Abstract

       The research of the aim to analyze giving of urea molasses multi-nutrient moringa block (UM3B) to the amount and diameter of follicles in crossbred cattle. A total of 10 cows were used study. all cows were divided two groups, one group consist of 5 crossbreed cows.  Group one was given UM3B, and group two was not given UM3B (control). The result of this study about total of follicle was significant different (P > 0,05) between group one (with UM3B) and group two (control) without UM3B, whereas, the diameters of the follicles was no significant different (P <0,05) among group one with UM3B and group two without UM3B, but trend of diameter of follicle show batter with group one. The conclusion of study was the use of urea molasses multi-nutrient moringa block (UM3B) giving a positive impact on total of follicular growth in the right and left ovary.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mixing commercial ration with water hyacinth leaf meal on the performance of crickets.This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with five treatments and four replications ie without giving hyacinth leaf powder and water hyacinth leaf powder administration of 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%. The data were analyzed using Homogenetas Test (Bartlett), F test (analysis of variance) and the region continued Duncan's Multiple Test (DMRT).The results showed that the mixing of water hyacinth leaf meal in the ration significantly affect weight gain and final body weight crickets but no significant effect on feed intake, feed conversion, body length and mortality crickets.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to feed crickets that are more economical for farmer.byusing  localingredients feed  found in surrounding environment such as sago meal waste.The target outcomes to be achieved in this study is a scientific article. The hypothesis in this study  isthe use of sagomeal  waste  did not affect the was growth  of local cricket .  The method used in this studya completely randomized design using sago meal  waste in ration    for 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%. The variables observed in this study feed intake, weight gain, feed conversion and final body weight. The results showed that use of the of sago in the ration does not affect theSiignificance of the performances crickets instar phase. Sago meal waste can be used up to 20% in the ration of crickets. Keywords :  Sago meal waste, Performance,  Cricket

Abstract

The problem faced by farmers who are members of Gapoktan in the Karang Bunga Village, Mandastana District, Barito Kuala Regency in rice cultivation is pest attack. Farmers always control pest attacks using synthetic pesticides. This causes rice production to be unsafe for consumption because it contains pesticide residues, and can cause the death of natural enemies, resurgence and resistance to pesticides. Therefore it is necessary to conduct socialization and utilization of refugia plants for the conservation of natural enemies and pest control by paying attention to ecological, economic and cultural aspects to create a sustainable agricultural system by suppressing environmental pollution by synthetic pesticides. The method used is to conduct socialization and utilization of refugia plants as agents for controlling pests of rice that are environmentally friendly in the form of socialization through counseling, discussion and demonstration on rice farmers' land. The results of PPM activities are an increase in PPM participant knowledge in terms of knowledge about the use of refugia plant technology; PPM participants gain skills in utilizing refugia plant technology; some PPM participants have started utilizing refugia plant technology by planting rice fields with paper flowers (Zinnia elegans Jaqc)

Abstract

Breeding ducks Alabio not be separated from the activities of the hatch, but theproductivity in generating Day Old Duck (day old ducklings) on hatching activity remainslow. This is due to some problems in the hatchery that often the death of the electricity sothat the temperature and humidity of the incubator is not constant during hatching. This willaffect the duck embryonic development. Besides, reversal and provision of high humidity isstill done manually so that the eggs are often removed from the incubator. Reversal of eggsis essential to prevent embio attached to the shell. South Kalimantan is a tropical regionwith year-roundsunshine. It can be stored to be utilized as a source of energy through theconversion of solar energy into heating the incubator. Aside from the use of solar energybecomes a substitute for the electricity and can last up to 15 years without having to paysubscription fees and usage of electricity. Solar power conversion technology can overcomethe limitations of the heater in the incubator in the District Peat Banjar district, in additionto the modifications to the reversal of eggs and automatic sprayer. With this expectedproductivity hatchery to produce DOD will be higher. Yet another obstacle arises whenDOD high productivity being offset by marketing efforts. For that partners business groupsales of poultry Setia Budi prepared to be a partner in marketing the Day Old Duck (DOD),which previously only market the consumption of duck eggs. Measuring the success of thisactivity is to look at the operation of the incubator solar power during the 28 days prior tohatching without any outages, as well as the percentage of eggs that hatch, number of DODthat hatch in a healthy condition, business analysis more efficient hatching and the numberof DOD that could be marketed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study and analyze the amount of microbial chicken meat after soaked in turmeric juice (Curcum domestica Val) with different storage period at room temperature. A total of 1 kg of broiler chicken and turmeric juice 7% is used in this study. With a Completely Randomized Design (RAL) step, five treatments and four replications with each replication amounting to one sample. The number of samples used are as many as 40 samples with 20 samples for testing the number of microbes and 20 other samples for organoleptic testing of color, smell and texture of broiler chicken meat. The treatment performed on the sample was K0 = broiler meat without treatment, K3 = broiler chicken storage for 3 hours, K6 = broiler chicken storage for 6 hours, K9 = broiler chicken storage for 9 hours, K12 = broiler chicken storage for 12 hours. The results showed that the storage of broiler chicken meat at room temperature and has been soaked for 30 minutes on the best turmeric juice 7% is the storage for 3 hours, while the organoleptic test can increase the level of fondness in the smell of meat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of storage lenght of fermented palm fronds by Trichoderma sp on the degree of acidity (pH), crude protein and crude fiber. This research used experiment with completely randomized design (CRD), which consists of 5 treatments and 4 replications. The treatment under study with storage time 0 weeks = control, 3 weeks, 6 weeks, 9 weeks and 12 weeks. Variables that are observed is the degree of acidity (pH), crude protein and crude fiber. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance if the treatment shows the real effect or very real then continued with test Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results showed that the storage time of fermented palm fronds by Trichoderma sp significantly affect the degree of acidity (pH) and crude fiber, but had no effect on levels of crude protein. Storage fermented palm fronds after 12 weeks can reduce the crude fiber content and pH.

