Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of public relations management in increasing public trust in madrasahs. Public trust is an important element that influences the success of educational institutions, including madrasahs. In this context, public relations serves as a communication bridge between madrasahs and the community, aiming to build a positive image and increase public participation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method in several madrasahs in Indonesia. The results of this study are expected to show that public trust in madrasah is influenced by the ability of public relations to build effective communication, information transparency, and program implementation that actively involves the community. The main strategies used by public relations include involving parents in school activities, publicizing academic and non-academic achievements, and strengthening the madrasah image through social media. Factors supporting success include support from the madrasah leadership, synergy between teachers and staff, and innovation in delivering information. In contrast, the challenges faced include limited human resources and technology. In addition, this study highlights the importance of training for the public relations team at madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bahrul Ulum Watupanjang Village, Krucil Sub-district, Probolinggo District to improve their communication skills. With proper training, the PR team can be more effective in delivering positive messages to the public. This is in line with the theory of public relations as a liaison that emphasizes the role of public relations in establishing good relations between the organization and the public. This study concludes that the optimal role of public relations contributes significantly to increasing public trust, so it needs to be supported by policies that support strengthening the capacity of public relations in madrasah.

Abstract

This research focuses on the decline in student learning motivation in the digital era and how educational management can overcome this challenge. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence students' learning motivation, including teachers' digital skills, changes in students' thinking patterns, mental health impacts and psychological burden. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques to collect data from students and teachers at Banyuwangi High School. Data analysis was carried out thematically to identify relationships between these variables. The research results show that adequate teacher digital skills, environmental support in changing mindsets, and effective stress management can significantly increase student learning motivation. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of developing teachers' digital skills, adaptive learning strategies, and attention to students' mental health in order to achieve quality education in the digital era.

Abstract

BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KC Madya Pamekasan  is  a sharia financial institution which is surrounded by many  large  banks. The existence of these banks is a big challenge for BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KC Madya Pamekasan  to survive and be able to compete. This  research analyzes the relationship between employe service and  customers’  interest in saving at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KC Madya Pamekasan. Data was obtained through structured interviews with branch heads and marketing managers. To ensure the level of trust in the information, data triangulation was carried out using different techniques, namely observation of the environment and forms of community services implemented at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar. All data analyzed to describe the impact of employee services oninterest in saving at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KC Madya Pamekasan.  The research method involves  in-depth interviews with employees and customers, as well as direct observatiton of service interactions. The findings show that employee service quality plays  an important role in shaping customeers’  interes  in saving, with  interpersonal aspects and trust being the main factors. The implecations of this research can help BPRS Bhakti Sumekar in designing service strategies  that are more effective and focus on customer needs  and preferences The findings of this research show that customers' interest in saving is increasing due to adequate bonuses and community services that customers receive. Community services are provided in the form of football pick-up and drop-off services, balance printing services, and problem solving.

Abstract

Salah satu keterampilan yang harus dimiliki di abad 21 ialah keterampilan literasi. Penyediaan bahan bacaan melalui perpustakaan merupakan upaya yang dapat dilakukan sekolah untuk meningkatkan minat literasi siswa. Kegiatan revitalisasi perpustakaan dilaksanakan di SD Muhammadiyah Nurul Ilmi, desa Karangdowo, kecamatan Karangdowo, kabupaten Klaten.  Fungsi awal perpustakaan digunakan untuk menyimpan buku SD dan SMP, buku administrasi alat olah raga, peralatan Hizbul Wathan, dan alat peraga pembelajaran. Kondisi yang tidak terawat membuat siswa enggan berkunjung ke perpustakaan. Tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam kegiatan ini ialah mengfungsikan perpustakaan dan meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Tujuan pengabdian ini ialah melaksanakan proses revitalisasi perpustakaan dan meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, pemaparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan tiga tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan. Hasil pengabdian ini: 1) Revitalisasi perpustakaan, dilakukan dengan mendekorasi ulang perpustakaan, menyortir buku SMP dan mengklasifikasikan dan melabeli buku, dan membuat buku kunjungan perpustakaan. Berdasarkan klasifikasi, terdapat 156 buku bacaan siswa, 27 ensiklopedia, 314 buku penngetahuan umum, 89 buku guru, dan 814 buku pelajaran KTSP dan kurikulum 2013; 2) Minat baca meningkat dengan rata-rata jumlah siswa yang menginjungi perpustakaan setiap harinya ialah 30 siswa; 3) Perpustakaan difungsikan sebagai tempat alternatif pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa revitalisasi perpustakaan dapat meningkatkan minat baca siswa dan perpustakaan berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan intellectual stimulation dan inspirational motivation guru di SD QLC School. Intellectual stimulation dan inspirational motivation merupakan dua faktor penting dalam membangun iklim pembelajaran yang efektif dan mendorong pengembangan profesional guru. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini akan mengumpulkan data dari observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen terkait praktik kepemimpinan kepala sekolah serta persepsi guru tentang dampaknya terhadap motivasi dan rangsangan intelektual mereka. Teori kepemimpinan transformasional akan digunakan sebagai landasan konseptual untuk menganalisis peran kepala sekolah dalam menciptakan visi yang menginspirasi, mendorong kreativitas dan inovasi, serta membangun hubungan yang memotivasi guru untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Temuan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pemangku kepentingan pendidikan dalam mengembangkan strategi kepemimpinan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan permasalahan kesehatan yang masih menjadi perhatian di Indonesia, dengan prevalensi yang cukup tinggi dibandingkan negara-negara tetangga. Pemerintah telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk menurunkan angka stunting, termasuk melalui sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan wanita usia subur (WUS) dan pasangan usia subur (PUS) mengenai stunting sebagai salah satu bentuk pencegahan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, dengan pendekatan edukasi berbasis pre-test dan post-test. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Padukuhan Samben, Kalurahan Argomulyo, Kecamatan Sedayu, Kabupaten Bantul, pada Februari 2025. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta setelah mengikuti sosialisasi, yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan nilai hasil post-test dengan rata-rata nilai 100/100. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa edukasi kesehatan memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pencegahan stunting. Diperlukan strategi berkelanjutan, termasuk keterlibatan keluarga, tenaga kesehatan, dan tokoh masyarakat untuk mendukung upaya ini secara efektif.

