Abstract

Fire is a threat to human safety, property and the environment. Fire incidents at gas stations often occur, at least from 2018-2020 there have been two fire cases in Indragiri Hulu Regency which resulted in physical and material losses. The fire occurred due to the unavailability and lack of monitoring of active fire protection facilities at gas stations. This type of research is a case study qualitative research which is determined by purposive sampling. The informants in this study consisted of 6 people, namely operators, field coordinators, technical staff, supervisors, leaders and directors of gas stations. The results obtained are that the gas station already has 2 fire detectors but does not meet the standard of SNI 03-3985-2000, Gas stations already have fire alarms but not yet installed in all buildings, gas stations already have 4 fire extinguishers and are not in accordance with Pertamina Regulation and PU Ministerial Regulation No. 26/PRT/M/2008, there is an absorbent in the form of sand with a blue tub and it is not in accordance with Pertamina standards, it already has a hydrant that meets the standard and already has hose reels. It is suggested to gas stations to increase the number of fire detectors, fire alarms, fire extinguishers, hydrants and absorbents in accordance with Pertamina standards.

Abstract

Pasar Dupa merupakan tempat pelaksanaan kegiatan transaksi jual beli. Pedagang dan pembeli dipasar dupa masih sangat lemah dalam melakukan penerapan protokol kesehatan untuk pencegahan COVID-19 seperti tempat pencuci tangan dipasar dupa tersebut, menggunakan masker dan menjaga jarak. Sedangkan untuk mencegah penularan COVID-19 seharusnya pedagang harus selalu menggunakan masker untuk mengurangi terpaparnya COVID-19 dan mencuci tangan setelah melakukan transaksi jual beli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan pencegahan COVID-19 pada pedagang di Pasar Pagi Dupa Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi sebanyak 217 pedagang dengan sampel berjumlah 80 responden menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Pasar Pagi Dupa Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Tahun 2021. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan proporsi tidak mencegah COVID-19 sebesar 77,5%. Determinan yang ada hubungan dengan pencegahan COVID-19 pada pedagang adalah pengetahuan (p value=0,033) dengan POR 95% CI 5,778 (1,221-27,334), sikap (p value=0,004) dengan POR 95% CI 9,103 (1,928-42,990), ketersediaan APD (p value=0,017) dengan POR 95% CI 10,737 (1,341-85,988) dan peran petugas pasar (p value=0,418) dengan POR 95% CI 1,878 (0,596-5,919). Disarankan kepada seluruh pedagang Pasar Pagi Dupa untuk menyediakan APD seperti, masker yang layak dan sarana mencuci tangan setelah beraktifitas dan bagi pengurus pasar untuk dapat membantu menyediakan masker dan melengkapi saran cuci tangan di Pasar Pagi Dupa. The Dupa Market is a place where buying and selling transactions are carried out. Traders and buyers in the incense market are still very weak in implementing health protocols for the prevention of COVID-19, such as washing hands at the incense market, using masks and maintaining distance. Meanwhile, to prevent the transmission of COVID-19, traders should always wear masks to reduce exposure to COVID-19 and wash their hands after making buying and selling transactions. This study aims to determine the determinants of COVID-19 prevention among traders at Pasar Pagi Dupa, Marpoyan Damai District in 2021. This type of research uses quantitative research with a cross sectional design. The population is 217 traders with a sample of 80 respondents using simple random sampling technique. The research location was carried out at the Morning Dupa Market, Marpoyan Damai District in June-June 2021. The results of this study showed the proportion of not preventing COVID-19 was 77.5%. The determinants that have a relationship with COVID-19 prevention among traders are knowledge (p value = 0.033) with POR 95% CI 5,778 (1,221-27,334), attitude (p value = 0.004) with POR 95% CI 9,103 (1,928-42,990), availability of PPE (p value = 0.017) with 95% CI 10.737 (1.341-85.988) and there is no relationship between the role of market officers (p value = 0.418) and 95% CI 1.878 (0.596-5.919). It is recommended to all traders of the Morning Dupa Market to provide PPE such as proper masks and facilities for washing hands after activities and for market administrators to be able to help provide masks and complete hand washing suggestions at the Morning Dupa Market.

