Abstract

Employee performance assessment serves as a crucial tool in gauging individual effectiveness and contribution, while also providing feedback and development strategies to enhance future performance and productivity. The Karawang Immigration Office has implemented an e-performance appraisal system that takes into account the public satisfaction index. This system incorporates data from public satisfaction surveys, employee performance data, and regulatory data as inputs. The assessment process utilizes a scoring method tailored to the employee's performance indicators. This research aims to explore the e-performance appraisal system at the Karawang Immigration Office from the public satisfaction perspective. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the study utilizes three data collection methods: interviews, observations, and document studies. The findings indicate that the implementation of the e-performance appraisal system based on the public satisfaction index at the Karawang Immigration Office has been successful. The system encourages improved employee performance and public satisfaction with the Karawang Immigration Office.

Abstract

The implication for Mahalona Kopi is that it needs to design more competitive marketing strategies and offer products or services to potential markets. This research aims to formulate a marketing strategy for Mahalona Kopi and take advantage of opportunities and overcome challenges so that the coffee shop business can continue to operate and generate profits. The data processing method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, with the analysis process using SWOT analysis. Data sources include primary data and secondary data, obtained through direct observation and in-depth interviews related to opportunities and challenges in the coffee shop business. The matrix results show that Mahalona Kopi is in cell IV (Grow and Build). The appropriate strategy for this cell position at Mahalona Kopi is an intensive strategy, such as market penetration, product development, and market development.

Abstract

Cafe is one of the business places that has increasingly developed in recent years, one of which is Cafe Gusta and Co in Karawang. The aim of this research is to determine the appropriate marketing strategy position in developing the Gusta and Co cafe through social media to survive and compete with other business actors in the current digital era. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, using SWOT analysis, IFAS and EFAS analysis, quadrants and SWOT matrix. By conducting interviews with the Gusta and Co cafe manager and 7 consumers to provide assessments on the questionnaire via Google form. The results show that Cafe Gusta and Co is in quadrant II, namely being in a strategic diversification position as a strategy that can be carried out by utilizing its strengths to face threats, such as its location strategy, having a spacious and modern place, good quality and taste, this can be and is maintained for attracting a lot of new consumer interest as well as efforts to increase sales.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the partial and joint impact of workload and personality on the level of work compliance at PT Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills 1. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression using spss26 calculations. This population is employees of PT Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills 1 with a total of 350 people using the slovin formula with a level of 5%, namely 187 respondents, This sampling applies to test validity, reliability, correlation, and hypotheses with the t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results showed that there was a partial impact of workload on work compliance with a value of 2.086 quite high category,, 2) personality on work compliance with a value of 2.510 kstegori quite high 3). Together, work discipline and work environment also affect the level of work compliance, with a calculated F value of 21.581, which is significant (exceeding the critical value of 3.04). The combined effect of workload and personality on work compliance at PT Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills 1 reached 19.0%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the application of human resource discipline, especially among Cikampek Community Health Center UPTD employees in carrying out and carrying out their obligations, as well as complying with all applicable regulations. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation as well as document review, while the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) program to test the validity and reliability of the data. In this research, there were 58 respondents who were obtained using the Slovin formula and determining respondents using probability sampling techniques to answer the questionnaire given. The results of the research show that the level of employee discipline at the Cikampek Community Health Center UPTD can be said to be quite good. This can be seen from the employees who tend to be disciplined, although there are still some employees who have a low level of discipline. Judging from five aspects, namely attendance, evaluation, standards, vigilance and ethics, obtaining the largest average number in the very good category with a percentage of 75.1%, thus the role of the Head of the Cikampek Community Health Center UPTD and the awareness of each Cikampek Community Health Center UPTD employee is very important in improving discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload on the performance of Shopee Express Hub Cikampek couriers. The method used is a quantitative descriptive verification method which aims to describe whether or not the facts are true, and to explain the relationship between workload variables and Shopee courier performance. The sample in this study was 85 people from 113 populations, the analysis technique used was a simple linear regression analysis technique using SPSS version 25. The results of the research data processing stated that workload had a positive effect on the performance of Shopee Express Hub Cikampek couriers. The results of the study are proven by the results of hypothesis testing which show that the calculated t value is greater than the t table and the significance value is smaller than alpha. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it was also found that workload has a strong relationship with the performance of Shopee Express Hub Cikampek couriers, where workload contributes a positive influence on performance with a value of 42.7%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of knowledge and compliance on K3. This research was carried out at PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing West Java. The research method is descriptive quantitative verification with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS25 calculations. The population consists of employees of at the packing shop, totaling 102 individuals. Using Slovin's formula with a 5% significance level, 81 respondents were selected. The sampling method applied random sampling techniques based on the criteria for permanent and contract employees. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that, knowledge with a score of 200 is in the high category, compliance with a score of 174 is quite high, while, K3 with a score of 206 is in the good category, knowledge partially has a very significant positive effect with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05 while tcount is 4.813 > from t table 1.988 on K3, compliance has a very significant positive effect with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 while tcount is 3.154 > T table 1.988 towards K3, Simultaneously, knowledge and compliance have an effect on K3 with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and fcount 93,078 > f table 3.09. Meanwhile, the determination value is 0.751 or 75.1%, while the remaining 0.239 or 23.9% is the contribution of other variables not examined in this research.
