Abstract

Abstract

Moringa plant is a multipurpose plant that contains many important nutrients needed by the body such as calcium, vitamin B, vitamin A, vitamin C, protein and potassium. Based on this nutritional content, Moringa plants can be processed into vegetable products, namely buding products that are useful and nutritious. To gain acceptance regarding the preferences of consumers or the public in liking a food or beverage product, it is necessary to carry out an organoleptic test. The aim of this research was to determine the organoleptic quality of pudding products made from Moringa oleifera leaves based on variations in the addition of 100gr, 150gr and 200gr sugar. The method used is descriptive research to analyze the level of liking for pudding products. The research results showed that the organoleptic tests on pudding products made from Moringa oleifera leaves were different based on variations in the addition of 100g, 150g and 200g sugar. The variation in adding 100g of sugar shows the organoleptic results of the pudding product with a rather attractive color, slightly sweet taste, soft texture and a somewhat distinctive Moringa aroma. The variation in adding 150g of sugar shows the organoleptic results of the pudding product with a rather attractive color, sweet taste, soft texture and a somewhat distinctive Moringa aroma. The variation in adding 200g of sugar shows the organoleptic results of the pudding product with a rather attractive color, sweet taste, soft texture and a distinctive Moringa aroma.

Abstract

Assessment is an important component in the learning process. The type of assessment provided must be in accordance with the characteristics of the subject and learning outcomes. Teachers' understanding of science concepts and preparation of HOTS questions is needed in the process of assessing student achievement. Learning in the small islands of Maluku requires teacher strategies in understanding the concept of local wisdom and preparing HOTS-based science questions as an effort to develop students' creative thinking skills in understanding local wisdom concepts and preparing HOTS-based science questions to develop students' creative thinking skills. The training and mentoring is carried out with a classical in-service training pattern, and on the job learning. The results of the service show that the ability of teachers to analyze local wisdom materials varies and needs to be assisted because they do not understand developing HOTS questions, and are used as guidelines for the success of the learning process for local wisdom materials

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of science learning outcomes through the method of assigning assignments at the end of each meeting on human breathing apparatus material in grade V SD Inpres Lengkong, Salahutu District. This type of study is descriptive with a sample of 30 people taken using a population sample. The instruments used are tests, affective observation sheets, and psychomotor observation sheets. The data analysis used is descriptive data analysis of student learning outcomes, affective observations, and student psychomotor. The results of data analysis show that learning using assignments at the end of each meeting of breathing apparatus material in humans can improve student learning outcomes. This is shown by the increase in the average score of students, namely in the initial test of 53.33 and in the implementation of the final test where students follow the learning process using assignments at the end of each meeting the average score obtained classically is 73.11. Thus, it can be concluded that the learning process using assignments at the end of each meeting can improve student learning outcomes