Abstract

Kepatuhan penggunaan masker adalah derajat seseorang yang mau mengikuti aturan yang telah diatur oleh organisasi dalam menggunakan masker untuk melindungi diri dari berbagai penyakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan kepatuhan penggunaan masker sebagai upaya pencegahan COVID-19 di RW 04 Kelurahan Pematang Reba Kecamatan Rengat Barat. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi sebanyak 328 responden dengan sampel berjumlah 120 responden menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di RW 04 Kelurahan Pematang Reba Kecamatan Rengat Barat Tahun 2021. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan proporsi tidak patuh dalam kepatuhan menggunakan masker sebagai upaya pencegahan COVID-19 sebesar 58,3%. Determinan yang ada hubungan dengan kepatuhan menggunakan masker sebagai upaya pencegahan COVID-19 adalah pengetahuan (p value=0,0001) dengan POR 95% CI 36,556 (10,223-130,715), sikap (p value=0,0001) dengan POR 95% CI 19,684 (7,223-53,642), motivasi (p value=0,0001) dengan POR 95% CI 23,5 (6,657-82,955), dan pendidikan (p value=0,0001) dengan POR 95% CI 9,837 (2,783-34,766). Disarankan kepada RW 04 Kelurahan Pematang Reba untuk memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat dalam memberikan ilmu dan informasi terkait pentingnya patuh dalam penggunaan masker selama pandemi COVID-19. Compliance with the use of masks is the degree of a person willing to follow the rules that have been set by the organization in using masks to protect themselves from various diseases. This study aimsto determine the determinant of compliance with the use of masks as an effort to prevent COVID-19 in RW 04 Pematang Reba Subdistrict, West Rengat. This type of research uses quantitative with cross sectional research design. The population of 328 respondents with a sample of 120 respondents using simple random sampling techniques. The location of study was conducted in RW 04 Pematang Reba Subdistrict West Rengat in 2021. The results of this sudy showed the proportion non-compliant of compliance using masks as an effort to prevent COVID-19 by 57.5%. The determinants related to compliance using masks as an effort to prevent COVID-19 are knowledge (p value=0,0001) with POR 95% CI 36,556 (10,223-130,715), attitude (p value=0,0001) with POR 95% CI 19,684 (7,223-53,642), motivation (p value=0,0001) with   POR   95%   CI   23,5   (6,657-82,955),   and   education   (p value=0,0001) with POR 95% CI 9,837 (2,783-34,766). It is recommended to RW 04 Pematang Reba to provide socialization to the community in providing knowledge and information related to the importance of complying to use of masks during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum Pasir Pengaraian ditemukan masalah seperti tidak adanya pemeriksaan Screnning test, kurangnya penerapan protokol kesehatan 5 M Kepada Masyarakat, dan juga perilaku merokok. Penanganan pasien pada masa pandemi ini dengan memperhatikan aspek ketenagaan, alur penanganan, sarana dan prasarana serta pembiayaan. Ketersediaan ketenagaan di IGD RSUD Pasir Pengaraian tahun 2021 masih kurang pada bagian ketenagaan Kebidanan yang berjumlah 2 orang dengan keseluruhan 39 tenaga yang ada di IGD. hal ini mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.karena tenaga kesehatan mendapatkan tugas tambahan sekaligus menjadi tim khusus penanganan pasien Covid-19 dan alur penanganan masih belum melaksanakan skrinning, Sarana dan Prasarana di IGD RSUD Pasir Pengaraian terdiri dari tabung oksigen, HFNC, Obat-obatan.serta pembiayaan pasien IGD baik positif dan negatif Covid-19 baik secara anggaran namun karena mendapatkan anggaran dari Kemenkes, APBD dan BLUD jadi prioritas kebutuhan menjadi terbatas, karena anggaran khusus Covid-19 di prioritaskan seperti APD, Oksigen dan HFNC,Obat-obatan.   Pasir Pengaraian General Hospital found problems such as the absence of a screening test, the lack of application of the 5M health protocol to the community, and smoking behavior. Handling patients during this pandemic by paying attention to aspects of personnel, handling flow, facilities and infrastructure as well as financing. The availability of personnel in the ER at the Pasir Pengaraian Hospital in 2021 is still lacking in the Midwifery staff, which amounts to 2 people with a total of 39 personnel in the ER. This affects employee performance. Because health workers have additional duties as well as being a special team for handling Covid-19 patients and the flow of treatment has not yet carried out screening, the facilities and infrastructure at the Emergency Room of RSUD Pasir Pengaraian consist of oxygen cylinders, HFNC, medicines, and financing. ER patients both positive and negative for Covid-19 both in budget but because they get a budget from the Ministry of Health, APBD and BLUD so the priority needs are limited, because the special Covid-19 budget is prioritized such as PPE, Oxygen and HFNC, Medicines.

