Abstract

Many people are experiencing economic difficulties due to decreased income and have lost their jobs, so they no longer have the income to meet their financial needs in the Koto Ranah Traditional Village, Koto Besar Dharmasraya. So, in this case, BUMDes is needed to mobilize village potential and assist in poverty alleviation efforts. The purpose of this service activity is to optimize seven Business Units, namely public service units, leasing units, intermediary units, trading units, finance and loan units, joint business units, and contractor or developer unions in the Koto Ranah Traditional Village to deal with the economic crisis that occurred. The results of the dedication stated that the Trading Unit of the Koto Ranah Sakti BUMDes made a breakthrough by helping the economy through the sale of LPG Gas and Mineral Water at affordable prices, where LPG Gas and Mineral Water are important basic needs in every household that are needed and used every day. With the KKN program, by empowering BUMDes, Koto Ranah Sakti can continue to manage the community's economy amid a pandemic, not so that BUMDes can develop more advanced.

Abstract

After understanding the research questions, we directed the search for data electronically to writing a collection of journal publications, books, and websites. We cannot conclude reports of untested, substantiated review findings on the use of innovations in agriculture without first attempting to analyze the various kinds of literature that incorporate, among other things, coding frameworks, in-depth assessments, and concluding. We carried out this study with a phenomenological approach, which is a methodology that seeks to obtain the most extensive data and then for us to study and gain understanding and become valid and convincing findings. The reason is that this review uses discretionary data from various sources. Subjective data whose sources of information we take from various data published between 2010 and 2021. We use the Google Search application to search for information using keywords such as digital applications, modern horticulture, innovation, and progress in compiling agribusiness. Based on these data, we can report that the use of trend-setting innovation applications in the agricultural sector is a consequence of innovations from both public authorities and the regions themselves, thus giving birth to new advances where agribusiness currently cannot be separated from electronics. This is an innovation that makes efficient use of services in the office

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and supervision on work climate, influence of leadership style and influence of supervision on employee performance, influence of work climate and influence of leadership style on performance with work climate as intervening variable and the effect of supervision on performance with work climate as the intervening variable. The sample in this study were Kerinci Police officers totaling 217 people. The sampling technique is a census technique because the number of employees is only 217 people who fill out the questionnaire. The type of data used is primary data, the data collection method uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Test the research instrument validity and reliability test. Data analysis techniques consist of data description test, classical assumption test, path analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study found that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee work climate, supervision had a positive and significant effect on employee work climate, leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, supervision had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work climate had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. on employee performance, work climate does not act as an intervening variable between leadership style and employee performance and work climate does not act as an intervening variable between supervision and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of life balance, workload and role conflict on work stress for members of the Kerinci Police Criminal Investigation Unit. The sample is 40 members of the Kerinci Criminal Investigation Unit. The research method is descriptive and associative research by drawing conclusions using quantitative methods. The results of the study partially affect work-life balance on work stress. Workload has no effect on work stress. Role Conflict has no effect on work stress and simultaneously the influence of Life Balance, Workload, and Role Conflict have a positive and significant effect on work stress on members of the Kerinci Criminal Investigation Unit.

