Abstract

Jambi Faras Batik Shop is a business engaged in the sale of Jambi batik clothes. Currently, Jambi Faras Batik Shop wants to increase its sales level by expanding its sales outside the city of Jambi to seek greater sales profits. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based computerized sales application that includes product catalogs, sales transactions, and reports that are expected to increase batik sales turnover. This application is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The input to this application is in the form of admin data, item data, sales data, and customer data. Process data in this application are in the form of admin data processing, goods data processing, sales data processing, and customer data processing. The output of this application is a sales report. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based sales application that can help Jambi Faras Batik Stores in marketing merchandise with a wider range and make it easier to make sales reports.

Abstract

The development of technology today has helped humans in doing their work so that it becomes easier, faster and satisfying results. One of those technologies is the computer. Because by using a computer, office work can be completed properly, quickly, and the results are very satisfying. CV. Estika Advertising which is engaged in printing, the information system that runs is still manual in recording data. The information system to be built uses the HTML and PHP programming languages, and uses the MySQL database, XAMPP, and the Laravel framework. The system produced from this research is a web-based Inventory Information System at CV. Estika Advertising. Reports that will be generated from this system are in the form of stock reports, incoming goods reports, and outgoing goods reports. With this system, it is hoped that it can help make it easier for CV. Estika Advertising in recording and processing goods data.

Abstract

Zakat is maliyah ijtima'iyyah worship which has a very important, strategic, and decisive position both in terms of Islamic teachings and in terms of developing the welfare of the people. zakat, infaq, and alms that come in, and data management carried out through Microsoft Excel will certainly take relatively longer time. In addition, the limited budget for existing funds makes BAZNAS experience problems in managing application. One solution to this problem is the creation of an application for zakat, infaq, and alms. Making this application more leverage than writing all incoming zakat, infaq, and alms data, and managing data through Microsoft Excel will certainly take relatively longer time. This financial integration system was built in four stages, namely requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing with the PHP programming language framework, namely Laravel and PostgreSQL database. The features in this application are zakat calculators, payments, registrations and reports. This application provides added value, namely the management of zakat, infaq, and alms data to be faster and more accurate and is expected to help the performance of BAZNAS officers in Batanghari Regency.

Abstract

Archives have an important role in office administration activities. The archive acts as a source of information and is also used as evidence of accountability for the implementation of activities and finances to leaders and other relevant stakeholders. So that in its management it must be carried out in an orderly and well structured manner. The purpose of this practical work research is to build an electronic archive application system at the Badan Akreditasi Nasional Sekolah/Madrasah Provinsi Jambi in order to facilitate the archiving process and retrieval of required information safely, quickly, and efficiently.This research was conducted using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model where the application development process with this method is carried out systematically and sequentially, starting with system analysis, system design, development, testing, to operation and maintenance. The electronic archive application (E-Archive) at the Badan Akreditasi Nasional Sekolah/Madrasah Provinsi Jambi was developed web-based using the PHP script language so that the archiving process can be carried out online and related files are stored digitally.

Abstract

Domino Production currently in terms of public communication and promotion still uses brochures, word of mouth and viewing Instagram. This is already good, but it can be improved and reach more people who know Domino Production with a website. The ordering process that is done manually still uses a simple method, namely ordering just like that without any reports, so it is necessary to build an application that aims to facilitate ordering and reports. In the process of making and designing a photography management information system at Domino Production using the PHP programming language and using the MySql database. The research method used by researchers in preparing this practical work is to use the Waterfall method. Researchers carry out system development with design analysis, system design and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). The system created will produce output that can display ordering data on a product ordered through a customer. With the existence of a Photography Management Information System on Web-Based Domino Production, it is hoped that it will make it easier to carry out promotions and can increase the number of orders for Photography services.

