Abstract

The onion cracker home industry founded by Mrs. Kusnawiyah in 1992 needs attention from the local village government. Even though it is able to survive amidst intense competition, the processed food and snack industry seems to be going nowhere. So far, this home industry only serves a limited number of orders. Marketing of onion crackers which only relies on word of mouth promotion and rudimentary packaging is felt to be less capable of reaching a wider range of consumers. The Daliwangun Village Government is collaborating with the Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan Institute of Technology and Business to develop the Onion Crackers Home Industry. This service begins with data collection carried out by interviews with related parties. The results of the interviews were used to find the right solution regarding the problems faced by the Daliwangun Onion Crackers Home Industry. Some of the activities carried out to increase the marketing of onion crackers are as follows: 1) Training on product sales strategies through online media, 2) Making more attractive packaging and 3) Using Facebook as an online promotional media. This activity was proven to be able to increase the sales volume of Daliwangun Onion Crackers.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pelatihan desain konten media sosial dan dasar-dasar fotografi mobile yang diselenggarakan oleh Pimpinan Daerah Aisyiyah (PDA) Lamongan, bekerja sama dengan Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan. Fokus pelatihan adalah pengelolaan feed Instagram, pilihan warna, dan tipografi. Peserta, mayoritas perempuan usia 30-45 tahun, berperan sebagai kontributor untuk akun Instagram PDA Lamongan. Materi mencakup tata kelola feed, penggunaan pallette warna, dan optimasi kamera ponsel. Penggunaan Canva, termasuk penghapus latar belakang, diperkenalkan untuk penyederhanaan alur desain. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan pemahaman meningkat tentang Instagram dan peningkatan keterampilan fotografi dengan ponsel. Antusiasme peserta mencerminkan keberhasilan pelatihan, diharapkan meningkatkan kualitas konten media sosial PDA Lamongan dengan penerapan pengetahuan yang diperoleh, membuka potensi kegiatan serupa di masa depan.

