Abstract

The background of this research was about the existence of problems for mosque administrators in South Tapanuli Regency, namely idarah, imarah andri'ayah. Hence, the researchers investigated the performance of the mosque administrator, the problems faced, and the solutions to overcome those problems in the management of mosque. The researchers used qualitative research with phenomology approach. The data was collected by interviews and observation. The results showed that the problems of performance of mosque administrators was low knowledge and did not understand the organization the mosque according to the guidelines of Directorate General of Islamic Education. It made the management and operation of the mosque did not optimal and well directed. The solution to overcome those problems done organizational development and administration of empowerment for mosque administrators in order to improve performance in prospering the mosque. Abstract

This aims of this study is to find out Traditions and Rituals of the Naqshbandiyah Order of Pondok Persulukan Darul Aman Purbaganal, Sosopan. This study use qualitative research design. The result of this study shows that the tradition starts from surrendering oneself to the sheikh or murshid then bathing and dikapi, accepting the tarekat, taking allegiance and others full of traditions and rituals. By staying at Pondok Persulukan, you will be able to follow the traditions, including Suluk customs to completion, genealogy and diplomas. At the Darul Aman Islamic Boarding School, the Ancient Naqsyabandiyah Order, Ganal Sosopan, North Padang Lawas, it was also a tradition to perform ablution, maintain self-purity, perform fardu prayers in congregation during seclusion or not, dhikr, tawajuh, halaqah talaqi, and rabithah.which of course have their own rituals. The results of the tradition at Pondok Persulukan are the adab tradition of respecting the murshid and the tradition of genealogy and diplomas.In relevating the traditions and rituals inherent in the substance of Suluk with Islamic teachings in contemporary life, there are changes found in Pondok Persulukan Darul Aman Naqsyabandiyah North Padang Lawas, especially in traditional and ritual processes. The goal is to accelerate the achievement of increasing understanding and in building personal character and noble character for all tarekat practice students, the existence of linkages in Suluk activities to fulfill religious spiritual needs in society and the existence of the Suluk tradition in the development of non-formal Islamic education.

Abstract

This research is a study of analysis on a pupil's age minus 40 years. The formulation of the problem is what motivation suluk 5 days on the Shaykh Naqshbandi guidance h. Mhd. Ihsan Harahap and how perseverance serve pupils aged 40 years after it was completed minus suluk 5 days.This research is descriptive qualitative research. The time this research was planned for 6 months where the subject is referred to in this research was Sheikh h. Mhd. Ihsan Harahap and his disciple. The method used in determining the subject of the research using the method of pourposive sampling.The results of the study found the description about the motivation of suluk 5 days on the Shaykh Naqshbandi guidance H. Mhd. Ihsan Harahap viewable from two things; first the willingness of his congregation and the second from the whims of Sheikh h. Mhd. Ihsan Harahap and Caliphs as the loyal right hand man helped him. Motivation in the presence the call of soul worship in the disciples. Abstract

Abstract

Financing is the provision of capital from the financing party to parties who need capital to run a business. In general, MSMEs rely on their own capital in running their businesses, and they are usually trapped by loan sharks, given the low accessibility to formal sources of financing. Every year the MSME business unit in Indonesia develops from 2017 to 2018 because the data available at the ministry of cooperatives and small and medium enterprises is managed from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS 2019) data from 2017 to 2018. MSMEs in the Padang Lawas area North 2020 is still classified as stagnant, it's just that it has decreased in its income from the average government-programmed restructuring proposal of 50-75 percent. With the Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP. Gunung Tua is expected to be able to help people or customers who need micro-financing for the development of businesses run by customers, for example street vendors, handicrafts, souvenir businesses and other businesses. This study aims to determine how the role of Bank Syariah Mandiri in the business development of MSME customers. This type of research is qualitative research, while the data collection techniques in this study use documentation observation and interviews. As for the data analysis technique in this study, the process of systematically searching and compiling the data obtained. From the research results it is known that the role of microfinance in Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP. Gunung Tua in developing MSME businesses greatly affects the increase in customer business income.

