Abstract

The high rate of population growth in big cities which is not matched by an increase in welfare, results in higher social inequality that occurs in the social environment. As the population density increases and is not followed by an increase in per capita income, the community bears a heavy burden in meeting their basic needs. There are children who come from underprivileged families so they do not get their right to education. This is what happened in the slum area where families mostly work as scavengers in the Pondok Ranji area, Bintaro, South Tangerang. This community service activity program for street children consisted of simple English for children, making various creative creations, and watching the Folklore film together, which was attended by 25 children ranging in age from 3 to 13 years at the Save Street Child Foundation, Pondok Ranji, South Tangerang. By increasing the capacity and basic knowledge provided, it is hoped that it will increase curiosity to continue to improve knowledge and skills and increase enthusiasm for children to go to school.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 masuk ke Indonesia sekitar awal bulan Maret 2020. Kondisi ini memaksa pemerintah melakukan lockdown di beberapa wilayah Indonesia dan berakibat terpuruknya perekonomian Indonesia. Sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia terkena dampak pandemic covid-19 ini karena dalam 3 bulan usaha mereka harus tutup. Melihat kondisi ini, banyak orang yang tergerak untuk memberikan donasi kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan. Masyarakat mempercayakan pihak masjid untuk mendistribusikan donasi masyakat secara tepat guna. Banyaknya donasi yang diberikan oleh masyarakat membuat pihak Masjid Jami Al-Ikhwan kesulitan untuk mendata jumlah donasi yang sudah terkumpul. Mereka juga menyadari pendistribusian membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena semua data hanya disimpan dalam buku besar. Pihak Masjid Jami Al-Ikhwan menyampaikan kesulitan ini dan bertanya apakah bisa dibantu untuk membuatkan program aplikasi agar pendataan dan distribusi donasi ke masyarakat yang membutuhkan lebih cepat dan tepat guna. Program aplikasi yang diharapkan Masjid Jami Al-Ikhwan dapat dibuat online berbasis web. Sistem informasi online ini diberikan sebagai wujud kepedulian agar semakin banyak penerima donasi merasakan manfaatnya. Sistem informasi online ini diberikan dengan tujuan agar pihak Masjid Jami Al-Ikhwan dapat meningkatkan kualitas diri dan kualitas akses informasi secara online sehingga donasi dapat tercatat dengan baik dan dapat di distribusikan ke masyarakat yang membutuhkan secara tepat guna. Pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada admin penerima donasi dilakukan secara bertahap dan sesegara mungkin.

Abstract

LibreOffice is a FOSS (Free Open Source Software) office application which is a project of The Document Foundation (TDF) organization. LibreOffice is used to create text documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and so on. LibreOffice is a solution for using an alternative use of Microsoft Office office applications with a paid license. LibreOffice uses the Mozilla Public License (MPL) version 2.0. Domestic Primary Schools in the use of ICT for teaching and learning activities have started pioneering migration using the Linux operating system and the FOSS application in 2015. Starting in the 2016/2017 academic year, it is planned to fully implement it. use of Linux for teachers, administrative staff and students. To support this, the school is doing various things to improve the competence of teachers in the use of ICT, especially the LibreOffice office application. Based on this, "Training on the Use of LibreOffice for Tanah Tingal Elementary School teachers to improve teacher competence in the use of ICT in teaching and learning activities at Tanah Tingal School" as a form of Community Service Program (PPM) which is one one tridharma from college. This training can be a useful contribution to improving the abilities of teachers in particular and students in the end.

Abstract

Street children are the nation's future assets. Ironically, the street children are neglected. The Save Street Child Foundation, one of the shelters that became “Our School” in Pondok Ranji, Tangerang, is a place that street children rely on. However, the existence of this Foundation is still limited and has not been able to fully meet the needs of children. The problems faced by street children are lack of motivation to learn, lack of awareness of parents about the importance of children's education, environmental factors of children that are not conducive to child development. This Community Service activity is aimed at street children at the Save Street Child Foundation. This service aims to increase the creativity of the Save Street Child Foundation street children during the Covid-19 Pandemic through online media. The stages of service include: determining the location, interview/discussion with the principal and teacher of the Save Street Child Foundation, conducting field observations, problem analysis, preparation, implementation and evaluation. The types of creativity activities carried out include: socialization of health protocols, education on watching films, education on coloring competitions, planting tree seeds, education in English, Origami Creativity, Handicrafts from Flannel. Some of the information from this activity was taken, learned from the online media Youtube to street children. When education is carried out, street children enjoy learning methods taken from the online media Youtube.

