Abstract

ABSTRAK Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki ketahanan yang tinggi terhadap krisis global dan menjadi penggerak perekonomian negara di era revolusi 4.0 karena fleksibilitas UMKM dalam memenuhi permintaan pasar. Namun demikian, masih banyak UMKM yang belum mampu menyusun laporan keuangan. Pelaku UMKM kesulitan menghitung besarnya keuntungan setiap harinya dan sering melakukan kesalahan dalam menyusun laporan keuangannya sendiri. Kehadiran sistem informasi akuntansi (SIA) menjadi sarana bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam menyusun laporan keuangan sehingga dapat menghasilkan laporan keuangan dengan cepat dan tepat. UKM klaster makanan kemasan yang terletak di Kelurahan Karang Tengah, Kota Tangerang, masih menjalankan usahanya secara tradisional, dan kini mulai menyadari pentingnya laporan keuangan dalam upaya memajukan usahanya. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk: 1) meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai laporan keuangan dan kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan. 2) meningkatkan kemampuan penyusunan laporan keuangan dengan menggunakan sistem informasi akuntansi, dalam hal ini menggunakan Lamikro, aplikasi yang dibuat oleh Kementerian Koperasi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini sangat sederhana. Metode ini terdiri dari problem, pendekatan dan hasil. Problem berisi penjelasan singkat tentang masalah yang ada. Pendekatan tersebut berisi pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian masyarakat. Hasilnya, UMKM lebih mudah dalam menyusun laporan keuangan. Mereka senang dan bersyukur karena aplikasi online ini sangat membantu mengetahui manfaatnya setiap hari. Aplikasi online sangat memudahkan pekerjaan mereka. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan 84% peserta memahami semua materi yang disajikan. Kata Kunci : UMKM, smartphone, LamikroABSTRACTMicro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have high resilience to the global crisis and have become the driving force for the country's economy in the era of revolution 4.0 cause of the flexibility of MSMEs in meeting market demand. MSMEs have difficulty calculating the amount of profit they get every day and often make mistakes in compiling their own financial reports. The presence of an accounting information system (SIA) is a means for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in preparing financial reports so that they can produce financial reports quickly and accurately. The packaged food cluster UKM located in Karang Tengah Village, Tangerang City, is still running its business traditionally, and is now starting to realize the importance of financial reporting in an effort to advance its business. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to: 1) increase understanding of financial reports and the ability to prepare financial reports. 2) increase the ability to prepare financial reports using an accounting information system, in this case using Lamikro, an application made by the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives. The method of implementing this community service activity is very simple. This method consists of problems, approaches and results. The questions contain a brief description of the problem at hand. This approach includes training, mentoring and evaluation of activities carried out in community service. As a result, it is easier for MSMEs to prepare financial reports. They are happy and grateful because this online application is very helpful in knowing its benefits every day. Online applications greatly facilitate their work. The evaluation results showed that 84% of participants understood of all the material presented.Keywords: MSMEs, smartphone, Lamikro

Abstract

Dokumen perusahaan harus dijaga keamanannya dari pihak yang tidak berhak untuk mengaksesnya, terutama informasi yang bersifat rahasia. Ini terjadi karena banyak penyadapan, pencurian data ataupun perusakan data oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Untuk mengatasi masalah itu, maka dibuatlah pengamanan data menggunakan kriptografi algoritma Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA) dan steganografi metode End Of File (EOF) pada media video. Dengan kriptografi nantinya akan mengubah isi file data asli menjadi isi file yang tidak dapat dibaca oleh orang lain, dan melalui steganografi file tersebut akan disisipkan ke dalam media video yang nantinya akan membuat file menjadi lebih aman dan tidak terdeteksi oleh orang lain dan nantinya dapat mengembalikan  file data asli secara utuh tanpa mengalami perubahan di dalam isi file. Aplikasi ini dibuat untuk Badan Pertanahan Nasional menggunakan dokumen pesan berupa file (*xlsx, *.xls) dan media penampung data berupa video (.3gp). Aplikasi ini dapat membuat data menjadi lebih aman dalam berkirim pesan informasi karena dokumen rahasia tidak terdeteksi secara penglihatan manusia dan tidak menarik perhatian pihak lain. Kriptografi RSA cukup baik  karena menggunakan pemfaktoran bilangan yang besar menjadi faktor-faktor prima sehingga pihak yang tidak berhak tidak mudah men-decode jika tidak memiliki kuncinya. Steganografi EOF dipilih karena dapat menyisipkan file yang ukuran datanya lebih besar dari ukuran video. Dari 20 data pengujian diperoleh waktu proses rata-rata 21.45 detik. Kata Kunci : Kriptografi, Rivest Shamir Adleman, Steganografi, End Of File, 3gp