Abstract

AbstrakBulan Ramadhan menjadi bulan penuh keberkahan bagi umat Islam, terutama bagi para pedagang. Hal ini karena bulan Ramadhan menjadi momen untuk meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi melalui berdagang. Salah satu momen di bulan penuh berkah ini dimanfaatkan oleh tim dosen Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan untuk melakukan pendampingan penjualan produk usaha “Es Bahagia”. Kegiatan pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produksi dan penjualan minuman segar berbahan baku berkualitas dengan memanfaatkan momen Ramadhan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini meliputi observasi dan wawancara, serta pembelajaran dan praktik partisipatif. Tahapan kegiatan mencakup persiapan (pengembangan resep, penyampaikan materi dan praktek pembuatan es, survei lokasi, pembuatan desain promosi, dan media sosial), pelaksanaan (promosi, produksi, dan penjualan), serta evaluasi. Selama 19 hari, penjualan Es Bahagia berhasil mencapai 914 cup dengan total pendapatan Rp 4.570.000. Urutan produk yang paling laris dan menjadi favorit konsumen adalah Es Milo Jelly, Es Kuwut Soda, Es Campur Semangka, dan Es Kopyor Susu. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan produksi dan penjualan, tetapi juga memberdayakan masyarakat lokal dengan penciptaan lapangan kerja sementara serta memberikan kontribusi pada perekonomian masyarakat sekitar. Evaluasi dilakukan guna peningkatan kualitas layanan di masa mendatang dengan mempertimbangkan preferensi konsumen, strategi perbaikan, promosi melalui media sosial, variasi produk, hingga kerjasama dengan para donator. Kata kunci: pendampingan usaha; kuliner; pemasaran media sosial; ramadhan. AbstractRamadan is a month full of blessings for Muslims, especially for traders. This is because Ramadan is a moment to increase economic income through trade. One of the moments in this blessed month was used by a team of lecturers from the Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan Institute of Technology and Business to assist in selling the business product "Es Bahagia." This assistance activity aims to increase the production and sales of fresh drinks made from quality raw materials by taking advantage of the Ramadan moment. Methods for implementing this service include observation, interviews, and participatory learning and practice. The activity stages include preparation (recipe development, delivery of ice-making materials and practices, location survey, creation of promotional designs and social media), implementation (promotion, production, and sales), and evaluation. During 19 days, sales of Es Bahagia reached 914 cups with a total income of IDR 4,570,000. The best-selling products that are consumers' favourites are Milo Jelly Ice, Kuwut Soda Ice, Watermelon Mixed Ice, and Kopyor Milk Ice. This activity increases production and sales and empowers local communities by creating temporary jobs and contributing to the surrounding community's economy. Evaluations are carried out to improve service quality in the future by considering consumer preferences, improvement strategies, promotions via social media, product variations, and collaboration with donors. Keywords: business assistance; culinary; social media marketing; ramadan.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance writing skills through community-based training and mentoring, with the goal of strengthening the soft skills of outstanding youth and contributing to transformative efforts within Indonesia’s education system. The methods applied in this program include Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) and Participatory Learning and Action (PLA). The evaluation instrument consisted of questionnaires analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results of this program demonstrated significant benefits. Participants in the writing class expressed high appreciation for both the learning materials and the mentors’ attitudes, scoring 9 out of 10, while the level of interactivity reached a perfect score of 10. Mentor feedback also contributed to the success of participants, one of whom achieved recognition in the Top 30 National Essay Competition. This activity successfully improved participants’ writing soft skills and played a role in fostering excellent young individuals, indicating that education can indeed be transformed through collaborative and participatory efforts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and formulate an effective sustainable tourism village development strategy to improve the welfare of the community in Jombang Regency, especially through the Balanced Scorecard approach. The method in this study uses a qualitative case study approach. This study focuses on finding facts about a social phenomenon. Data analysis uses Miles Huberman's qualitative analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study include four sustainable tourism village development strategies using the Balanced Scorecard approach, namely: 1. The Financial Perspective shows that the contribution of Pandansili tourism to PADes has begun to be seen with an increase in income of around 25%, but there is still a need for diversification of income sources. 2. The Customer Perspective confirms that visitor satisfaction is quite good (78%), but there is still a need for improvement in tourism services. 3. The Internal Business Process Perspective reveals that although BUMDes Maju Sejahtera has had a management SOP, its implementation is not optimal. Service digitalization is needed. 4. The Learning and Growth Perspective highlights the limited competency of local human resources in digital management and marketing. Development strategies should focus on training, empowering the younger generation, and innovating tourism products. In conclusion, overall, the application of the Balanced Scorecard approach provides a comprehensive strategic framework in describing the direction of sustainable development of Pandansili Tourism Village, by balancing financial aspects, visitor satisfaction, internal processes, and human resource development

Abstract

Rotasi jabatan merupakan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia di sektor publik untuk menyesuaikan kebutuhan organisasi dan meningkatkan profesionalitas aparatur. Namun, perubahan penempatan kerja sering menimbulkan tantangan adaptasi peran, khususnya pada fase awal pasca-rotasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses adaptasi peran pegawai akibat rotasi jabatan dalam organisasi publik. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi non-partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap pegawai yang mengalami rotasi jabatan, rekan kerja, dan pimpinan unit kerja. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rotasi jabatan memicu perubahan peran yang signifikan dan menimbulkan ketidakjelasan peran serta peningkatan beban kerja terutama pada fase awal adaptasi yang umumnya berlangsung dalam beberapa bulan pertama pasca rotasi. . Meskipun demikian, pegawai secara bertahap mampu beradaptasi melalui pembelajaran tugas secara mandiri, komunikasi dengan pimpinan, serta dukungan sosial dari rekan kerja. Proses adaptasi dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal berupa sikap penerimaan, pengalaman kerja, dan kesiapan psikologis, serta faktor eksternal berupa dukungan pimpinan dan budaya kerja kolaboratif. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pengungkapan bahwa proses adaptasi peran pegawai pasca-rotasi lebih banyak dipicu oleh inisiatif individu (self-driven), seperti pembelajaran mandiri dan komunikasi informal, dibandingkan oleh kebijakan organisasi yang bersifat formal. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memperkaya kajian adaptasi peran dan career adaptability serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi perumusan kebijakan rotasi jabatan yang lebih adaptif di sektor publik.
