Abstract

Prodamas is a community empowerment program initiated by the Mayor of Kediri in 2019. This program aims to improve people's welfare economically and socially. In 2021, Prodamas upgraded to Prodamas Plus to reach a wider field. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of a website created as an information media related to Prodamas Plus in Kediri City. The method used is the Technology Acceptance Model method with five variables including: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using, behavioral intention to use and actual system usage. The results of the study show that Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), and Behavioral Intention To Use (IU) simultaneously affect Actual System Usage (AU). So based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the use of the website is considered effective in conveying information to the people of Kediri City.

Abstract

Dairy farmers from the Mulyo Farmers group, located in Mulyorejo Village, Sukun District, Malang City, are experiencing problems with feed productivity because dairy cows require fresh grass for their consumption. The cow dung on this farm has not been utilized properly, resulting in waste that can pollute the river flow in the surrounding environment. The purpose of this service is to provide solutions to these issues. The methods used in this service include socialization about the dangers of cow dung waste and its utilization, training in creating milk packaging with market value, and developing tools for shredding and drying cow dung. The results of this service activity indicate that farmers can save time and money on feed purchases by up to 30% because the grass can be chopped and consumed by all the cows. Additionally, cow dung can be dried and sold, increasing the income of the Farmers Group. Public knowledge about the dangers of cow dung and its utilization increased from level 2 to level 6, while awareness of dairy product packaging improved from 10% to 40%.

Abstract

Raja Jaya King merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di industri repacking minyak goreng olahan sawit. Perusahaan ini memiliki tujuan untuk menjadi perusahaan profesional dan lebih maju dalam bidang perindustrian serta perdagangan lokal maupun internasional. Pada proses bisnisnya, perusahaan masih memiliki kendala salah satunya adalah rendahnya brand awareness karena belum lama berdiri dan kegiatan promosi serta pemasaran masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Dengan melihat potensi perkembangan teknologi promosi dan pemasaran saat ini sangat cepat, maka dari itu akan dilakukan proses digital marketing sehingga perusahaan dapat memperluas jangkauan promosi secara lebih luas. Metode yang digunakan untuk merancang strategi digital marketing adalah RACE karena lebih efektif untuk membangun brand awareness pada perusahaan baru serta berorientasi terhadap pengalaman pelanggan melalui konten kreatif. Ada 4 tahapan dari metode tersebut yakni Reach, Act, Convert, dan Engage. Setelah melakukan perencanaan dan implementasi strategi digital marketing pada platform sosial media Facebook, Instagram, dan Tiktok dalam kurun waktu 1 bulan telah berhasil menjangkau audiens menjadi lebih luas. Hal ini didukung dengan bertambahnya jumlah followers dan meningkatnya interaksi pada masing-masing sosial media yang digunakan. Tiktok dengan 20 followers dan engagement rate sebesar 18,62%, Instagram 13 followers dengan engagement rate sebesar 38,25%, dan Facebook 2 followers dengan engagement rate sebesar 2,17%.

Abstract

Letter management is a routine activity carried out at the Kerta Jaya Village office in Banyuasin. Currently, the administration of administrative documents in this village has been done manually, resulting in long queues. This study aims to develop an information system for managing electronic administrative documents for residents, such as domicile certificates, death certificates, and single-marriage certificates. This research is a research and development (R&D) study using the Scrum method. The Scrum method divides tasks into small parts (sprints). In each sprint, researchers focus on completing several features that can be used immediately. The Scrum method was used because it has a structured framework with sprints that produce functional incremental products. This method is suitable because it allows for rapid adaptation so that application development does not take too long. The result of this study is an information system for managing electronic administrative letters in Kerta Jaya Village, Banyuasin District. From the results of the application's usability aspect, the percentage obtained on 30 respondents was 79.16%, meaning this application is suitable for use by the community.

Abstract

Pandemi yang melanda Indonesia dan dunia memberikan dampak bagi perekonomian dan pendidikan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterserapan kerja lulusan program studi sistem informasi Universitas Merdeka Malang di masa pandemi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di program studi sistem informasi Unmer Malang. Subyek penelitian adalah alumni program studi sistem informasi sejumlah 54 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purpposive random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis datanya menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sejumlah 57,5% lulusan mengaku tidak mengalami kesulitan dalam mendapatkan pekerjaan sedangkan sisanya mengaku mengalami kesulitan. Adapun untuk status pekerjaannya adalah sebanyak 74% sudah mendapatkan pekerjaan sedangkan sisanya masih dalam proses mencari pekerjaan. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pandemi covid19 ini tidak berpengaruh terhadap keterserapan kerja lulusan program studi sistem informasi Unmer Malang.

Abstract

Mr. Bawi's cassava chips MSME in Wagir District, Malang Regency, faced challenges in financial management, marketing, and food hygiene, coupled with the use of semi-manual chopping tools that were less hygienic and time-consuming. The solutions offered included business management governance training such as simple financial reports, the use of financial applications, BEP and SWOT analysis, marketing through e-commerce, and hygiene and sanitation training, along with the innovation of an automatic cassava chopping tool. This activity aimed to increase production, human resource quality, and market expansion to support increased income. As a result, chip production increased by 74% to 192 kg per 2 hours, knowledge of BEP and SWOT analysis increased from level 1 to 4.7, quality control and hygiene from level 1 to 4.9, and marketing and e-commerce communication from level 1 to 4.

Abstract

Gendis Jowo experiences fluctuations in the number of nasi box customers, which lead to suboptimal stock management and operational inefficiency, thereby requiring a forecasting approach to predict customer numbers more accurately. This study applies three forecasting methods Single Exponential Smoothing (SES), Double Exponential Smoothing (DES), and Moving Average (MA)—with the aim of determining the most accurate method for forecasting the next period’s customer count. Historical data from January 2022 to August 2025 were analyzed, with SES and DES parameters optimized using the Optimal ARIMA approach, and accuracy evaluated through MAPE, MAD, and MSD. The results show that the Moving Average method with a length of 4 (MA4) provides the highest accuracy with the lowest error values, making it the best-performing model. Based on the MA4 method, the number of customers for the next period is predicted to be 1,065.88, and this result can be used to plan stock requirements, packaging needs, and operational activities more effectively.