Abstract

Billions of people living in wet tropical climates are at risk of suffering from Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever. In 2019, until mid-December throughout Indonesia, there were 71,668 people with dengue fever, and 641 of them died. Indragiri Hulu Regency is an area with a wet tropical climate and it becomes an endemic area Rengat District. This study aims to analyze of the implementation of the Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever eradication program. The type of research is analytical qualitative with case study design. The research informant technique used purposive sampling with 11 people. From the results of research and observations, it is shown that human resources are limited in facilities, not enough infrastructure is available, funds are still limited, from fogging carried out when cases occur, Eradication of Mosquito Nests. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is still not actively carried out by the community, abate powder is not evenly distributed to the community, Counseling that is still interested in carrying out Eradication of Mosquito Nests for Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever. Minimally carried out and public awareness about the condition of the environment around the community which is still not clean, causing the development of dengue mosquito larvae. It can be concluded that the Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever eradication program at the Sipayung Health Center still needs to be improved. It is expected to make program innovations to increase public interest in carrying out Eradication of Mosquito Nests for Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever.

Abstract

Kepuasan pasien salah satu masalah utama di rumah sakit. Salah satunya sering tertuju pada pelayanan gizi. Angka kunjungan pasien di RS Awal Bros Panam meningkat dalam tiga tahun terakhir. Hal ini mungkin karena dampak positif kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan gizi. Namun disisi lain tiga indikator kualitas layanan gizi yaitu ketepatan waktu, jumlah komplen pasien, kekurangan porsi dan jumlah makanan pasien masih belum mencapai target capaian 100%. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis hubungan kepuasan pasien dengan mutu pelayanan gizi rumah sakit. Metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional dimulai pada Maret 2024, sampel dari 212 pasien rawat inap menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisa data menggunakan uji univariat, bivariat (Chi-square) dan multivariat (regresi logistik ganda). Menurut hasil uji multivariat regresi logistik ganda, proporsi kepuasan pasien di RS Awal Bros Panam Pekanbaru adalah 59,4%. Variabel ketepatan waktu menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan OR 2,314 (CI = 1,128-4,748) artinya ketepatan waktu mempunyai peluang 2 kali lebih besar terhadap kepuasan pasien dan dikendalikan oleh variabel cita rasa makanan. Kesimpulannya adalah variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien adalah ketepatan waktu yang berasosiasi dengan variabel cita rasa makanan. Untuk lima variabel lainnya tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien terhadap layanan gizi meliputi pemantauan dan evaluasi beban kerja tenaga ahli gizi, pengkajian multidisipliner perjanjian kerja sama pihak ketiga sebagai penyedia makanan untuk meningkatkan kualitas penyajian makanan, terutama dengan memperbaiki waktu pengantaran dan penjemputan makanan, perubahan cita rasa yang dapat meningkatkan selera makan sehingga pasien makan dengan baik.

