Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the representation of Egyptian society in Hisyam Algakh poems “Ad- Diwaan Al-Awwal”  based on the perspective of Alan swingewood's first literary work as social document at the time of the work's creation.This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The primary source of data used in the study are the three of Hisyam Algakh poems “Ad- Diwaan Al-Awwal”  entitled ar-Risalah al-Akhirah, Masyhadu Ra’si Fi Miidan at-Tahrir dan at-Ta’syirah. The data collection techniques used by researchers in this study are reading, translation, and note-taking techniques. The data validation technique in this study consists of increasing diligence, triangulation, discussions with experts. The data analysis technique used in the study of the Miles Huberman model are reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show representation of Egyptian society in the poetry collection “Ad- Diwan Al- Awaal” by Hisyam Algakh, there are 4 descriptions: a) a complaints against to  the head of state that does not hear the sigh of its people; b) the misery of society resulting from authoritarian leadership; c) the hope of the Egyptian people; and d) nationalism conceived in the form of love for the fatherland and the Arabs.

Abstract

The Nahwu teachers of Al Mawarits An Nabawiyyah Islamic Boarding School are confronted with the issue of waning enthusiasm towards the acquisition of Arabic grammar knowledge. To address this issue, the use of joyful learning strategies is employed, utilizing games in conjunction with the Uno Stacko medium. The objective of this study is to illustrate the utilization of joyful learning strategies in the context of Nahwu learning activities. This study utilizes a qualitative research approach, specifically employing a case study methodology. Data was collected by researchers through the process of observing and conducting interviews with Nahwu teachers. The data underwent analysis using a three-stage process that involved reduction, description, and drawing conclusions. The researchers reached the conclusion that the teachers engaged in a discourse over a pedagogical approach. Consequently, the pedagogical strategy of joyful learning was implemented through the utilization of games using Uno Stacko. The implementation of the happy learning technique has the potential to rekindle students' enthusiasm for the study of Nahwu. This phenomenon is evidenced by the active engagement of students during educational activities within the classroom setting.

