Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop an Indonesian language learning video based on a scientific approach that is feasible, practical and effective. This type of research is development research using the ADDIE model consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The types of data obtained in this study are quantitative and qualitative data. The research instruments used in this development research are validation sheets, practicality questionnaires for learning videos, and learning outcomes tests for assessing the effectiveness of learning videos. The research results show that learning videos developed based on the Scientific approach are feasible, practical, and effective to use to meet the research's expectations or objectives. Thus, the researchers suggest, namely: 1) Indonesian language education subject teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli can use this learning video as one of the learning media to improve the quality of learning and as a learning strategy. 2) make the results of this research as additional knowledge in utilizing IT. Further researchers should use this researcher as additional insight in carrying out research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of the class X MIPA-I SMA Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli even semester consisting of 36 people to convey negotiating texts through the Articulation learning model. To achieve this goal, the researchers carried out Classroom Action Research with the implementation procedures were (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, (4) reflection. The results of data analysis from the knowledge test in the first cycle reached an average value of 61.33 with the lowest score 52 and the highest 72. The knowledge value in the second cycle reached an average value of 84.33 with the lowest score 72 and the highest score 96. The results of analysis of student activity observation data in the first cycle of the first meeting with an average of 46.79% and the second meeting 52.35% (predicate "Less") and the second cycle of the first meeting with an average value of 65.38% and the second meeting 80, 55% (predicate “Good”). The results of the researcher's observations in the first cycle of the first meeting with an average value of 50% and the second meeting of 68.75%. While the results of the researchers' observations in the second cycle at the first meeting was 81.25% and the second meeting was 93.75%. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that: the use of the Articulation learning model can improve the ability to convey negotiating texts for students of class X MIPA-I SMA Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli. The recommended suggestions are the results of this study can be used as a guide in teaching the material to convey negotiating texts.

Abstract

Tujuan Peneitian Ini Untuk Mengembangkan E-Modul Menggunakan Aplikasi 3D Pageflip Professional Pada Materi Biografi Dengan Model Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran 4-D. Rumusan masalah yaitu Bagaimana mengembangkan e-modul menggunakan aplikasi 3D Pageflip Professional pada materi belajar dari biografi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan e-modul bahasa Indonesia yang layak, praktis dan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model 4-D. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kelayakan e-modul berupa angket validasi untuk ahli materi, bahasa, dan desain serta angket respon peserta didik dan efektifitas. Analisis data yang diperoleh dengan mengumpulkan data dari setiap validator dan siswa-siswi.Temuan penelitian ini adalah e-modul berbasis inkuiri untuk mencapai pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Kriteria yang didapati, yaitu revisi I mencapai 38% dan revisi II dengan persentase 92% berdasarkan penilaian dari ahli materi, revisi I mencapai 67% dan revisi II mencapai 100% berdasarkan penilaian dari ahli bahasa, dan revisi I mencapai 75%dan revisi II dengan persentase 96% berdasarkan penilaian dari ahli desain. Respon peserta didik mendapat kriteria sangat baik dengan pencapaian 100% uji perorangan,, uji kelompok kecil 80% dan uji lapangan mencapai 95%. Serta hasil belajar peserta didik dalam belajar dari biografi mencapai 90% dengan kriteria sangat efektif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahawa pengembangan e-modul bahasa Indonesia kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli berbasis inkuiri pada materi belajar dari biografi sangat layak, praktis dan efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa menilai hal yang dapat diteladani dari teks biografi menggunakan model pembelajaran Concept Sentence di kelas X MIPA-II SMA Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester genap dengan jumlah siswa 21 orang yang terdiri dari laki-laki 10 orang dan perempuan 11 orang. Metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan prosedur pelaksanaannya terdiri dari empat tahap (1) perencanaan, (2) tindakan, (3) observasi, (4) refleksi. Instrumen penelitian yaitu lembar observasi, tes esai, dokumetasi, catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini yang dilakukan dilapangan maka kemampuan siswa menilai hal yang dapat diteladani dari teks biografi menggunakan model Concept Sentence. Hasil tes evaluasi siswa nilai rata-rata pada siklus I adalah 52,38% dengan nilai terendah 25 nilai tertinggi 75. Sedangkan pada siklus II memperoleh nilai rata-rata 81,33% dengan nilai terendah 60 nilai tertinggi 93. Hasil dari lembar observasi siswa siklus I pertemuan I sebesar 54% dan pertemuan kedua sebesar 64% dan siklus II pertemuan pertama sebesar 75% dan pertemuan kedua sebesar 87%. Sedangkan hasil lembar observasi guru pada siklus I pertemuan pertama sebesar 53% dan pertemuan kedua sebesar 63% dan siklus II pertemua pertama 74% dan pertemuan kedua sebesar 84%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: penggunaan model pembelajaran Concept Sentence dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa menilai hal yang dapat diteladani dari teks biografi kelas X MIPA–II SMA Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli Tahun Pembelajaran 2021/2022.