Abstract

Efficient data management is a crucial requirement for large companies like PT. Surveyor Indonesia to enhance performance and make strategic decisions. This research aims to develop an interactive web-based system with a gamification concept, utilizing technologies such as Laravel, MySQL, and Google Cloud Compute Engine. The system is designed to visualize personnel performance data, provide statistical information, and motivate employees through the implementation of a leveling and points system. By leveraging Google Cloud, the developed system is capable of offering high scalability, flexibility, and ease of access. This research is expected to significantly contribute to the operational data management at PT. Surveyor Indonesia and serve as a model for implementing similar systems for other needs.

Abstract

Perhotelan adalah salah satu bisnis yang saat ini juga sudah banyak menggunakan teknologi seperti sistem informasi manajemen hotel. Royal Heritage Hotel sudah menggunakan sistem informasi manajemen hotel untuk operasional dan reservasinya. Tetapi owner memiliki target ingin menambah cabang hotel di kota/kabupaten lain bahkan di luar provinsi Jambi. Pihak manajemen hotel menginginkan adanya sebuah sistem yang dapat mengakomodir hal tersebut sehingga beberapa cabang hotel bisa dilakukan pemantauan terpusat melalui satu sistem. Berdasarkan dari permasahalan tersebut, penulis memiliki ketertarikan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen hotel yang dapat memiliki beberapa cabang pada Hotel Royal Heritage Jambi. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini meneruskan dari sistem yang sudah ada yaitu sistem informasi berbasis website menggunakan framework Laravel. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall dengan pemodelan menggunakan UML, dan pengujian dengan metode black box testing. Dari hasil pengujian, sistem yang telah dikembangkan ini sudah layak untuk dilanjutkan ke tahap deployment. Pengembangan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi penyelesaian masalah dan solusi bagi pihak Hotel Royal Heritage ataupun bagi hotel lainnya yang memiliki permasalahan serupa.

Abstract

E-Commerce is an online buying and selling system that connects companies or sellers to consumers in the form of electronic transactions. In line with the rapid development of the technology sector, companies belonging to small, medium and large industries, which are one of the many actors and supporters of economic activity in this country, are increasingly being encouraged to use advanced technology as a weapon to survive and win. Competition is getting tougher and tougher every day. IT Solution Jambi is a business entity engaged in providing services and selling computers. E-commerce at the Jambi IT Solution Store is an online comp uter sales media application so that it is better known by the wider community, especially in the city of Jambi. This application is designed using Visual Studio Code tools, Firebase Database, React Native and React JS programming languages. The result of making this application is that it can provide convenience to customers in obtaining services and information about the services available in IT Solutions. It also makes it easy for business owners to manage all transactions made and in making more detailed reports.

Abstract

SMP Negeri 9 Muaro Jambi is one of the government agencies engaged in education, in the field of new student registration SMP Negeri 9 Muaro Jambi still uses the manual method, so the author is trying to build a system for designing an Android-based new student registration application, using Php and Mysql, to make it easier users know the recap of registrant data. This study aims to apply information technology to the world of education, especially at SMP Negeri 9 Muaro Jambi and produce an education system that is fast and accurate and makes it easier in terms of student data collection, resulting in the design of Android-based new student registration. This android-based student registration was built using the Android language and MySQL as the database. Android-based student registration at SMP Negeri 9 Muaro Jambi, this is a way to make it easier for the school to input new student data. Android-based student registration at SMP Negeri 9 Muaro Jambi, this can display student personal data information consisting of parental data.

Abstract

Cats are one type of animal that is widely kept and popular as a favorite pet among the public. Cat health is very important, this is inseparable from the role of veterinary hospital clinics which are needed to perform medical actions on pets. The purpose of the study is to build an Expert System for Diagnosing Disease in Cats with the Forward Chaining Method at Mitra Satwa Jambi Clinic which is a system that can replace the temporary role of experts in identifying diseases in cats quickly and accurately, and Provide solutions to cat lovers to provide first treatment to cats. The results of the analysis and evaluation show that the expert system uses Forward Chaining in this approach using reasoning in the expert system which starts based on the information that provided to users in the form of existing facts.