Abstract

UPTD KPHL Fifty Cities (Unit III) is located in the Payakumbuh City government administrative area, Jalan Rangkayo Rasuna Said No. 58, Balai Nan Tuo, East Payakumbuh District, Payakumbuh City, West Sumatra, 26218. The aim of this research is to build a Perception Relationship Model And Group Dynamics on Forest Conservation and Increasing the Income of Community Forest Farmers (Case Study of Community Forest Groups in UPTD KPHL Fifty Cities). The method used is an analytical or reception survey with data analysis techniques of outer model testing, inner model testing and hypothesis testing. The sample was 95 members of community forestry at UPTD KPHL Limapuluh Kota. The results obtained show that there is a positive and significant influence on the perception of the HKm group on forest conservation in the Community Forest at UPTD KPHL Limapuluh Kota. There is a positive and significant influence of HKm group dynamics on forest conservation in Community Forests in UPTD KPHL Limapuluh Kota. There is a positive and significant influence on the perception of the HKm group on farmers' income in the Community Forest at UPTD KPHL Limapuluh Kota. There is a positive and significant influence of HKm group dynamics on farmers' income in Community Forests in UPTD KPHL Limapuluh Kota. There is a positive and significant influence of forest conservation on farmers' income in Community Forests at UPTD KPHL Limapuluh Kota. There is a positive and significant relationship between the perception of HKm groups, the dynamics of HKm groups and forest conservation together on farmers' income in Community Forests in UPTD KPHL Limapuluh Kota. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas strategi pengelolaan Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) dalam penyaluran bantuan sosial pada Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Agam. Terdapat ketidaktepatan dan ketidakvalidan data DTKS di Kabupaten Agam, yang berdampak pada ketepatan penyaluran bantuan sosial. Masalah ini disebabkan oleh ketidakoptimalan dalam pemutakhiran data, yang terjadi akibat kemampuan sumber daya manusia yang terbatas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Agam dengan menggunakan Analisis kualitatif dimana data merupakan proses pengolahan, penyajian, interpretasi, dan analisis data yang diperoleh dari lapangan dengan melihat Strategi Dinas Sosial digunakan Komponen Strategi Mulgan 2009 yaitu Purposes (Tujuan), Environments (Lingkungan), Direction (Pengarahan), Actions (Aksi), Learning (Pembelajaran). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak ditemukan permasalahan dilapangan dalam pengelolaan DTKS yang berakibatkan bantuan sosial tidak tersebar dengan baik, juga Dinas Sosial melakukan banyak strategi dalam pengelolaan data DTKS untuk penyaluran bantuan sosial. Abstract

Meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik dengan tujuan sebagai pondasi bagi instansi pemerintah untuk melaksanakan nyata dalam mereformasi bentuk pelayanan guna meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi sebanyak 1.073 orang sedangkan sampel sebanyak 130 orang. Tekhnik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah metode Smart PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah a). kualitas pelayanan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kepuasan masyarakat Dalam Pelaksanaan Program Layanan Kelurahan Kecamatan Online (LAKON) Kecamatan Padang Panjang Timur b). Kinerja petugas terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kepuasan masyarakat Dalam Pelaksanaan Program Layanan Kelurahan Kecamatan Online (LAKON) Kecamatan Padang Panjang Timur c). Fasilitas terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kepuasan masyarakat Dalam Pelaksanaan Program Layanan Kelurahan Kecamatan Online (LAKON) Kecamatan Padang Panjang Timur. d). Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in the Indonesian economy, especially in contributing to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and absorbing labor. However, various internal and external challenges, such as limited access to capital, low financial literacy, and competition with imported products, hinder the growth of MSMEs. The protectionist and debt relief policies implemented by the government aim to protect this sector, but their effectiveness is still questionable. Digitalization is the main strategy in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs, but its implementation faces infrastructure constraints and low technological literacy. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods and case studies to understand the dynamics of MSMEs in Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis to explore the experiences of MSME actors in facing challenges and adapting to government policies. The results of the study show that synergy between capital, financial literacy, product innovation, and inclusive policies is needed to encourage sustainable MSME growth. Structural reform and increasing investment in high value-added sectors are crucial steps in strengthening the competitiveness of MSMEs in the era of globalization. Therefore, a digitalization-based adaptation strategy and more proactive policy support are needed to ensure the sustainability of MSMEs as a pillar of the national economy. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat internasional ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya pemahaman dan keterampilan guru serta masyarakat dalam menangani anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK). Program dilaksanakan oleh Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Haji Agus Salim (ITB HAS) Bukittinggi bekerja sama dengan narasumber internasional dari Australia dan pakar pendidikan nasional. Kegiaan Pengabdian Masyarakat Internasional dilaksanakan di Happy Kids Montessori, Bukittinggi. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup penyampaian materi, pelatihan praktis, dan tanya jawab interaktif, dengan peserta terdiri dari guru PAUD, mahasiswa, orang tua, dan praktisi pendidikan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta terkait manajemen pendidikan inklusif dan strategi pembelajaran ABK, terbentuknya jejaring kerja sama , serta tersusunnya rencana tindak lanjut pelatihan lanjutan. Implikasi program meliputi penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia di bidang pendidikan inklusif dan mendorong transformasi paradigma pengelolaan sekolah ramah ABK. Kata kunci: Penguatan kapasitas, Manajemen, Pendidikan Inklusi
