Abstract

Pengabdian ini menginvestigasi penerapan inovasi teknologi, khususnya Metode Transportasi seperti Net Present Value (NWC), Least Cost, dan Variable Additive Model (VAM), dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa kelas XII A di SMK 1 Tarusan, Pesisir Selatan, Sumatera Barat. Melalui penyampaian materi, pelatihan praktis, dan sesi diskusi, pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendalamkan pemahaman siswa tentang konsep Metode Transportasi dan mengidentifikasi dampaknya terhadap keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa penerapan inovasi tersebut secara signifikan meningkatkan pencapaian akademis siswa dan memperkuat keterampilan analitis mereka. Rekomendasi untuk peningkatan infrastruktur dan pelatihan guru juga diajukan sebagai upaya mendukung pengoptimalan Metode Transportasi dalam konteks pendidikan. Studi ini berpotensi memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Manajemen perubahan merupakan strategi penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan efisiensi operasional pada usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM), termasuk dalam industri produksi makanan tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen perubahan dalam usaha produksi tahu STB Parak Karakah serta dampaknya terhadap produktivitas, efisiensi tenaga kerja, kepuasan karyawan, dan inovasi bisnis. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen perubahan, yang meliputi peningkatan keterampilan tenaga kerja, optimalisasi komunikasi internal, serta inovasi strategi pemasaran, memberikan dampak positif terhadap produktivitas dan stabilitas usaha. Karyawan menjadi lebih terlibat dalam proses produksi, komunikasi antara pemilik usaha dan tenaga kerja semakin terbuka, serta efisiensi dalam penggunaan sumber daya meningkat. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam proses perubahan, seperti resistensi tenaga kerja dan keterbatasan modal, pendekatan bertahap yang berbasis komunikasi efektif dan penguatan budaya organisasi berhasil mengurangi hambatan tersebut. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa implementasi manajemen perubahan tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis, tetapi juga berkontribusi terhadap kesejahteraan tenaga kerja dan keberlanjutan usaha. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan komitmen jangka panjang dan sistem evaluasi berkala agar perubahan yang diterapkan dapat berjalan secara konsisten dan memberikan manfaat dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

Minangkabau entrepreneurs in Indonesia offer a unique perspective on the trait-based entrepreneurial lineage, as they are culturally reinforced by their distinctive cultural norms, including their psychological aspects. This study aims to investigate the performance of marketing, financial, and operational as observed from their creative self-efficacy, intellectual capital, innovative work behavior, and the mediating role of perceived organizational support. This study adopts a quantitative approach where questionnaires are distributed to 254 MSMEs for path analysis construction using PLS-SEM. This study provides evidence that Minangkabau entrepreneurs exhibit innovative behavior and provide trait-based support to their employees, further enhancing their marketing, financial, and operational performance. The government can accelerate the digital transformation and innovation of MSMEs in Indonesia by exploiting these traits in the construction of their policies.

Abstract

This research aims to determine sustainable strategies to improve business performance, focusing on creativity, innovative behavior, and psychological empowerment at the individual level, as well as digital leadership, competitive advantage, and business performance at the organizational level. This study employs a quantitative approach, where a questionnaire was distributed to 254 SMEs in West Sumatra, Indonesia, and the analytical technique used is path analysis using PLS-MGA. The results show that innovative behavior has a greater impact on business performance at the individual level, while digital leadership has a greater impact on business performance at the organizational level. Understanding these different impacts can help organizations understand how to apply the right practices to improve their business performance, either by enhancing innovative behavior at the individual level or by improving digital leadership at the organizational level.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of antecedents, such as psychological empowerment and intellectual capital, on various aspects of innovative work behavior, such as idea exploration, generation, championing, and implementation, and to examine the role of each dimension in mediating the impact on business performance. The study is particularly relevant for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) looking to enhance their employees' innovative behavior and optimize their business performance. A quantitative research approach was used, involving the distribution of questionnaires to 254 SMEs in West Sumatra, Indonesia, both directly and through an online survey platform. The analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS to examine the influence and mediating role of the variables. The findings demonstrate that psychological empowerment and intellectual capital have a significant effect on each dimension of innovative work behavior, with psychological empowerment acting as an antecedent and innovative work behavior as a mediator for business performance. This study contributes to the existing literature on psychological empowerment, intellectual capital, innovative work behavior, and business performance and can aid governments in formulating policies to support SMEs in improving their business performance.
