Warga negara berhak untuk mendapatkan perlindungan dasar agar kebutuhan dasar dapat terpenuhi, walau merupakan program yang masih baru Jaminan Sosial yang dihadirkan oleh negara berdampak sangat besar bagi kesehatan dan kesejahteraan rakyat Indonesia, namun implementasinya jaminan sosial yang berbasis skema iuran ini terdapat permalahan yaitu defisit iuran yang dihimpun dengan jumlah klaim yang harus dibayar ditambah dengan beban operasional sehingga tiap tahun terus terjadi peningkatan defisit. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menjawab bagaimana proses tata kelola kolaboratif dalam penanggulangan defisit program sistem jaminan sosial nasional beserta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses penanggulangan defisit secara kolaboratif sudah memenuhi unsur kolaboratif serta strategi dalam penanganan penanggulangan defisit program jaminan sosial nasional, rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat dan dukungan dari para pengusaha dan swasta akan keberlangsungan program ini.

This research will be carried out to see how the policies made by the Indonesian government can overcome and suppress the spread of Covid-19. In practice, this research will use a qualitative approach. This research method will use a literature study. The data used in this study came from various research results and previous studies that are still relevant to this research. This study found that the Indonesian government has implemented various policies to overcome the problems of the Covid-19 pandemic. Several policies that the government has implemented include policies to stay at home, carry out large-scale social restrictions, limit physical interaction, always use personal protective equipment such as masks, always maintain personal hygiene, do learning and work from home, stop various activities that cause a lot of people to gather, and finally implement the new normal policy. In addition to these various policies, the government has also implemented policies in the form of social protection and social assistance to provide guarantees to the community to be able to survive during the pandemic.

To improve the quality of social life in the community, it is necessary to have good public services. Therefore, if the existing public services are of poor quality, the public’s trust in the bureaucracy will be even worse. Good public services can be provided if government employees who work in public services work well. This study then aims to see how the role of remuneration on the quality of public services that occur in Indonesia. This research will be carried out using a qualitative approach the method. The results of this study found that the provision of commensurate remuneration can improve the quality of public services. This is because the provision of remuneration will create commitment for employees in carrying out their duties properly, so that the public services that can be provided also have good quality. This will then create good governance and clean government.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai UPTD Labkesda Kabupaten Karawang. Berdasarkan penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dengan statistic deskriptif, dan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan software Statistical Programe for Social Secience (SPSS) versi 23 for Windows dan Macro Minitab for Windows versi 17.0. Perhitungan terhadap data yang telah disebarkan tersebut, ternyata memberikan hasil bahwa pengaruh langsung dan tak langsung dari kepemimpinan (X1) terhadapkinerja 62,77%, dan pengaruh langsung dan taklangsung dari motivasi (X2) terhadap kinerja sebesar 25,11%, dengan besar pengaruh simultan kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai secretariat daerahka bupaten karawang adalah sebesar 87,88% (kategori pengaruh yang kuat). Sedangkan, variabel lain yang mempengaruhi terhadap kinerja tetapi tidak diteliti adalah sebesar12,12%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja pegawai UPTD Labkesda Kabupaten Karawang ditentukan oleh kuatnya pengaruh dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi pegawai yang dilaksanakan di UPTD Labkesda Kabupaten Karawang. Â

Employee performance is an important factor to achieve the success and efficiency of an organization. Several factors were identified regarding the problems that occur in employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication and sub-district leadership on employee performance in the Rancasari sub-district, Bandung city. This study used a quantitative approach using surveys and questionnaires to collect data from a sample of 34 employees. The data analysis technique used to test the findings in this study is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that interpersonal communication and sub-district leadership have a positive effect on employee performance in the Rancasari sub-district in Bandung city. The results of this study make a practical contribution to workers in the Rancasari sub-district to always build an organizational climate by creating better and more effective communication.

All members of the institution must actively contribute through excellent work, recognizing that the overall organizational effectiveness hinges on individual employee performance. This research seeks to explore and assess how service quality and motivation impact the job performance of employees in the Banquet Affairs division of the West Java Provincial Government's Regional Secretariat. Employing a quantitative approach, the study employs both descriptive and verification methods to analyze these influences. The population in this study is 30 respondents chosen using the saturated sample method, thus the population is as large as the number of research samples. The data is collected by distributing questionnaire directly towards the respondents, and then it is analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The research findings state that service quality and motivation partially and simultaneously influences employee performance in the Banquet Affairs of the Regional Secretariat of the West Java Provincial Government. The contribution of service quality and motivation to employee performance is 74.3%.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and leadership on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative research. Quantitative research methods were used to examine the samples by using saturation sampling method sourced from the data of LPP TVRI NTT Station office employees totaling 54 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire, while data analysis uses SmartPLS. The results of the study show that: (1) leadership has a positive and significant impact on work discipline, (2) work motivation can have a positive and significant impact on work discipline, (3) work discipline can have a positive influence and have a significant impact for employee performance, (4) leadership can have a positive impact and significant change on employee performance, (5) work motivation can have a positive impact and significant influence on employee performance, (6) leadership has a positive impact and significant influence on employee performance in the context of work discipline, and (7) work motivation can have a positive impact and significant implications for employee performance in terms of work discipline.

This study analyzes the effectiveness of the performance of officials in the e-KTP creation service in the Civil Records and Population Service of Cimahi City. Through a quantitative approach, primary and secondary data are collected to identify factors that affect staff performance. The results showed that the level of staff expertise, the availability of resources, the use of information technology, and management support influence service efficiency. Improvement efforts include staff training, improved access to resources, information technology development, and better service management. This researcher provides insights to improve public satisfaction and work efficiency in the Department of Population and Civil Records of Cimahi City. This research aims to find out whether regional asset management and the internal control system influence the quality of financial reports at the Bandung City Education Office. The independent variables are regional asset management and the internal control system, as well as the dependent variable, namely the quality of financial reports. This type of research is included in quantitative research, while the research methods used are descriptive and verification methods. The population in this research is employees in education units at the Bandung City Education Office, totaling 349 units. The sampling technique is probability sampling using simple random sampling, while to calculate the number of samples using the Slovin formula with a significance level of 10%, this is due to limited research permits granted by the Bandung City Education Office, so the total sample is 78 employees in education units at the Bandung City Education Office. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. Partial and simultaneous research results show that regional asset management and the internal control system influence the quality of financial reports at the Bandung City Education Office. Apart from that, regional asset management and internal control systems has an influence on the quality of financial reports by 65.4%.

This research aims to find out whether competence and motivation influence employee performance at BKPSDM Bandung City. The independent variables are competence and motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This type of research is included in quantitative research. The research methods used are descriptive and verification methods. The population in this research is employees at BKPSDM Bandung City, totaling 103 people. The sampling technique is probability sampling using simple random sampling, while to calculate the number of samples using the Slovin formula with a significance level of 5%, so the total sample is 82 employees at BKPSDM Bandung City. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. Partial and simultaneous research results show that competence and motivation influence employee performance at BKPSDM Bandung City. The magnitude of the influence of competence and motivation on employee performance is 62.5%.
