Abstract

Audiovisual learning media is very important for students because it can help them understand the subject matter more easily and enjoyably. The purpose of this study is to develop Audiovisual learning media to improve student learning outcomes in the material reviewing fictional works about the Malin Kundang fairy tale and to find out the feasibility of content, feasibility of presentation, and feasibility of developing Audiovisual learning media with the Addie model. The subjects of the study were 21 students of class VIII-A of SMP Negeri 1 Namohalu Esiwa in the even semester. This type of research is development or called Research and Development (R&D) and data collection techniques are Media Practicality Questionnaires and Essay Tests. Product trial activities were carried out twice, small group trials of 6 students and large group trials of 15 students. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen from the material validation reaching 100%, language validation reaching 72% and design validation reaching 86%. Media practicality trials reaching 82.42% and media effectiveness trials reaching 74.81%. It is concluded that the development of Audiovisual learning media to improve student learning outcomes in class VIII-A of SMP Negeri 1 Namohalu esiwa is very well developed. It is hoped that further researchers will use this research as additional insight to conduct research.

Abstract

With digital transformation, global MSMEs must adopt technology, especially digital marketing. However, some MSMEs do not take full advantage of it. In Indonesia, the growth of MSMEs is hampered by a lack of resources and poor marketing skills. Performance is influenced by digital marketing and market capabilities, while rebranding is an important strategy in digital marketing. It is proven that digital marketing through media such as the web, Shopee, TikTok and Instagram is very important for the growth of small and medium businesses (MSMEs). This training was designed to solve the problems faced by members of the Ratu Arimbi women's farmer group in SusukanTonggoh Village, Susukan Lebak District, Cirebon Regency. Members of the KWT Ratu Arimbi group faced difficulties in marketing processed purple sweet potato cumin products during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Reguler Angkatan XXIV Universitas Teuku Umar (UTU) tahun 2025 telah selesai dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Aceh Barat, yang mana bertujuan untuk pemberdayaan dan meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat di Desa Pasi Birah, Kecamatan Woyla, Kabupaten Aceh Barat dengan melalui program pendidikan agama islam dalam upaya menanamkan nila-nilai generasi desa yang mencintai islam dimulai dari sejak usia dini. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan persuasif yang melibatkan pemerintahan desa dan seluruh elemen masyarakat dalam membantu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program. Program utama kelompok kami yaitu meliputi Gerakan Mari Mengaji (Germaji) dan Perlombaan Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran (MTQ) perdana Desa Pasi Birah. Program Germaji berhasil memberikan manfaat dan dampak yang sangat positif bagi generasi Desa Pasi Birah. Program MTQ menjadikan bukti keberhasilan penerapan program Germaji. Program ini menjadi program berkelanjutan pemerintahan desa setempat serta membentuk generasi Desa Pasi Birah yang islami dan madani.

Abstract

The rapid transformation of the educational landscape driven by globalization and digitalization has significantly influenced the management of human resources in educational institutions, including education staff. Career development of education staff is often still oriented toward administrative and structural aspects, limiting opportunities for innovation and professional growth. This study aims to reconstruct the career development of education staff through an educational entrepreneurship approach using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The review was conducted by analyzing national and international scholarly articles published between 2010 and 2025, accessed through databases such as Google Scholar, ERIC, Scopus, and Indonesian journal portals. The findings indicate that an educational entrepreneurship-oriented career development framework encourages innovation, adaptability, and value creation among education staff. Such an approach shifts career development from a linear model toward a competency-based and dynamic model that supports institutional effectiveness and service quality. This study contributes conceptually to human resource management in education and provides strategic insights for policymakers and educational leaders in designing sustainable and innovative career development systems for education staff. Abstract

Educational leadership plays a crucial role in shaping group dynamics and team performance within educational organizations. Schools as professional organizations rely heavily on collective work among teachers, educational staff, and leaders to achieve institutional goals. This study aims to systematically review empirical and conceptual studies examining the implications of educational leadership on group dynamics and team performance. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study analyzes peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2021 and 2025 obtained from reputable academic databases. The findings reveal that educational leadership significantly influences team performance through its impact on group dynamics, including trust, psychological safety, collective efficacy, communication, and conflict management. Effective educational leadership fosters collaborative and adaptive team environments, enabling teams to respond constructively to organizational challenges and educational changes. This study highlights that leadership implications on team performance are mediated by social and psychological processes within groups, emphasizing the importance of leadership practices that support collaboration, empowerment, and shared responsibility in educational settings. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Wordwall pada materi bilangan berpangkat dan bentuk akar untuk siswa kelas IX MTs Islamic Centre Medan serta mengetahui validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analisis, Perancangan, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi). Hasil validasi ahli materi memperoleh skor 82% (sangat valid) dan ahli media 90% (sangat valid). Uji coba memperoleh kepraktisan dari guru 81,82% dan siswa 92,77% (sangat praktis). Keefektifan media berdasarkan peningkatan nilai dari pre-test ke post-test menunjukkan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,67 (kategori sedang). Dengan demikian, media Wordwall dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika. ABSTRACT This study aims to develop interactive Wordwall-based learning media for ninth-grade students of MTs Islamic Centre Medan on exponents and radicals, and to determine its validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. Validation results from material experts yielded a score of 82% (very valid) and from media experts a score of 90% (very valid). The trial yielded practicality ratings from teachers at 81.82% and students at 92.77% (very practical). The effectiveness of the media, based on the increase in scores from pre-test to post-test, showed an N-Gain of 0.67 (moderate category). Thus, the Wordwall media is declared valid, practical, and effective for use in mathematics learning.
