Abstract

In the age of information technology data today, telecommunication operators are focusing businesses and services in the data service, which originally was the only service of this data as a value added service (VAS). Then the data service is growing rapidly becoming part of the core business of the operators present. In the era of information technology this data, the risk faced by operators is the need to share the "cake" revenue with "a lot of other players" beyond the telecom operators. As a result, the value of revenue earned will not be as big as in the era of voice and SMS service that still dominate the telecommunications services at that time. With revenue growth continued pressure, the telecom operators are trying to address these risks by taking management action amid more robust telecommunications business model changes

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh imbalan finansial, imbalan interpersonal dan promosi  terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di perusahaan industry tekstil. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah 30 responden. Metode penarikan sampel responden yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui Sampling Jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Alat bantu analisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini meniunjukkan bahwa variabel imbalan finansial, imbalan interpersonal dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT WB with the aim of analyzing the effect of competence and employee performance on career development in a company engaged in the construction industry. This study uses descriptive quantitative research with a sample of 100 respondents as samples as well as populations or called saturated samples. Data analysis using multiple linear regression methods to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study concluded that employee competence has a positive and significant influence on employee career development and employee performance also has a positive and significant influence on employee career development.

Abstract

The gate is the main access to enter and exit the vehicle. In general, the gate is opened and closed manually by humans so it takes time and effort. This study proposes the design of an automatic gate control system based on digital image processing of vehicle number plates using the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) method to be able to recognize vehicle number plates. The vehicle number plate image will be recorded by a USB camera and processed using MATLAB to recognize each character on the vehicle number plate. Then the results of processing the vehicle number plate image are compared with the number plate database that has been inputted into the system. If the number plate is registered in the database, MATLAB will forward the command to Arduino Uno to drive the servo motor to open the gate. From the test results, it takes 7 seconds to process the vehicle number plate image processing until the gate is open. The percentage of successful reading of vehicle number plate characters by the MATLAB system is 100% of the 6 number plates tested with an accuracy of 100%. This research can be recommended as an automatic gate control system for security in buildings and homes.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to look at the effects of reciprocity, altruism (cooperation or mutual assistance), and stress on employee productivity during the Covid 19 pandemic The Covid-19 pandemic, which changed employee work patterns in the scope of government, agencies, the private sector, and others, motivated this research. Working from home, or WFH, was the employee's work pattern during the Covid 19 pandemic. So that it is clear how the Covid-19 Virus pandemic affects reciprocity between employees or employees with the company, cooperation and mutual assistance (altruism) among employees, and managing work-related stress at home. The entire population of 80 employees at the Housing Marketing Company was used as the research sample in quantitative research with saturated samples. When gathering data, the survey method with a questionnaire instrument was used. The data analysis method employs a causal quantitative approach with the SPSS version 25 software. According to this study, reciprocity has a positive and significant effect on productivity during the Covid 19 period, while Altruism has a positive but insignificant effect and Work Stress has a negative and insignificant effect on productivity during the Covid 19 period.

Abstract

The use of digital wallets is becoming a favorite nowadays. People feel that using digital wallets makes daily transactions easier. Apart from convenience, using a digital wallet can also provide other benefits such as cashback obtained after transactions. This research aims to determine the effect of ease of use and cashback promotions on interest in using digital wallets among students. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach with the analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that ease of use has a significant effect on interest in using and cashback promotions do not have a significant effect on interest in using. However, simultaneously ease of use and cashback promotions both influence interest in using.

Abstract

Bekasi Regency, known as an industrial hub in Indonesia, has witnessed a surge in digital transformation efforts among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Despite their significant economic contributions, MSMEs face challenges such as uneven digital infrastructure, limited digital literacy, and organizational readiness gaps. This study investigates strategies for empowering MSMEs to embrace digital transformation using a hybrid SWOT and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology. SWOT analysis explores the internal and external factors influencing MSME readiness, while AHP prioritizes strategic alternatives for actionable recommendations.The findings highlight critical factors, including the need for enhanced digital infrastructure, increased digital literacy among MSME stakeholders, and strengthened cross-sectoral collaborations to address challenges such as limited resources and cybersecurity concerns. The integration of SWOT and AHP methodologies results in prioritized strategies, with the expansion of digital infrastructure emerging as the top priority, followed by fostering digital partnerships and enhancing digital literacy.Managerial implications emphasize the importance of equitable digital access, the creation of MSME digitalization centers, and the development of curated e-commerce platforms to strengthen competitiveness. These strategies are essential to promoting sustainable and inclusive growth in the region. The study concludes that government and private-sector collaboration is vital for bridging digital divides and enabling MSMEs to thrive in an increasingly digital economy.This research contributes to the limited discourse on MSME digital transformation in emerging markets, providing a strategic framework to achieve inclusive growth and regional economic resilience. Future research should explore the longitudinal impact of these strategies on MSME development and their scalability across diverse socio-economic contexts

Abstract

Pendampingan dalam menerapkan Etika dan Integritas pada kepemimpinan transformasional untuk Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, loyalitas, retensi, inovasi, kreativitas, dan kepuasan pelanggan, serta memastikan keberlangsungan usaha. Para pelaku UMKM, khususnya di Kelurahan Sudimara Timur, Kecamatan Ciledug, belum menerapkan prinsip kepemimpinan etis dan berintegritas. Hal ini mengakibatkan tingginya perputaran karyawan dan kurangnya aturan yang jelas. Karena menjalankan gaya kepemimpinan kekeluargaan yang tidak terstruktur sehingga menyebabkan ketidakpastian. Berbeda dengan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dengan penghargaan dan peran yang jelas dapat memberikan dampak positif. Tujuan kegiatan pendampingan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada UMKM mengenai kepemimpinan transformasional yang beretika dan berintegritas, serta dapat mengimplementasikannya dalam aktivitas bisnis sehari-hari. Manfaat dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman pelaku usaha yang akan mendukung perkembangan usaha melalui peningkatan produktivitas, retensi, loyalitas, dan kepuasan pelanggan, serta menghasilkan pemimpin masa depan yang berkualitas sehingga keberlangsungan usaha terjadi.
