Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai di koperasi LLDIKTI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 30 orang karyawan yang ada di koperasi LLDIKTI, dan data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 25.0. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SDN 4 Tambun melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbasis media Educaplay. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang masing-masing meliputi tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah sembilan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes hasil belajar, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari rata-rata 72 pada siklus I dengan ketuntasan 55,56% menjadi rata-rata 84 pada siklus II dengan ketuntasan 100%. Aktivitas guru dan siswa juga meningkat, dengan capaian aktivitas guru sebesar 97,72% dan aktivitas siswa mencapai 98,33%. Selain itu, hasil belajar kelompok diskusi juga meningkat dari rata-rata 75 menjadi 100. Penerapan model TGT berbasis Educaplay mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, interaktif, dan kolaboratif. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model tersebut efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pecahan dan dapat dijadikan sebagai strategi pembelajaran alternatif di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Bulucenrana Village is one of the villages in Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, where most of the area is plantation areas, both long-term and medium-term crops. Vivi Flower is one of the decorative flower selling businesses in Bulucenrana Village. There are various kinds of decorative flowers that are sold at varying prices. There are several factors that influence consumers in purchasing decisions for decorative flowers, including psychological factors, price and location. The aims of this study were: 1) to find out what factors influence consumers in purchasing decorative flower decisions at Vivi Flower, Bulucenrana Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and 2) to find out what factors most dominantly influence consumers in purchasing decorative flower decisions at Vivi Flower Bulucenrana Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The research sample consisted of 38 respondents who were ornamental flower consumers who visited Vivi Flower. The instrument used in this study was a research questionnaire consisting of several questions regarding the variables studied. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 22 program. From the results of the study, it was obtained: 1) Factors that influence consumers in buying ornamental flowers at Vivi Flower, Bulucenrana Village, Pituriawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency are psychological factors and price factors and 2) The most dominant factor affecting consumers in purchasing decisions for decorative flowers at Vivi Flower, Bulucenrana Village, Pituriawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is the price factor based on a coefficient of determination of 75.2%.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of three influencer marketing variables, namely Relevance, Resonance, and Reach, on consumer Purchase Intention within the context of digital marketing. The Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method was employed to process and analyze data collected through an online survey. The analysis revealed that both Relevance and Resonance have a positive and significant impact on Purchase Intention, with path coefficients of 0.467 and 0.290 respectively, while Reach did not show a significant effect. The results emphasize the significance of the quality of relationships and emotional engagement between influencers and their audiences, rather than merely the size of the audience, in driving purchase decisions. This study contributes theoretical insights into the development of the 3R model in influencer marketing and offers practical guidance for industry practitioners to design more effective content strategies

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan kerja dan dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi secara parsial. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan kerja, dukungan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi dalam memediasi antara keterlibatan kerja dan dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 249 orang, dan dengan menggunakan teknik slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 153 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, dukungan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dukungan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kinerja karyawan dan komitmen organisasi memediasi dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian language in the writing element of grade V students (Phase C) by implementing the Canva-based Project-Based Learning (PjBL) learning model at UPTD SDN 35 Barru. This research method uses classroom action research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 12 grade V students. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the use of the Canva-based PjBL model was able to improve students' writing learning outcomes. In cycle I, the average student learning outcomes reached 72.3 with a completion rate of 67%, while in cycle II, learning outcomes increased to 85.7 with a completion rate of 93%. Thus, the application of the Canva-based PjBL learning model is effective in improving students' writing skills in the Indonesian language subject.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation, non financial compensation and work motivation on the work performance of PDAM Tirtanadi Medan employees partially and simultaneously. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression, with a sample 0f 154 people. The results of this study indicate that the financial compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance. The results of this study indicate that the non financial compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance. The results of this study indicate that the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance. Financial compensation, non financial compensation and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on work performance.