Abstract

Aktivitas pembelajaran sharaf di SMA Muhammadiyah Tanggul memerlukan inovasi untuk meningkatkan keaktifan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1)mengeksplorasi aktivitas pembelajaran sharaf kelas XI 2) merancang media ular tangga sharaf, 3) mengetahui kelayakan media ular tangga sharaf. Model Rapid Prototyping yang diintegrasikan dengan ADDIE dipilih untuk merancang media tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara kepada guru matapelajaran sharaf dan angket validasi media oleh ahli media. Selanjutnya, data kualitatif menggunakan analisis konten tematik. Sedangkan, data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan skala Likert. Peneliti berkesimpulan bahwa 1) pembelajaran sharaf di kelas XI bertujuan membiasakan siswa melafalkan tashrif istilahy, namun kurang siswa terlihat kurang aktif pada pertemuan ke empat akibat aktifitas yang monoton. 2) Media ular tangga berbentuk A3, dilengkapi panduan, pion, dan dadu untuk empat pemain. 3) Penilaian ahli menyatakan media ini layak dengan nilai 27, meskipun membutuhkan perbaikan pada warna dan penambahan kalimat mauzun untuk penggunaan optimal.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the accuracy and reliability of the Arabic language textbooks used in the first grade of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah at Yudhistira School in 2021. The assessment will be conducted according to the established guidelines set by the National Educational Standards Agency (BSNP). This study employs a qualitative research methodology using a quasi-qualitative technique. Regarding this particular research, it primarily involved library research. The main source utilized for producing this research was the Arabic edition of Yudhistira. This study employs content analysis methodology, hence its conclusions will mostly concentrate on the assessment of the accuracy and presentation of the material utilized in Arabic language books. The findings of this study suggest that the Yudhistira edition of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah grade 1 Arabic language textbook falls into the category of being acceptable for use. Nevertheless, during this investigation, many shortcomings were identified that require rectification in order to ensure the textbook's impeccable suitability for use. employed in the acquisition of Arabic language skills. The book has two main shortcomings: it does not integrate cultural components in its content, and it fails to offer tangible indicators in each chapter.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the causes and effects of political conflict in al-Faris al-Jamil's novel based on Maurice Duverger's theory. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data in this study were obtained through the novel "al Faris al Jamil" by Ali Ahmad Baltsir. Data were collected by three techniques. Namely the listening technique and note-taking technique. The data that has been obtained must go through the validation stage. The validation process is carried out by increasing research persistence, triangulation and discussion with experts. The data analysis used by the researcher is the analysis of the Miles and Hubarman model. Namely, the presentation, reduction and formulation of data conclusions. The results of the study show that: First, the form of political conflict in this novel is the circulation of weapons, there are many wars and the use of political strategies. Second: Political conflict is caused by 2 factors: personal factors and group factors. Third: This social conflict can cause effects, both positive and negativeالملخصهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى وصف ما في رواية الفارس الجميل لعلي أحمد باكثير من الصراع السياسي. واعتمد الباحثنون في النظر إلى صور الصراع السياسي في هذه الرواية على نظرية موريس دوفيرجير. وبالتالي ارتكز الباحثون في وصف الصراع السياسي وكل ما يتعلق به من العوامل والأسباب. أما منهج البحث فاختار الباحثون منهج البحث الكيفي. وأما مصادر البيانات فهو رواية "الفارس الجميل" لعلي أحمد باكثير فحسب. وجمع الباحثون البيانات من خلال ثلاث خطوات، وهي القراءة وتسجيل ما لها تعلق بالموضوع من الصراع السياسي والترجمة. ثم تم صديق البيانات بواسطة زيادة المثابرة والتثليث والمناقشة مع الخبراء. وأما تحليل البيانات فتكون من ثلاث خطوات وهي التخفيض والعرض والاستنتاج. ولهذه الدراسة نتائج هامة حول الصراع السياسي وهي أولا، انتشار الأسلحة وحدوث كثير من المعركة واستعمال استراتيجية السياسة. ثانيا، تتفرع الأسباب المؤدية إلى الصراع السياسي إلى فرعين: الأسباب الفردية والأسباب الجماعية. ثالثا، وللصراع السياسي آثار إيجابية كانت أم سلبية. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menggambarkan sebab dan pengaruh konflik politik novel al-Faris al-Jamil berdasarkan teori Maurice Duverger. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui novel “al Faris al Jamil” karya Ali Ahmad Baltsir. Data dikumpulkan dengan tiga teknik. Yaitu teknik simak dan teknik catat. Data yang telah diperoleh harus melalui tahapan  validasi. Proses validasi dilakukan dengan peningkatan ketekunan penelitian, triangulasi dan diskusi bersama para ahli. Analisis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu analisis model Miles dan Hubarman. Yaitu, penyajian, reduksi dan perumusan kesimpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, bentuk konflik politik dalam novel ini yaitu beredarnya senjata, banyak terjadi peperangan dan penggunaan strategi politik. Kedua: Konflik politik disebabkan karena 2 faktor: faktor pribadi dan faktor golongan. Ketiga: Konflik sosial ini dapat menyebabkan pengaruh, baik yang bersifat positif maupun negatif.

Abstract

Tashrif Ishtilahi learning at Muhammadiyah Senior High School has become monotonous for students. The teacher implemented a "fun learning" strategy supported by a snakes and ladders game as instructional media to address this issue. This study aims to: describe the use of the snakes and ladders media in Tashrif Ishtilahi instruction, and examine classroom learning activities involving this media. This research adopts a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Observations and interviews were conducted to explore the classroom activities utilizing the Snakes and Ladders media, while interviews specifically captured teachers' responses to these learning activities. Documentation was used to gather visual data during the implementation process. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's model, which involves three stages: data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. To ensure data validity, source triangulation was applied. The study yielded two main findings: the snakes and ladders media was designed using Canva, printed on A3 paper, and equipped with four tokens and one die to accommodate group play; and the gameplay resembled that of a conventional snakes and ladders game, with students required to correctly pronounce Tashrif Ishtilahi forms before moving to the next square.