Abstract

Hanya 26,33% penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Tandun II yang berobat secara teratur pada tahun 2022. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui permasalahan manajemen program pengendalian dan pencegahan hipertensi di Puskesmas Tandun II tahun 2021-2023. Penelitian menggunakan mix method dengan convergent design, menggabungkan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pengendalian hipertensi diteliti melalui 1) penelitian kualitatif non-standar; 2) time series analysis untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keteraturan berobat dengan hipertensi terkontrol; 3) descriptive cross sectional study untuk mengetahui angka prevalensi hipertensi terkontrol pada tahun 2024. Pencegahan hipertensi diteliti dengan 4) time series analysis untuk megetahui hubungan antara beberapa faktor dengan kejadian hipertensi di puskesmas; 5) descriptive cross sectional study untuk mengetahui angka prevalensi hipertensi tahun 2024. 1) Promosi kesehatan, peningkatan gizi, deteksi dini, dan keteraturan berobat belum optimal dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Tandun II; 2) Kecenderungan ketidakteraturan berobat berhubungan dengan peningkatan hipertensi tidak terkontrol; 3) Prevalensi hipertensi terkontrol yaitu 15,1%-25,9% di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tandun II; 4) Faktor risiko seperti usia, jenis kelamin, riwayat keluarga, kurang aktivitas fisik, obesitas, merokok, dan pendidikan meningkatkan risiko hipertensi; 5) Prevalensi hipertensi berkisar antara 45,3%-58,7%. Dirumuskan rencana jangka menengah 5 tahun untuk meningkatkan prevalensi hipertensi terkontrol dan menurunkan prevalensi hipertensi, kemudian dilakukan pemantauan tahunan dan evaluasi menjelang akhir periode.

Abstract

The completeness of the form, accuracy, accuracy of the records, and timeliness of returns are indicators of quality medical records and have not yet been achieved. This research aims to obtain information about the completeness of filling in and the timeliness of returning inpatient medical records at Bina Kasih Hospital Pekanbaru. This type of research is qualitative, with a case study approach, with thematic analysis by conducting interviews with 6 informants, conducting observations, and reviewing documents. It was found that the results of the input mechanism were that the high workload caused the open assessment of medical records to not be carried out properly, the skills of the staff were in line with the job description, the forms still used paper on patient status, this affected the incompleteness of filling in medical records, the filling method was carried out after an action had been taken on the patient. weak control and no sanctions for those who are not disciplined, in the aspect of the process of filling out the equipment in stages, the level of indiscipline is high. The output has not produced the expected results with a value of 60%, this result is below the hospital's minimum standard value of 80%.

Abstract

Hygiene and sanitation is a specific action to improve hygiene and health through maintaining the health of each individual and the environment that affects it. Of the several restaurants that do not meet the requirements as many as 12 restaurants. Identifiable risk factors include unhygienic food ingredients, improper processing, improper storage, contaminated equipment and people handling the food. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of restaurant hygiene and sanitation in the Tarempa sub-district, Siantan district, Anambas Islands district in 2022. This type of research was qualitative. The research was conducted in one of the restaurants in the Anambas Islands Regency that did not meet the requirements in March 2022. There were five informants consisting of one restaurant owner, two handlers, and sanitarian staff and visitors. Collecting data using interviews and observations in restaurants that do not meet the requirements. The results showed that in the restaurant some variables did not meet the hygiene and sanitation requirements based on the Minister of Health Number 1098/MENKES/SK/VII/2003 such as not using gloves, not providing organic and inorganic waste bins and toilets that had not been separated and did not have a septic tank. The suggestion is that it is necessary to make efforts to improve the application of hygiene and sanitation in restaurants and attend special training on hygiene and sanitation requirements.
