<![CDATA[Produksi kopi liberika di daerah Andungbiru-Tiris-problinggop mengalami peningkatan sebesar 10 persen ditahun 2022, Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa perkebunan kopi liberika di daerah ini menjadi bagian komoditas perkebunan potensial dikembangkan dan ditingkatkan. Hal ini diperlukan dengan adanya strategi yang efektif dan efisien agar perkebunan kopi liberika dapat bermanfaat untuk kesejahteraan perekonomian petani. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengukur dan mengetahui potensi kopi liberika sebagai produk potensial didesa Andungbiru, mampu menganalisis dan mengevaluasi faktor internal dan eksternal serta melihat perkembangan jaringan pemasaran dan produksi usaha budidaya tanaman kopi liberika. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei. Sampel yang dipilih sebanyak 36 orang. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa sebagian besar petani memilih jenis komoditi kopi liberika, berdasarkan dengan indikator paling tinggi hasil produksi Desa Andungbiru adalah dusun sumber kapung dengan nilai LQ sebanyak 3,20, yaitu setiap satu produksi kopi liberika digunakan untuk kebutuhan daerah sendiri, dan sisanya sebesar 2,10 untuk kebutuhan petani kopi liberika diluar daerah. Hasil analisis matriks menunjukkan strategi yang efektif dan efisien adalah strategi nomor (1) dengan hasil tertinggi 5,3. Strategi yang dipilih adalah untuk meningkatkan usahatani kopi liberika melalui pemanfaatan teknologi.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines how adolescents engage in self-presentation on social media. The research employs a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data is ensured through triangulation techniques, specifically method triangulation and source triangulation. The results show that adolescents in Gebangan Village, particularly those from middle-class families, tend to present themselves in roles of social climbing within the realms of motivators and socialites for reasons of happiness, enjoyment, and entertainment, both for themselves and for the media. This behavior is adopted to adapt and avoid feeling left behind, as well as to positively increase followers or friendships. Additionally, it was found that adolescents often use social media as a means to seek social validation and support from peers. This study provides new insights into adolescent behavior on social media and makes a significant contribution to understanding how social media influences the construction of social identity among adolescents. These findings can serve as a basis for further research on the psychological impact of self-presentation on social media and its influence on adolescent identity formation.]]>

