Abstract

Assets are the most important resource for an individual or an organization that owns them, because assets are tools that support the activities of an organization. As time goes by the assets in the company will experience many changes (increase and decrease) that apply very quickly and that also happens to PT. Asiamadya Selaras. To support operational activities, PT. Asiamadya Selaras still uses a semi-computerized system, namely using Microsoft Excel in managing existing assets. This is less efficient in terms of time, effort and cost. As technology continues to develop, it can be used to overcome some of the obstacles currently faced, such as by creating a system that assists in asset management to prevent data damage or loss. Web-based system development is used with system modeling, namely UML (Unified Modeling Language), including use case, activity, class, and sequence diagrams. The asset management system development methodology uses the waterfall model, PHP programming with the Laravel framework, and MySQL database.

Abstract

Public transport is an integral part of the city's transportation system and is a component whose role is very significant because the condition of the poor public transport system will cause a decline in the effectiveness and efficiency of public transport itself. Smartphone users or the public can use and take advantage of its mobile devices to be able to search for information about public transportation route and location of the place to be searched. Mobile applications natively public transportation route system is based on the PhoneGap framework and uses GoogleMaps as an interface map, the language he uses is HTML5, Javascript, JQuery Mobile. Algorithm method used is the Dijstra method. Dijkstra method can be used to determine the fastest path from a node. These properties can be applied to determine the trajectory path of nearby public transportation. The accuracy of the reading position ( Location Base Services ) on the map approximately 97 % of the radius of a meter scale map. The accuracy depends on GPS devices and mobile handsets speed internet bandwidth.

Abstract

Yayasan Kopia Raya Insani memiliki program atau gagasan yang dalam bidang pendidikan keagamaan, sosial, keterampilan, serta kemanusiaan dalam hal ini bergerak membantu korban bencana alam. Yayasan Kopia Raya Insani memiliki misi menumbuhkan kesadaran pada masyarakat akan pentingnya pendidikan sejak dini, mengadakan kegiatan sosial berbasis gotong royong keumatan, bekerjasama dengan elemen masyarakat untuk menciptakan binaan yang bermoral dan mengedukasi binaan kopia melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan yang berkualitas. Terdapat permasalahan yang pada Yayasan Kopia Raya Insani pada kegiatan unit kerja yayasan yang membutuhkan tampilan presentasi yang menarik dan mengesankan untuk meyakinkan para donatur dan juga untuk penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat atau pelaporan kegiatan yayasan. Proses komunikasi yang terjadi tidak selamanya berjalan dengan lancar, bahkan pada proses komunikasi yang kurang baik dapat menimbulkan salah pengertian ataupun salah konsep. Untuk mencapai proses komunikasi yang efisien, dibutuhkan alat bantu yang dapat memberikan suatu alternatif komunikasi agar para donatur dapat memahami penyajian laporan yang disajikan. Kemampuan presentasi yang baik harus didukung dengan keterampilan dalam pembuatan slide presentasi yang menarik dan informatif. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan berbasis teknologi Artificial Intelligence menggunakan Wepik, peserta yang merupakan pengurus dan penghuni dari Yayasan Kopia Raya Insani mendapatkan informasi penting tentang bagaimana membuat bahan presentasi secara cepat, mudah dan menarik dengn menggunakan Artificial Intelligence sehingga waktu menjadi lebih efisien dalam penyajian materi atau laporan.

Abstract

The Indonesia government has started to prepare the strategies by setting the new policies regarding the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19) since the first case was found on March, 2nd 2020. One of those policies is appealing to all government staffs/State C3il Apparatus and pr3ate employees to apply the system of remote working (Work from Home). To support the act3ity of remote working, the employees have been using some applications for online meetings to communicate with colleagues, superiors, and business partners in resolving the workloads without direct physical contacts. These applications needed are Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, and Webex. The writer conducted a study using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the selection of the appropriate application for online meetings according to the priority criteria required by the employees who work at home. AHP method can provide the best order that will produce criteria and alternat3es with the highest values. The research was conducted based on the criteria for application features, ease of use, number of participants, duration of time, bandwidth requirements, and application security. The result for alternat3es with priority results was the Zoom application with the highest value of 0.341 (34.1%), followed by Google Meet with a value of 0.319 (31.9%), Skype with a value of 0.187 (18.7%), and Webex. With a value of 0.153 (15.3%) as the lowest order.

Abstract

Warts is a skin health problem that is generally characterized by the appearance of small, rough-textured lumps on the skin surface caused by a virus that is human papilloma virus (HPV). One technique of treatment of wart disease is immunotherapy, this method is a treatment by boosting the immune system to overcome the disease of warts. Naive bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM) is a method of data mining algorithm used to classify. The aim of this study was to compare the Naive bayes algorithm with Support Vector Machine (SVM) in predicting the success of immunotherapy treatment method in the treatment of wart disease. Tests conducted using the method of Naive bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM) using the R programming language, then the results are used to do the comparison. The results of this study revealed that the Naive bayes method has superior prediction capability compared to Support Vector Machine (SVM) because Naive bayes can predict all class instances correctly with the accuracy level of 1.