Abstract

This study based on analyzing the crude protein and crude fibre on the fermented corn cobs using deferent level of buffalo rumen fluid. Research compiled based on experiment with Complete Random Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications namely T0 = 0% buffalo rumen fluid  (control), T1 = 20% buffalo rumen fluid, T2 = 40% buffalo rumen fluid, T3 = 60% buffalo rumen fluid, T4 = 80% buffalo rumen fluid. The variables measured is the value of crude protein and crude fiber. Result of this research show that using buffalo rumen fluid at 80% level could be increase the highest crude protein (28,38%) and decrease the lowest crude fibre (8.22%). Concluded that the buffalo rumen fluid could be turn up crude protein and turn down crude fiber of corn cob fermentation. Advised many buffalo rumen fluid that can be administered to a corn cob fermentation is as much as 80%.

Abstract

After understanding the research questions, we directed the search for data electronically to writing a collection of journal publications, books, and websites. We cannot conclude reports of untested, substantiated review findings on the use of innovations in agriculture without first attempting to analyze the various kinds of literature that incorporate, among other things, coding frameworks, in-depth assessments, and concluding. We carried out this study with a phenomenological approach, which is a methodology that seeks to obtain the most extensive data and then for us to study and gain understanding and become valid and convincing findings. The reason is that this review uses discretionary data from various sources. Subjective data whose sources of information we take from various data published between 2010 and 2021. We use the Google Search application to search for information using keywords such as digital applications, modern horticulture, innovation, and progress in compiling agribusiness. Based on these data, we can report that the use of trend-setting innovation applications in the agricultural sector is a consequence of innovations from both public authorities and the regions themselves, thus giving birth to new advances where agribusiness currently cannot be separated from electronics. This is an innovation that makes efficient use of services in the office

Abstract

Pakan merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam keberhasilan usaha peternakan kerbau rawa. Kendala yang sering dihadapi oleh peternak kerbau rawa di Desa Sapala adalah masalah pakan, terutama pada musim hujan (air dalam).  Ternak kerbau kekurangan pakan karena rumput lokal larut terbawa air dan membusuk ke dasar rawa. Ternak kerbau  banyak yang mati lemas karena kelelahan berenang untuk mencari pakan. Selain itu juga  kondisi anak-anak kerbau rawa terlihat kurus-kurus, karena dibiarkan dalam kandang sepanjang hari tanpa diberi pakan apapun. Solusi yang ditawarkan tim pelaksana melalui Program Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM)ini adalah memberikan  penyuluhan dan pendampingan pembuatan pakan suplemen Urea Molases Multinutrien Moringa Blok (UM3B) sebagai pakan ternak kerbau rawa. Pakan UM3B ini merupakan  penerapan hasil Penelitian Hibah  PTUPT dari DRPM Dikti tahun 2018-2020.  Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberdayakan masyarakat khususnya di Desa Sapala agar pengetahuan dan keterampilan peternak menjadi meningkat. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan, demonstrasi pembuatan UM3B, dan transfer teknologi berupa alat press UM3B. Berdasarkan Hasil kegiatan dapat diketahui bahwa  semua kegiatan yang telah direncanakan dapat berjalan lancar dan peserta kegiatan yang dilibatkan dalam kegiatan ini berpartisipasi aktif dalam seluruh rangkaian kegiatan. Peserta kegiatan mengikuti pembelajaran teori dengan rasio pertemuan sebesar 20 % dan praktik dengan rasio pertemuan 80 %. Karakteristik peternak yang ada sangat mendukung dalam pengembangan peternakan kerbau rawa. Peternak mengikuti kegiatan penyuluhan dan praktek pembuatan Urea Molases Multinutrien Moringa Blok (UM3B). Pengetahuan peternak mengalami peningkatan 100% setelah dilakukan penyuluhan. Disamping itu juga peternak banyak yang terampil (90%) dalam membuat pakan suplemen berupa Urea Molases Multinutrien Moringa Blok (UM3B).
