Abstract

This study aims to improve the motivation to learn the Al-Qur'an Surah At-Tin in grade V students of SD Negeri 091601 Dolok Merangir through the application of the Cooperative Learning learning model. This model is considered capable of creating an interactive and collaborative learning environment, so that students can learn more enthusiastically and meaningfully. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle includes the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study showed that the application of Cooperative Learning had a positive impact on students' learning motivation. In the first cycle, although there were several obstacles such as students' lack of initial understanding of group assignments, the results of observations showed an increase in student participation in group discussions. The second cycle succeeded in overcoming these obstacles by providing more detailed guidance to students, so that they were more confident and actively involved in learning. The increase in students' learning motivation can be seen from several indicators, including increased student activity in asking questions, discussing, and completing assignments in groups. In addition, students showed a more positive attitude towards learning the Al-Qur'an Surah At-Tin, marked by their increased attendance and interest in participating in the learning process. This study also found that Cooperative Learning provides space for students to help each other and work together, so that they can understand the material better. This approach helps students feel valued and more confident in expressing their opinions. The collaborative process that is established increases students' sense of responsibility for learning and supports the development of their social skills. Data analysis from the learning motivation questionnaire showed a significant increase between the first and second cycles. The average value of student motivation in the first cycle reached 65%, while in the second cycle it increased to 85%. This shows that the Cooperative Learning model effectively encourages student involvement in learning the Al-Qur'an Surat At-Tin. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the Cooperative Learning model can significantly increase student learning motivation. In addition, this model can be an effective alternative in creating an active, interactive, and enjoyable learning process. Therefore, teachers are advised to consider using Cooperative Learning in learning, especially for subjects that require in-depth understanding such as the Al-Qur'an Surat At-Tin

Abstract

SIMEKA adalah perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk mentransformasi sistem manajemen kepegawaian secara digital, mempermudah pengelolaan dan pengendalian, serta memotivasi peningkatan produktivitas kinerja ASN di Pemerintah Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat. Permasalahan pada aplikasi ini yaitu mengalami beberapa kendala seperti error pada absensi fingerprint, titik lokasi yang tidak akurat, sering mengalami bug, dan kesulitan login. Hal tersebut membuat penulis perlu melakukan analisis untuk mengetahui kepuasan pengguna pada aplikasi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini berfokus pada kepuasan pengguna aplikasi SIMEKA menggunakan metode DeLone and McLean yang terdiri dari tiga variabel bebas (independen) yaitu Kualitas Sistem (System Quality), Kualitas Informasi (Information Quality), dan Kualitas Layanan (Service Quality) dan satu variabel terikat (dependen) yaitu Kepuasan Pengguna (User Satisfaction). Data diambil dengan menyebarkan kusioner dan mendapatkan sebanyak 182 orang yang merupakan pengguna dari aplikasi SIMEKA. Pengelolaan data penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS (Smart Partial Least Square) 4. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji yang dilakukan terhadap variabel memiliki nilai yang signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna pada aplikasi SIMEKA, dengan indikator yang mempengaruhi yaitu System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, User Satisfaction sehingga pengguna puas terhadap aplikasi SIMEKA

Abstract

This development research has the aim of developing IPAS teaching materials based on the Gocar Model to be feasible and in accordance with the needs of students. The Gocar model is used because it contains activities that involve students, both in terms of activeness and problem-solving challenges. The development model uses ADDIE, the analysis stage includes analyzing the curriculum, needs and characteristics of students, using interviews, observations and questionnaires. The design stage presents a structured and attractive teaching material design according to student needs, including activities interactively, contextually and according to the learning style of students. The results of the validation of material, language and media experts show in the valid group (Aiken's average of 0.82.). The results of implementation were limited to class IV SD N KlagenSerut while the response of teachers and students was very good, seen from the learning outcomes of 77% above KKM. And the evaluation results state that Gocar-based IPAS teaching materials are effectively used in learning.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in science learning, especially in the material My Indonesia is Rich in Culture. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN Munggut 03 in the material My Indonesia is Rich in Culture by using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model assisted by Cultural Map Media. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method and the research subjects are fourth grade students of SDN Munggut 03. This research was conducted in two cycles. Based on data analysis techniques through observation, tests and documentation obtained from the results of the second cycle of research, it has shown that there is an increase in science learning outcomes with a percentage of completion of 93.33%. This shows that the application of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Cultural Map media can improve science learning outcomes in fourth grade students.

Abstract

Rare earth elements (REE) in Indonesia have great potency, mainly from monazite mineral. Monazite is a combination of REE-U/Th-phosphate elements which is associated with tin deposit and radioactive elements. Through BATAN incorporated program, monazite mineral is processed to become more economically valuable materials. Lanthanum (La) is a metal element, part of REE group, which has excellent properties for pigment and electromagnetic absorber. The purpose of this study is to obtain information related to the effect of calcination in high temperature on the product of monazite’s REE hydroxide (RE(OH)3) processing pilot plant, specific on La2(C4O4)3 for Certified Reference Material (CRM) La­2O3 making. The weighed material is calcined on combustion boat by using a furnace at heating temperature of 1,000 OC and 1,300 OC. Thermal decomposition is analyzed by using Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Material phase formation is analyzed by using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) method. XRD analysis shows the material in final phase has been transform to 28.76 % La2O3 and 71.24 % La(OH)3.
