Abstract

Technological developments in the current era of globalization are moving very rapidly and the information circulating is more and more complex so that the world of education must be able to keep abreast of technological developments, especially in the field of computer technology, along with current technological developments. The human need for information at this time has become so easily fulfilled with the presence of the internet, which makes it possible to transfer information in just a matter of seconds. An educational institution cannot be separated from the curriculum, whose job is to handle and supervise those related to educational facilities and infrastructure needed by schools to support the smooth teaching and learning process. As for the software development method used is the Prototype method and the programming language used is PHP, HTML, CSS, and JQuery, as well as for the database using MySQL. The expected results in this web-based academic information system at the Widyastuti Jakarta Kindergarten School, are expected to be a solution to overcome the problems faced.

Abstract

Karang Taruna is a social organization as a forum and means of developing every member of society who grows and develops on the basis of awareness and social responsibility from and for the community, especially the younger generation in the region, especially those engaged in social welfare business. Meanwhile, membership of the DKI Jakarta Mosque Youth and Youth Network (JPRMI), hereinafter referred to as the DKI Jakarta Mosque Youth and Youth Network (JPRMI), is every member of the community. Limited understanding regarding system management has not been optimized within the JPRMI management environment. The management system used is still manual for the JPRMI DKI Jakarta membership information system. Therefore, Nusa Mandiri University carries out Community Service in the form of Workshops and Training on the Application of E-Learning (Learning Management System) in the Millennial era at JPRMI DKI Jakarta. UMKM Tajur Halang Makmur is a social organization as a forum and means of developing every member of society who grows and develops on the basis of awareness and social responsibility from and for the community in the region, especially those engaged in medium and small businesses. Meanwhile, the membership of Jakarta MSMEs, hereinafter referred to as PKK Mothers, is every member of the community. Tajur Halang Makmur UKM Cooperative, Founded on 03 September 2019, address Ruko Ning's Residence Jalan Raya Kalisuren, Kalisuren Village, Tajurhalang District, Bogor Regency, Deed of establishment of the cooperative "UKM Tajurhalang Makmur" Number: 04,- Date: 03 September 2019. UKM Cooperative Tajurhalang Makmur operates in the Multi Business sector. The problem is limited understanding of social media management which has not been optimized within the MSME management environment. The use of social media is still manual for sales information. Therefore, Nusa Mandiri University carries out Community Service in the form of training and utilizing Whats App Business technology in developing product sales. Abstract

Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) have become the dominant algorithm in image classification and prediction due to their ability to recognize complex visual patterns. However, to achieve optimal performance, CNN models require various optimization techniques. This study aims to explore and implement optimization techniques in training CNN models to enhance the accuracy and generalization capabilities of the model in image classification. The techniques implemented include learning rate scheduling, batch normalization, regularization with dropout and L2, data augmentation, and the use of transfer learning with pre-trained models such as VGG16. Additionally, early stopping methods and advanced optimization algorithms like Adam and RMSprop are applied to improve convergence and prevent overfitting. The results show that the combination of applied optimization techniques significantly improves the performance of CNN models. Analysis of the model training history visualization indicates a reduction in loss and an increase in accuracy, with slight indications of overfitting towards the end of training. These findings emphasize the importance of employing holistic optimization strategies in developing CNN models for image classification and prediction applications. However, in some experiments, the trained models still exhibited prediction errors. This can be attributed to factors such as overfitting or underfitting, data quality and quantity, data diversity, model architecture, and optimization methods. Therefore, further optimization is needed in data preparation, determination of optimization methods, and data cleaning.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is one of the key factors that greatly influences loyalty and business sustainability of an e-commerce application. This research focuses on analyzing the level of customer satisfaction with e-commerce services using the C4.5 algorithm. This research aims to identify key factors that influence customer satisfaction and provide recommendations that can help e-commerce companies improve the quality of their services. Customer satisfaction data is collected through surveys that cover various attributes such as product quality, delivery speed and customer service responsiveness. The analysis results show that the product delivery attribute is the factor that most influences customer satisfaction, with a gain value of 0.337981562. The resulting model has an accuracy of 93%, showing good ability in predicting customer satisfaction. These findings are expected to provide practical insights for e-commerce companies in their efforts to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

The development of advanced technology in Indonesia today allows various activities to be carried out digitally, including in the tourism and travel sector. Users often choose Online Travel Agent (OTA) applications that are easy to use in planning their trips, currently there are many Online OTA applications but the most commonly used are Traveloka, Tiket.com, and Agoda. These applications have the same characteristics, namely providing online ticketing, reservation, and accommodation services. This study aims to compare the three OTA applications using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method to measure application quality based on user experience assessed through six scales. Data collection was conducted using Google Forms distributed to users of Traveloka, Tiket.com, and Agoda applications, and obtained 214 respondents, consisting of 105 Traveloka user respondents, 66 Tiket.com users, and 43 Agoda users. The results of the user experience analysis from the UEQ Questionnaire show a positive impression because all applications get an evaluation with an average value above 0.8 on the six UEQ scales. From the comparison results of the three applications, Agoda is superior on the efficiency scale compared to Traveloka and Tiket.com despite having fewer respondents. This research provides an overview of the quality of user experience on the three OTA applications and can be a reference for application developers to improve the quality of their services.

Atsiri Citayam Women's Cooperative was founded on December 11, 2011. A year later, Atsiri Citayam Women's Cooperative already has NIK 3201220040001 with Legal Entity Number: 518/277/BH/KPTS/DISKOPERINDAG/VI/2012 exactly on April 18, 2012. When viewed from the type In its business, this cooperative is included in the type of consumer cooperative that serves savings and loans and the sale of basic necessities. The number of members of this cooperative is 90 people consisting of various work backgrounds, including MSME entrepreneurs. The existence of regular meetings is used as an event to maintain friendship and exchange information, especially for MSME entrepreneurs. Limited understanding of the use of technology, namely online digital products. Therefore, Nusa Mandiri University carried out Community Service in the form of training on the Use of Canva Applications for Graphic Design and Product Promotion at the Bogor Citayam Atsiri Kopwan. With this training, they can help the women of the Atsiri Citayam Bogor Women's Cooperative in using the Canva application as a digital media.