Abstract

To enhance student learning results, this study makes use of Canva-based instructional materials. This study aims to ascertain how SMP Negeri 1 Botomuzoi students react to canva-based learning materials and the viability of such materials. Research and development (R&D) is the methodology employed in this study, and the model used is ADDIE. A questionnaire used for data collection in this study was approved by linguists, media specialists, and material experts. The results of validation received from material specialists showed that 85% of them indicated very valid, 87.5% of them indicated extremely valid, and 85% of linguists indicated very valid. 92% of students scored extremely well on the student response form, though.

Abstract

This article discusses the development of learning outcomes and child psychology at MI Al-Awwal Palembang, focusing on first-grade students. This research is a field study with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods used in this study included interviews, documentation, and observations. Data analysis techniques involved data collection, data presentation, and data verification stages. The research results indicate that the development of learning outcomes and child psychology is influenced by various factors, including parents, the student's personal characteristics, and the child's environment, both formal and informal. These factors are interconnected and can impact the well-being and success of teaching and child psychology. The role of educational institutions, parents, the community, and teachers in supporting the success of teaching and child psychology is crucial. The importance of collaboration between schools and families in creating an environment that supports the holistic development of children's learning outcomes and psychology is emphasized

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of interactive powerpoint media on material analyzing the content of class X debate of SMK Negeri 1 Botomuzoi. The method used in this research is research and development. The procedures used in the development process are ADDIE, namely the analysis stage, Design stage, Development stage, Implementation stage, evaluation stage. The subjects that have been determined are students of class X-OTKP SMK Negeri 1 Botomuzoi as well as test subjects for the use of the developed products. The instruments used are validation sheets and questionnaires. The results of data analysis showed that the effectiveness of interactive powerpoint learning media in the material analyzing the content of the debate in class X of SMK Negeri 1 Botomuzoi had been evaluated and obtained a percentage of classical completeness in individual trials reaching 100% with very effective criteria, small group tests reaching 100% very effective criteria, and in field tests reaching 86.7% with very effective criteria so that they were suitable for use in the learning process

Abstract

Discourse is: the most complete unit of language formed from a series of continuous, cohesive and coherent sentences according to the context of the situation. This study aims to improve students' ability to write Expository Paragraph Discourse by using an Active Knowledge Sharing strategy, especially for class XI students of Office Administration Department, SMK Negeri 1 Afulu.To achieve this goal, this study used the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method with the following procedures: (1) Planning, (2) Action, (3) Observation, (4) Reflection.This research was conducted in two cycles, and used data collection techniques, observation sheets, and assessment sheets. Data were analyzed in three stages, namely (1) data reduction, (2) data exposure, (3) conclusion. From the results of this study it was proven that there was an increase in students' ability to write expository paragraph discourse, in the first cycle the average student score was 53.5, while in the second cycle it reached 80.75.Based on the results of research in the field, it can be concluded that using the Active Knowledge Sharing strategy can improve the ability of class XI students of the Department of Office Administration, SMK Negeri 1 Afulu, in writing expository paragraph discourse. Based on these conclusions, the recommended suggestions are (1) The results of this study can be used as input and material for consideration for Indonesian language teachers. (2) For future researchers, it is hoped that they will be more creative and innovative in finding various varied learning strategies so that students are actively involved in the learning process in class.

Abstract

Teachers should demonstrate greater creativity in creating and enhancing instructional materials. But because SMK Negeri 2 Botomuzoi lacks the infrastructure and equipment expressly meant to promote Indonesian language instruction, teachers there continue to employ a restricted and repetitious amount of media. In order to ensure that the learning materials are reliable, useful, and efficient, this project will create comic-based learning materials for assessing the language and content of theater in the eleventh grade at SMK Negeri 2 Botomuzoi. This study uses the ADDIE model, which comprises the phases of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, as part of its research and development (R&D) methodology. Three specialists in material, language, and design evaluated the comic-based learning materials, which were then put to the test through product testing with TKJ students in the 11th grade at SMK Negeri 2 Botomuzoi. Thanks to validation scores of 97.5% from material experts, 100% from language experts, and 95% from design experts, the results show that the comic learning medium is both viable and legitimate. The learning media was rated as being very practical when it came to practicality; it received scores of 86.7% in solo testing, 94.2% in small group tests, and 93.9% in field tests. With a classical completion percentage of 96.3%, it was also proved that the learning media's effectiveness was very high. In conclusion, the ADDIE model was used to generate comic-based learning materials that analyze the language and content of drama in the 11th grade at SMK Negeri 2 Botomuzoi. These materials satisfy the required standards and may be used in the classroom.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate methods to enhance student engagement and attentiveness during classroom instruction. Specifically, it explores the effectiveness of the talking stick learning model in fostering active listening among students. Adopting a qualitative approach with a phenomenological lens, this study examines the experiences of a group of students in utilizing talking sticks during classroom interactions. Through direct observation and interviews, data were collected to assess students' level of involvement, focus, and participation following the implementation of the talking stick model. The findings reveal that the majority of students (29 out of 32) demonstrated improved listening skills with the implementation of the talking stick method, indicating its potential efficacy in enhancing classroom dynamics. This study sheds light on innovative strategies to promote student engagement and active learning.
