Abstract

SMKN 1 Abang berdiri dan terletak di ujung timur pulau Bali yaitu kabupaten Karangasem, dan beralamat di Jalan Raya Tista-Singaraja, Tista, Kecamatan Abang, Kabupaten Karangasem Bali. Sekolah yang terletak di Kabupaten Karangasem ini merupakan sekolah yang berada di salah satu kawasan Kabupaten yang memiliki Pendapatan Daerah yang relatif kecil. Sektor pariwisata selama ini masih menjadi andalan di kabupaten Karangasem seperti Candidasa, Tenganan, Taman Ujung, Tirta Gangga, Pura Besakih, dan Amed Tulamben. Dampak Covid-19 yang melumpuhkan sektor pariwisata secara langsung berdampak pada kesejahteraan masyarakat Karangasem, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu terobosan untuk mulai memperkenalkan kewirausahaan sejak bangku sekolah untuk mempercepat proses pemulihan ekonomi di Kabupaten Karangasem. Solusi yang diberikan dalam pengabdian masyarakat oleh STMIK Primakara adalah memberikan pelatihan pengembangan usaha-usaha yang ada didaerah setempat dengan metode design thinking, pada pelatihan diikuti oleh guru pengajar di SMKN 1 Abang, dimana ini bermaksud agar para guru-guru bisa menyalurkan apa yang sudah didapatkan kepada siswa-siswa yang ada di SMKN 1 Abang Karangasem untuk membantu perkembangan kewirausahaan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi.

Abstract

Menghapi era revolusi pendidikan 4.0, para guru dituntut agar mampu memberikan empat ketrampilan yaitu berpikir kritis, komunikasi, kolaboratif, serta kreativitas dan inovatif, yang sering diistilahkan dengan 4 C (Critical thinking, communicative, collaboratif, creativity and inovatif) kepada peserta didik. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, kompetensi dan skill guru salah satunya adalah mengembangkan dan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran berbasis 4C. Saat ini para guru di SMAN 1 Gianyar memperlihatkan kondisi masih belum fasih dalam membuat media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi, sehingga sangat diperlukan pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru di SMAN 1 Gianyar melalui penggunaan Google Sites sebagai media pembelajaran yang inovatif. Pelaksanaan pelatihan ini terdiri atas 2 (dua) tahapan yaitu penyampaian materi mengenai pembuatan dan penggunaan Google Sites sebagai media pembelajaran dan praktek langsung membuat dan menggunakan Google Sites sebagai media pembelajaran. Metode dalam pelatihan ini adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, dan project. Pelatihan ini diikuti dengan antusiasme dari peserta yang diikuti oleh 37 orang guru di SMAN 1 Gianyar. Berdasarkan kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan para guru telah berhasil menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran berbasis website yang memuat informasi silabus, konten pembelajaran, hingga evaluasi berupa latihan soal atau Quiz. Pelatihan ini mampu menambah pengetahuan dan kompetensi serta skill peserta dalam membuat dan menggunakan Google Sites sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif.

Abstract

Pengeringan biji kakao tradisional di Bali menghadapi tantangan ketidakpastian cuaca dan risiko kontaminasi yang dapat menurunkan kualitas dan nilai jual biji kakao. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, inovasi Inochoco dikembangkan sebagai alat pengering biji kakao berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang memanfaatkan energi terbarukan berupa tenaga surya. Alat ini dirancang untuk mempermudah petani, dengan kontrol sederhana, desain portabel, dan komponen steril untuk menjaga kualitas kemudahan dalam pengeringan. Pengeringan dilakukan dalam wadah tertutup guna melindungi biji kakao dari debu dan kotoran. Selain itu, alat ini dilengkapi dengan berbagai sensor dan timer yang memastikan proses pengeringan berjalan optimal dan efisien. Inovasi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efektivitas pengeringan, tetapi juga mendukung produksi coklat batang sebagai produk turunan, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani serta mendukung penerapan teknologi ramah lingkungan

Abstract

Balinese dance classification presents challenges due to limited datasets, complex postures, and the lack of real-world implementation. Existing studies often focus on model development while overlooking deployment aspects. This research proposes a lightweight Convolutional Neural Network  (CNN) designed for Balinese dance classification and compares it with MobileNetV2, ResNet50, and VGG16 using consistent training settings. Data augmentation was applied to enhance generalization, and training epochs were optimized based on model convergence. The proposed CNN achieved a validation accuracy of 99.00%, with a precision of 92.55%, recall of 89.88%, and F1-score of 91.1%, using only 590 thousand trainable parameters and the fastest inference time of 476 milliseconds. Although others pretrained model, MobileNetV2 slightly outperformed in some metrics, the proposed model offered a better tradeoff between performance and efficiency. The trained model was deployed in a web-based application, demonstrating practical usability. This work supports the preservation of Balinese dance through accessible and efficient AI integration.