Abstract

The students’ drawbacks in listening skill, at the Ma’had Tajul Alawiyyin, has become a problem that must be solved, as it is a fundamental and significant skill in learning the Arabic language. This study aims to find out whether the implementation of al qasaid as syahirah in the book Maslak Al-Nabil can improve the listening skill or not at the Tajul  Alawiyyin islamic boarding school. This research is important as it is that one of the method that can be used to overcome the students’ weaknesses in identifying the difference between the sounds of the audible letters, the sounds of similar letters, and understanding Arabic vocabulary] As for the research methods, it used the quantitative research method which focuses in finding out the effectiveness of teaching listening skill through the famous al qasaid as syahirah. The data was analyzed by using (t-Test). After the treatment, the researchers concluded that the use of al qasaid as syahirah is effective to improve students’ listening skill from the results obtained within the experimental group in the pre- and post-test which suggested that the mean score is significantly different with the control class. Therefore, the implementation of al qasaid as syahirah gives a significant effect for teaching and learning process of the Arabic listening skill.

Abstract

إن الهدف لغة كل مرتفع مرئي أو الغاية. وأما المراد بالهدف من المنظور التربوي فهو الوصف الموضوعي الدقيق لأشكال التغير المطلوب إحداثها في سلوك الطالب بعد مروره بخبرة تعليمية معينة. يشتق المعلم أهداف التعليم من عدة عناصر مهمة. هي فلسفة التربية وفلسفة المجتمع وطموحاته ومشكلاته وطبيعة نمو المتعلم وخصائصه وحاجاته وميوله واتجاهاته وطبيعة المادة الدراسية وآراء المتخصصين الأكاديميين. يسعى متعلم اللغة إلى تحقيق هذه الأهداف، هي (أ) الكفاية اللغوية: ويقصد بها سيطرة المتعلم على النظام الصوتي للغة العربية تمييزا وإنتاجا، ومرفته بتراكيب اللغةة، وقواعدها الأساسية، نظريا ووظيفيا والإلمام بقدر مناسب من مفردات اللغة للفهم والاستعمال، و(ب) والكفاية الاتصالية:، ويقصد بها قدرة المتعلم على استخدام اللغة بصورة تلقائية، والتعبير بطلاقة عن أفكاره وخبراته، مع تمكنه من استيعاب ما يتلقى من اللغة في يسر وسهولة ج) والكفاية الثقافية: ويقصد بها ما تحمله اللغة العربية من ثقافة تعبر عن أفكار أصحابها وتجاربهم وقيمهم وعاداتهم وآدابهم وفنونهم، وعلى مدرس اللغة العربية تنمية هذه الكفايات الثلاث لدى الطلاب من بداية البرنامج إلى نهايته، وفي جميع المستويات. تنقسم المؤسسات التربوية في إندونيسا إلى قسمين، المؤسسات التي تحققت فيها الأهداف الثلاث كلها والمؤسسات التي تحققت فيها بعض الأهداف.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the difference between Fusha and Amiyah languages in Omar Benhidi's syiir Zajal by using contrastive analysis on two aspects of language, namely phonological and morphological aspects. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The primary sources of data used in the study are three poetries of Omar Benhidi's on his YouTube channel entitled as-Shahaab, as-Siiruur and Baaridul Kattaf. The data collection techniques were listening technique, proficient involvement, and note-taking technique. The data analysis technique adopted the Miles & Huberman model which consists of reduction, display, and conclusion. The results of this research are: 1) From the morphonological aspect, the word comparison from Darijah Maghribiyah to Fusha include the differences in 21 words. Those are in the form of combining Dhamir Mutakallim Wahdah with Dhomir Mutakallim Ma’al Ghair, then summarizing Shigat Isim Maushul, Naht, replacing Dhamir Ha with Wawu letter, adding of Kaf letters at the beginning of Fi'il Mudhari', and Isim Mudzakkar which applies on Muannats. 2) From the phonological aspect, the results cover the differences in 30 words; namely in the form of a sound change, shortened sound, and the Ibdal. Abstract

The learning of maharah kalam (Arabic speaking skills) at Khairunnas Islamic Senior High School, Surabaya, encountered several non-linguistic obstacles that hindered students’ speaking proficiency. This study aimed to identify and analyze these barriers and propose relevant pedagogical solutions. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, involving one teacher and eight twelfth-grade Science students as participants. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, and analyzed through data reduction, data display, and verification using source triangulation. The findings revealed three categories of non-linguistic barriers: (1) psychological factors, such as low motivation and self-confidence; (2) pedagogical factors, including monotonous teaching methods and limited speaking practice; and (3) socio-academic factors, particularly the lack of a school environment that supports the active use of Arabic. The study concludes that implementing communicative teaching methods and fostering a supportive language environment are essential to improving students’ Arabic speaking skills.