Abstract

FTI-UBL developed as a faculty-based learning by studying both the market and ICT in the world. The problem that arises is it necessary FTI-UBL become a learning organization and building a learning organization criteria in its application, so that standards can be built, if the learning organization is formed in the FTI-UBL. As individual faculty and staff, then they should be encourage to do what is in demand now is learning and learning will occur through practice, such as inclusion as a member of the ICT community or discussion with experts abroad through the internet. Result of discussion and learning should be shared with other lecturers. So it came to pass in the FTI-UBL a mechanism called knowledge sharing. All of that must also be documented, so that in case of regeneration of the lecturer or FTI-UBL structural changes can be tracked what happens in the FTI-UBL, so that the knowledge of every lecturer or experts on the FTI may be knowledge of the FTI-UBL as an institution. Knowledge simultaneously a high sophistication (both tacit and explicit) and spread on the hands and minds of many people who are not easily produced or captured from within the institution. Abstract

KPJ Medika Hospital BSD is a private general hospital in Bumi Serpong Damai South Tangerang. At KPJ Medika Hospital BSD each computer are connected in a local network, and local networks that exist in the hospital connected to the internet, which means is connected to the WAN (Wide Area Network). The problem that arises is when there are parties who are able to break into the security of the local network and steal important data that exist on each computer. With this condition, the hospital needed a solution related to data security issues. Therefore, this paper aims to provide a solution to secure data on hospital KPJ Medika BSD. Encryption and steganography is a solution of data security. Encryption is a data security with encryption methods to the data itself. The result of this encryption will be compressed before stegangrafi process. Steganography is the insertion of data into other media such as pictures, videos, and music. But in this study, the data is only inserted into the picture. Initially the data will be encrypted using RSA. Then data result of encryption will be compressed using LZW. Then inserted into the image using the EOF. The result is data on marketing division will be stored and safely obscured by the media images, only those who are entitled only to read the data on marketing division. Thus the important data on the marketing division at the hospital KPJ Medika BSD is more secure because the data has been encrypted by RSA cryptography, compressed by LZW and obscured by steganography EOF.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemic Covid-19 masyarakat banyak beraktivitas di rumah dan banyak mengembangkan hobby yang mempunyai nilai jual tinggi. Kegiatan di masa pandemic covid-19 tidak dipungkiri semakin banyak dan memberi kesibukan tersendiri bagi beberapa kalangan. Berbagai aktivitas yang makin beragam seringkali pemberian makan ikan hias menjadi terlupakan dan tidak terkontrol sehingga banyak ikan yang mati. Pada penelitian ini diusulkan untuk merancang arsitektur remote sistem pemberi pakan ikan berbasis mikrokontroller Wemos D1 dan ESP32Cam yang terintegrasi dengan aplikasi telegram. Berbeda penelitian dengan sebelumnya, penelitian ini menggunakan Arduino Uno Wemos D1 dan ESP32Cam berbasis Internet of Things. Keunggulannya dapat memberi pakan ikan dari jarak jauh yang dikontrol menggunakan aplikasi telegram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D). Alasan pemilihan metode R&D karena metode ini dapat digunakan untuk menghasilkan dan menguji keefektifan produk tertentu, mengembangkan suatu produk baru, atau menyempurnakan produk yang telah ada, serta terdapat langkah-langkah atau algoritma proses rinci. Respon kecepatan pengiriman notifikasi oleh kecepatan suatu jaringan, jika jaringan tersebut sangatlah cepat maka hanya membutuhkan waktu sekitar 1 detik untuk pengiriman notifikasi tersebut.

Abstract

Wacana kenaikan harga tiket Candi Borobudur ramai diperbincangkan di media sosial. Banyak pendapat yang setuju dengan hal ini, dan tidak sedikit pula yang menolaknya. Analisis sentimen mengungkapkan pernyataan publik tentang isu-isu yang sedang berlangsung di komunitas tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis sentimen masyarakat terhadap wacana kenaikan harga tiket Candi Borobudur menggunakan metode Multinomial Naïve Bayes. Alasan dipilihnya Multinomial Naïve Bayes karena algoritma ini merupakan salah satu algoritma machine learning yang paling populer digunakan untuk memproses klasifikasi teks. Selain itu, prosesnya sederhana, efisien, dan berkinerja baik. Sumber dataset penelitian ini berasal dari media sosial Twitter. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah menganalisis sentimen masyarakat terhadap wacana kenaikan harga tiket Candi Borobudur menggunakan metode Multinomial Naïve Bayes dengan dua skenario. Pertama, kelas dibagi menjadi dua kategori: positif dan negatif. Kedua, kelas dibagi menjadi tiga kategori: positif, netral, dan negatif. Kategori netral diberikan untuk data yang tidak termasuk positif atau negatif. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai akurasi untuk kelas dua kategori lebih tinggi dari 3. Hasil akurasi, presisi, dan recall untuk kelas dua kategori adalah 81%, 76%, dan 84%, sedangkan untuk kelas dengan tiga kategori yaitu 57% , 58%, dan 57%.