Abstract

This study examines the evolution of the epistemology of science from classical Greek thought, Islamic scientific tradition, empirical modernism, to relativistic postmodernism, and analyzes its implications for contemporary educational paradigms. The purpose of this study is to identify the epistemological character of each historical phase, find similarities and differences related to the sources and validity of knowledge, and formulate their influence on educational theory, learning approaches, and curriculum development in the modern and postmodern eras. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method through the analysis of primary philosophical sources and secondary academic literature. Data are classified thematically and analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results show that Greek epistemology emphasizes rationality; Islamic epistemology is integrative between revelation, reason, and empiricism; modern epistemology prioritizes scientific empiricism and objectivity; while postmodern epistemology views knowledge as plural and contextual. The study concludes that these epistemological dynamics have a significant influence on educational paradigms. Modernism gave rise to objective and competency-based education; postmodernism gave rise to collaborative, contextual, and learner-centered learning; Meanwhile, Islamic epistemology offers an integrative paradigm that balances intellectual, empirical, and moral aspects. This research contributes theoretically as a cross-historical epistemological framework and practically as a reference for developing holistic and adaptive curricula and learning models.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSIPerkembangan teknologi informasi, dan komunikasi (TIK) yang begitu pesat dalam beberapa dekade terakhir telah membawa dampak transformatif pada hampir seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia, mulai dari cara berkomunikasi, bekerja, hingga dalam pengelolaan, dan penyajian informasi (Anjani et al., 2024). Dunia bisnis dan profesi akuntansi tidak luput dari arus perubahan ini. Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP), sebagai lembaga yang berperan penting dalam menjamin transparansi, dan akuntabilitas informasi keuangan, kini menghadapi lanskap profesional yang sangat dinamis, ditandai dengan peningkatan adopsi teknologi digital dalam proses audit dan pelaporan keuangan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pelatihan praktis dalam mendukung proses transformasi digital di KAP, khususnya dalam meningkatkan daya saing auditor muda dalam menghadapi tantangan teknologi audit yang terus berkembang. The Office of the Public Accountant (OPA), as an institution that plays an important role in ensuring the transparency, and accountability of financial information, is currently facing a highly dynamic professional landscape, characterized by the increasing adoption of digital technologies in the audit and financial reporting process, this study aims to analyze the role of practical training in supporting the digital transformation process in the OPA, particularly in enhancing the competitiveness of young auditors in facing the challenges of ever-evolving technology. Abstract

Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK) pada ibu hamil merupakan salah satu masalah gizi yang berdampak serius terhadap kesehatan ibu dan janin, oleh karena itu maka perlu dilakukan penanggulangan dengan Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT) serta dilakukan pendampingan agar PMT yang diberikan lebih maksimal penerimaannya terhadap ibu hamil. Tujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberian PMT dengan cara pendampingan pada ibu hamil. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan penapisan gizi ibu hamil, Pemberian Makanan Tambahan serta melakukan Komunikasi memberikan Informasi dan edukasi. Pengabdian dilakukan di Camplong Sampang dengan jumlah ibu hamil 35 orang dan yang mengalami KEK sebanyak 7 orang ibu hamil. Selama pendampingan rerata asupan ibu hamil hanya sekitar 75%, tetapi setiap pendampingan selalu ada penigkatan ke arah yang lebih baik. Berat badan ibu hamil apada awal pendampingan rerata 49,5 kg dan terdapat peningkatan di akhir pendampingan dengan rerata berat badan 50,6 kg. selain berat badan, ukuran lingkar lengan juga pengalami penambahan yakni di awal penapisan lila ibu rerata 22,6 cm dan di akhir pendampingan bertambah menjadi rerata 23,5 cm. Kesimpulan, dari pendampingan yang telah dilakukan selama 3 bulan terdapat perubahan mulai dari peingkatan asupan, peningkatan berat badan serta penambahan ukuran lila pada ibu hamil yang mengalai KEK

Abstract

Background: Mental health problems or disorders are disturbances in thoughts, feelings, and behavior, causing suffering and impaired daily functioning both personally and socially. Mental health during pregnancy is an important aspect that affects the well-being of the mother and fetal development. Pregnant women often experience significant emotional and physical changes, which can trigger stress and anxiety.Objective: This study aims to determine the level of anxiety in pregnant women approaching labor.Methods: The type of research used in this study is descriptive. The research was conducted in Tambaan Village, Camplong District, Sampang Regency. The population consisted of all third-trimester pregnant women. The sample was 25 pregnant women. The criteria for this study were pregnant women willing to be respondents and pregnant women without pregnancy-related complications.Results: The study results showed that 8% experienced mild anxiety, 72% moderate anxiety, and 20% severe anxiety. Conclusion: This study concluded that the majority of pregnant women in Indonesia experience anxiety in facing childbirth with varying levels. Primigravida mothers most commonly experienced moderate anxiety, followed by severe and mild anxiety. Recommendation: It is recommended that pregnant women increase antenatal care visits to prepare themselves physically and mentally for childbirth.  Keywords: Characteristic Overview, Primigravida, Anxiety
