Abstract

The study's main goal is to thoroughly investigate how the Takalar Sugar Factory impacts the creation of business opportunities within the community, as well as to assess the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from the community's perspective. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, gathering data through observation, interviews, and documentation of a research object. The data will then be analyzed by conducting conclusive interviews with both the community and the factory's workforce, drawing conclusions based on past and present conditions. The findings from the research on the community and the factory's workforce reveal that opening grocery and culinary stalls presents the most promising opportunity to boost community income. This is especially beneficial for workers, as evidenced by the implementation of CSR programs. However, some individuals are unaware of these programs due to insufficient company outreach regarding CSR initiatives and potential business opportunities. The sugar cane crop produced by the factory has a daily milling production target, requiring extensive networks for quick consumer marketing. This presents an opportunity for the community to participate in sugar distribution to consumers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the feasibility of opening a new branch at the My Chicken restaurant on Jalan Poros Tanjung Bira, Bulukumba district. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The collected data is processed using data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of this research show that, based on the marketing aspect, the My Chicken restaurant is worthy of development, but must continue to carry out evaluations to continue developing new strategies in new locations. From a technical aspect, it is feasible to carry out, however there needs to be improvements in the technology and machines used in the My Chicken restaurant production process. From socio-economic and environmental aspects, it is feasible because it can provide positive benefits and the My Chicken restaurant will manage and be responsible for the waste produced

Abstract

This research aims to understand how to improve the number of visitors to the Ujung Suso beach tourist destination after implementing digital marketing. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation techniques as well as using Voice of Customer (VOC) analysis. The data collected is processed by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it shows that the implementation of digital marketing via social media Facebook and Instagram from February to March succeeded in increasing the number of visits to Ujung Suso beach tourism. This is proven by the increase in the number of visitors during the research period compared to the period before the implementation of digital marketing. So it can be said that digital marketing through social media is an effective strategy to increase tourist visits to Ujung Suso beach.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the development of creativity and business innovation in furniture making using the SCAMPER technique in Manongkoki Village, enabling furniture entrepreneurs to enhance their creativity and innovation in business development. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive research, with data collection methods including observation, interviews, and documentation of the research subjects. The development of creativity and business innovation in furniture making using the SCAMPER technique is highly effective for furniture entrepreneurs as it helps generate new creative ideas and introduce innovations that can enhance product value and meet the evolving market demands. Additionally, the SCAMPER technique can be applied in various fields since each element of SCAMPER is not limited to a specific aspect, making it versatile for use in any area.

Abstrak. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah Ibu-ibu Rumah Tangga di Kecamatan Mare Kabupaten Bone. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah: (1) Kurangnya pemahaman dalam pengolahan ikan bandeng; dan 2) Kurangnya akses pasar. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha peserta didik di SMK Negeri 4 Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu, observasi dan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatfi diolah menggunakan software SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha peserta didik di SMK Negeri 4 Makassar. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran, Kewirausahaan, Motivasi, Berwirausaha

Abstract

This study aims to explore students' perceptions of the Business Incubator at Makassar Tourism Polytechnic in increasing entrepreneurial interest. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that most students are aware of the incubator, but their understanding varies. Students actively involved in the program benefit from training, mentoring, and business networking, which foster their entrepreneurial interest. However, challenges such as lack of information, limited time, and fear of failure remain. The business incubator is considered important in shaping students' interest and readiness for entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of digital technology in the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Tidung, Makassar. In today's digital era, the adoption of digital technologies such as online marketing, e-commerce, and social media has become a crucial factor in driving the growth of SMEs, improving operational efficiency, expanding market reach, and fostering product and service innovation. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach to deeply understand the utilization of digital technology by SMEs in Tidung, focusing on the benefits gained and the challenges faced in the digitalization process. The findings reveal that although SMEs in Tidung experience significant benefits from adopting digital technologies, such as increased market visibility and operational efficiency, challenges such as limited resources, infrastructure, and low digital literacy remain major obstacles. Therefore, enhancing digital literacy and improving infrastructure support are necessary to accelerate digitalization among SMEs. This study is expected to provide valuable insights for policymakers and SME practitioners to optimize the use of digital technology to achieve sustainable growth and enhance their contribution to the local and national economy.

Abstract

The problems experienced by partners are as follows: (1) Students do not have good knowledge of the basic concepts of digital marketing, (2) Students do not have the knowledge and technical skills to identify digital-based marketing elements well, (3) Students do not yet have the knowledge and skills to create attractive copywriting, and (4) Students do not yet have the knowledge and skills to use Google My Business in promoting/advertising products. This community service program will be implemented from February 2024 to October 2024, starting from the preparation stage, namely observing and collaborating with partners, preparing PKM proposals, implementing training, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting. The number of training participants includes student representatives or student organization administrators at SMA Negeri 11 Sidenreng Rappang. The methods used are lectures, discussions, questions and answers, practice and mentoring. Procedures for carrying out activities are pre-test and post-test, presentation of material, practice and mentoring. To measure the level of success of this activity program, it is carried out by measuring; (1) the level of Partner participation, (2) the level of activity of the training participants, and (2) the level of knowledge and skills of the training participants. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the service implementation are (1) Students have good knowledge of the basic concepts of digital marketing, (2) Students have knowledge and technical skills to identify digital-based marketing elements well, (3) Students have knowledge and skills in making copywriting. interesting, and (4) Students have the knowledge and skills to use Google My Business in promoting/advertising products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi pengembangan usaha untuk meningkatkan penjualan parfum berbasis online pada usaha mikro Aeternum Parfum. Latar belakang penelitian berangkat dari meningkatnya persaingan industri parfum di Indonesia serta belum optimalnya penjualan Aeternum, meskipun telah memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai saluran utama pemasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pemilik usaha dan konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Aeternum memiliki kekuatan pada kualitas produk, harga yang terjangkau, serta pemanfaatan media digital. Namun, kelemahan usaha terlihat pada keterbatasan modal,  dan kurang konsistennya strategi promosi. Analisis SWOT mengidentifikasi peluang dari tren belanja online yang meningkat, tumbuhnya platform seperti Shopee Live dan TikTok Shop, serta minat konsumen terhadap produk lokal. Di sisi lain, ancaman datang dari ketatnya persaingan, perubahan preferensi konsumen, dan fluktuasi pasar. Strategi yang diusulkan meliputi peningkatan promosi digital, diversifikasi produk, optimalisasi layanan pelanggan, serta penguatan brand image melalui kolaborasi dengan influencer. Kesimpulan penelitian menyatakan bahwa strategi digital marketing yang konsisten dan tepat sasaran dapat meningkatkan daya saing, memperluas jangkauan pasar, serta mendukung keberlanjutan usaha mikro di era digital.
