Abstract

Equitable distribution of teachers in Indonesia still does not meet needs. The solutions offered are the recruitment and placement of new teachers, structuring the number and qualifications of existing teachers throughout Indonesia, increasing teacher competency through follow-up actions. Equitable education raises the formulation and issuance of Law No. 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. Implementation in the field experienced several obstacles. The issue of Indonesian as an ASEAN regional language led to the importation of Indonesian teachers from various ASEAN member countries. Teacher competencies and prospective teachers in Indonesia must be more prepared and improved, especially professional competence and pedagogical competence in dealing with this issue.

Abstract

The problem that is often found in learning economics is that teachers still use little learning media, especially technology-based learning media. The purpose of this research is to produce learning media based on edunomic adventure interactive games that are categorized as feasible, easy and effective for use in economic learning activities. This study uses development research or Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The instrument used by researchers in this study is an expert validation sheet which will be validated by material experts and media experts to determine the level of quality and feasibility of edunomic adventure interactive game-based learning media that will be tested. Furthermore, giving questionnaires to students to determine the effectiveness of using learning media based on edunomic adventure interactive games. Based on the results of validation conducted by media experts on learning media based on interactive games edunomic adventure with a score of 86% in the category very valid to be used as a learning medium in economic lessons. Furthermore, the assessment of material experts on the material presented in the edunomic adventure interactive game-based learning media scored 85% in the category very valid for use as an economic learning media. The results of the assessment conducted by students on learning media based on interactive games edunomic adventure with a score of 88%, included in the category very feasible to use in economic learning

Abstract

This research uses quantitative research methods. The population is all economic education students and the sample in this research is economic education students class of 2020, FKIP, Palangka Raya University, totaling 37 respondents. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data collection techniques are through observation, documentation and questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing through the F test and t test which are processed using the SPSS 25 for Windows application. Based on the results of data analysis using the multiple linear regression equation, the value Y =49,293+ 0,765X1+1,996X2. And the magnitude of the influence of the two independent variables is 46,8%, so 53.2% is influenced by other independent variables that have not been studied by researchers
