Abstract

The development of technology science today is characterized by the emergence of tools that use the application of digital and automatic controllers. Technology becomes a very useful thing for human life, starting from mechanical technology, electricity, and of course telecommunication technology. In this era of globalization, technology is very helpful for human activities to make it easier and more efficient. The use of website technology can now be applied as a control and monitoring system, which is used to control electrical devices, so users simply control from a PC or smartphone that has been connected to Wi-Fi or the Internet. In this case the control using Raspberry Pi which has several advantages such as low power and relatively easy when connected to the web server compared with the microcontroller. By utilizing Raspberry Pi as web server can replace the function of PC in general.

Abstract

Lagging villages are areas that are generally located in districts that are relatively underdeveloped and have relatively underdeveloped populations compared to other regions on a national scale. Batin III Ulu District Bungo has 9 (nine) villages which have promising space potential including abundant forest resources, natural tourism, agricultural land and plantations. Village development has not yet had an optimal impact and there are still disadvantaged families in each village in Bathin III Ulu Subdistrict. Development of application mapping of disadvantaged villages and underprivileged families in Bathin III Ulu Subdistrict, Bungo District, Jambi Province is a qualitative research that aims to support the government in accelerating the implementation of services for underdeveloped villages and underprivileged families. Automated learning stage to determine mapping of disadvantaged villages and underprivileged families through the application of Artificial Neural Network (ANN) as an adaptive system to model complex relationships between input and output to find patterns in the data and collaboration with Leaflet.Js as a library used for making thematic spatial maps that can emphasize priority objects to be addressed immediately. The application is built on a web-based basis so that users can easily access it anywhere and anytime as a reference in determining future development policies.

Abstract

Promotion through the installation of Material Promos (MATPRO) is an effective marketing strategy. Because it can show how to communicate with potential customers to motivate them to understand and respond to what is in the programming with the goal of increasing sales. PT Indosat, Tbk Sales Area Jambi is a leading telecommunications company. In this case, promotion is needed so that the public can find out what products are currently available, especially in outlets. The process of monitoring visibility of MATPRO in outlets at PT Indosat, Tbk by the Marketing Communications division still uses Ms. Excel so the report cannot show real time to management. Besides that, human error factors can also occur because they have not been properly systemized. So, to solve the problem we make an Information System of Monitoring Promo Material (MATPRO) visibility in outlets PT Indosat, Tbk Sales Area Jambi Web based. This Information system can show the real time report and minimizes the human error. So that it can help PT Indosat, Tbk in monitoring the visibility of MATPRO in outlets effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

PDAM or Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Mayang is one of the regional owned business units engaged in the distribution of clean water for the general public in Jambi City. In terms of service, there are some parts that are still done manually and are less effective, for example in the case of new pairs registration and complaints that are still done manually, the customer must come to the PDAM Tirta Mayang office, which of course takes a lot of time and energy, also limited only when office open. Therefore we need a mobile application that can access all customer services online in order to provide optimal service. This service application will be designed consisting of mobile applications made using Android Studio and web admin using PHP. By entering data input, in the form of customer data, billing data, complaint data. while the output produced is in the form of customer account reports, complaint reports, and complaint recap reports. The design of this website is done in full so that it can cover all needs. The expected results of this research are the Android Service Application of PDAM Tirta Mayang, Jambi City which is able to provide information quickly, and provide the best service.