Abstract

Sub-district in general acts as a community service center in certain areas. One of the sub-district services is to administer population administration letters. The main problem in sub-district in general there is no system that helps in storing Population Administration data. The Demography Administration Information System aims to carry out administration such as (Transfer Letter, Death Certificate, etc.). This system is also for handling a lot of documents so that the making of application letters can be faster and more efficient. In gathering information, the authors made direct observations and direct interviews with parties related to the administration of the village. making using the Demography Administration Information System with SDLC Waterfall method. In its development, planning is made starting from collecting all data and making designs to build system requirements. The programming language used is web-based. The advantages obtained in this application are made to make it easier for officers in handling a lot of documents, such as difficulty finding and printing data. And for the sake of data security to avoid data loss, data duplication and data manipulation. The system using the Sublime application with the programming language PHP, jquery, and Enterprise Architect 7.0. The result of this research is a village administration program that can assist the administrative activities of the village.

Abstract

Inventory is a stock of an item or resource, material, material that is stored and fulfills requests from consumers or customers at any time for sale within a period. Many companies in carrying out their activities often experience problems as one example faced is the problem of purchasing, selling and reporting systems that take place within the company, due to the lack of accurate data. At the Sugi Teknik Electronic Store there is a warehouse where sales and purchase data are still manual or not computerized, to check the stock of goods, employees must record incoming and outgoing goods data so that it takes a lot of time in making reports. From the various problems that arise, the authors want to create an Electronic Warehouse Inventory Information System. This application contains recording of incoming and outgoing goods, sales reports, purchase reports, returns or operational reports and income reports making it easier to get information quickly, clearly and accurately.

Abstract

Network service radio trunking PT.Handal Exa Teknologi often also gets various reports and complaints from users, currently users are still making reports and complaints using email and through group chat applications such as whats app , in the process of reporting this disturbance the helpdesk team is still doing manual recording. The purpose of this study is to create a web-based information system facility to process data on service interruption reports and be able to solve problems, can provide convenience for users to report service disruptions by using the website and maintain company service to users to be able to respond quickly in processing the handling of service disturbances, from the purpose of this research to produce a trouble ticket web-based ticket that can assist companies in data processing various reports and complaints of disturbances so that service to users becomes maximal and effective. The research method used in this study is based on qualitative methods. While the development of the system uses the waterfall model. The software used are:  Windows Pro Home 10, Visual studio code, and Xampp.Information System Trouble Ticket -based Web  at PT. Reliable Exa Technology that improves service to customers in terms of responding quickly to complaints that want to be reported and can be a medium for information on data disturbances that have occurred

Abstract

The eye is one of the most valuable gifts of the creator. Besides being used for looking, senses of vision are also very influential in various human activities. It takes a healthy eye to avoid being disturb. One of them is an eye disease, and we often forget to treat it well because of less public knowledge to prevent eye diseases. That's why it’s needed an expert system for diagnosing and classify diseases eye of humans, which play a role in replacing and imitate the reasoning process of an expert in solving a problem. And can give the right and fast solution to be able to help an expert to diagnosing diseases stored in the database system. In this research, an expert system was built based on Android Mobile with the use of programming language Android Studio. This application exerts system uses the forward chaining method, aims to trace the symptoms that appear in the form of questions to diagnose the type of disease that can recognize the type of disease after consulting with answering questions displayed, known disease data adjusted the rules made to match the symptoms of eye disease and gave a percentage value and can conclude the type of eye disease suffered by patients to know the value of the approach type of the patient's illness.

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) develops to support all activities within the company. One of these information technologies is an information system, an information system for calculating employee overtime wages at PT. Metal Castindo Industritama. In the process of applying for overtime, current employees take a long time and a long process. One of them is by filling out an overtime application form or commonly called an Overtime Work Order (SPKL) for each overtime employee, considering that the number of employees working overtime at the same time is not small. One of the problems is errors that often occur when calculating the total overtime pay for employees. To overcome this challenge, we need a system that simplifies the process of reporting employee overtime data and calculating employee overtime pay quickly and accurately. This research begins with an ongoing system analysis, obtained through direct interviews with stakeholders and field observations. The software development model uses the waterfall model, and the design method uses UML to describe the system design. The purpose of this system is to create a simple and accurate system for submitting employee overtime hours and calculating employee overtime wages so that there is no need for a long procedure. In addition, the performance of superiors is more effective and efficient because of the computer-managed website-based information system. The data is stored in the database system, so the whole process does not require a lot of paper
