Abstract

Seleksi KKN Kebangsaan adalah proses penerimaan mahasiswa untuk mengikuti Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang merupakan bagian dari kurikulum pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia. Adapun masalah yang dihadapi dalam proses seleksi KKN Kebangsaan di Universitas Palangka Raya yaitu banyaknya berkas fisik terkait seleksi KKN Kebangsaan yang disimpan secara manual memiliki resiko tersendiri seperti hilang atau rusaknya berkas. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan proses seleksi yang lama, karena jika berkas yang berisi data seleksi pada tahun sebelumnya hilang atau rusak maka panitia harus menyusun ulang data yang diperlukan seperti syarat, ketentuan, serta panduan perhitungan penilaian seleksi. Bahkan dalam proses penilaian seleksi yang berlangsung dapat terjadinya human eror pada saat pengolahan data, sehingga penilaian untuk setiap mahasiswa tidak konsisten. Selain itu, proses seleksi untuk tes wawasan kebangsaan masih dilakukan dengan menjawab soal pada kertas, sehingga proses ini juga membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena panitia harus memeriksa satu persatu jawaban mahasiswa sebelum dihitung nilainya.Penggunaan sistem pendukung keputusan yang terkomputerisasi dapat membantu dalam proses seleksi agar lebih cepat dalam evaluasi dan pengambilan keputusan. Metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall dengan tahapan requirements definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan dalam pembuatan website ini yaitu menggunakan metode Weighted Product yang dikombinasikan dengan Rank Order Centroid (ROC) untuk pembobotan. Metode ini digunakan sebagai kerangka kerja dalam proses seleksi wawancara yang membantu dalam mengevaluasi kandidat berdasarkan kriteria serta memberikan bobot pada setiap kriteria sesuai tingkat kepentingannya.Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan seleksi calon peserta KKN Kebangsaan berjalan sesuai dengan fungsinya. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan panitia untuk membantu mengambil keputusan terutama dalam hal pengelolaan data mahasiswa dan penilaian seleksi.

Abstract

The University of Palangka Raya KKN-T Program (KKN-T UPR) is one of the programs from the Pillars of Higher Education (Tri Dharma College), namely Community Service. The implementation of UPR's KKN-T activities is handled by an institution, namely LPPM (Institute for Research and Community Service). So far, the management of KKN-T data in LPPM UPR has been computerized but has not been implemented in the entire data management process. The methodology used in the development of this Real Work Lecture Application is the waterfall method which has stages, namely, the Requitments Definition stage is described using a Flowchart, Requirements Analysis and Definition is described through UML (Unified Modeling Language) with Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams and Activity Diagrams and databases. Implementation and Unit Testing using the codeigniter framework and MySQL as well as testing using the Blackbox method. On the website that has been developed, admins can manage activity absence data, reports and log books inputted by students, manage student value data inputted by DPL, and manage user and application settings to be able to manage applications as needed. Furthermore, on the DPL side, DPL can see students who are their guidance and fill in student assessment data. Operators can also manage student data and location data as well as DPL.

Abstract

Thesis is a scientific paper in the form of an exposition of research results. In saving a large number of theses, it takes a long time to search for thesis data one by one, so it requires a storage media that facilitates the speed in finding theses such as a repository. A website-based repository is one of the storage media that is needed to store the thesis data. In making their own repository website using the PHP programming language, MySQL database with a waterfall design model through the stages of analysis, design, programming, testing and maintenance. This website also adds the Levenshtein Distance algorithm to optimize searches so that search times become more efficient and adds an autocomplete feature that functions to provide word predictions or suggestions according to the characters typed by the user so as to help users search more for the words they want to search for. Based on the results of analysis and testing, the application of the Levenshtein Distance algorithm in finding the thesis title is able to display the thesis title which has the smallest or closest Distance value to the word inputted by the user. And for autocomplete itself, it is also able to display predictions or word suggestions that match the typed words and the calculation results for single target searches have an accuracy of 75% and multi-targets with 2 words have an accuracy of 50%. in accordance with the concept of the Levenshtein algorithm itself, the smaller the distance value obtained, the closer it is to the input thesis title.

Abstract

UPTD Puskesmas Tangkahen terletak di Desa Tangkahen yang merupakan salah satu dari 15 desa yang berada di dalam wilayah Kecamatan Banama Tingang, Kabupaten Pulang Pisau. Desa Tangkahen memiliki luas wilayah 12 km2. Dengan jumlah penduduk sekitar 1.500 orang. Normalnya waktu tempuh dari kota Palangka Raya menuju desa Tangkahen lebih kurang dua jam, tetapi mungkin sedikit lebih lama dikarenakan jalan yang masih belum bagus dan harus menyeberang sungai kahayan terlebih dahulu menggunakan fery penyebrangan. UPTD Puskesmas Tangkahen berada di wilayah pinggiran sungai Kahayan dan terletak di ujung selatan desa.Aplikasi web ini akan dibangun menggunakan metode waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan perangkat lunaknya, bahasa pemrograman PHP, framework menggunakan Codeigneter, database menggunakan MySQL, perancangan menggunakan DFD dan ERD, dan akan diuji dengan pengujian blackbox testing. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka.Aplikasi web ini juga telah berhasil diuji secara fungsional dengan menggunakan pengujian blackbox testing yang menghasilkan bahwa web ini dapat digunakan dalam mengelolah data rekam medis, mengolah data pasien, mengolah data obat, mencetak kartu berobat pasien, membuat laporan pemeriksaan, membuat laporan data pasien, membuat laporan data obat, membuat laporan data resep, dan membuat laporan data masuk. Sehingga Aplikasi rekam medis ini bisa diimplementasikan dengan baik di puskesmas tangkahen.