<![CDATA[Fairy tales are one of the cultural products originating from Indonesian society. The existence of fairy tales itself today is almost extinct, eroded by the sophistication of communication technology, and many young people today do not even know that in the area where they live, there are stories stored. In fact, if we dig into the contents of the messages in these fairy tales, there are many moral values that can be used as guidance for living life. Moral values are values that regulate the way of life when we are in a social environment. The aim of this research is to analyze the moral values in the folklore entitled "Legend of Curug Orok". This fairy tale comes from Cikandang Village, Cikajang District, Garut Regency. The research method used is descriptive analysis. The results of the researcher's analysis of the moral values contained in the folklore entitled "Legend of Curug Orok" are honesty, responsibility, independence, moral courage and humility. It is hoped that the results of this research will increase insight into the wider community regarding the richness of Indonesian culture in the form of folk tales originating from areas in Garut Regency, as well as an effort to preserve them, so that the existence of these folk tales does not become extinct just .]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract               This study aims to examine the effect of Sharia Compliance and Islamic Corporate Governace on Financial Performance in Islamic Commercial Banks. The population in this study were all Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) registered at Bank Indonesia in the period 2013 to 2017. The samples were selected using the purposive sampling method. The total sample used in this study amounted to 8 Islamic Commercial Banks with a 5-year research period. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression that is processed using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that the Sharia Compliance variable has a significant negative effect on Financial Performance in Islamic commercial banks and the Islamic Corporate Governance variable has a significant negative effect on Financial Performance at sharia commercial bank. While simultaneously, Sharia Compliance and Islamic Corporate Governance have a significant positive effect on Financial Performance at Islamic commercial banks.  Keywords: Sharia Compliance, Islamic Corporate Governance, Financial Performance and Sharia Commercial Bank  Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Sharia Compliance dan Islamic Corporate Governace terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada Bank Umum Syariah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) yang terdaftar di Bank Indonesia pada periode 2013 sampai dengan 2017. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Total sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 Bank Umum Syariah dengan periode penelitian 5 tahun. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda yang diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Sharia Compliance memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada bank umum syariah dan variabel Islamic Corporate Governance memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada bank umum syariah. Sedangkan secara simultan, Sharia Compliance dan Islamic Corporate Governance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada bank umum syariah.  Kata Kunci: Sharia Compliance, Islamic Corporate Governance, Kinerja Keuangan, dan Bank Umum Syariah]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia (SDM) di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan telaah dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang kuat, yang mencakup nilai-nilai inovasi, keadilan dalam penghargaan, dan komunikasi yang transparan, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM. Budaya yang mendorong kolaborasi, keterbukaan, dan penghargaan terhadap kontribusi individu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif untuk produktivitas dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan. Keadilan dalam penghargaan dan komunikasi transparan memperkuat ikatan anggota organisasi terhadap tujuan institusi. <![CDATA[Latar Belakang : Media sosial telah berkembang pesat dan menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dalam kehidupan masyarakat, termasuk di bidang pendidikan. Pemanfaatan media sosial dalam dunia pendidikan menawarkan berbagai peluang inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran media sosial sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran, interaksi antara pendidik dan peserta didik, serta dampaknya terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran digital. Metode : Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan analisis data dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Hasil dan Pembahasan : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial dapat meningkatkan kolaborasi, keterlibatan siswa, serta akses terhadap sumber belajar yang lebih luas. Namun, terdapat tantangan seperti gangguan, validitas informasi, dan etika penggunaan yang perlu diperhatikan. Kesimpulan : Dengan strategi yang tepat, media sosial dapat menjadi sarana pendidikan yang efektif dan inovatif di era digital.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to evaluate various strategies for optimizing parking fees to increase their contribution to the PAD of Malang Regency. The method used is a combination of primary data collection through direct interviews with the Malang District Transportation Office and secondary data in the form of literature, laws and regulations, and data from BPS Malang District. The results showed that there are 68 official parking spots in Kepanjen, all of which are categorized as Public Parking Lots (TJU) with deposits varying from Rp10,000 to Rp300,000 per week. Planned optimization efforts include digitizing the QRIS-based retribution collection system and improving supervision through regular monitoring, applying strict sanctions, and curbing illegal parking attendants. The Malang District Transportation Office targets to increase the contribution of the parking sector to PAD by 20% per year with a target revenue from public roadside parking services by 2025. The implementation of a comprehensive optimization strategy has implications for increasing the effectiveness, transparency, and accountability of parking management so that it can make a significant contribution to strengthening regional finances.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the application of the Discovery Learning method in islamic religious education learning and its impact on improving student creativity. The background of this study is based on the need to overcome boredom in religious learning which is monotonous and less interactive. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation of learning activities. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Discovery Learning method significantly increases student participation and creativity through group discussions, case studies, and creative projects that link religious material to real-life contexts. Student creativity is reflected in their ability to develop innovative ideas, compose artwork, and formulate solutions to religious problems reflectively and critically. Teachers act as active facilitators in creating a learning environment that supports the exploration and internalization of religious values. The implications of this study indicate that Discovery Learning can be an effective strategy to transform islamic religious education learning towards something more meaningful, contextual, and building 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity. The recommendations of this study encourage the development of a more adaptive and integrative curriculum, in order to support improving the quality of religious learning at the elementary school level as a whole.]]>

<![CDATA[Technology's impact on education and the industrial sector is growing, and in this day and age, it is constantly used in a variety of ways to help people carry out their daily tasks and more. One of these is computer-aided design (CAD) technology. Other technologies that have emerged lately and are helping people with their problems include 3D printing technology. Both of these technologies are widely used as tools that utilize design and real-world projects. SMK education must be characterized by a few technologies that will become the foundation of the working world for students; therefore, instruction and learning must be provided as a means of preparing students for the digital age. Our collaborative efforts with SMK Wahid Hasyim Glagah aim to provide education and training related to the use of design and 3D printing technologies. We use public speaking as one of our teaching methods, along with intense visual and practical training conducted at the Universitas Qomaruddin Gresik Laboratory. The expected outcome of this activity is that the students will be able to use the computer-based design application to create drawings and be able to innovate in various design-related fields independently. They will also be able to use a 3D printer as a source of accurate 3D drawings so they can innovate in the field of business.]]>

<![CDATA[Performance-focused human resource development in IT consulting firms. The purpose of implementing this program is to find out the management of human resources that occurs in the company, how companies manage human resources so that performance i mprovements can occur in IT consulting companies and what efforts have been made by companies to manage their companies that have an impact on improving performance as well as what assessment methods used by companies to measure employee performance. Problems that arise such as excessive working hours and other problems can be found in this new start-up company. The method used in this activity is online (using the Zoom us application, Google Meet) and face-to-face. The results of the research conducted indicate that employee performance is very good, companies can find solutions to their employee performance problems by providing some training, mentoring to bonuses that can increase motivation so that employee performance can increase and have a good influence on employees. The company uses the graph rating scale method and the alternative ranking method, where the employee who gets the top rank will be given an annual bonus by the company.]]>