Abstract

Facial recognition has become a growing topic among Computer Vision researchers because it can solve real-life problems, including during the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic is why the Indonesian government has imposed social restrictions and physical contact in public places. Before the pandemic, most touch-based attendance systems used fingerprints or Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) cards. The solution proposed in this study is to identify real-time facial recognition of the Civil Service presence system using a Deep Neural Network. The goal is to minimize physical contact. The research stages include data collection, augmentation and preprocessing, CNN modeling and training, model evaluation, converting to OpenCV DNN, implementation of transfer learning, and identification of test data. This research contributes to testing variations in distance and position so it can recognize a person's face even when wearing a mask and glasses. This DNN model produces a validation accuracy value of 99.48% and a validation loss of 0.0273 with a data training process of 10 times. Tests for variations in distance, position, use of masks, and glasses on MTCNN detection provide an average accuracy for each trial of 100%, 96%, and 100%, respectively. Therefore, the average accuracy of the Haar Cascades detection test is 100%, 85%, and 100%.

Abstract

The booster vaccine polemic became a trending topic on Twitter and reaped many pros and cons. This booster vaccine began to be distributed on January 12, 2022. This booster vaccine program was implemented free of charge for the people of Indonesia to prevent the new variant of Covid-19, Omicron. The contribution of this study is to analyze the sentiment of booster vaccines to prevent covid-19 using the Naïve Bayes and TF-IDF methods. We conducted sentiment analysis to determine whether the tweet was positive, negative, or neutral. The solution used is the Naïve Bayes method and TF-IDF. The role of TF-IDF is to determine how relevant the data in the document is by utilizing word weighting. The stages of this research using CRISP-DM include Business Understanding, Data Understanding, Data Preparation, Modelling, Evaluation, and Deployment. The net data results show 1,557 data with a positive sentiment of 1,335, a neutral sentiment of 171 data, and a negative sentiment of 51 data. The test results with 60:40 data sharing obtained accuracy, precision, and recall values of 85.26%, 85%, and 100%. The results of this test have increased by 7.26%, 12%, and 20% from other previous studies with the same data distribution.

Abstract

One factor in the durability of a contractor company is its sub-contractor. The management of sub-contractors for companies engaged in construction services is one aspect of the company's durability to be able to complete the project that the selection is doing manually by viewing one single file That is sent by the company who wants to be a sub-contactor, it is of course besides very troublesome also inefficient and time consuming quite a while. In determining the winner of the Procurement Committee is still having difficulty to determine the standard of the company that will become a sub-contractor, not to mention the assessment is subjective so that the elected candidate is not the best candidate. The methods used in this research use Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for weighting of criteria and for calculation of value using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) of the results of the research obtained from the SAW method used Obtained by the best sub-contractor of PT. 4Cipta with a total of 0.962 from 5 alternatives listed

Abstract

The government has established a development program for the development of Information and Communication Technology with the term e-government. The implementation of e-government in government governance and public services certainly requires the use of information and communication technology (ICT) along with reliable human resources to manage it. There is still a reasonably high gap between the EBGS maturity level of the central agency and the index, and the local government is a challenge for the Meranti Islands Regency. To realize its vision and mission, the Meranti Islands Regency has made various efforts for transparency, accountability, good governance, and efficiency of government administration supported through ICT. The purpose of this research is the mapping of ICT utilization data in Meranti Islands Regency and the results of the identification of the obstacles that occur using GAP Analysis. GAP analysis uses Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and SWOT analysis for its analysis. The GAP analysis results show that based on the SWOT analysis, 18 strengths, 19 weaknesses, 12 opportunities, and 12 thread ats in the application of ICT are obtained, which are divided into 6 components. Based on the Root Cause Analysis, it was found that the main problem was caused by the low capacity of human resources in the application of ICT, as well as insufficient hardware/software requirements. For the study results study, it can be concluded that a SWOT analysis equipped with Root Cause Analysis can be used for strategic planning for implementing EBGS in the next fiveyears.
