Abstract

In an era where innovation and problem-solving are central to scientific and technological advancement, education must equip students with the necessary skills to navigate complex challenges. Science literacy and critical thinking have become pivotal competencies in the 21st century. Integrating STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) into Project-Based Learning (PjBL) has emerged as a promising pedagogical strategy to nurture these skills. This research aims to identify and analyze research trends of STEM-integrated PjBL model to improve students' science literacy and critical thinking skills. This research method is descriptive and analytical. The data used in this research was obtained from documents indexed by Google Scholar from 2016-2025 using Publish or Perish and Dimension.ai. Research procedures use PRISMA guidelines. The data identified and analyzed are the type of publication, publication source, and the title of research abaout the topic that is widely cited. The data analysis method uses bibliometric analysis assisted by VOS viewer software. The results of the analysis show that research trend on STEM-integrated PjBL model to improve students' science literacy and critical thinking skills indexed by Google Scholar from 2016 to 2025 has experienced a fluctuating increase. There are many documents in the form of articles, proceedings, chapters and preprints that discuss research into the STEM-integrated PjBL model to improve students' science literacy and critical thinking skills. Key words that are often used in research about it are systematic literature review, implementation, development, meta analysis, etc.

Abstract

The Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model is a learning approach that emphasizes active student involvement through project-based activities. In the context of physics learning, the use of PjBL-based media has proven effective in encouraging students to think critically, as they are required not only to understand concepts but also to apply them to solve real-world problems. This research aims to identify and analyze research trends of physics learning media based on PjBL model to improve critical thinking. This research method is descriptive and analytical. The data used in this research was obtained from documents indexed by Google Scholar from 2015-2024 using Publish or Perish and Dimension.ai. Research procedures use PRISMA guidelines. The data identified and analyzed are the type of publication, publication source, and the title of research that is widely cited. The data analysis method uses bibliometric analysis assisted by VOS viewer software. The results of the analysis show that research trend indexed by Google Scholar from 2015 to 2024 has experienced a fluctuating increase. However, in 2024 there will be a decline in the research trend on it. There are many documents in the form of articles, proceedings, chapters, preprints, edited books and monograph that discuss research about physics learning media based pn PjBL model to improve critical thinking. Key words that are often used in research about it are collaboratin, communication, creativity, technology etc.

Abstract

Thin film characteristics are the properties possessed by the thin film, both physical and chemical properties. The characteristics of this thin film are influenced by several factors, namely the material that makes up the thin film, the thin film deposition method, and the conditions of the thin film deposition process. This research aims to identify and analyze research trends in the characteristics of thin films as electronic devices. This research method is descriptive and analytical. The data used in this research was obtained from documents indexed by Google Scholar from 2015-2024 using Publish or Perish and Dimension.ai. Research procedures use PRISMA guidelines. The data identified and analyzed are the type of publication, publication source, and the title of research on thin film synthesis that is widely cited. The data analysis method uses bibliometric analysis assisted by VOSviewer software. The results of the analysis show that the trend of research on the characteristics of thin films as electronic devices indexed by Google Scholar from 2015 to 2024 experienced a fluctuating increase, however, in 2023 there was a decline in the trend of research on the characteristics of thin films as electronic devices. There are many documents in the form of articles, proceedings, book chapters, preprints, and edited books that discuss research into the characteristics of thin films as electronic devices. Key words that are often used in research on the characteristics of thin films as electronic devices are thin film coating, heat transfer characteristic, film characteristic, and photovoltaic characteristic.

Abstract

To support the improvement of 21st century skills, students must have good concept mastery first. This is in accordance with one of the goals of education is to master the concepts studied. Abstract

Generic science abilities are abilities that students must have so that the knowledge and skills obtained in the learning process can be applied in everyday life and answer the challenges of an increasingly developing era. Generic science skills can be facilitated through learning with a Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. This research aims to identify and analyze research trends of PBL model to improve generic science skill in science learning. This research method is descriptive and analytical. The data used in this research was obtained from documents indexed by Google Scholar from 2015-2024 using Publish or Perish and Dimension.ai. Research procedures use PRISMA guidelines. The data identified and analyzed are the type of publication, publication source, and the title of research on PBL model to improve generic science skill in science learning that is widely cited. The data analysis method uses bibliometric analysis assisted by VOS viewer software. The results of the analysis show that research trend on PBL model to improve generic science skill in science learning indexed by Google Scholar from 2015 to 2024 has experienced a fluctuating increase. Research trend with an increase in the number of publications from 2015 to 2018. However, in 2019 and 2022 the research trend on the generic science ability in learning has decreased from the previous year and the research trend increase again in 2023. There are many documents in the form of articles, proceedings, book chapters and edited books that discuss research about Problem Based Learning model to improve generic science skills in science learning. Research in the field of solar cells continues to increase along with the development of the times and human needs for renewable energy sources. One of the fields of study that is often used as a research topic is the development of Thin Film Solar Cells or known as Thin Film Solar Cells (TFSC). This research aims to identify and analyze research trends of synthesis of Ti02 thin films as solar cell materials. This research method is descriptive and analytical.