Abstract

CV. Jambi Global Printing is a business engaged in printing or Advertising. The company gets problems that often arise due to promotions and information submitted using brochures and invitation bookings are still manual. Manually here means the invitation order is still manual and consumers can only order invitations directly to the printing site, of course this will complicate the development of this printing press. What is a weakness is that the company has difficulty in delivering information about products that are marketed, if this happens continuously, this will have an impact on their income because it can only have a marketing scope that is not wide enough. To overcome this error, it is necessary to build a tool in the form of an online-based program, which will make it easier for consumers to get invitation information and make it easier for consumers to order invitations online. The application used in helping processing the data is web-based programming. Chosen based on the web because information can be obtained easily anywhere and anytime. The advantages of this information system are as a means of information for consumers, as a place to describe the types of invitations, in lieu of brochures for promotional events in finding consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to build decisions support model to predict sales and stock purchase using Trend Moment method and Tsukamoto Fuzzy Inference System. Trend moment is a simple statistical-based forecasting method widely used to forecast sales in a company using historical data. Tsukamoto is a fuzzy inference system that uses monotonic reasoning to determine output. The object of this research is sales and purchase data for Ice Cream X Depo Jambi products from August 2019 to April 2020. The study aims to build a decision support model web-based to predict sales and purchases of ice cream X stock at Jambi depots. Fuzzy Tsukamoto in this study will be used to predict product stock purchases after predicting future sales using trend moments. The system input is in product data form, data of ice cream sales history, and data of ice cream stock purchase. Sales history data will be use to calculate slope and constanta that will predict future sales trends. Stocks  purchase history data along with sales trend prediction value will be use to calculate the membership degree of fuzzy variables, perform the aggregation process on fuzzy rules, and then carry out the defuzzification process to produce output prediction values for future ice cream stock purchases. from the prediction model implemented in the decision support system, sales prediction data has an accuracy of 71% while stock purchase predictions have an accuracy of 85%.

Abstract

Presence application of data processing applications and utilizing Internet Of Things (IOT) in the local civil environment jambi city government is expected to improve the culture of employee discipline, integrity and responsibility. Presence process using biometric engine performed by every employee in every office SKPD / UPT then the data will be directly sent to the server. Furthermore, the application will process the data so that it can be separated based on personal data and classified based on data per SKPD / UPT. After the application of data processing applications presensi increased labor discipline of employees and employee presence information can be easily and orderly prepared by staffing agencies Jambi City area.

Abstract

Dalam rangka pelaksanaan akreditasi, BAN-S/M Provinsi Jambi bekerja berdasarkan jumlah kuota akreditasi yang ditetapkan oleh BAN-S/M. Dikarenakan jumlah kuota akreditasi yang diterima tidak selalu dapat mengimbangi jumlah sasaran akreditasi sekolah dan madrasah yang ada di Provinsi Jambi tiap tahunnya, maka BAN-S/M Provinsi Jambi perlu memilih sekolah/madrasah yang tepat sesuai dengan kriteria prioritas yang ditetapkan oleh pimpinan. Dalam menentukan prioritas asesmen pada penelitian ini menggunakan empat kriteria, yaitu nilai akreditasi sebelumnya, tahun visitasi terakhir, jenjang, dan rentang jumlah siswa. Metode yang dipakai dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini adalah metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan teknologi berbasis web dengan bahasa script PHP dan basis data MySQL. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Prioritas Asesmen Menggunakan Metode TOPSIS Pada Badan Akreditasi Nasional Sekolah/Madrasah Provinsi Jambi bertujuan untuk membantu pimpinan dalam menentukan sekolah/madrasah yang layak diprioritaskan untuk dilakukan asesmen terlebih dahulu. Hasil analisis perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat akurasi penerapan metode TOPSIS pada aplikasi ini sangat baik, sehingga aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan ini dapat digunakan untuk memberikan rekomendasi prioritas asesmen sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

The Jambi Provincial Plantation Office supplies plantation seeds from franchises, the seeds distributed by the Jambi Provincial Plantation Office to farmer groups, namely oil palm, cinnamon, coffee, and coconut. In the system that is currently running, farmers who will submit requests for seedlings come directly to the Jambi Provincial Plantation Office to collect application letters and statement letters. farmers fill out the form and then give it back to the Plantation Service along with the requirements. If these requirements are complete, the Plantation Service will provide information to farmers to collect seeds. Information at the Jambi Provincial Plantation Office is very much needed to assist employees and heads of offices in making a policy. So it is necessary to build a way to use technology to overcome these problems, namely by building a web-based application for distributing plantation seedlings. The web platform was chosen because it can be accessed easily from various devices. Input data consists of employee data, seed data, farmer group data, farmer data, seed application data, activity data, and news. The resulting output is a report on the distribution of seeds and a report on farmer group data. This application is expected to be used by the Jambi Provincial Plantation Office to make it easier for farmer groups to receive aid for oil palm, cinnamon, coffee, and coconut seeds more efficiently.