Abstract

Pemuda-pemudi  (Naposo Nauli Bulung) adalah penerus generasi bangsa dan agama, mereka menjadi estapet pembangunan, hal itu tidak bisa diharapan  tanpa pembekalan ilmu, skil dan ketahanan mental yang terdapat dalam ruh agama. Tentu tidaklah ada orangtua yang berkeinginan anaknya bodoh, bandel, bringas, amoral dan generasi yang hancur akibat pengaruh lingkungan, narkoba dan penyalahgunaan media teknologi baik berupa handphone dan eletronik lainnya sebagai imbas dari globalisasi yang bebas nilai. Kewajiban Naposo Nauli Bulungpun (NNB) sepanjang adat istiadat harus mereka laksanakan baik pada Siriaon (Pesta ria) maupun di Siluluton ( Kemusibahan) yang tampaknya semakin pudar dan terkikis kondisi zaman. Namun setelah di teliti di lapangan Naposo Nauli Bulung seolah mati suri, apakah masih ada harapan sadar dan bangkit dari kemati suriannya lalu tegak berdiri, kekar dan mampu bergegas dan membangun kembali nilai-nilai dan budaya yang baik selama ini. Tujuan penelitian ini diharapkan nantinya dapat mengungkap kembali tradisi keagamaan dan kegiatan sosial keagamaan yang telah menjadi bagian dari kepribadian Naposo Nauli Bulung di daerah Tapanuli Bagian Selatan (TABAGSEL). Berbagai problematika yang dialami oleh Naposo Nauli Bulung sebagai bagian dari komunitas pemuda dalam kegiatan  sosial keagamaan, melihat akar masalah dan ingin membangkitkan kembali nilai nilai yang baik pada praktik  sosial keagamaan yang integratis dengan adat istiadat sebagai kearifan lokal. Temuan Kegiatan sosial keagamaan Naposo Nauli Bulung  mengalami pergeseran akibat globaisasi teknologi, kurangnya Pembina/motivator NNB dan tidak ada sumber yang jelas mengakibatkan kegiatan tidak berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Sebagai seorang tokoh pendidikan, Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas menegaskan untuk menghadapi krisis pendidikan Islam dewasa ini, harus mengadakan pembaharuan-pembaharuan di segala aspek kehidupan umat Islam utamanya pada aspek pendidikan itu sendiri. Anak didik jangan hanya diajarkan pendidikan Islam yang berorientasi mencapai kebahagiaan hidup di akhirat yang kekal dan abadi, tetapi juga mereka harus dididik gesit untuk meraih kebahagiaan profan dengan berbagai profesi. Menurut Al-Attas, pendidikan Islam selama ini masih dipahamkan parsial dan tidak integral dengan kehidupan modern dewasa ini. Pendidikan Islam hanya sebatas pemindahan ilmu dengan menghafal bahkan masih terikat betul dengan nuansa klasik dan kurang peduli pada kemajuan peradaban sains dan teknologimodern.Al-Attas salah seorang tokoh pendidik melayu muslim tampil memberi ide dan  penegasan bahwa pendidikan akan berjalan sesuai harapan bilamana pelaksanaannya harus  punya perencanaan yang berkorelasi dengan metode dan isinya. Tujuannya membentuk manusia yang integral dalam wujud universal.Maka pradigma pendidikan lebih tepat digunakanta’dibdaripadata’limatau tarbiyah. Artinya ta‟dib lebih luas cakupan maknanya dari pada dua kata lainnya, baik kognitif untuk membangun kecerdasan IQ maupun kecerdasan spiritual dan potensi skill telah dicakup oleh kata ta’dib, justru rasulullah SAW. mengatakan addabany rabby fa ahsana ta’diby,”Tuhanku telah mendidikku lalu Dia baikkan didikanku”. Metode ta’dib berarti harus lebih banyak membimbing anak didik dengan materi pendidikan berbasis kurikulum itu menjadi skill, menyelidiki isi danmuatan Al- Qur‟an - hadis memperluas cakrawala menghadapi kemajuan zaman kedepan.

This paper is a literature review that contains dynamic or final prophethood.  Prophethood is a very interesting thing to talk about. Through this paper, it is expected that readers will be easier to understand about the concept of prophethood is dynamic or final. In this paper it has been found through the evidence of the argument that it is clear that prophethood was final through the explanation of the Koran. Then, this paper does not need a continuation to be explored by future researchers.

Abstract

Banks As intermediary institutions have a very important role in driving the economy in Indonesia, so banks must be managed very carefully and need special supervision from the government. The bank's health assessment method continues to grow, there are two new bank health assessment methods namely CAMELS and RGEC. This study aims to compare the CAMELS and RGEC methods in assessing the soundness of PT. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk in 2014-2018. This research is quantitative research. The population of this study is the financial statements of PT. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk. The sample of this study is the financial statements of PT. Panin Bank Dubai Syariah Tbk 2014-2018. The analysis technique used is a descriptive analysis using the CAMELS and RGEC methods. The results of this study note that the assessment of bank health by the CAMELS and RGEC methods has different results. The CAMELS method is more focused on achieving profit and growth, while the RGEC method focuses on a combination of self-assessment that emphasizes risk management, GCG implementation, and financial ratios that measure the condition of a bank. So that the RGEC Method becomes a more comprehensive bank health assessment solution.

Abstract

Restoration of thoughts about Sufism this is due to the widespreadskepticism in the presence of a different dogma in some Sufi circles. Therestoration is to resurrect something hidden.
