strengthening the hospital's digital presence, expanding the reach of hospital information services and digital-based health information.
