Abstract

Giving rewards to employees is one way to increase morale and improve performance for employees who excel. At the District Financial and Asset Management Agency. Asahan in choosing the best employees, the workload cannot be used as the only reference for the awarding of these rewards. However, there are several criteria that are also considered in giving rewards. So we need a decision support system to help the selection of the best employees. Temporary employees who are in government agencies have a percentage of 10% of the total number of registered employees. Every year, honorary employees renew their contract letters to continue their work. This is the basis for giving rewards or bonuses so that honorary employees are motivated to work and give the best results in carrying out and assisting civil servants in the government environment. The process of giving this reward was previously carried out manually, which is based on only one criterion, namely only from attendance. This makes it difficult to make decisions about the best honorary employees who are entitled to receive rewards. This consideration process is considered ineffective due to the different workloads of each honorary employee. To overcome the existing problems, we need a system in the form of a decision support system. It is hoped that this research will be able to determine the three best employees who are entitled to rewards in accordance with the performance criteria by calculating each weight of the criteria that have been set.

Bintang Ternak Hessa Air Genting is one of the livestock companies engaged in the distribution and warehouse of chicken egg products, which is located in Hessa Air Genting Village, Asahan Regency. Based on the results of research and interviews conducted by researchers at CV. Bintang Ternak Hessa Air Genting, a problem that often occurs in the company is that there is often a shortage or accumulation of chicken egg products to be marketed, not in accordance with the number of requests from consumers. Abstract

One of the programs established by the government to reduce the burden on the community in meeting basic needs is the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT). The Social Service of Batu Bara Regency in determining the acceptance of Non-Cash food assistance has so far been using conventional methods. This makes it less than optimal in determining which people are eligible for this selection of food aid recipients, especially the priority of several people whose names have been registered with the Batu Bara Regency Social Service. In doing this election calculation does not use specific criteria so that the alternatives obtained are not as expected. Besides that, it takes time that is not fast in determining decisions and the results are slow because it must be done by holding a meeting between employees and the head of the department which causes the results of the decision to be not on target. So the Social Service of Batu Bara Regency needs a decision support system to provide alternative choices and make it easier to determine prospective Beneficiary Families (KPM) participants to determine decision assessments for Non-Cash Food Aid Reception. The method used is by collecting data on filling out forms given to village communities and using the implementation of the Simple Additive Weighted (SAW) method as a decision support system in receiving non-cash food assistance at the Batu Bara District Social Service. The results of this research are the best with the highest score with a number of criteria, the chosen one is the name Lestari, who deserves to be recommended as receiving non-cash food assistance, there are also several other names based on the ranking in the calculation of this SPK

Abstract

The sub-district government is the government that channels the aspirations of the people from the village/kelurahan to the district and is led by a sub-district head. A camat must be able to regulate and direct the apparatus to carry out quality government services. One of the methods used by the sub-district head to improve quality services is to determine exemplary employees of the sub-district government. This method aims to determine the level of quality of the apparatus in the sub-district office. Apparatus assessment was also carried out by Simpang Empat District to determine the level of quality of the apparatus in this sub-district office. However, the current assessment is still done manually on the assessment sheet and is still subjective, because there are no aspects of the assessment used in the assessment of this exemplary employee. Asahan Regency has a lot of undeveloped potential. From the potential of abundant natural resources, but in human resources there is still very little this is due to the lack of a sense of discipline in the sub-district apparatus in the Asahan area. So it is necessary to have a decision support system in performance appraisal in order to foster morale in the sub-district apparatus. This is what makes researchers want to do research using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The criteria used in this study are attendance, loyalty, attitude and task completion. In this research, we succeeded in applying the Weighted Product method in employee decision making, namely alternative A11 on behalf of Eva Sartika as the number 1 exemplary employee at the Simpang Empat subdistrict office.

Abstract

A mechanic is a person in charge of checking, maintaining, repairing, replacing spare parts according to the analysis of the Service Advisor (the person who serves and receives every customer or customer complaint) listed in the workshop work order, with reference to the standardization of work that has been set and most mechanics specialize in in certain areas such as auto mechanics, bicycle mechanics, motorcycle mechanics, boiler mechanics, general mechanics, air conditioning and freezing, aircraft mechanics, diesel engine mechanics. One of the existing methods in a decision support system is the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis) method. The reason the author chose the MOORA method is because this method is very simple, stable, and powerful, even this method does not require an expert in mathematics to use it and requires simple mathematical calculations. In previous research, it is known that there is no selection of the best mechanic at company. With the use criteria used are troubleshooting (analyzing problems and repairing vehicles), years of service, attendance and letters of reprimand. With these criteria, it is expected to produce the best motorcycle mechanic decisions

Abstract

Smart Study Center is a computer course located in Kisaran City, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra Province. This computer-based course has promoted to various places, especially around Kisaran City. But sometimes there are obstacles in doing this, because it is not easy to determine the location of the promotion quickly and precisely. Promotion is the communication of information between sellers and potential buyers or others in the channel to influence attitudes and behavior. In addition, the application of information technology in the field of promotion can facilitate the management of information which, if processed properly, can produce new knowledge that is very useful in making future decisions. It takes research and consideration of many aspects which of course will take a lot of time. The majority of the Smart Study Center Kisaran students come from various public and private vocational high schools and high schools in Kisaran City and its surroundings. This is certainly one of the important factors to promote the acceptance of new students in an effort to increase the number of new students every year. With the application of data mining using the K-Means Clustering method on the acceptance of new students in the Smart Study Center Kisaran course by grouping research object items based on their similarity in nature, so that information will be obtained about which areas have high potential to bring in new students. K-Means Clustering can group large enough data quickly and accurately so that decision making in determining the location of the promotion in the next year can be done effectively and efficiently. The data attributes used in this study are the names of majors such as, TKJ, RPL, and Ms Office. The result of this system is the determination of the location of the promotion with 2 clusters i.e. feasible (C1) and unfit (C2)

Abstract

The Datuk Bandar District Office of Tanjungbalai City annually holds a performance competition between villages to determine the best village by the criteria that have been determined. Selection is carried out through administrative selection, presentation selection, and visit selection, concerning Permendagri number 13 of 2007 concerning guidelines for organizing village and village competitions. For administrative selection, there are already separate rules and systems used to calculate the score of the assessment results. Presentation selection is judged by the mastery of the material, the appearance of giving the material, and the timeliness of the presentation. As for the selection of airy visits, it is assessed from superior products and innovations. So far in the process of assessing the presentation selection and field visit selection at the village competition at the level of the Datuk Bandar District Office of Tanjungbalai City, the assessment team formed by the Tanjungbalai City Datuk Camat still has difficulty in determining the best village performance due to differences of opinion between the assessment team and each other in determining the winner. In addition, the calculation process is still done manually so the calculation results take a long time and the possibility of miscalculation occurs. The results of the village performance competition are considered not objective, it should be worthy of being the best village but not getting it. For this reason, the application of decision support systems is needed to help provide recommendations with more accurate, effective, and efficient results.The method used in this decision support system is MFEP, as an alternative solution for decision-makers to easily determine the village performance competition that deserves the title of the best village based on the weight value obtained in the assessment process. The results of this study, can help in the assessment system of the Village Performance Competition at the Datuk District Office of Tanjungbalai City Where the results of sirantau village as the village with the best performance with a value of 3,765, then sijambi village with a value of 3,471 and johor panti village with a value of 3,412.
