Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menguji secara empirik hubungan antara minat dan keterampilan belajar dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa Prodi BK FKIP Uncen. Penelitan ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu keseluruhan mahasiswa anggkatan tahun 2015 s.d 2019 berjumlah 103 orang. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 responden dengan teknik random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan statistis inferensial (korelasi berganda). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa (1) terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara minat belajar dengan motivasi belajar dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 > 0,005; (2) terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara keterampilan belajar dengan motivasi belajar dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 > 0,005, dan (3) terdapat hubungan positif signifikan bersama-sama antara minat belajar dan keterampilan belajar dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa Prodi BK FKIP Uncen dengan nilai signifikansi 0.00 > 0,005 dan nilai koefisinesi korelasi sebesar 0,654 (+) berada pada kategori kuat. Pembuktian ini memberi arti bahwa makin tinggi minat dan keterampilan belajar, maka makin tinggi pula motivasi belajar.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk 1) agar guru bimbingan dan konseling mampu melaksanakan PKC-KO ini kepada siswa, 2) agar generasi penerus bangsa yakni siswa memiliki karakter cerdas sesuai norma pancasila dan norma yang berlaku di masyarakat, 3) agar siswa mampu melaksanakan, menghayati, mengamalkan dan menaati norma pancasila dan norma yang berlaku di masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pegabdian kepada masayarakat ini adalah metode pelatihan dan penerapan. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan buku saku PKC-KO sebagai pegangan dan panduan saat pelaksanaan kegiatan. Pelatihan dan penerapan ini dilaksanakan da dipandu oleh para dosen dan mahasiswa dari program studi bimbingan dan konseling, jurusan ilmu pendidikan fakultas keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan, universitas cenderawasih. Hasilnya diantaranya 1) luaran bagi peserta yang dicapai yaitu peningkatan pemahaman dan ketrampilan pelaksanaan layanan dalam bimbingan dan konseling khususnya dengan menggunakan layanan PKC-KO, 2) bagi tim pengabdi, luaran yang dicapai adalah draf modul yang dapat digunakan kedepan untuk pelatihan dan penerapan PKC-KO guru bimbingan dan konseling, dan 3) Publikasi pada media online, yaitu website Jurnal Cemerlang: Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian, Pengembangan, Pengabdian pada Masyarakat dan Kerjasama (LP4MK) STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

This seminar aims to overcome the crisis of the shortage of guidance and counseling (BK) teachers in Jayapura City and improve the efficiency of counseling services in schools, especially with the increasing student ratio. Through this seminar, it is expected to create a deep understanding of the importance of efficient counseling services by optimizing collaboration between counseling teachers, subject teachers, parents, and related professionals. The method of conducting the seminar included lectures, discussions, and questions and answers, and went through three main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The targets of the activity were counseling teachers at junior high, high school, and vocational school levels in Jayapura City. From the results of the evaluation, which included five questions, an average score of 80% was obtained, indicating an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of technology utilization in counseling services and the need for cross-party collaboration to support the smooth and efficient counseling services in schools. This activity indicates that the seminar contributed positively to improving the professional competence of counseling teachers, as well as strengthening systematic support for counseling services in schools to effectively reach more students.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to empower the youth in Kemtuk Gresi District to be ready to embark on digital careers, where digital skills are highly needed in the job market. This program is designed to equip participants with a strategic understanding of digital career opportunities as well as technical skills and non-technical skills such as effective communication and professional networking. (networking). Through interactive seminars and workshops, participants learn the use of digital technology, content management, and personal branding strategies. Participatory methods and group discussions help participants develop skills that align with the current needs of the job market. The results of the activities show a significant increase in participants' understanding of technology as a career development tool and the enhancement of technical skills that support their readiness in the digital job market. In addition to basic skills, participants were also introduced to sustainable career planning strategies in the digital era. This program successfully guided the youth of Kemtuk Gresi to become more adaptive and ready to face global challenges with skills and knowledge that enable them to pioneer digital careers.

Abstract

ABSTRACTAdolescent delinquency is a social issue frequently encountered among junior high school students and can significantly impact their psychological development and future prospects. One of the key factors in preventing adolescent delinquency is the quality of communication between parents and children. This community service activity aims to enhance parents' understanding and communication skills through interactively designed training sessions. The methods employed include educational sessions, group discussions, and simulations of effective communication. The results indicate an increase in parents' awareness of the importance of empathetic and open communication, which contributes to reducing the potential for deviant behavior in adolescents. This program provides practical solutions for the community in fostering harmonious family relationships and supporting the emotional, social, and moral development of adolescents. Keywords: Parental communication, adolescent delinquency, prevention, junior high school ABSTRAKKenakalan remaja merupakan permasalahan sosial yang sering terjadi pada peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) dan dapat memengaruhi perkembangan psikologis serta masa depan mereka. Salah satu faktor kunci dalam pencegahan kenakalan remaja adalah kualitas komunikasi antara orang tua dan anak. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan komunikasi orang tua melalui pelatihan yang dirancang secara interaktif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sesi edukasi, diskusi kelompok, dan simulasi komunikasi efektif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran orang tua terhadap pentingnya komunikasi yang empatik dan terbuka, yang berkontribusi pada pengurangan potensi perilaku menyimpang pada remaja. Program ini memberikan solusi praktis bagi masyarakat dalam menciptakan hubungan keluarga yang harmonis dan mendukung perkembangan remaja yang sehat secara emosional, sosial, dan moral.Kata Kunci: Komunikasi orang tua, kenakalan remaja, pencegahan, Sekolah Menengah Pertama

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of group guidance with psychodrama techniques in overcoming learning saturation among university students. This mixed-method study employed an embedded design with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest approach as the dominant quantitative component. The sample consisted of nine university students from the Guidance and Counseling Study Program at FKIP UNCEN, selected through purposive sampling based on high learning saturation scores from a 30-item questionnaire measured on a 5-point Likert scale. The results demonstrated a significant reduction in learning saturation levels following the psychodrama intervention, with paired t-test analysis showing a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores (t = -4.739, df = 8, p = 0.001). Qualitative findings further revealed that students experienced improved self-control, increased relaxation, and enhanced learning motivation after participating in the psychodrama sessions. These findings indicate that group guidance with psychodrama techniques is an effective approach for reducing learning saturation among university students.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) policy in Indonesia using Merilee S. Grindle's analytical framework that distinguishes between policy content and implementation context. Through a systematic literature review methodology, this research examines 8 international studies on community-based enterprises and compares them with Indonesian BUMDes practices. Similar practices in Finnish fishing cooperatives, Mexican community forest enterprises, Chinese rural development and Lao government-business partnerships provide valuable insights. The research shows that Grindle's framework offers a comprehensive analytical tool to understand the complexity of BUMDes implementation, emphasizing the critical role of the implementation context involving local political dynamics and community participation. Key findings indicate that successful community-based enterprises require strong institutional capacity, active community engagement, government support, and effective governance mechanisms. The study concludes that strengthening the implementation context, particularly institutional aspects and community participation, should be prioritized for effective BUMDes development in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract:The role of teachers or educators in motivating students' spiritual intelligence is quite good, enthusiasm in implementing school regulations and continues to develop, marked by good behavior carried out by students at school and polite speech in speaking and respecting parents, through good habits. Both of these are very helpful in increasing spiritual intelligence motivation. Students are directed to pray the Sunnah Duha prayer, recite the Koran, memorize it, and are always given good advice and to always be enthusiastic about learning so that they get used to it. This is done so that the faith in students is instilled in doing good deeds and good habits in everyday life, at home and at the madrasah so that they can learn to be good children and respect their parents.