Abstract

Salah satu penilaian kinerja karyawan bagi Perusahaan adalah melalui presensi. Saat ini, berbagai alat presensi menjamur, salah satunya adalah fitur presensi dengan menggunakan pengenalan wajah. Namun, terdapat kelemahan pada alat presensi berbasis wajah, yaitu proses validasi pengenalan wajah yang kurang akurat sehingga menyebabkan hasil presensi yang tidak valid. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah model presensi berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang diharapkan dapat mengurangi tingkat kesalahan pendeteksian. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sensor berbasis RFID. Setiap model wajah karyawan dikorelasikan dengan RFID dan dapat digunakan sebagai presensi setiap karyawan. Selain itu, untuk menangani penyebaran virus COVID-19, ditambahkan juga sensor suhu sehingga karyawan yang memiliki suhu tubuh di atas 37,5 C tidak dapat melakukan presensi. Selain itu, notifikasi kehadiran akan dikirimkan ke perangkat Android karyawan. Parameter yang digunakan dalam pengujian adalah keberhasilan presensi menggunakan RFID dan face recognition dengan waktu pemrosesan kurang dari 2,5 detik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik, dengan persentase keberhasilan transaksi mencapai 90%.

Abstract

Software testing is an essential stage to ensure application quality before deployment. Manual testing practices by Quality Assurance (QA) teams often face challenges, such as scattered test results and bug reports across multiple media, making them difficult to trace and prone to miscommunication. This study designs FlowTrackr, a web-based integrated application for centralized test case management and bug reporting. The development followed the Waterfall methodology, covering requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Functional testing across 10 scenarios confirmed that all features operated according to specifications, while User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving 5 QA testers demonstrated that the system was easy to use and more efficient than manual methods. Compared with tools such as Jira, TestRail, and Bugzilla, which tend to be more complex, FlowTrackr offers a lightweight, practical solution for small teams. Therefore, FlowTrackr can serve as an alternative to support manual QA processes, making them more structured and well-documented.

Abstract

The reliability of Internet Service Provider (ISP) networks increasingly depends on the routing protocols employed to manage traffic across distributed infrastructure. This study investigates and compares the operational performance of three widely adopted dynamic routing protocols — Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Open Shortest Path First (OSPF), and Routing Information Protocol (RIP) — deployed across the Metro Ethernet network of PT Kreatif Data Prima Nusantara, a regional ISP located in Kedaton, Bandar Lampung, Indonesia. The existing network architecture relies on a combined deployment of static routing and OSPF distributed across four Points of Presence (POP): QNN, Tamin, Labuhan Dalam, and INQI. This hybrid configuration has repeatedly produced prolonged convergence delays, operational complexity in fault isolation, and constrained scalability. A simulation-based experimental methodology was adopted, replicating the physical network topology using MikroTik RouterOS-based Cloud Core Routers (CCR). Key performance indicators evaluated include convergence time, CPU utilization, bandwidth overhead, and overall network availability. Experimental outcomes clearly show BGP's superior performance: an average convergence time of 18.36 seconds — substantially faster than RIP's 28.34 seconds and more resource-efficient across all measured dimensions, despite OSPF's faster raw reconvergence at 3.21 seconds; CPU utilization of only 11% compared to 19% for OSPF and 38% for RIP; and bandwidth overhead of 1.9 Kbps versus 9.2 Kbps for OSPF and 26.8 Kbps for RIP. BGP also recorded the highest network availability at 99.98%. The simulation topology encompasses four POPs — a relatively small-scale environment — and results should be read within that scope. These findings support the recommendation that PT Kreatif Data Prima Nusantara adopt a full BGP deployment as its primary routing strategy to improve long-term operational efficiency, network manageability, and service reliability.

Abstract

Social engineering attacks are one of the most prevalent cyberattack methods in Indonesia, with more than 30,000 phishing cases recorded in 2024 and nearly 97% of businesses becoming targets. This condition poses significant risks to information security, making early detection critically important. This study aims to detect social engineering attacks at an early stage in Indonesia by utilizing the National Institute of Standards and Technology Cybersecurity Framework (NIST CSF), particularly the Detect and Protect functions. The research method is conducted through an analysis of current attack patterns based on data from the business sector and micro, small, and medium enterprises. The results show that the implementation of the NIST CSF can help organizations detect attacks through AI-based SIEM technologies and enhance user awareness through training and attack simulations. The implementation of this research emphasizes the importance of using standardized frameworks in addressing continuously evolving cyber threats and provides recommendations for organizations, especially micro, small, and medium enterprises, to improve their cyber resilience.