Abstract

The increasing number of café in Palangka Raya makes people especially newcomers confused about choosing the right café to visit. In the end, sometimes people are stuck getting a cafe that is far from where they are, even though it turns out that there is a cafe they want that is close to them and also for newcomers to the city of Palangka Raya. This happens because currently, searching for cafes or restaurants is still limited to information from Google Maps only.Based on these problems, a system that can provide information is needed and is facilitated by finding the location of the café with the closest distance from the location of the application user. This study aims to build an android application that can display information and the location of a café that is presented in the form of an android application.This research applies the Ant Colony algorithm, as well as Google Maps and Mapbox as a digital map builder, and is developed based on Android. Making this application using the waterfall method, at the analysis stage the analysis stage is carried out on the things needed for making the application. At the design stage, program modeling is described in Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). Then at the coding stage of making this application using Android Studio, and testing this application using the black box method

Abstract

In the current development of the use of internet services, internet service providers company provides internet services that can be connected to customer’s houses. PT. XYZ is an internet service provider company that operates in the city of Blitar, East Java. The customer of support manager registration process for internet services on this client still does not have an online system so that registration is still done manually by the support manager to be able to integrate its customers with the network provided by the company. Therefore, this registration process on PT. XYZ needs to be converted into an online subscription information system to simplify the subscription registration process and so on. This system module was developed using evolutionary prototyping methodology, starting from the quick design stage by analyzing requirements and designing the system quickly so that it can go directly to the prototype build process. The process of building a prototype is carried out by implementing the results of the system design, then followed by user evaluation to get feedback on the prototype that was built. The prototype refining stage is for stabilization on the prototype that has been made previously and there is a test of the system using the black box testing method. After several trials, and results of the trials carried out, it can be concluded that the system is running well and can be used as a Support Manager Subscription Module on the Home Internet Service Provider Information System in Blitar City. By implementing third party Application Programming Interface (API), the resulting subscription web module can display maps, bank account mutations, and WhatsApp notifications to assist the registration and payment process.

Abstract

One of the problems that are often encountered by city transport passengers is the uncertainty that there will be city transportation that will pass through the passenger's location and uncertainty regarding the number of passengers in the city transportation. Meanwhile, the problem for city transportation drivers is the uncertainty of the location of passengers who will order city transportation and the location of passengers who are scattered, making the driver have to stop several times even though the location between passengers and others is not too far away. This study aims to create a city transportation service application using a location based service (LBS) with the haversine method. The research methodology used is extreme programming which has four stages, namely planning, design, coding, and testing. The results of the study are the AngkotKita Application for passengers and the AngkotKita Application for drivers. Applications for passengers provide information about the route from the passenger's starting point to the nearest bus stop, information on city transportation that will pass the bus stop, detailed information on passenger orders both ongoing and completed, and promo information and news. Applications for drivers provide information in the form of being able to see bus stops containing passengers, user profile information, driver's incoming and outgoing QR Code information, information on ongoing and completed orders.

Abstract

The lack of available documentation to store information about traditional medicinal plants has made it increasingly difficult to obtain information about medicinal plants. Therefore, in this research, an Encyclopedia of Medicinal Plants of Borneo (E-TOB) application is designed to be a readily accessible source of information for users, both through a website and a mobile application.The development of the E-TOB application follows the stages of the Waterfall method, starting from the Requirements Definition stage depicted using Flowchart, the Requirements Analysis and Definition stage depicted through UML (Unified Modeling Language) with Use case Diagram, Class diagram, and Activity diagram, as well as the use of a database. Implementation and Unit Testing are done using Laravel, Flutter, and MySQL frameworks, and testing is conducted using the Blackbox method. In the developed application, the admin has access to manage the data of medicinal plants.The built application has three (3) types of users, namely guest users, who can view information about medicinal plants. Admin users who have access to manage data in the application, and registered users who can add medicinal plants and access additional features in the application such as bookmark and like features.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (SPK) Pemilihan Asisten Praktikum Jurusan Teknik Informatika di Universitas Palangka Raya menggunakan metode ELECTRE berbasis website. Metode Elimination and Choice Expressing Reality (ELECTRE) dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menangani preferensi, indiferensi, dan threshold dalam evaluasi berbagai kriteria, sehingga memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih komprehensif dengan membandingkan alternatif calon asisten praktikum secara berpasangan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Metode pengembangan web yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall. Setelah desain sistem dan perangkat lunak selesai dibuat, desain direalisasikan ke dalam bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing untuk memastikan bahwa setiap fitur berfungsi dengan baik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Pemilihan Asisten Praktikum Menggunakan Metode ELECTRE berbasis website ini berhasil dilakukan. Sistem ini dapat membantu proses seleksi asisten praktikum dengan lebih objektif dan transparan.

Abstract

Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai (SKP) merupakan suatu beban kerja yang harus dicapai atau dipenuhi oleh Aparatur Sipil Negara dan merupakan salah satu komponen yang dapat dijadikan indikator keberhasilan suatu organisasi dengan dilakukannya evaluasi secara rutin dengan periode pengumpulan SKP. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam pembuatan Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai (SKP) berbasis Website adalah metode waterfall. Website ini telah diuji dengan pengujian Blackbox yang menghasilkan bahwa fitur dalam website dapat berjalan dengan baik. Website ini dikembangkan dengan tujuan memfasilitasi pihak terkait dalam mengelola Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai secara digital.