Abstract

The manual recording of social assistance recipients in Keramas Village has led to inefficiencies, including data inaccuracies, lengthy search processes, and difficulties in tracking data changes. Advances in information technology highlight the need for digital solutions to enhance data accuracy and processing speed. This study employs the Scrum methodology, implemented across three sprints, encompassing database design, user interface (UI) development, CRUD features, data search functionality, admin login system, data visualization using Chart.js, and PDF export capability. The system was developed using Laravel, Bootstrap, MySQL, and PHP technologies. The results demonstrate the successful development of a system featuring key functionalities: recording and managing BST/BLT recipient data, keyword-based data search, graphical data visualization, and PDF export capability. Blackbox testing confirmed that all system functions operate optimally without significant issues. The study concludes that the developed system effectively replaces manual recording methods, improves operational efficiency, and reduces error risks. For future development, recommendations include adding new features, expanding the scope of manageable social assistance programs, and enabling public access to enhance transparency. Abstract

Smart Village is a village development concept that encourages a village to undergo transformation with innovation and the use of technology. To accelerate the development of villages in Blahbatuh District, it is necessary to know the condition of the villages so that the government can provide appropriate policies. Therefore, measurements are needed to determine village readiness which are carried out in 7 villages with the variables smart government, smart people, smart economy, smart living, smart environment and smart mobility. The method used is the SVIM method with quantitative data processing methods and descriptive analysis. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews and observation. Based on the results of the analysis, 7 villages in Blahbatuh District have different levels of readiness in each variable. For variables that have a ready category in all villages, only smart mobility has a value above 30, while the not ready variable is in the smart environment variable with 4 villages with a readiness value below 20. Of the 7 villages studied, only Blahbatuh Village with the condition of 5 variables is said to be ready and 1 is said to be less ready.

Abstract

Keramas Village is part of the Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency, Bali Province, with an area of 72 hectares. Keramas Village is one of the tourist villages in Gianyar Regency which is located on the 4 km long coast. One of the villages currently developing village potential-based tourism is Keramas Village. Keramas Village has a historical side that is still preserved. One of them is evidenced by the still sturdy existence of the statues which are housed in Besakih Temple and Kebo Edan Temple which have been designated as ancient sites. The head of the Keramas Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) Mrs. Eka Sri Wedayanti when interviewed said that the culturall heritage in Keramas village has not been optimally developed so far. this is because historical information regarding the existence of the culturall heritage is not generally known by the public or tourists visiting Keramas Village. This research will discuss the design and construction of a website-based culturall heritage preservation information system (SIGAYA) using the extreme programming method. It is hoped that this research can help convey information so that it can be more easily accessed by the public and tourists, thus making it easier for Pokdarwis to manage culturall heritage data and its potential.

Abstract

The use of technology and information systems has become one of the most effective means of disseminating information in the modern era. One implementation of technology and information systems in village government is through village websites. Keramas Village, a region in Bali Province, is an example of how implementing a website-based information system can improve services to the community. However, obstacles related to database optimization and website usage guidelines are still a concern. This research aims to overcome this problem by optimizing the database in the Village Information System using OpenSID and compiling a guide for using the Keramas Village website. Through data collection, improving correspondence services, and creating guide books and videos, it is hoped that the Keramas Village website can be more effective in providing information and public services to its community. Program evaluation will ensure successful implementation as well as uncover areas for further improvement. Thus, this research not only provides practical benefits for Keramas Village and its community but also enriches the author's technical and analytical skills in data management and guide preparation.

Abstract

This paper presents the results of a certification program aimed at enhancing the competency of entrepreneurship resources through the certification of business incubator consultants. The program, conducted by the Indonesia Management Forum and HR24/7 Communication Hub in Bali, involved participants from various regions across Indonesia. The training sessions covered topics such as advocacy for technology business incubator development, product-market fit analysis, business idea validation, feasibility study preparation, legal and institutional management, company profile creation, access to financing, marketing assistance, business valuation, and financial report preparation. The program culminated in a competency assessment on the third day. The results indicated a high level of satisfaction among participants, highlighting the program's effectiveness in improving their understanding and skills in technology business incubator management. The implications of this program include the potential enhancement of Indonesia's entrepreneurship ecosystem and contributions to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals.

Abstract

Produk dodol dari Desa Penglatan, Buleleng, adalah warisan kuliner tradisional dengan cita rasa khas dan potensi pengembangan. Startup Numbas Dodol menerima pendanaan hibah P2MW sebesar Rp. 13.700.000 dari Inkubator Bisnis Primakara. Awalnya, produk kami hanya diminati konsumen yang merayakan hari raya Hindu, dijual secara konvensional, dan kurang diminati konsumen muda karena bentuknya yang kurang praktis serta pemasaran terbatas. Numbas Dodol melakukan inovasi pengembangan produk dan kemasan untuk menarik minat konsumen muda dan pasar lebih luas. Kami menggunakan metode OKR (Objectives and Key Results) untuk memastikan keberhasilan, dengan Objectives: Pengembangan kemasan dan varian dodol sumping, dan 3 Key Results: 1. Pembuatan kemasan menarik dan terjangkau, 2. Uji organoleptik terhadap 20 orang dengan kepuasan minimal 85%, 3. Percobaan penjualan ke 40 orang dengan target 10 terjual. Hasilnya, terciptalah varian dodol sumping dan kemasan menarik, berhasil menarik konsumen muda usia 18-28 melalui media sosial, mendapatkan kepuasan di atas 85% dari 20 orang uji organoleptik, dan berhasil menjual 10 produk dari 40 orang yang diuji coba.
